Digital drawing subjects require the subdivision of evaluation elements and the graduality of evaluation according to the recent movement of the innovative curriculum. The purpose of this paper is to present the criteria for evaluating the drawing and to propose it as a rubric evaluation. In the text, criteria for beginner evaluation were technical skills such as the accuracy and consistency of the line, the ratio and balance of the picture, and the ability to effectively utilize various brushes and tools at the intermediate levels. In the advanced evaluation section, it is a part of a new perspective or originality centered on creativity and originality, and a unique perspective or interpretation of a given subject. In addition, as an understanding of design principles, the evaluation of completeness was derived focusing on the ability to actively utilize various functions of digital drawing software through design principles such as placement, color, and shape. The importance of introducing rubric evaluation is to allow instructors to make objective and consistent evaluations, and the key to research in rubric evaluation in these art subjects is to help learners clearly grasp their strengths and weaknesses, and learners can identify what needs to be improved and develop better drawing skills accordingly through feedback on each item.

With the rise of epigraphy and textology, and the emerge of many famous outstanding clerical script masters, Qing Dynasty becomes another important innovation period in the development of the clerical script. Jin Nong and Yi Bingshou are two important clerical script masters in the Qing Dynasty. Thus, researches on the courses of their careers as well as a comparative study between these two calligraphers, Jin Nong and Yi Bing, are specially important. The comparative study of Jinnong and Yibingshou's clerical script is a relatively new subject, which is entered from the angel of comparative perspective between their clerical scripts works. Through an in-depth research on different inheritance routes, which are origin from Han Dynasty clerical scripts, of Jin Nong and Yibingshou, it is found that these two calligraphers are different in innovation of clerical script style, theory of calligraphy and of clerical script practice. This paper focuses on a comparative study of the different clerical theories and clerical script works between Han Dynasty, Jinnong and Yi Bingshou. A comparative study of clerical script works of Jin Nong and Yibingshou in Qing Dynasty provides a more comprehensive and in-depth understanding on these two calligraphers; meanwhile, it provides valuable learning paths for later calligrapher in the field of clerical script, and can be regarded as references in the innovation of the official script style.

This thesis investigates the meaning of a performer's energy taking into an account of the full bodily engagement as the flow of energy and/or psychophysical readiness focusing specifically on the significance of qualitative bodily transformation. In this contemporary era, the dominance of performer training and its approaches to acting/training has very frequently meant that how to play a character in a textual based approach by emphasizing on interpreting and impersonating the role as real as possible. In this sense, as a performer trainer, from my observation and research findings shows that it is common for the term energy is not to be motivated by what a performer's body needs within a specific moment in specific performance which they are working on. To address the problematic issues, this thesis begins by interrogating the practical meaning of transformation with addressing the principle and process of movement by means of the flow of energy on stage. For a performer, inhabiting/integrating his/her body and mind as oneness and/or unity means s/he sincerely encounter, confront, and therefore listen to his/her body in here and now. Because since the performer's physical appearance completely defined his/her psychological state, no one can play either the past or the future in the moment. In this manner, an appropriate use of energy synonymous with the flow of energy correspondence with the given time and space in which the performer's body informs and initiates movement as necessary action. To be precise, the performer's bodily movement either visible or invisible in a sense of training and rehearsal is perceived as attaining or achieving psychophysical involvement as the full body engagement which enable to make the event happen in the right moment. Here, this thesis argues that the significance of a performer's inner intensity reminds us of the necessity of qualitative transformation on which the performer could discover his/her own mode of awareness as well as a way his/her body function in the given circumstance. From this point of view, this research finding would advocates that the performer's body maintains in the field of energy flow where his/her conscious effort and/or mindfulness disappear. The performer's movement is a manifestation of the whole bodily engagement by means of being as real in that moment rather than representing reality.

The purpose of this study is to propose a Busan tourism industry in which the 2016 OECD Tourism policy and ICT convergence platform are applied. OECD proposed 3 policies to promote the tourism industry: First, to maintain the competitiveness of the tourism industry as well as improve its efficiency and sustainability, second, to establish a seamless traffic system, and third, to build a response to the sharing economy. Centering on the OECD's three policies, we propose the developmental possibilities of tourism in Busan. At the same time, we suggest the necessity to build an ICT convergence platform that will help foster the industry. In building an ICT convergence platform, we especially focus on the necessity of: 1. Sharing and creating experience-based interactive contents on the software side, and 2. Developing high quality user experience (UX) and providing a data analysis-based customized service on the hardware side. In addition, we insist on the establishment of the Tourism Promotion Agency for the continuous performance and management of Busan tourism industry. The study ultimately suggests that the construction of ICT convergence platform based on OECD tourism policy can result in the expected outcomes of high effects with low cost for both consumers and suppliers related to the tourism industry.

Early childhood cultural and artistic education is a process of expressing oneself and understanding society, which has a great impact on the lives of young children. It utilizes the principle of individualization, which means that individual diversity should be considered because each toddler has different developmental characteristics; the principle of play-centeredness, which means that toddlers form active attitudes toward experiential activities through enjoyment through play; the principle of integration, which is the foundation for holistic development; and the principle of direct experience, which means that toddlers have the experience of touching and manipulating materials. In the introduction, children are encouraged to explore and think about materials, read and share books together, and express their thoughts creatively through artistic expressions such as art, music, physical expression, drama, movies, and photography in the first and second phases. In the final stage, a teaching and learning plan was developed that consisted of a circle time for the children to share their opinions with each other in the process of appreciating the results created by the children and presenting their thoughts. As the educational effectiveness of early childhood cultural arts education is best developed in the early childhood period, when learning is emphasized by children exploring according to their interests, this study presented a learning guidance plan that reflects various educational methods and genre convergence education that can be applied to early childhood cultural arts education.

In this paper, a systematic design of a low phase noise voltage-tuned dielectric resonator oscillator(VTDRO) using loop group delay is proposed. Designed VTDRO is closed-loop type and consists of a cascade connection of a resonator, phase shifter, and amplifier. Firstly, a reference VTDRO is fabricated and its phase noise and electrical frequency tuning range are measured. Both the phase noise and electrical frequency tuning range depend on the loop group delay. Then, a required value of loop group delay for a new VTDRO with a low phase noise can be systematically computed. In addition, its phase noise and electrical frequency tuning range can be theoretically estimated using those obtained from the measurement of the reference VTDRO. When the loop group delay increases, the phase noise decreases and the electrical frequency tuning range also decreases. The former predominantly depends on the resonator structure. Therefore we propose a systematic design procedure of a resonator with high group delay characteristics. The measured loop group delay of the new VTDRO is about 700 nsec. The measured phase noise of the new VTDRO show a state-of-the-art performance of 154.5 dBc/Hz at 100 kHz frequency offset and electrical frequency tuning range of 448 kHz for a voltage change of 0~10V. The oscillation power is about 4.39 dBm.

This study aims to investigate the current status of the operation system of the curriculum support extra-curricular program, focusing on the extra-curricular program operation system of other universities, and suggest the desirable operation system and performance management plan of the extra-curricular program in cultural education. To this end, the analysis of the extra-curricular program operation system of eight four-year universities in the Seoul metropolitan area was conducted on the existence of core competencies, computer systems and extra curricula program guides, credit-linked and mileage scholarship programs, and the analysis focused on the characteristics, merits and demerits of each university's operating system. It was also intended to propose the desirable operation system and performance management plan of the extra curricula program in liberal arts education, focusing on the operation system of the extra curricula program of E University and the corresponding performance management. Conclusion To operate the extra curricula program efficiently, the computer system and the extra curricula program guide, credit link and mileage scholarship system should be introduced. In addition, the analysis of the operation system of the curriculum support program of E University shows that E University operates systematically with the direction of operation of the core competency-based curriculum support extra-curricular program, and the performance management of the extra curricula program of E University is carried out through the EU-TQM System Integrated Management System.

The subject of this paper is the practical examples of technoculture that critically thinks network technology, a strong material foundation in the era of data capitalism in the 21st century, and appropriates its socio-cultural metaphor as an artistic potential. In order to analyze its alternatives and the meaning of cultural politics, this paper examines the properties and influence of data capitalism after the 2008 global financial crisis, and the cultural and artistic context formed by its reaction. The first case considered in this paper, Furtherfield's workshop, provided a useful example of how citizens can participate in social change through learning and education in which art and technology are interrelated. The second case, Greek hackerspace HSGR, developed network technology as a tool to overcome the crisis by proposing a new progressive cultural commons due to Greece's financial crisis caused by the global financial crisis and a decrease in the state's creative support. The third case, Paolo Cirio's project, promoted a critical citizenship towards the state and community systems as dominant types of social governance. These technoculture cases can be evaluated as efforts to combine and rediscover progressive political ideology and its artistic realization tradition in the context of cultural politics, paying attention to the possibility of signifying practices of network technology that dominates the contemporary economic system.

Duchamp chose readymades mainly for his denial of retinal painting and his desire and fluid thinking for changes inside him. His thinking is well presented in his readymade works. One of his early readymades, Bicycle Wheel, expresses correlations between beings and capital. Its essence is capital and the desire of beings. It is connected to Desire or Desire-Machine proposed as a social reform and creation model by Gilles Deleuze and Félix Guattari. Bicycle Wheel does not simply end in desire relations between capital and beings, though. When the desire of beings is converted into positive desire, it can keep inventing and creating something that is repetitive, fluid, and new. Duchamp tried to convey this positive desire through his readymade Fountain. Duchamp created a ready-made article toilet into a work of art in Fountain, being driven by desire flowing inside him. This is connected to the attributes of nomads that refused to settle down and continue to flow in search of new landscapes. This way of his thinking is clearly reflected in his Box in a Valise. He was motivated to create this work by his fluid thinking. In this work, various situations can unfold often according to the directions of two elements, place and arrangement. Here, place guarantees fluidity, and arrangement variability or desire. According to Gilles Deleuze and Félix Guattari, fluidity represents nomads with the characteristics of flow and variation, and desire represents productivity or production or creation. Box in a Valise represents nomads themselves. The nomads defined by Gilles Deleuze and Félix Guattari keep flowing and create a new world. They are in line with the thinking of Duchamp that refused to settle down at one place and escape from the old order to create a new artistic world. This type of nomads can be called revolutionists or creators that acknowledge differences and create. Nomads also contain the concept of resistance to the old order. Deleuze and Guattari proposed a war machine as a model of this resistance. Duchamp and his readymades can thus be called war machines.

Changam, Lee Samman(1770~1845), who created his own handwriiting to be referred to as the three great writers of the late Joseon Dynasty, the valued 'beobgo'. Based on the calligraphy of the Han-Wi era, Lee Kwangsa who completed DonggugJinche was regarded as the teacher of the heart. In his later years, he wrote 『ChangamSeogyeol』 to teach how to use the right brush, revealing the basic principles of universal calligraphy and his own calligraphy. The typeface of Changam is completed by choseo through the establishment of haeseo geungol. For this, I valued Han-Wi's haeseo training, OnhuGanwon Han-Wi geungol shows a state without natural law. This shows that nature is the core and ultimate goal of Changam calligraphy theory. This is a return to the state of 'No law' at the height of the law, where eum-yang is created and bizarreness occurs when form, power and energy are promoted. On the other hand, he emphasized that jangbeob and pochi form IlunMujeog DeugpilCheonyeon when expressing naturalness as it is, without being bound by the old law. His typeface constantly tried to combine the beauty of Joseon's own calligraphy while sublimating nature into art. Thus, he acquired IlunMujeog, a body rich in geungol and full of vitality and dynamism. And DeugpilCheonyeon achieved aesthetics with the highest level of excellence, embodied as the original 'Haengunyusu Typeface', and further developed handwriiting and Calligraphy spirit of DonggugJinche in Honam province.
