계층의사분석 기법을 적용한 어촌뉴딜 300사업의 선정 결정요인 연구 (A Study on Decisions of Selection Factors in the Fishing Village New-deal 300 Project Using the Analytic Hierarchy Process)

  • 어촌뉴딜 300사업은 300개의 어촌과 어항을 대상으로 하는 복합개발사업으로 낙후된 시설 개선 및 지역특화 자원활용 등 전문프로그램을 제공하는 사업이다. 본 연구에서는 어촌뉴딜 300사업의 선정평가 항목 별 가중치 결정을 위해 다기준 평가방법인 AHP로 전문가 설문조사를 통한 분석을 수행하였다. 평가결과, 상위계층 평가항목은 개발여건 및 기본구상, 사업효과, 사업계획, 사업 시행 및 관리순으로 중요도가 높게 나타났다. 사업효과 항목은 가이드라인에서 6점으로 낮은 배점이었지만, AHP 결과 15.57점의 배점이 도출되었다. 본 연구에서 도출된 항목별 가중치는 향후 어촌어항 개발사업 평가항목 배점 선정에 참조할 수 있을 것이다.

  • Method of remodeling builder selection for remodeling is competitive bidding. also metropolitan city, megalopolis city, city more than 50million have to do basic plan for remodeling before establishment of a housing cooperative. Purpose of basic plan is improvement of living conditions & the Quality of Life for resident. Technical Proposal Tendering in spite of being the a reasonable bidding system, institutional part, appraisal standard and the item part, consider procedure pard is performed in a similar way to the existing bidding system. so, technical proposal tendering is appropriate for future Method of builder selection of remodeling. therefore, the study purpose is a evaluation element of technical proposal tendering for apartment remodeling business The methods of study is understanding concept through review of precedent literature. Next, case investigation through Analysis of focal points. Lastly, evaluation element deduction of technical proposal tendering for apartment remodeling business through specialist conversation. As a result, Alteration of a right & move management is added to evaluation element's professional field. And detail item is alteration of a right & move management.

  • Recently companies are aggressively Pushing ahead with integrating the systematical applications of internal and external information systems such as Data level, Application level, Process level in the company, Process level between companies. The EAI solution is generally considered as the necessary tool to integrate companies, but the appraisal standard for the EAI solution has not Vet settled in Korea, so the companies have difficulty in deciding whether to adopt the EAI solution or not. Through this report, we first introduce the KRA Project as the best practice in making an application of the settled standard to evaluate and adopt the EAI solution, and then suggest that it can be adapted to companies considering applying to the EAI solution.

  • 공시지가 유사가격권의 경우는 비교표준지 선정시 지침상에서 상당히 중요한 요소로 취급되고 있으면서도 실제적으로는 범위와 적용에 관해서 모호한 개념상의 규정을 두고 있다. 이러한 원인에 기인하여 비교표준지의 자동 선정이나 공시지가의 자동 산정에 있어 많은 문제점으로 작용하고 있다. 따라서 신속하고 정확한 비교표준지의 선정과 향후 지가산정 일련의 과정을 전산화하기 위해서는 자동화된 방식으로 유사가격권을 구획할 수 있는 객관적이고 합리적인 방법론이 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 개별공시지가 산정시 유사가격권 설정의 문제를 해결하고자 평균연결법과 K-means 혼합클러스터링 기법을 활용하여 유사가격권을 설정하여보고 이에 대한 타당성을 제시하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 실제 사례지역을 선정하고 실험한 결과 유사가격 권역 별로 군집화가 가능하였고, 현행 유사가격 권역과 많은 차이를 보이지 않아 방법론의 타당성을 제시할 수 있었다.

  • Water leakage could be caused deterioration of environmental conditions, user condition, reduction of life span and long term safety in underground concrete structure. Many materials and construction method to repair on these problems have been developed, however, it is not proper to successful repair or raise problem of increasing repair cost However, there are many limitations as practical appraisal methods due to different view of reliability for test methods. Because, it was not enough that the technical objectivity could be lack and also application of environmental condition is inadequate. In this paper, we suggest varied test methods divided to appraisal for property of matter, construction, manufacturing, specification and maintenance, friendly environmental condition. It could be more practical as a objective standard considering various angles. In summery, it should be subdivided and differentiated to accomplish proper application and to select proper materials and construction method for repair even if the synthetical condition is very complicated.

옥상 및 인공지반녹화용 방근재의 성능기준 설정을 위한 방근성 시험방법에 관한 연구 (A Study on Test Methods for Performance Appraisal of Root Barrier Appling to Green Roofs)

  • Selection of proper root barrier as destination part of greening is very important in Root penetration resistance plan. To select proper root barrier, it need to understand composition of greening part, size, kind of plant, connection with waterproofing layer. In this point of view, we have establish greening on the roof or concrete structure, not been understand the structural mechanism. It means that we misunderstood about purpose of greening and using it. So, chosen materials and construction method was not proper for greening, it caused water leakage and decrease performance of concrete structure. Therefore, we would suggest 5 items of test methods considering environmental condition for green roof. Watertightness by water of greening part, root penetration resistance test by root penetration, bacteria resistance by must or bacteria in soil, chemical resistance by rain and chemical agent of fertilizer, and load resistance by soil depth, size of plant. These suggested test methods could be referred as guideline to test in green roof system because of not exist any performance appraisal guideline or standard. Consequently, it should be analysis as technical and institutional subdividing test methods and it need to study constantly as varied angles.

  • This paper empirically examines various personal characteristics and preferences of HRM (Human Resorce Mamagement) systems using data from 968 R&D professionals in 9 private R&D organizations. It identifies different patterns of reward and career development needs associated with 4 types of R&D professionals, who are categorized by personal characteristics: personality and attitude. A productive leader type shows active personal traits (which encompass high scores of need for achievement, risk-taking propensity, tolerance for ambiguity, and self-efficacy) and positive attitudes (which include high scores of job satisfaction, organizational commitment, and low scores of turnover intention), while a cynical bystander type exhibits passive personal traits and negative attitudes toward a job. A passive adapter, who has passive personal characteristics but positive attitudes, and a frustrated champion, who is active in personality but negative in current job attitude, lie in between them. The results reveal that: 1) These four different types of R&D professionals show differences in their education, age and tenure level, and technical performance. 2) They have different career orientations and problem solving styles. 3) They also exhibit different preferences in performance appraisal criteria and rater, and reward structures. Based on these findings, this study suggests a contingent type of human resource management in terms of selection and staffing of R&D professionals, performance appraisal, incentive systems, and career development plans.

Changing Perspectives of Managing Human Resources in Nepal

  • Sustainable competitive advantage depends on formulation and implementation of appropriate human resource management (HRM) strategies and deployment of their competencies effectively in dynamic and complex environment. Competencies deployment is an approach to make decisions on the intentions and plans of organization concerning employment relationship and its recruitment, training, development, performance appraisal, reward and employee relations policies and practice. The improvement of organizational effectiveness is an overall objective of people management in organizations. In light of these, this study explores the present practices of HRM like: HR departments, HR policies and strategies, HR planning, recruitment selection and placement, training and development, performance appraisal, compensation and benefit, employee relations and communications. Based on the survey in 204 Nepalese organizations as a unit of analysis, the study concludes that HR practices in few organizations have action program for minorities, ethnic group, older employees and people with disabilities. Due to centralized organizational structure, most of HR decisions are taken into central office and line managers being involved highly in planning and implementing HR policies. In a nutshell, though HRM practices are not developed like developed countries, Nepalese organizations are realizing the significance of people management at work and changing their practices in the present dynamic environment.

  • 공공기록물법 시행 이후 현재까지 한국 기록관리의 양적 성장은 괄목할 만하다. 현재 디지털기록을 효율적으로 관리하는 일은 기록관리 분야의 가장 시급한 현안과제로 대두되어 있다. 그럼에도 불구하고 기록관리 현장에서 영구보존 대상 기록을 선별하는 과정이 적절하게 이루어지고 있다고 평가하기 어렵다. 이 글은 경찰 검찰이 생산한 일부 형사사건 기록을 대상으로 각 생산기관별 기록물 이관현황, 기록물 편철방식, 보존기간 책정방식의 문제점을 검토한 사례연구이다. 그 검토결과를 바탕으로 형사사건 기록 평가 분류의 기초가 되는 형사사건 기록 편철 및 보존기간 책정에 관한 개선방안을 제안하였다.
