This study is to suggest the concrete application plan of BIBFRAME under the development of BIBFRAME as library specific ontology for linked open data. The several research methods are used as the literature reviews, the case study of LC and LD4P, and the survey of cataloging librarians which is to grasp understanding level of the linked data related terms and requirements for constructing LOD. The application plan is suggested as follows. First, publishing name authority data and subject heading in LOD are prominent as the startup with creating terms list or vocabulary in LOD that has been used in library for controlled vocabulary and data value. Second, it is needed to develop BIBFRAME application and extension modeling in Korea, to map KORMARC and the properties and classes of BIBFRAME, and to develop the editor and MARC to BIBFRAME Transformation Tools. Third, the systematical training for cataloging librarians is designed to regard BIBFRAME related works as the librarian's main field. Therefore, this study would contribute to seek the practical application plan for BIBFRAME in Korea.

The purpose of this study is to research and develop so that users who are gradually progressing in the popularization of smartphones and the calculation of agricultural quality can use more active and flexible applications than existing application fields. People use event management applications to remember what they need to do, and maps applications to get to their appointments on time. You will need to build a glue-delivered application that leverages the Maps API to be able to recommend the glove's path for events so that the user can use the application temporarily. By comparing and analyzing currently used calendar, map, and schedule applications, several Open Maps APIs were compared to supplement the weaknesses and develop applications that converge the strengths. The results of application development by applying the optimal algorithm for recommending traffic routes according to time and place for the schedule registered by the user are described.

This study is analyzes how consumers view the market leading Virtual Wedding Application in order to contribute to the development of the wedding industry in the future. The research consists of the following steps: questionnaires with detailed items were used to develop the application, the wedding application was developed, and questionnaires were used to get consumer responses. The results are as follows: 1) paid application service providing useful information is appropriate for busy consumers. 2) Regular updates regarding wedding trend are needed. 3) Augmented reality or development of HMD based virtual experience programs should be considered as virtual experience technology on smart devices evolve. 4) Wedding consumers want all kinds of instant information to be presented in harmony, so the application should allow consumers to obtain and to purchase information at the same time. 5) The application can help consumers to share the process of total wedding coordination with others around them. 6) Since people's awareness on virtual experience is relatively low, marketing strategies such as identifying the wedding application from other applications should be used as well as promoting useful functions are important.

An application that has a simple user interface not only motivates a user to continue using the application, but also enables the user to develop their mental model for the application - the like of which is a product of their interaction with the application. In the information systems literature, little empirical research has been undertaken on the effects of the mental model and motivation on smartphone users' behavioral beliefs. Therefore, the aim of this study is to suggest a research model that can examine the following: 1) the effects that the mental model has not only on smartphone users' behavioral beliefs (that is, perceived usefulness and ease of use of an application) but also on their behavioral intention to use an application and 2) the effects that smartphone users' intrinsic motivation has on their behavioral beliefs through an expansion of the mental model. A survey is conducted, and structural equation modeling is then used to analyze the survey data. The results, through consideration of variables such as intrinsic motivation, perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, and user satisfaction, indicate that the mental model has an indirect effect on a user's intention to use an application.

RI-Biomics is the new radiation fusion technology of which, such as the characteristics of radioisotope, is applied to the biomics. In order to sharing and overall analysis of data between the institutions through total management of information in the field of RI-Biomics, RI-Biomics Information portal 'RIBio-Info' was constructed by KARA (Korean Association for Radiation Application) in February 2015. For systematic operation of this 'RIBio-Info' system, it is required to develop system of collection-analysis-application of information. So, in this paper, we summarized development of document forms at each processes of collection-analysis-application of information and systematization of collection methods of information, establishment of characteristically analysis methods of reports such as issue paper, policy report, global market report and watch report. Therefore, these are expected to improving the practical applicability in this field through the vitalization of technology development of users by achieving the circular structure of collectionanalysis-application of information.

Operating on its own to develop a system or based on the standard to setup and operating of RFID System. If you want to operate RFID system yourself then It is no problem to use its own to develop a system, but have to implementation RFID System based standard for the system integration and data linkage in multiple companies or base. In this paper, I propose an EPCIS Capturing Application of the element for applying an RFID-based EPC Network as an international civil standards organization EPCglobal. EPCIS Capturing Application generation is a message for transmission to EPCIS receives the data transmitted from the reader and middleware to serve to transfer the EPCIS. This paper also proposes Capture Interface capable of receiving the data of the equipment does not use the ALE Interface as a portable RFID reader ALE Interface, as well as used by the RFID reader to implement a fixed system for use in the field. In this paper, we propose a EPCIS Capturing Application for tracking the history RFID is applied to the finished product. It is possible to take advantage to be applied to all systems based on the EPCglobal standard through proposed the EPCIS Capturing Application.

Water management objects was developed using the Object Oriented Programming (OOP) concept and Irrigation Block Simulation Model was developed using these objects. This model using OOP can simulate the behavior of the irrigation block composed of several irrigation canals, drainage canals, paddy fields, check gates, and so on. This study showed that using OOP concept, we can develop an water management application or extend the function of existing application more easily.

The purpose of this study is to develop Performance Based Design Method based on application of Fragility Method. Fragility Method has been used in predicting failure of structure due to seismic action, However, development of Fragility Curve based on material or construction for PBD is developed, This paper suggests that Fragility Method can be modified for PBD and can assess the performance of concrete material or construction.

There are various types of PLM(product liability management) according to corporation management level. It is necessary to develop diagnostic methods and application systems for PLM as well as to establish an efficient PLM system. This paper aims to propose a PLM system which can be applied to product with high-reliability and high-safety, and diagnostic methods for PLM based on AHP, and also show an empirical application of the proposed PL management system for Auto Test Robot System of the Mobile Phone (EVT 4320).
