We have developed the quality analysis system for magnetic field effect of cathode-ray tube that is used a monitor, TV and medical appliance. We designed and constructed the large 3-axis square coil (2 m length) system for the generation of 3-component magnetic field using power supply, magnetometer and computer below 0.2 mT range. The coil constant is 30.31 ${\mu}$T, 29.73 ${\mu}$T and 30.51 ${\mu}$T for the X, Y and Z axis square coil respectively. The magnetic field resolution was 0.01 T. The uniformity of magnetic field was measured within 1 ％ in the range of 12 cm.

This paper proposes a methodology to solve problems upon the circuit design applied to inductor load by applying a circuit to improve power factor with is partial switching PFC module to the power supply system for cooling/heating inverter air conditioner and by designing an input power section in compliance with IEC555-2 on the basis of better input power factor and minimized harmonic components of current. On the other hand, this paper suggested how to control the increase of output voltage along with tぉw current waves and partial switching PFC circuit as well, which can provide the output as twice as input voltage This study applied a method to control the compressors of air conditioner by means of increased the voltage applicable to compressor motor by lowering switching number conclusively, it could solve questions about efficiency, economics, electronic noise and so forth. and so that the reasonable voltage for running moor could be set up along with lower power consumption of air conditioner than estimated It was demonstrated that total sum of energy efficiency to operate system was increased to the extent of valid level. And all this merits and appropriateness was proved by computer simulation and experience.

This research is designed to help and offer hold up to complete the requirements of aged and disable in a home. The control approach and the tone approach are used to manage the house appliances. The major organize system implementation in technology of wireless to offer distant contact from a phone Internet Protocol connectivity for access and calculating strategy and appliance remotely. The planned system no need a committed server PC with value of parallel systems and offers a new communication-protocol to observe and control a house environment with more than just the switch functionality. To express the possibility and efficiency of this system, devices like as lights switches, power plugs, and motion-sensors have been included with the planned home control system and supply more security manage on the control with low electrical energy activate method. The rank of switches is corresponding in all this control system whereby all user interfaces indicate the real time existing status. This system planned to manage electrical-appliances and devices in house with reasonably low cost of design, user friendly interface, easily install and provide high security. Research community generally specified that the network "Reconnaissance Attacks" in IPv6 are usually impossible due to they will take huge challenge to carry out address scanning of 264 hosts in an IPv6 subnet."It being deployed of IPv6 shows that it definitely enhances security and undermines the probability". This research of the IPv6 addressing-strategies at present utilizes and planned a new strategy and move toward to "mitigate reconnaissance attacks".

Recently, service based on internet is inter-connected and integrated with a variety of connection. This kind of internet of things consist of heterogenous devices such as sensor node, devices and end-to end equipment which used in conventional protocols and services. The representative system is healthcare system. From healthcare appliance used by IoT, patient and doctor can utilize healthcare information with safety and high speed management. It is very convenient management to operate mobility. But it induced security and vulnerability issues because it has small memory capacity, low power supply and low computing power. This made impossible to implement security algorithm with embedded engine based on hardware. Nowdays, we can't realize conventional standard algorithm due to these kinds of reasons. From the critical issues, it occurred security and vulnerability issues. Therefore, we analysed and compared with conventional method and proposed techniques. Finally, we evaluated security issues and requirement for end-to-end point healthcare system based on internet of things.

The Rio Grande Compact Commission, in collaboration with local water management entities, water users and universities established a three state Rio Grande The Rio Grande Compact Commission, in collaboration with local water management entities, water users and universities established a three state Rio Grande Salinity Management Program. The objectives of the Rio Grande Project Salinity Management Program are to reduce salinity concentrations, loading, and salinity impacts in the Rio Grande basin for the 270 mile river reach from San Acacia, New Mexico to Fort Quitman, Texasto increase usable water supplies for agricultural, urban, and environmental purposes. The focus of this first phase of the program is the development of baseline salinity and hydrologic information and a preliminary assessment of the economic impacts of salinity. An assessment of the economic impacts of salinity in this region was conducted by scientists at Texas A&M University's AgriLife Research Center at El Paso and New Mexico State University. Economic damages attributable to high salinity of Rio Grandewater were estimated for residential, agricultural, municipal, and industrial uses. The major impact issues addressed were: who is being affected the types of economic impacts the magnitude of economic damages overall and by user category and identification of threshold-effect levels for different types of water use. Salinity concentrations in this 270 mile reach of the river typically range from 480 ppm to 1,200 ppm, but can exceed 3,000 ppm in the lower section of this reach. Economic impacts include reductions in agricultural yields, reduced water appliance life, equipment replacement costs, and increased water supply costs. This preliminary economic assessment indicates annual damages of $10.5 million from increased water salinity. Under current water uses, municipal and industrial uses account for 75% of the total estimated impacts. However, agricultural impacts are based on current crop pattern yield reductions and, salinity leaching requirements and do not account for the impacts of reduced revenue from having to grow salinity tolerant, lower value crops. Actual damages are anticipated to be significantly higher with the inclusion of these additional agricultural impacts plus the future impacts from the growing population in the region. A more comprehensive economic analysis is planned for the second phase of this program. Results of the economic analysis are being used to determine the feasiblity of salinity control alternatives and what salinity reduction control measures will be pursued.
