Recently, white good market has interest with inverter product, which has merit to on/off type with respect to energy saving and noise. But, inverter product's cost is rising, because of adding inverter circuit component. To reduce cost, inverter gate drive trend is using HVIC which needs only single voltage. Also using HVIC, designer can compact PCB'size. This paper shows application technique and key point of designing HVIC

Objectives: Therapeutic effect of Yinyang Balancing Appliance of functional cerebrospinal therapy (FCST) for meridian and neurologic yinyang balance was observed in Tourette's Disorder. Methods: Two Tourette's Disorder cases were managed with the Yinyang Balancing Appliance on temporomandibular joint (TMJ), combined with acupuncture. Clinical outcome measurement was based on subjective measures and clinical observations. Results: The patients showed positive changes even after the initial treatment and this effect maintained over the follow-up period. Conclusions: Although it is not clear the effect is a sustaining or temporary in its nature, a positive effect was observed and further clinical and biological research on FCST is expected.

To investigate the effects of the postural balance of TMJ using intraoral balancing appliance of functional cerebrospinal technique (FCST) combined acupuncture and manual medicine therapeutics in the treatment of congenital muscular torticollis. An idiopathic cervical dystonia case was managed with postural training with intraoral balancing appliance, combined with acupuncture and manual medicine therapeutics. Clinical assessment included radiography, Toronto Western Spasmodic Torticollis Rating Scale, and global clinical impression. Clinical improvement was observed over 5 months of treatment period. Clinical observational data on spasmodic torticollis provide an positive prospective for further investigation on the effect of FCST.

This paper compares PDM and PWM for single phase switched reluctance motor for vacuum cleaner. Generally, PWM control scheme Is preferred because of small torque ripple compared with PDM control scheme. However, as the motor speed of the vacuum cleaner is above 20,000[rpm], the torque ripple is not problem any more. PDM control scheme is better than PWM control scheme considering loss of power device and EMI.

Orthodontic extrusion is usually performed by means of a fixed orthodontic appliance that utilizes arch wire attached to adjacent teeth and transfers the desired force by elastic from the wire to the root. However, clinicians often encounter cases where the bonding required for tooth traction is not possible because the adjacent teeth have been restored with ceramic or veneer. The purpose of this case report is to describe a modified orthodontic extrusion appliance that is useful when conventional orthodontic treatment is not possible. The modified appliance was fabricated using an artificial tooth, clear plastic sheeting, and a braided fiber-reinforced composite strip that covered adjacent teeth without bonding. It satisfied the esthetic and functional needs of the patient and established the optimal biologic width.

Electricity living body formation operation appliance is using most imports until present. And, because electricity living body formation operation appliance is too expensive, it becomes burden to buy in small scale hospital. Also, problem that economical damage by income is added follows. Therefore this treatise developed electricity living body formation operation appliance by home production. Ultra high frequency eruption circuit used LC circuit, and output frequency is possible to 8 [MHz], and output voltage amplified maximum 800 [V]. This operation appliance could display size of fixed current.

FDTD(Finite-Difference Time-Domain) 방법을 이용하여 마이크로웨이브 오븐 내부 전자파를 해석하였고, 열전달방정식을 이용하여 부하의 열 분포를 해석하였다. 다양한 형태의 오프닝구조를 갖는 캐비티에 관하여 수치계산을 수행하였고, 서로 다른 종류의 부하가 존재할 때 부하의 온도 분포가 어떻게 변화하는지 알아보았다. 또한 마그네트론의 안테나와 캡이 존재하는 실제 웨이브가이드를 모델링하여 수치 계산한 후, 적외선사진에 의한 부하의 온도분포와 비교하였다.

Objectives : Therapeutic effect of Balance Appliance of functional cerebrospinal therapy (FCST) for meridian and neurologic yinyang balance was observed in a refractory torticollis case. Methods : A post-traumatic severe torticollis case with 18 years of duration was managed by the Balance Appliance on temporomandibular joint (TMJ), combined with acupuncture and manual medicine. Results : Assessment was made by self assessment of subjective symptoms and clinical observacon. The patient reported over-90% remission and returned to ordinary daily life after 20months of therapy, which effect was reported to maintain for 9 months. Conclusions : An impressive effect was observed and further clinical and biological research on FCST is expected.
