Remodeling of apartment houses has been increasing recently and residents have chosen to extend the balcony along with the legalization of balcony extension in apartment houses. Balcony extension provides residents more space, however, it has been investigated that balcony extension increases construction cost, heating and cooling cost and decreases sound insulation performance. Therefore, this study focuses on developing a decision making index for residents in remodeling required apartment houses. The suggested methodology involves surveying actual residents, survey analysis by AHP and decision model development using logistic regression analysis.

In apartment building with column structure, reinforcing bar of the column is constructed mainly using gas pressure welding job. Therefore, gas pressure welding job in very critical process is construction apartment building with column structure. The purpose of this study is to analyze productivity of gas pressure welding work in column structure apartment using Web-CYCLONE. In this study, a CYCLONE model was developed for the productivity analysis of gas pressure welding work. Through this model, the optimal combination of the resources was obtained. This study will be utilized in the future as a useful tool of productivity analysis and the determination of an optimal combination of resources for gas pressure welding in apartment with column structure.

Although installations and usages of gang-form that has advantages of preventing fall disaster, the serious disasters from gang-form occur every year. This research focused on the continuous prevention of disasters in construction of outer wall of apartment working site through step by step safety management worker's checking table. The result is the worker's checking table for safety management in apartment gang-form works, through safety guidelines case studies, interviews with safety management experts and then extracting a check list.

The Korean construction market and housing policy have been increasingly focusing on supplier. As opposed to houses in private areas, Apartment House using the common infrastructure such as elevators, electrical facilities, heating system and hot water supply system need joint management. Their management usually depends on the resident cooperation or outsourcing. On this study, I investigated the level of satisfaction of Apartment House residents and its managing personnel, the conditions of its management, and analysed the important factors which influence the degree of residence satisfaction with respect to its maintenance and management.

The area inside the apartment building where tiles are installed is applied as a finishing material for walls and floors, including exterior walls, balconies, hallways, bathrooms, and kitchens. As it is constructed in various spaces, differences in the type and period of occurrence of tile defects may appear, which is caused by heterogeneous characteristics between materials and external causes. Therefore, in this study, two-way ANOVA was used to figure out the relationship between the defect occurrence type and the period depending on the type of tile construction in the apartment building.

Consumers demand an increasing variety of requirements for the residential space as the quality of life improves. However, many apartment buildings with the bearing wall structure cannot meet such demands in Korea. A lot of construction resources are squandered and wastes are created as this type of residential buildings is reconstructed. The life of apartment buildings needs to be extended on the basis of easy remodeling of internal space in order to overcome the limits of the bearing wall structure. This research project aims to propose the Rahmen composite frame concept for the long life of apartment buildings. The Rahmen composite frame is expected to have better structural performance, constructability and economic feasibility than the bearing wall structure.

고객 요구사항은 기업의 여러 성과와 관련하여 최근 이에 대한 관심이 증가되고 있는 개념이며, 특히 국내 건설업에서 큰 비중을 차지하는 아파트 사업의 경우 다각도의 조사를 통해 고객의 요구사항을 발굴하고 이를 사업에 반영하여 품질을 향상시키는 노력이 필요하다. 이를 위해서는 고객의 요구사항을 파악하고 아파트 사업에 적용하는 기법이 요구되며 QFD(Quality Function Deployment)와 연계된 ROQ(Return On Qualify)는 제조업에서 사용되는 기법으로 고객의 요구사항을 조사하여 고객만족을 향상시키고 이를 품질개선 프로그램에 적용해 수익성을 향상시키게 하는 프로세스이다. 본 연구에서는 ROQ 프로세스의 적용을 통해 아파트 품질관리 개선방안을 제시하였다. 이를 위해 먼저 소비자 면접조사와 FGI(포커스그룹 인터뷰) 조사 실시 및 고객의 요구사항을 분석하였으며, 그 후 전문가의 면담을 통해 새로운 아파트 상품 개발에 적용 가능한 품질개선 프로그램을 수립하였다. 이 프로세스를 통해 새로운 아파트 품질관리 개선방안을 제시하도록 한다.

1970년대 산업화의 과정에서 인구의 도시 집중으로 인한 주택수요의 급격한 증가로 우리나라의 주택정책은 공급위주의 편향된 방향으로 진행되었다. 급속한 공동주택의 보급은 품질의 조악화에 따른 조기 노후화의 문제를 유발하였으며, 재건축과 리모델링이 이를 해결할 수 있는 방안들로 대두되었다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 소유자들이 스스로 주체가 되어 자신들의 공동주택에 대한 합리적인 의사결정을 도모할 수 있도록 재건축과 리모델링을 판단하는 평가방법을 제시하고자 한다. 우선 평가 항목 선정 과정을 통해 기능성과 경제성을 평가항목으로 설정하고, 재건축과 리모델링 의사결정을 위한 방법을 설정하기 위하여 계층화분석법을 이용하였으며, 기능성과 경제성 평가항목의 평가치를 통일하기 위하여 다기준의사결정법의 벡터규준화와 선형변환 과정을 이용하였다. 이러한 평가방법을 통해서 노후 공동주택의 소유자 조합이 합리적으로 대안을 선택할 수 있을 것으로 판단된다.

본 연구는 분양가 자율화가 건설회사의 주가에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다. 실증적인 분석방법으로, 본 연구는 전통적인 사건 연구방법을 이용하여 분양가 자율화가 미치는 영향을 분석하였고 회귀분석방법을 이용하여 어떤 변수와 관계가 있는지 분석하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같이 요약하였다. 첫째로, 정부가 분양가 자율화 발표시 주식의 누적추과수익률은 양의 값을 갖는다. 발표전 -10일과 발표후 +10일간의 거래기간인 21일 동안의 누적초과수익률은 25.51%이며 1%수준에서 유의하였다. 본 결과는 분양가 자율화가 긍정적인 정보를 증권시장에 전달하는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째로, 회귀분석결과 본 연구는 누적초과수익률이 매출액총이익률과 관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다.

In this study, it was accomplished to analyze the productivity and manpower through the activity of rebar work for the application of rational construction cost in apartment house. And the rebar work is very important in the view of the expense and safety, and durability in the construction of R/C structure. Also the rebar work is very affected with productivity owing to the lack of manpower and materials cost rise.
