본 논문은 지역에 관심이 많은 사용자들이 실시간으로 모바일 웹페이지 형태의 뉴스를 제공 받을 수 있는 시스템을 설계하고 이를 제작하였다. 사용자는 실시간으로 본인이 위치한 지역을 대상으로 종합되어지는 뉴스를 모바일 웹페이지 형태의 오브젝트로 제공받는다. 본 연구를 통해 지역 관심도 향상 및 지역 개발 촉진 및 관광시설 피드백 활성화 효과의 기대가 가능하다.

최근 급격히 변해가는 기업 환경으로 인해 기업의 인재관이 많이 바뀌어졌는데 그 중에서 가장 두드러진 변화가 입사지원자의 실질적인 능력과 조직구성원으로서의 자질을 더욱 중시한다는 점이다. 자기소개서는 입사지원자의 내실을 평가할 수 있는 구체적인 자료가 될 수 있기 때문에 그 중요성은 매우 큰 비중을 차지하게 된다. 본 논문에서는 취업준비생들에게 자기소개서를 쓰는데 필요한 작성환경 및 템플릿을 제공할 웹 사이트를 구축함으로써 보다 쉽게 작성하게 되길 기대하고 있다.

Northern Kyungbuk around Andong is a mountainous and more or less dry region geomorphogically. Since this area located in the valley was less invaded by foreign countries, the folk traditions have been maintained for a long time. Also as the center of Confucian culture, this region respects ceremonies and so, the simple and noble ceremonial-foods such as Ddok, Hankwas, and Buchiki have been firmly preserved in many distinguished families. And besides Andong-Soju, many traditional liquors produced in different methods can be found in this region. As Gogi-Sikhae(a fermented beverage utilizing rice and fish) is still preserved in eastern coastal area, Sosikhae(Sikhae without fish) is maintained in this region and furthermore the unique Andong Sikhae developed by modifying Sosikhae is being consumed currently. Since it is difficult to get fish here geographically, the soybean foods were developed for protein intake, for example, various fermented soybean pastes, Andong-Songuksu(a hand-made noodle using raw soybean flour), and Siragiguk(a vegetable soup).

사물인터넷을 기반으로 움직임을 감지하고 사진을 촬영하는 야생동물 방범장치를 구현하였다. 움직임을 감지할 수 있도록 진동과 PIR(Passive Infrared Sensor) 센서를 부착하였고, 촬영한 사진은 웹과 앱에서 확인할 수 있도록 하였다. 본 논문에서는 야생동물 방범장치의 설계 부분인 UML(Unified Modeling Language) 을 활용한 여러 다이어그램과 IoT(Internet of Things) 기반 야생동물 방범장치를 구현한 결과물을 볼 수 있다.

온라인상의 사진 저작물들은 쉬운 복제와 수정으로 인하여 지적재산권에 많은 침해를 입히고 있다. 본 논문에서는 사진가들의 저작권을 보호하고 사용자의 편리성을 제공하는 스톡사진 어플리케이션을 설계하고 구현하였다. 본 논문에서 설계하고 개발한 어플리케이션은 사진을 업로드/다운로드 할 수 있으며, 사진의 저작권을 인정할 수 있도록 사진의 정보를 담아 사용자의 거래 간에 사진의 정보도 같이 전송한다.

최근 유용한 버스 어플리케이션이 많이 등장하였지만 사용자의 시각으로 보았을 때 버스를 이용하는 탑승객들은 아직까지도 많은 불편을 겪고 있다. 이에 본 논문에서는 버스기사가 승객을 보지 못하고 지나쳐 버리거나 승객들이 불필요한 대기시간을 낭비하지 않고, 탑승 후에도 번거롭게 하차 벨을 누르지 않게 되어 탑승객들로 하여금 보다 편리한 대중교통 이용을 할 수 있기를 기대한다.

As a solution to the rapid urbanization problem, interest in and use of personal mobility devices such as bicycles and electric kickboards are increasing, and accidents are also rising every year. In this study, a smart vest to prevent traffic accidents and promote safe driving of personal mobility users was designed and implemented. Unlike the existing products on the market that indicate directions using buttons, the smart vest designed and implemented in this study indicates the moving direction by shaking a bracelet and displays the direction by LEDs on the vest. Therefore, this product was designed and implemented to be safer and differentiated from other existing products.

본 연구에서는 사물인터넷을 기반으로 하나의 방역 장치에서 '온도 측정, 손소독'이 가능한 코로나 방역 장치를 구현한다. 라즈베리파이 기반에 센서들을 활용한 하드웨어 시스템에서는 체온 측정 후 손소독이 가능하며 어플리케이션에서는 실시간으로 사용자의 체온측정 결과와 하드웨어의 손소독제 잔량 확인이 가능하다. 본 논문에서는 UML(Unified Modeling Language)을 활용한 여러 다이어그램 기반의 설계 부분과 열 감지 센서를 활용한 하드웨어 시스템 및 어플리케이션의 UI를 볼 수 있다.

Autophagy contributes to enhancing the immune system (innate and adaptive immune system) against foreign pathogens. Autophagy of macrophages is used as a major indicator for developing vaccine adjuvants to increase the adaptive immune response. In this study, RAL increased the production of immunostimulatory mediators and phagocytotic activity in RAW264.7 cells. RAL increased p62/SQSTM1 expression. Inhibition of TLR4, JNK, and PI3K/AKT blocked RAL-mediated increase of p62/SQSTM1. RAL activated JNK and PI3K/AKT signaling. RAL-mediated activation of JNK and PI3K/AKT signaling was reversed by TLR4 inhibition. Taken together, it is believed that RAL-mediated autophagy may be dependent on activating via TLR4-dependent activation of JNK and PI3K/AKT signaling in macrophages.
