스마트폰 앱은 다양한 목적을 가지고 개발되어 사용자에게 지식의 정보 제공뿐만 아니라 생활의 유용한 정보도 함께 제공해주고 있다. 본 논문에서는 스마트 기기의 자이로스코프 센서(Gyroscope Sensor), 마이크(Mike), 알람(Alarm) 등을 활용하여 수면건강 관리 앱을 설계 및 구현하였다. 사용자의 수면 데이터를 수집하여, 추천 수면시간을 제공 받고, 수면장애 여부 등을 판단할 수 있을 것으로 예상된다.

최근 스마트폰 보급률이 높아지면서 장애인들에 대한 스마트폰 보급도 올라가게 되었다. 하지만, 스마트폰을 이용하기 위한 수많은 어플리케이션이 출시되고 있는데 비해 장애인들에게 필요한 어플리케이션은 많지 않다. 또한 장애인들을 위한 어플리케이션은 그 조작법이 어렵거나 사용자가 필요로 하는 기능이 부족하다. 특히, GPS기능을 활용한 유용한 앱들이 많은 반면 장애인들을 위한 내비게이션 앱은 부족하다. 본 논문에서는 청각장애인들이 쉽게 접근할 수 있도록 청각장애인을 위한 길찾기 어플리케이션에 청각장애인들이 유용하게 활용할 수 잇도록 청각장애인용 앱을 설계하였다.

Heavy metal contaminations were investigated in fishes inhabiting the basins of Andong, Imha and Yeongju dam basins along the upper stream of the Nakdong river. The characteristics of heavy metals contamination in fish were investigated based on sampling sites located in the Andong dam basin. The muscle tissue was analyzed for 267 objects of 26 species from the Andong dam, 50 objects of 17 species from Imha dam, 38 objects of 9 species fromYoungju dam basin.The type and amount of heavy metals concentrated in the body of the fishes was found to be species-dependent. The heavy metal species which contamination increase through the Seokpo smelter are chromium, zinc, cadmium, and lead, and these are very likely the influence of the smelter. The concentration of eight heavy metals in fish from the Andong dam basin was higher than that in fish from the Imha and Youngju dam basins; the values for zinc, arsenic, and cadmium were significantly higher. However, mercury and lead exhibited high values in the Imha and Yeongju dam basins, respectively.

사물인터넷을 기반으로 실시간으로 소화기 주변의 상태와 화재 발생 여부, 소화기의 상태를 확인할 수 있는 웹 시스템과 화재 알림을 받을 수 있는 애플리케이션을 설계하였다. 소화기 주변의 온도와 습도를 측정하여 화재 유무를 판단하고, 화재를 감지했을 시에 LED 불빛과 경고음을 출력한다. 자이로센서를 이용하여 소화기의 쓰러짐 상태를 파악한다. 웹페이지에서 소화기의 상태 및 소화기 주변의 온습도 상태, 화재 여부를 확인할 수 있다. 사용자는 애플리케이션을 이용하여 회원가입, 로그인을 수행할 수 있으며 화재 알림을 받을 수 있다.

In this study, characteristics of sediments and suspended solids flowing into Andong and Imha Dam was analyzed by color, X-ray diffraction and ICP/MS analysis. The minerals of sediments and suspended solid consist mainly of quartz, albite, chlorite, illite and small amounts of montmorillonite and kaolinite. Unlike the Andong Dam, the Imha Dam sediments contain large amounts of calcite. Color of sediments and suspended solids varies from grayish brown to dark orange. The concentrations of major heavy metals of sediments and suspended solids in the Andong and the Imha Dam are higher than the US National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration standard values. The concentration of heavy metals in sediments of Andong is higher than that of Imha Dam because concentration of heavy metals in the suspended solid flowing into Andong is higher than that of Imha Dam.

Objectives : Gastric cancer is a leading cause of cancer-related deaths, worldwide. Houttuynia cordata Thunberg (H. cordata) has been used as a medicinal plants and it has an anti-cancer activity in human colorectal cancer and leukemic cancer. However, the potential anti-cancer activity and mechanisms of H. cordata for human gastric cancer cells have not been tested so far. Thus, this study examined the biological effects of H. cordata on the human gastric cancer cell line SNU-1 and AGS. Methods : Inhibition of cell proliferation and cell cycle by H. cordata was carried out by MTT assay and Muse cell cycle analysis and the expressions of protein associated with apoptosis and cell cycle regulation were investigated with Western blot analysis. Results : In MTT assay, the proliferation of SNU-1 and AGS cells was significantly inhibited by H. cordata in a time and dose dependent manner, Inhibition of cell proliferation by H. cordata was in part associated with apoptotic cell death, as shown by changes in the expression ratio of Bax to Bcl-2 by H. cordata. Also, H. cordata regulated the expression of cell cycle regulatory proteins such as pRb, cyclin D1, cyclin E, CDK4, CDK2, p21 and p15. Conclusion : The antiproliferative effect of H. cordata on SNU-1 and AGS gastric cancer cells revealed in this study suggests that H. cordata has intriguing potential as a chemopreventive or chemotherapeutic agent.

Andong is the place where the most ginger is produced in Korea. The article is based on a study on the development of storytelling of a co-brand of local agricultural products, focusing on the case of 'The Geudae Ginger,' a co-brand of ginger in Andong. This study aims to develop a brand storytelling of Andong Ginger's co-branded 'Geudae Ginger' to build an image as a local specialty and help revitalize the Andong ginger's industry. The process of developing storytelling to activate 'Geudae Ginger' brand is as follows. In the first step, I collected storytelling materials through data research. Ginger, which has long been used as a medicine for mankind, has more historical and cultural stories than anything else. In the second step, story resources were extracted based on data research. By analyzing the story properties of Andong ginger, we made its list. As a result, the image of the nobility, rigidity and chastity of ginger, which is used to benefit all over, could be associated with the image of Andong, the capital of Korean spiritual culture. Storytelling was developed in the third step. The main theme was 'Andong ginger with anther level ' and the main story was 'The Story of Andong's Ginger Teacher'. The scenario developed is as follows: 1. Introducing Andong's Ginger Teacher, 2. The birth of Dosan Thirteen Tea, 3. 'Geudae Ginger' that bridges love. In the last fourth step, I proposed ways to utilize storytelling. I presented the spread methods of consumer-participated storytelling using images of 'Geudae Ginger' and a new-tro event with teachers highlighting the image of 'Ginger Teacher' and others as a local business program for storytelling expansion.

스마트폰의 사용량 증가와 함께 일상생활에 편리함을 주는 다양한 종류의 어플리케이션이 개발되고 있다. 생활에 편리함을 주는 어플리케이션 가운데 특히 특정한 장소를 예약하는 어플리케이션의 증가가 많다. 본 논문은 병원예약을 필요로 하는 모든 연령층을 위하여 병원 예약 어플리케이션을 설계하고 이를 구현하였다. 본 논문에서 개발한 병원예약 어플리케이션은 GPS 기능을 사용하여 어플리케이션 이용자에게 장소나 시간의 제약 없이 정보를 제공하고, 주변에 있는 병원을 찾는 사용자에게 신속한 예약이 가능하도록 설계하였다. 본 어플리케이션 사용으로 병원 예약을 필요로 하는 사용자에게 다양한 정보와 편리함을 제공할 것으로 기대한다.

컴퓨터나 모바일 기기 사용자들이 필요한 자료나 정보 등을 검색하거나 콘텐츠가 있는 웹사이트를 찾는 경우, 흔히 사용하는 검색만으로는 어려움을 겪을 때가 존재한다. 이에 본 논문은 이러한 불편함을 최소화하기 위해 스마트폰 이용자가 원하는 콘텐츠를 찾고자 하는 경우, 분야별로 중요한 사이트들을 모아 해당 콘텐츠가 있는 사이트를 리스트로 제공해주는 어플리케이션을 개발하였다. 이는 사용자들에게 원하는 콘텐츠가 있는 사이트를 좀 더 쉽게 찾을 수 있도록 편리성을 줄 것이라 기대한다.

본 논문에서는 실생활에서 식품을 취급하는 대학생 및 독립거주자를 위한 식품 안전관리 시스템을 설계하고 이를 구현하였다. 사용자는 실시간 등록 및 스캔을 통하여 신뢰성 있는 식품관리가 가능하고 알람을 통하여 유통기한의 경과여부를 알 수 있도록 구현 하였다. 본 논문에서 구현한 어플리케이션의 사용으로 개인 생활건상 향상 및 경제적 절약효과를 기대하는 것이 가능하다.
