We want to know the key factors which are important to make any cluster grow up. First, we make four cluster types which are national policy type, local recruit type, local network type, and existing industry transforming type. Second, We selected Austin case and Kyushu case as two local recruit type clusters. Third, this paper looks into the dynamics of two clusters. Forth, we arrive at the conclusion including the policy implication for Daegu technopolis.

Purpose: This study was conducted to analyze the concept of nurses' emotional labor. Method: Rodgers's evolutionary concept analysis was used. Result: Nurses' emotional labor can be defined by two attributes: emotional distortion and self-regulation process. Antecedents of nurses' emotional labor include interactional, organizational and personal factors. The consequences of nurses' emotional labor are emotional dissonance and internalization of organizational display rules. Conclusion: Appropriate instrument to operationalize the concept need to be developed.

In this paper, we propose the method of voice packet transformation for the improvement of voice quality in embedded VoIP system terminals. For this purpose, it was analyzed about the RTP header in the voice packet receiving side and designed about the handling method of voice packets by using jitter buffer. Through this analyzed and designed results, by implementing the voice packet transformation method and testing on the self-product VoIP system, we reached that a conclusion is satisfied with performance of VoIP services.

The paper begin by examining shipbuilding in the context of competitiveness, specification and cost-effectiveness before considering the impact of safety requirements in the its operations. The basis of the safety case approach is then given, and its application to shipbuilding is illustrated by an example based on the use of staging in ship construction. The key conclusion is that the safety case approach provides the management with a technique for treating potential hazards in shipbuilding so that their risks can be kept within an acceptable level.

Statistically inquiring into dental health index of upper and lower first permanent molar for 1520 pupils of primary school in seoul. I got a conclusion as follows: 1. Lower first permanent molar was lower than upper first permanent molar in dental health index and conversely in DMF rate. 2. Elder pupils were lower than younger pupils in dental health index and conversely in DMF rate.

In the present study, the unsteady in a square-selctional 180.deg. curved duct are experimentally investigated. The experimental study using air in a square-sectional 180.deg. curved duct is carried out to measure axial velocity distributions with data acquisition and processing system. In this system, Rotating Machinery Resolver(RMR) and PHASE Software are used to obtain the results of unsteady flows. In conclusion, the exact measurement of unsteady flow using LDV system depends upon uniformity of metreials, duct thickness, and scattered particles.

This paper studies the outcome of the privitization policy which have been proceed for the railway reform in Japan. In addition, we examine the current problems of privitization policy and propose the direction of the policy in the future. In conclusion the privitization policy in Japan railway leave much to be desired in the point of competition, deregulation. debt and employment. We will have to examine these points. And We will consider the merits and demerits of Japan' case in Korean railway privitization.
