This study uses the moderating model to explore the relationships between Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) associations, brand awareness and consumer purchase intention. Besides investigating the direct effects of CSR associations on brand awareness and consumer purchase intention, this study also focuses on discovering the moderating role of CSR associations on the relationship between brand awareness and consumer purchase intention among Vietnamese students. Adapting scales from previous research, the authors distribute questionnaires to consumers across the country. Then, the validity and reliability are tested via Cronbach's alpha, Exploratory Factor Analysis (EFA) and Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA). Moreover, by employing a meta-analytical path analysis with a sample of 686 consumers, the authors show that CSR associations play an important role in shaping purchase intention among Vietnamese consumers regarding the consumption of organic milk products. Also, CSR associations have a strong effect on brand awareness. However, our study shows that purchase intention is not directly affected by brand awareness. In other words, brand awareness does not mediate the relationship between CSR associations and purchase intention. Interestingly, authors show that CSR associations moderate the link between brand awareness and consumer purchase intention. Based on the research, some recommendations are made to companies that produce organic milk products.
This study is an empirical study about the effects of perceived risks and perceived benefits on purchase intention in mobile commerce. Perceived risks and perceived benefits are proposed as mediators that make a significant impact on purchase intention in mobile commerce. Also, this study compared the direct effect of perceived risks, perceived benefits and consumer subjective knowledge to purchase intention. As antecedents of perceived risks and perceived benefits, subjective knowledge, mobile Internet familiarity, credibility for the purchase and provided information level are proposed and verified. Results from this study are as follows: First, the effect of perceived risks to purchase intention is not significant whereas that of perceived benefits is significant. Second, this study revealed that mobile Internet familiarity, credibility for the purchase and information level are significantly related to mobile purchase intention through perceived benefit. Third, subjective knowledge makes a significant impact on purchase intention directly not mediated by perceived risk or perceived benefit. Based on these results, managerial implications for mobile commerce vitalization and marketing strategy are discussed. Finally, limitation for this research and further research issues are suggested.

Independent sample t-test and ANOVA was used to test the effect of moderating variables on purchase intention. The research fount brand loyalty and brand awareness were the influential factors for purchase intention of smart phones. Females performed significantly more than males in purchase intention. The objective of this study is to analyze factors affecting purchase intention and conduct price sensitivity analysis of Korean Shine-muscat for Chinese consumers. Logit model has been set up to find purchase intention with survey data which was conducted in Beijing China. The results show that the high-income, unmarried consumers are more sensitive to the price of Korean Shine-muscat than low-income, married consumers, but have higher purchase intention. Also, consumers who perceive Korea positively and those who prefer Korean dramas are more sensitive to the price but have higher purchase intention. Consumers with a high monthly purchase frequency of Shine-muscat have higher purchase intention of Korean Shine-muscat, but are more sensitive to the price. The results of this study can be utilized as basic information for promoting the export of Korean Shine- muscat to China.
This study deals with shopping value and trust as the factors to influence consumer attitude and purchase intention in online shopping. Utilitarian and hedonic shopping values, trust, attitude and purchase intention are incorporated into the Value-Attitude-Behavior model to find out how differently shopping values and trust influence online shoppers attitude and purchase intention when they have different purchase experiences. Data are collected from survey of 187 subjects and divided into two groups according to their online purchase experiences : 97 shoppers with low online purchase experiences and 89 with high experiences. PLS(Partial Least Square) method is applied to estimate the research model and to test 7 hypotheses. The results show the difference of the way how shopping value and trust influence purchase intention. In the case of low experienced online shoppers, trust has the greatest influence purchase intention, followed by hedonic shopping value mediated by attitude. However utilitarian shopping values have a bigger impact on it for shoppers with high purchase experiences. In the latter, trust also has a significant impact on purchase intention at confidence level of 0.05. The results also provide useful implications for practitioners to build and manage their marketing strategies. Managers of online shopping mall should react to the different shopping value by shopper's experience.

A total of 211 copies of data were analyzed to investigate a structural model and test research hypotheses using AMOS 7.0 package. The results were summarized as follows. First, fashion innovativeness and technology innovativeness negatively affected price sensitivity; however, information innovativeness positively affected price sensitivity. Second, technology innovativeness positively affected the purchase intention of smart wear; however, fashion innovativeness and information innovativeness did not affect the purchase intention of smart wear. Third, price sensitivity negatively influenced the purchase intention of smart wear. This study is useful for marketers and managers who establish marketing and a price strategy for smart wear in an exploration of the relation of consumer innovativeness, price sensitivity, and the purchase intention of smart wear.
Objectives : To determine the relationships among quality, satisfaction, value and purchase intention in health care service. Methods : The data were gathered from out-patients who had used hospital services. They were asked to assess service quality, satisfaction, service value, and purchase intention. A total of 557 usable questionnaires were gathered. The data were analyzed using SAS version 6.12. The analysis methods employed in the study were confirmatory analysis and covariance structural analysis. Results : Service quality exhibited a significant and positive relationship with satisfaction, service value, and purchase intention. Furthermore, satisfaction had a significant and positive relationship with purchase intention. And finally, service value had a significant and positive relationship with both satisfaction and purchase intention. Based on these findings, it is evident that satisfaction was a mediator between service quality and purchase intention. Also service value played a mediating role between service quality and satisfaction. Conclusions : These results suggest that service quality is an antecedent of satisfaction and sonics value, and exerts a stronger influence on purchase intentions than satisfaction and service value do. Thus, managers may need to emphasize service quality in health care.

The subjects consisted of 217 male and 351 female US undergraduate students. The experimental materials used in this study were 48 stimuli and a questionnaire, composed of 7-point semantic differential scales of 17 bi-polar adjectives. The data were analyzed by ANOVA, Duncan's multiple range test, Regression, and t-test. The major findings were as follows; First, interpretation type and application object had significant effects on the preference, while category and interpretation type had significant effects on the purchase intension. The application of Korean traditional motifs for pattern design was preferred to their application for clothing design. Decorative type was found to be more related to the preference and purchase intention than the other interpretation types of realistic, stylized and abstract types. The purchase intention on crain motif was lower than the other categories of lotus and cloud motifs. Second, in overall, the preference on Korean traditional motifs was higher than purchase intention. Third, the preference and purchase intention were affected mainly by 'Quality' image, a component of sensibility, followed by 'Cheerfulness' image, but not affected by 'Simplicity' and 'Modernity' image.
