말하기 과제 수행에서 인지적 활동으로서의 학습자 대화 사례 연구 (A Case Study of KSL Learner-Learner Dialogue as a Cognitive Activity in Speaking Tasks)

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate learner-learner dialogue during speaking tasks. In the Korean language classroom, conversation between learners is an important activity as speaking practice. However, learner dialogue is also a tool to enable learners to collaboratively conduct various cognitive activities in the classroom. In previous research, it was unfolded that through learner-learner dialogue, learners can solve second-language related problems and set a goal to carry out tasks. Therefore, this study analyzed learner-learner dialogue to investigate what kinds of cognitive activities are activated during the role-play task. As a result, the learners collaboratively generated and monitored language and content for role play. Also, in order to accomplish tasks more successfully, learners shared the same understanding about the goal of the task, and tried to manage the task procedure. Through learner-learner dialogue, learners can participate in cognitive activities such as content, language construction, and task management voluntarily without the help from teachers. This means that learner-learner dialogue can be an activity to support language learning tasks. Also, it can make learners actively involved in learning and by sharing resources with each other. It is also important that learners can experience language use that participates in real-world communication activities, such as learning in the classroom and collaborating with peer learners. This study is an exploratory study for a basic understanding of learner's conversation as a cognitive activity, and the scope of the study is limited to clarifying contents of learner-learner dialogue as a cognitive activity in speaking tasks. Based on the findings of this study, future research should be conducted on the function of learner-learner dialogue as a cognitive activity in Korean language learning and its role in the classroom of Korean language education.

뇌성마비 아동의 신체기능 및 일상생활 향상을 위해 적용된 과제 중심 훈련의 체계적 고찰 (A Systematic Review of Task-Oriented Training to Improve the Physical Function and Activities of Daily of Living of Children With Cerebral Palsy)

  • 목적 : 본 연구는 뇌성마비 아동의 신체기능과 일상생활 향상을 위해 적용된 과제 중심 훈련 방법에 대해 정리하고 효과를 제시하고자 하였다. 연구방법 : 검색 기간은 2008년 1월부터 2020년 8월까지로 하였으며, 자료 검색을 위해 CINAHL, MEDLINE, PubMed의 데이터베이스를 이용하였다. 총 18편이 선정되었으며, PICO(Patient, Intervention, Comparison, Outcome) 방법을 적용하여 체계적으로 정리하였다. 과제 중심 훈련은 선행연구를 참고하여 운동학습 및 운동조절 이론의 전략인 과제(Task), 실행(Practice), 피드백(Feedback)으로 분류하여 제시하였다. 결과 : 그 결과 13편의 연구가 운동기술 영역에서 유의한 결과를 보였으며, 그 중 2편의 연구에서 일상생활 영역에서 유의한 결과를 보였다. 과제는 개별 과제(discrete task)와 닫힌 과제(closed task) 형태가 가장 많이 사용되었다. 실행은 전체 실행(whole practice) 유형이 가장 많이 사용되었으며, 부분 실행(part practice), 차단 실행(blocked practice) 순으로 사용되었다. 마지막으로 피드백은 구체적으로 제시하지 않은 경우가 가장 많았으며, 외재적 피드백(extrinsic feedback)이 사용되었다. 결론 : 본 연구를 바탕으로 향후에는 뇌성마비 아동의 운동조절을 촉진하는 기술의 체계적인 선택과 구체적인 방법의 제시를 통하여 과제 중심 훈련이 임상에서 더욱 효과적으로 사용될 수 있을 것이라 기대한다.

Turning STEP-NC(ISO14649) 정보를 기반한 접촉식 OMM(On-Machine Measurement) Inspection planning에 대한 연구 (A Study on the Tactile Inspection Planning for OMM based on Turning STEP-NC information (ISO14649))

  • ISO 14649 (data model for STEP-NC) is a new interface scheme or language for CAD-CAM-CNC chain under established by ISO TC184 SCI. Up to this point, the new language is mainly made for milling and turning, and other processes such as EDM will be completed in the future. Upon completion, it will be used as the international standard language for e-manufacturing paradigm by replacing the old machine-level language, so called M&G code used since 1950's. With the rich information contents included in the new language, various intelligent functions can be made by the CNC as the CNC knows what-to-make and how-to-make. In particular, On-Machine Inspection required for quality assurance in the machine level, can be done based on the information of feature­based tolerance graph. Previously, On-Machine inspection has been investigated mainly for milling operation, and only a few researches were made for turning operation without addressing the data model. In this thesis, we present a feature-based on-machine inspection process by the 4 Tasks: 1) proposing a new schema for STEP-NC data model, 2) converting the conventional tolerance scheme into that of STEP-NC, 3) modifying the tolerance graph such that the tolerance can be effectively measured by the touch probe on the machine, and 4) generating collision-free tool path for actual measurement. Task 1 is required for the incorporation of the presented method in the ISO 14649, whose current version does not much include the detailed schema for tolerance. Based on the presented schema, the tolerance represented in the conventional drafting can be changed to that of STEP-NC (Task 2). A special emphasis was given to Task 3 to make the represented tolerance accurately measurable by the touch probe on the machine even if the part setup is changed. Finally, Task 4 is converting the result of Task into the motion of touch probe. The developed schema and algorithms were illustrated by several examples including that of ISO 14649 Part 12.

상사 리더십과 동료의 정서적 지원이 성과평가 공정성과 자기효능감을 통하여 과업 성과에 미치는 영향 연구 (A study on the Effect of Superior Leadership and Emotional Support of Co-workers on Task Performance through Performance Evaluation Fairness and Self-Efficacy)

  • 본 연구는 불확실한 시장환경에서 기업의 과업 성과에 영향을 미치는 요인을 찾기 위해 상사 리더십과 동료의 정서적 지원이 성과평가 공정성과 자기효능감을 통하여 과업 성과에 미치는 영향 관계를 살펴보고자 하였다. 이를 위하여 기업 직원들을 대상으로 500부의 설문 자료를 수집하였고, Smart PLS 3.0을 사용하여 연구 가설을 검증하였다. 연구 결과 상사 리더십과 동료의 정서적 지원이 직원들의 성과평가 공정성에 개별적으로 정(+)의 영향을 나타내었고, 성과평가 공정성은 자기효능감에 정(+)의 영향을 나타내었다. 본 연구를 통하여 직원들이 받아들이는 성과평가 공정성과 자기효능감이 업무성과에 영향을 미친다는 것을 밝혀내서 후속 연구가들에게 이론적 토대를 제공해 주었고, 기업에서는 업무성과를 높이기 위해서는 인사제도인 성과평가 공정성을 관리하여 직원들의 도전 의식을 고취 시켜야 한다는 실무적 시사점을 제시하였다. 향후 연구에서는 본연구 결과를 바탕으로 과업 성과를 위해 조직이 갖추어야 할 요인에 대한 다양한 연구가 필요하다.

동시적 이중과제 훈련이 노인의 실행기능에 미치는 효과: 체계적 고찰 및 메타분석 (A Systematic Review and Meta-Analysis of the Effects of Simultaneous Dual-Task Training on Executive Function in Older Adults)

  • 목적 : 본 연구는 노인을 대상으로 한 동시적 이중과제 훈련을 적용하였을 때 실행기능의 효과를 알아본 연구를 분석하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 연구방법 : PubMed, EMBASE, CoChrane, Web of Science, RISS를 이용하여 지난 10년간 출판된 논문을 검색하였고, 선정 및 배제 기준을 통해 최종 7편의 논문을 선정하였다. 선정 논문에 대한 PEDro 질적평가와 메타분석을 시행하였다. 결과 : 선정된 7편의 논문은 모두 무작위 대조군 설계로, PEDro Scale 7점 이상의 높은 편에 속하였다. 이중과제 훈련의 실행기능 효과를 보기 위한 평가도구로 4편의 문헌에서 선로잇기검사(Trail Making Test)를 사용하였고, 2편에서 색선로잇기검사(Color Trail Test)를 사용하였으며, 3편에서 스트룹검사(Stroop test)를 사용하였다. 메타분석을 실시한 결과 전체적인 실행기능의 향상은 0.38로 작은효과크기를 보였으며, 선로잇기검사와 색선로잇기검사는 0.37, 스트룹검사는 0.34로 작은효과크기를 보였다. 전체적인 실행기능 효과와 선로잇기검사, 색선로잇기검사의 효과크기만 통계학적으로 유의하였다(p<0.05). 결론 : 본 연구를 통해 이중과제 훈련이 노인의 실행기능 향상에 효과적임을 확인하였지만, 이중과제 훈련의 효과를 높이기 위해서는 훈련의 난이도 설정이 중요하며, 실행기능을 평가하는 다양한 평가도구와 실제 이중과제 조건에서의 수행도를 평가하는 평가도 동시에 이루어져야 함을 알 수 있었다. 이는 향후, 노인들의 실행기능 향상 훈련을 하는데 적절한 중재방법으로 사용될 수 있으며, 치매 발현을 늦추는데 도움이 될 것이라 사료된다.

  • 정보 및 정보를 생산, 처리, 폐기하는 시스템은 정보의 총수명주기에 걸쳐 일정수준의 보안이 유지되어야 한다. 일정수준의 보안을 유지하기 위해 소프트웨어 및 자동차 개발, 미국 연방정부 정보체계 등 시스템 수명주기의 보안관리 프로세스를 적용하고 있으나, 우리나라에는 이와 유사한 보안관리 프로세스가 전무한 실정이다. 본 논문에서는 국방 분야 정보 및 정보 처리시스템의 총수명주기에 걸쳐 일정수준의 보안을 유지하기 위한 한국형 보안위험관리 프레임워크를 제안한다. 국방 분야에 적용할 수 있는 한국형 보안위험관리 프레임워크의 개발 목적과 적용방안을 소개함으로써 향후 국방 보안업무가 나가야 할 방향을 제시하고 보안 패러다임의 전환을 유도하고자 한다

상하간 교환관계의 질의 영향요인과 결과에 관한 실증연구 : 육군 소대장과 소대원을 대상으로 (An Empirical Study on the Antecedents and Outcomes of Leader-Member Exchange Quality in the Korean Army Platoons)

  • This study examined the antecedents and outcomes of leader-member exchange (LMX) quality in the Korean Army platoons. Although a number of studies have devoted substantial attention to the application of the LMX theory in various organizational settings, there has been no effort to verify or to apply the model to a military situation. In this paper, we tried to build an integrative LMX model to apply to the Korean army. We developed, on the basis of literature review, an integrative framework describing the factors affecting the LMX quality, LMX quality outcomes and the moderators of LMX quality-outcomes. Then we collected data from the 404 lieutenant-soldier dyads. The analysis of the data showed that 1) interpersonal variables (perceived similarity and liking of soldier) and LMX quality were significantly related, 2) LMX quality and outcome variables(soldier's performance, job satisfaction, and morale) were significantly related, and 3) the relationship between LMX quality and soldier's performance were strongly significant when task challenge is high but nonsignificant when task challenge is low, while there were nonsignificant or weekly significant relationships between LMX quality and soldier's performance when task challenge is moderate. The results are basically coinciding with the previous research, except that, with the low challenge tasks, the LMX quality did not affect soldier's performance, which seems to be due to the directive leadership style of the lieutenants. The theoretical and practical implications and future research directions are discussed.

하우스멜론 수확자동화를 위한 원격영상 처리알고리즘 개발 (Development of Tele-image Processing Algorithm for Automatic Harvesting of House Melon)

  • Hybrid robust image processing algorithm to extract visual features of melon during the cultivation was developed based on a wireless tele-operative interface. Features of a melon such as size and shape including position were crucial to successful task automation and future development of cultivation data base. An algorithm was developed based on the concept of hybrid decision-making which shares a task between the computer and the operator utilizing man-computer interactive interface. A hybrid decision-making system was composed of three modules such as wireless image transmission, task specification and identification, and man-computer interface modules. Computing burden and the instability of the image processing results caused by the variation of illumination and the complexity of the environment caused by the irregular stem and shapes of leaves and shades were overcome using the proposed algorithm. With utilizing operator's teaching via LCD touch screen of the display monitor, the complexity and instability of the melon identification process has been avoided. Hough transform was modified for the image obtained from the locally specified window to extract the geometric shape and position of the melon. It took less than 200 milliseconds processing time.

The Effect of Aquatic Task Training on Gait and Balance Ability in Stroke Patients

  • Purpose: The purpose of study was to measure stroke patients' ability to balance and their degrees of clinical function and to examine the effect of the aquatic exercise method using tasks related to these features. Methods: Twenty stroke patients were randomly assigned to an aquatic task exercise group and a land task exercise group. Both groups used the same exercise method for 60 minutes each session, three times a week for 12 weeks at the same time point and with the same amount of exercise. Results: Before and after the exercise, static balance was measured using balance measuring instruments locomotive faculties, muscular strength, and dynamic balance were assessed through the Berg balance and 10 m gait tests. Finally, gait abilities were measured, and the data obtained were analyzed to generate the results. Conclusion: Both groups showed significant improvement, but the aquatic exercise group showed slightly more significant results in static balance, Berg balance, and upright walking tests. It is thought that the improvement of stroke patients' balance and gait ability can be triggered through the application of aquatic exercise programs in the future.

다양성 지각 정도가 팀의 성과에 미치는 영향: 갈등의 조절효과를 중심으로 (The Effects of Perception Levels of Diversity on Team Performance: Moderating Effects of Conflict)

  • Purpose: The results of prior studies investigating main effects between diversity and team performance are neither clear nor consistent. This study seeks to provide more evidence for a direct link between these two. The present study also attempts to close a gap in the literature by examining conflict as a moderator of the relationship between diversity and team performance. Methods: As suggested by Williams and O'Reilly(1998), this study examines the effects of perception levels of three specific types of diversity (social category diversity, value diversity, and informational diversity) and two contextual moderators (task conflict and relationship conflict) on team performance. Results: The results show that perception levels of all three types of diversity are significantly related to team performance in the current sample of 313. Results also indicate that relationship conflict significantly interacted with the perception levels of diversity in relating to team performance. Results for task conflict, however, fails to support the hypothesis. Conclusion: The results suggest that the effects of diversity on team functioning depend on how diversity is perceived by team members, rather than actual diversity seen by team members. Theoretical and practical implications are reviewed, and limitations of the study and suggestions for future research are addressed.
