Interest about the effect of military service is increasing because of the renewal of military service incentive system in Korea. In the background, men has been experienced which suffer monetary and non-monetary damages through the compulsory military service in Korea. However there are few studies that analyze the labor market effect of military service. This study takes advantage of male worker's data of 10th KLIPS(Korea Labor & Income Panel Survey) in 2007 and analyze the wage effect of military service. According to empirical result using Mincerian earnings function, the positive effect of military service appeared. These result shows men who finished military duty have an monetary advantage in Korean labor market unlike general perceptions on military service.

IIn this paper, I investigate the effect of special education teachers' self-leadership on job-satisfaction. The data was collected from 141 special education teachers to analyze the correlations between self-leadership, job and life satisfaction. In addition, another purpose is to analyze how self-leadership influence on job satisfaction (human relationship, assigned tasks) and life satisfaction. The results are shown as follows. First, self-expectation and goal setting, self-expectation and human relationship, human relationship and assigned tasks have meaningful correlation. Second, self-expectation and self-rewarding are sub-factors of self-leadership that have great influence on human relationship which is a subordinate factor of job satisfaction and assigned tasks. Third, self-expectation and self-rewarding are factors of self-leadership that have a great influence on life satisfaction. Finally, it shows that self-leadership has an effect on life satisfaction through assigned task, which is a factor of job satisfaction. However, through human relationship, self-leadership does not have a meaningful effect on life satisfaction. This study is significant by finding sub-factors which influence special education teacher's self leadership, job satisfaction and life satisfaction by using Bootstrap method.

This study aims to analyze the effect of quality of health care on perceived value, patient satisfaction and revisit intention. Especially, it was focused on outdoor environment, indoor environment, admission procedure, hospital image, service quality of physicians nurses medical technicians medical staff that patients perceived. Inpatients and outpatients were selected from three hospital in D city Questionnaire survey was employed to collect data from the subjects. For inpatients, indoor environment, admission procedure, hospital image and service quality of physicians have an effect on perceived value. Admission procedure, hospital image and service quality of physicians nurses medical technicians has an effect on the patient satisfaction. Hospital image and service quality of physicians nurses medical technicians have an effect on revisit intention. Perceived value have an effect on the patient satisfaction. Perceived value have an effect on revisit intention. Patient satisfaction have an effect on revisit intention. For outpatients, Admission procedure, hospital image and service quality of physicians medical technicians have an effect on perceived value. Indoor environment, hospital image and service quality of physicians medical technicians medical staff has an effect on the patient satisfaction. Indoor environment, hospital image and service quality of physicians medical technicians have an effect on revisit intention. Perceived value have an effect on the patient satisfaction. Perceived value have an effect on revisit intention. Patient satisfaction have an effect on revisit intention. They should evaluate customer satisfaction on their services and analyze various factors that affect on it to improve middle hospitals.

The technique for Eye-tracking is to trace the movements of pupils so that the eye's exploration response to be digitized. The procedure of Observation Experiment shows a mutual environmental characteristics between men and measuring devices. In order to improve the reliability and to secure the objectivity of the data acquired from eye-tracking, it is very important to analyze the procedures for the experiment to be prepared and the test data to be saved. Based on this viewpoint, the convergent exploration activities at the observation experiment with the objects of sport images were examined to find out what influences the context effect given by experimental environments have on this experiment. In addition, the starting time of attention affecting the reliability of observation data has been estimated. When the observation time is to be subdivided by the unit of second. The attention disperses for the individual characteristics to be appreciated. However, in case of analysis by the overall average, there was the problem that the section of attention dispersed to make it difficult to analyze the subjects' observation features. The study results made it possible to understand the physiological characteristics which were near unconsciousness, when there was an intensive attention for the first 3 seconds and the observation data were shown to be in ordinary range after 4 seconds. The analysis of observation with the focus of the intensive attention enabled the analysis with the first 3 seconds excepted so that it might approach the ordinary range of observation data. The distribution of attention for the first 3 seconds showed the intensive attention, which was on the center. The emergence of intensive attention and the overlapping of the centers can be considered as a context effect due to the correction for the preparing process of experiment. Accordingly, it is thought to be helpful to the security of objectivity and the construction of reliability of eye-tracking data to analyze the observation features shown after the deletion of the data for the first 3 seconds.

This paper describes the effective and rigorous analytic method of multipath effect which results from insufficient isolation characteristics between adjacent channels in communication payload system. It is very important to analyze the multipath effect for verifying the performance of transponder subsystem that especially is consist of multi channels. Finally the multipath effect are analyzed by calculating the GR and GDR for two adjacent channels of Ku-band transponder subsystem on the Communication & Broadcasting Satellite(CBS).

In the current wireless communication technology, the digital radio system replaces the analog radio broadcasting. Since the in-band digital radio systems are used in the existing analog radio frequency band, interference problems of digital radio are caused. It is important to effectively analyze the interference. In this paper, to analyze SINR and BEP (bit error probability) of digital radio system, we propose the analysis method considering angular effect. The angular effect means a method to analyze the interference when the receiver is located in different directions around the transmitter. These results are able to give basic information for the allocation of digital radio networks.

This study aimed to confirm the effect of molecular weight (MW) in solid dispersion of carvedilol with poly-vinylpyrrolidone (PVP) of various MW. Solid dispersion of carvedilol with PVP was prepared by spray-drying method. Scanning electron microscopy (SEM) was used to analyze the surface of solid dispersion samples. Differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) and X-ray diffraction (XRD) were used to analyze the crystalline of solid dispersion. Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR) was used to analyze the change of chemical structure characteristic of solid dispersion. DSC and XRD show that drug crystalline was changed. FT-IR revealed that chemical structure of solid dispersion comparing the chemical structure of drug was changed. The dissolution studies of solid dispersion presented at simulated gastric juice (pH 1.2). The dissolution rate of solid dispersion was dramatically enhanced than pure drug and the MW of PVP has an effect on the release property of carvedilol in solid dispersion. In conclusion, the present study has confirmed the effect of MW of PVP on release property of solid dispersion formulation of carvedilol with PVP.

Purpose: The purpose of this study is to analyze the relationship between characteristics of social media sites (SNS) and the intention of Pakistani tourists to visit South Korea while determining the role of usefulness, interestingness, and involvement of tourists. Research design, data and methodology: A research model was developed through the previous research, and the questioner-based survey was conducted on Pakistani tourists visiting Korea. The survey data was collected by following multiple hypotheses: the relationship between SNS tourism information and perception of SNS, the relationship between SNS perception and intention to visit, and adjustment of involvement in the relation between tourism information characteristics, and SNS perception. We used SPSS and AMOS24.0 statistical tools to analyze the hypothesis testing data. Results: Based on the data analysis, the study found that the characteristics of SNS have a positive effect on intention to visit via users' perception like usefulness and interestingness. The involvement has a moderating effect between SNS characteristics and users' perception. In the group with high involvement, the degree of influence of the quality factor of SNS on user perception was greater than in the group with low involvement. Conclusions: This study demonstrated that traveler's involvement has a moderating effect on the relationship between SNS characteristics and visit intention for Pakistani travelers visiting Korea. It shows that practitioners or researchers should establish and operate SNS strategies in consideration of user involvement.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the production and marketing control effects of aqua-cultured flounder required for stable income growth of aqua-cultured household. We analyzed the supply and demand structure of cultured flounder using the partial equilibrium model approach. And we estimated the optimal yield of cultured flounder and analyzed the effect of marketing control through constructed model. The main results of this study are summarized as follows. First, the fitness and predictive power of the estimated model showed that the RMSPE and MAPE values were less than 5% and Theil's inequality coefficient was very close to 0 rather than 1. It was evaluated that the prediction ability of the aqua-cultured flounder supply and demand model by dynamic simulation was excellent. Second, dynamic simulation based on policy simulation was conducted to analyze the price increase effect of production and shipment control of cultured flounder. As a result, if the annual production volume is reduced by 1%, 5%, and 10% among 32,852~37,520 tons, it is analyzed that the price increase effect is from 1.2% to 12.5%. Finally, this study suggests that the production and marketing control can increase the price of aqua-cultured flounder in the market. In this paper, we propose a policy implementation of the total supply system instead of conclusions.
