표준화 정책 측면에서 모듈성 연구: 전자 산업과 자동차 산업 비교 분석 (A Study of Modularity in the Perspective of Standardization: A Comparative Analysis of Electronic and Automotive Industries)

  • 최근 사물인터넷(Internet of Things)과 같이 정보통신기술이 다른 산업의 제품들과 결합하여 새로운 기능을 제공하고 있다. 모듈성은 기술 융합을 촉진하는 데 중요한 역할을 하고 있고, 이는 조직 간의 관계뿐만 아니라 산업 내의 경쟁 구조에도 영향을 미치고 있다. 모듈성이 조직 체계 및 산업 내 지배구조에 영향을 미치는 데 있어서 핵심 요인은 개별 모듈 간의 연계를 담당하는 인터페이스 표준이다. 모듈성과 인터페이스 표준에 관한 연구들은 기술 체계와 조직 체계 간의 상호 작용과 이로 인해 산업의 역학 구도가 변화하는 과정을 설명하고 있어서, 상기 언급한 현상을 이해하는 데 도움이 될 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 모듈성에 관한 기존 해외 연구들을 모듈성과 제품 아키텍처, 인터페이스 표준과 조직 체계, 지배구조와 제도적 요소 측면에서 정리하였다. 또한 전자 산업과 자동차 산업을 비교 분석하여 표준화 정책에 대한 시사점을 도출하였다. 이를 통해 다양한 모듈 제조업체 육성과 네트워크 효과에 기반을 둔 글로벌 경쟁력 강화, 사용자 중심의 혁신 체계 도입을 위해서는 개방형 인터페이스 표준을 외부형으로 설정하는 것이 중요하다는 것을 밝혀냈다. 또한 성능 최적화 측면에서 제품의 특성 반영, 산업 내 핵심기업의 참여 유도, WTO 법과 같은 제도적 요소 등 개방형 인터페이스 표준화 정책을 수립할 때 고려할 사항들을 정리한다.

대규모 노천광 연약암반 사면에서의 GPS 계측과 위험도평가에 의한 파괴예측 (Failure Prediction for Weak Rock Slopes in a Large Open-pit Mine by GPS Measurements and Assessment of Landslide Susceptibility)

  • 노천광산에서 사면설계는 안정성과 경제성 측면에서 동시에 접근하여 결정해야 한다. 따라서 일반 사면과 달리 대부분 보강 없이 굴착해야 하기 때문에 사면의 경사가 가장 중요한 설계 변수이다. 본 연구에서는 인도네시아 파시르(Pasir)에 위치한 노천채광방식의 대규모 석탄광산 사면에 대하여 GPS에 의한 변위계측 및 해석을 수행하였다. 파괴시기를 예측하기 위해 계측자료에 대한 역변위속도 분석결과가 현장사면의 사례와 잘 일치하였으며, 이와 같이 불안정한 사면의 파괴시기를 대략적으로 예측할 수 있을 것으로 판단된다. 또한 퍼지이론과 계층분석절차 기법을 접목하여 대규모 석탄 노천광산의 상대적 사면붕괴 위험도를 평가할 수 있는 GIS 분석모델을 제시하였다. 분석모델은 7개의 영향인자들(사면의 각도, 사면 높이, 지표수 영향, 굴착계획, 인장균열, 단층, 배후 저수지)을 동시에 고려하여 채굴적 연약사면의 상대적 붕괴 위험도를 평가할 수 있었다. 따라서 변위계측에 의한 사면파괴시점 예측과 사면붕괴 위험도 평가기법을 동시에 수행한다면 예측시기 및 파괴지점에 대한 정밀도를 향상시킬 수 있을 것이다.

  • 무기체계를 개발할 때, 개발 목적에 맞는 장비의 기능과 성능을 구현하는 것도 중요하지만, 개발 후 장비가 얼마나 신뢰성을 가지고 공백이 없이 운용유지를 할 수 있는지 매우 중요하다. 그렇기 때문에 장비의 신뢰성을 높이기 위하여 다양한 활동을 수행한다. 개발 시 높은 스펙의 부품을 사용하고, 분석을 통하여 신뢰도를 검증하며, 개발 시제품을 이용하여 시험을 통해 장비의 부족한 부분은 보강하고 개선하여 신뢰성을 강화시키기 위한 활동을 한다. 그러나 최근에는 급변하는 외부 정세 및 기술 등에 의하여 개발 일정이 단축되고, 비용 등의 문제로 인하여 충분한 신뢰성 성장활동을 수행하지 못하는 경우가 발생하고 있다. 분석적인 방법(신뢰도 분석, FMECA 등)으로만 신뢰성 활동을 하는 사업들이 그 예이다. 본 논문에서는 FMECA와 초가속수명시험(HALT)을 통하여 분석과 시험이라는 방법을 같은 장비에 각각 수행했을 때, 도출된 신뢰성 성장 활동 내용과, 그로 인한 설계변경/검토 결과가 두 방법에서 어떠한 차이를 보이는지 비교/분석하고, 신뢰성 성장 활동을 강화하기 위한 방안을 제시하고자 한다. 개발 초기부터 분석을 통한 신뢰성 성장활동 및 초기 시제 제작 완료 시 시험을 통한 신뢰성 성장활동을 모두 수행해야 한다고 분석되었다.

메커니즘 관점에서 본 조직변신과 포스코의 혁신패턴 연구 (Mechanism-based View of Innovative Capability Building in POSCO)

  • Purpose - Studies of mechanism as a competitive strategy, a relatively new field in the study of strategic management research, has recently drawn the attention of the business management scholars. The literature has so far proposed the subjective-based view, environment-based view, and the resource-based view in its analyses of firm management. Hence, it is highly likely for the firm management to be reasonably thought of as a combination of and interaction among the three key elements of subject, environment, and resources this is the mechanism-based view (MBV). It is reasonable to consider firm management to be the combination of and interaction among the three key elements of subject, environment, and resources. The overall dynamic process that integrates these three elements and creates functional harmony is identified as the mechanism, the principle of firm management. Much of the extant literatures on MBV has mainly focused on case studies, a qualitative approach prone to subjectivity of the researcher, although the intuition from the study may lead to meaningful insights into a firm-specific mechanism. This study's focus is also on case analysis, but it still attempts a quantitative approach in order to reach a scientific and systematic understanding of the MBV. Research design, data, and methodology - I used both a qualitative and quantitative approach to a single model, given the complexity of the innovation processes. I conducted in-depth interviews with POSCO employees-20 from general management, two from human resources, eight from information technology, five from finance and accounting, and five from production and logistics management. Once the innovative events were selected, the interview results were double-checked by the interviewees themselves to ensure the accuracy of the answers recorded. Based on the interview, I then conducted statistical validation using the survey results as well. Results - This study analyzes the building process of innovation and the effect of the mechanism pattern on innovation by examining the case of POSCO, which has survived over the past 21 years. I apply a new analytical tool to study mechanism innovation types, perform a new classification, and describe the interrelationships among the mechanism factors. This process allows me to see how the "Subject"factor interacts with the other factors. I found that, in the innovation process of the adoption stage, Subject had a mediating effect but that the mediating effect of resource and performance was smaller than the effect of Subject on performance alone. During the implementation stage, the mediating effect of Subject increased. Conclusion - Therefore, I have confirmed that the subject utilizes resources reasonably and efficiently. I have also advanced mechanism studies: whereas the field's research methods have been largely confined to single case studies, I have used both qualitative and quantitative methods to examine the relationships among mechanisms.

중국 서비스 종업원의 내재적 동기와 종업원 창의성, 직무성과 : 동료지원의 조절적 매개모형 (Bridging Service Employee's Intrinsic Motivation and Job Performance : A Moderated Mediation Model)

  • Purpose - Our research aims to investigate the mediating effect of employee creativity on the relationship between intrinsic motivation and job performance using relationship using Chinese department salespeople samples. Another objective of this study is to be clear boundary conditions that strengthen or weaken the effects of intrinsic motivation on work outcomes (i.e., employee creativity and job performance). Drawing on JD-R theory, we suggest that the two types of coworker support play differential moderating roles in the intrinsic motivation, employee creativity relationship by increasing or decreasing job resources and demands in different ways. Research design, data, and methodology - This empirical study data were collected from gathered from a sample of full time salespeople in China. A total of 550 questionnaires were distributed and 300 responses were collected, indicating a response rate of 84.0%. Working with a sample of 300 salespeople working in a department store in China. SPSS 18.0, Process 2.16 Macro, and M-Plus 8.0 software were used in the data analysis. Descriptive statistics were used to evaluate the distribution of the employee profiles and correlations between variables. M-Plus 8.0 software was used to test the model fit, validity and reliability of the variables. Finally, all research hypotheses was estimated by SPSS Macro 2.16. Results - To test our research hypotheses, we employed an analytical strategy suggested by Hayes (2013; 2015) and Shrout and Bolger (2002). In this study, we tested the relationship between intrinsic motivation and job performance throughout employee creativity. Results showed intrinsic motivation and job performance was partially mediated by employee creativity. The positive relationship between intrinsic motivation and employee creativity when coworker emotional support was high than when it was low. In contrast, the positive association between intrinsic motivation and employee creativity was stronger when coworker instrumental support was low than when it was high. Coworker emotional and instrumental support further moderated the indirect effect of intrinsic motivation on job performance through employee creativity. Conclusions - This study extends the conceptual model and empirical researches in coworker supports literature by representing a fundamental mechanism of how salespeople's intrinsic motivation and job performance throughout employee creativity.

새로운 방송 서비스로의 이전 : 이주 이론을 통한 MCN으로 전환의도 연구 (A Study on Switching Intention of Broadcasting Service to MCN Service by Migration Theory)

  • Purpose - The Millennial Generation, which grew in the wake of the spread of the Internet and rapid changes in the media environment, is rapidly moving from the traditional broadcasting environment to the Internet-broadcasting environment in terms of content acceptance. With the emergence of UGC (User-generated content), the change in the status of single-person content creators enables the growth of multi-channel networks (MCN), a new content-distribution platform and an agency concept for single creators. Youtube-based MCN produces multiple single star producers and casts and provides its own video series through Youtube. It is also emerging as a major M&A target for global media providers in terms of providing content to a wide range of consumers with the same interests and consumption characteristics. In addition, for the Millennials generation, which are part of their lives, MCN is becoming the most suitable media for TGIF (Twitter, Google, i-phone, Facebook). Accordingly, this study defines newly emerging MCNs and analyzes the factors for accepting MCN-produced content based on the push-pull-mooring (PPM) model. Research design, data, and methodology - An empirical analysis is performed through a questionnaire survey. For this purpose, 204 people who have experience of watching MCN were studied. Collected data is processed through analysis of a structural equation model using R to test the hypothesis. Results - For the MCN service to become an alternative to existing media, it is necessary to continuously promote cultural diversity and diversity of attempts that conventional media cannot provide. It is the attractiveness of the alternative that has the greatest influence on the intention to switch to a MCN service. When we look at MCN content so far, certain patterns such as game progress, introduction, food, and chat rooms have already appeared. We need to overcome this and develop a completely new conceptual content that we have never seen before. This requires a more generous viewer perception of the topics covered. For diversity, linguistic and verbal violence should be tolerant in common sense to provide a foundation for securing cultural diversity. Conclusions - In this study, we tried to develop a comprehensive approach to the substitution effect of MCN. In terms of academic achievement, the PPM model is used to enhance the utilization of media and broadcasting. Practical implications are to provide an analytical framework for verifying alternative or complementary effects when viewers switch to MCN.

비선형시간이력해석을 이용한 수배전반의 지진취약도 도출 (Seismic Fragility Evaluation of Cabinet Panel by Nonlinear Time History Analysis)

  • 지진은 예보가 거의 불가능하고 짧은 시간동안 일어나 지진이 발생할 때 적극적인 대처를 할 시간적인 여유가 거의 없어 다른 자연재해에 비해 인명피해와 재산피해가 많이 발생한다. 최근 전 세계적으로 지진이 빈번하게 발생하고 있다. 이와 같이 지진의 증가에 따라 구조물의 안전성 확보에 대한 연구가 활발히 진행되고 있지만 상대적으로 비구조요소인 전기 시설 등에 대한 연구는 미비한 실정이다. 그리고 현재 국내의 전기설비는 지진에 대한 안전설계를 하지 않는 경우가 많아 지진이 발생했을 때 손상에 매우 취약하다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 ABAQUS를 통해 실제 수배전반과 유사하도록 모델링을 하였고 자연지진파를 이용하여 3D 동적비선형해석을 수행하였다. 송변전설비 내진설계 실무지침서의 지진구역I과 보통지반암 조건에 따르면 기능수행수준의 최대응답가속도는 0.157g이다. 하지만 본 연구에서 일반적인 수배전반에 대한 해석결과의 0.1g에서 한계상태 도달비율은 30%로 안전하다고 볼 수 없다. 그리고 해석결과를 통해 지진취약도를 도출하고 분석하였다. 도출된 지진취약도는 수배전반의 한계상태를 판별하는 정량적 근거로 제시하고 이와 관련된 연구의 기초자료로 활용되는데 목적을 가지고 있다.

L형 프리캐스트 콘크리트 벽패널로 채운 기존 철근 콘크리트 골조 구조물의 전단 거동 분석 (Analysis on the Shear Behavior of Existing Reinforced Concrete Frame Structures Infilled with L-Type Precast Wall Panel)

  • The purpose of this study is to develop a new seismic resistant method by using precast concrete wall panels for existing low-rise, reinforced concrete beam-column buildings such as school buildings. Three quasi-static hysteresis loading tests were experimentally performed on one unreinforced beam-column specimen and two reinforced specimens with L-type precast wall panels. The results were analyzed to find that the specimen with anchored connection experienced shear failure, while the other specimen with steel plate connection principally manifested flexural failure. The ultimate strength of the specimens was determined to be the weaker of the shear strength of top connection and flexural strength at the critical section of precast panel. In this setup of L-type panel specimens, if a push loading is applied to the reinforced concrete column on one side and push the precast concrete panel, a pull loading from upper shear connection is to be applied to the other side of the top shear connection of precast panel. Since the composite flexural behavior of the two members govern the total behavior during the push loading process, the ultimate horizontal resistance of this specimen was not directly influenced by shear strength at the top connection of precast panel. However, the RC column and PC wall panel member mainly exhibited non-composite behavior during the pull loading process. The ultimate horizontal resistance was directly influenced by the shear strength of top connection because the pull loading from the beam applied directly to the upper shear connection. The analytical result for the internal shear resistance at the connection pursuant to the anchor shear design of ACI 318M-11 Appendix-D except for the equation to predict the concrete breakout failure strength at the concrete side, principally agreed with the experimental result based on the elastic analysis of Midas-Zen by using the largest loading from experiment.

공간고조파법을 이용한 영구자석 선형 발전기의 특성 해석 (Characteristic Analysis of Permanent Magnet Linear Generator by using Space Harmonic Method)

  • 본 논문은 파력 에너지 수집 장치에 사용할 수 있는 영구자석 선형 동기발전기의 특성 해석에 관한 것이다. 파력 에너지는 요요시스템과 같은 기구로 부터 얻어진다. 영구자석을 이용한 선형 발전기는 영구자석의 자력을 통해 별도의 전원공급이 필요 없고 유지 보수가 간단한 장점을 가지고 있다. 또한 높은 에너지 밀도를 갖는 희토류의 사용으로 영구자석 기기는 소형화 및 경량화가 가능하며 보다 높은 에너지 변환 효율을 얻을 수 있다. 영구자석 선형 동기발전기 특성 해석을 위해 2차원 극 좌표계 및 자기 벡터 포텐셜에 근거하여 영구자석과 전기자 반작용 자계해석을 수행 하였다. 해석 해를 이용하여 정현적인 속도입력에 의해 유도되는 유기기전력의 특성 식을 유도하고, 동일한 방법으로 역기전력 상수, 저항, 자기인덕턴스와 상호인덕턴스와 같은 전기적 파라미터를 얻었다. 본 논문에서 사용한 공간고조파법의 결과는 2차원 유한요소해석법 결과와 비교하여 잘 일치하는 것을 확인하였다. 이 결과는 영구자석 형 선형 발전기의 특성을 이해하는 것과 해석방법의 비교연구, 설계 최적화, 그리고 기기의 동적 모델링에 기여할 수 있다.

중국에서의 호텔예약 시스템의 블록체인 특성이 사용의도에 미치는 영향 (The Impact of Block Chain Characteristics on the Intention to Use Hotel Reservation System in China)

  • Purpose - As the scope of existing digital transformation expanded to various degrees, the Fourth Industrial Revolution came into being. In 2016, Klaus Schwab, Chairman of the World Economic Forum (WEF), said that the new technologies that lead the fourth industrial revolution are AI, Block chain, IoT, Big Data, Augmented Reality, and Virtual Reality. This technology is expected to be a full-fledged fusion of digital, biological and physical boundaries. Everything in the world is connected to the online network, and the trend of 'block chain' technology is getting attention because it is a core technology for realizing a super connective society. If the block chain is commercialized at the World Knowledge Forum (WKF), it will be a platform that can be applied to the entire industry. The block chain is rapidly evolving around the financial sector, and the impact of block chains on logistics, medical services, and public services has increased beyond the financial sector. Research design, data, and methodology - Figure analysis of data and social science analytical software of IBM SPSS AMOS 23.0 and IBM Statistics 23.0 were used for all the data researched. Data were collected from hotel employees in China from 25th March to 10th May. Results - The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of the block chain characteristics of the existing hotel reservation system on the intention to use and to examine the influence of the block chain characteristics of the hotel reservation system on the intention to use, We rearranged the variables having the same or similar meaning and analyzed the effect of these factors on the intention to use the block chain characteristic of the hotel reservation system. 339 questionnaires were used for analysis. Conclusions - There are only sample hotel workers in this study, and their ages are in their 20s and 30s. In future studies, samples should be constructed in various layers and studied. In this study, the block chain characteristics are set as five variables as security, reliability, economical efficiency, availability, and diversity. Among them, Security and reliability made positive effects on the perceived usefulness. Also, security and economics did on the perceived ease. Availability and diversity did on both perceived usefulness and perceived ease. Perceived ease did on perceived usefulness. And perceived ease and perceived usefulness did on user intent. But security and economics did not on the perceived usefulness
