  • Using the Lagrangian equation, nonlinear vibration analysis of laminated hybrid composite plates is carried out. The effects of stacking sequences, aspect ratios, number of modes, number of layers and various elastic properties on nonlinear vibration are investigated. The presence of bending-extension coupling in antisymmetric plates yields a second power term in addition to a cubic nonlinear term in governing differential equation of motion. In the other symmetric case, this second term vanishes. The fundamental frequency of analytic results are compared with that of ABAQUS FEM analysis. For nonlinear vibration of antisymmetric unimaterial plate, the result of reference is presented for comparison with this result.

  • In the past, The selection of individual method of construction was done by head of construction site or an experienced person very frequently. By doing this, The wrong selection of construction method without exact adjudication of construction site situation lead to increasing of cost and extension of construction term. Finally it will effect all over the construction process. Especially, In case of Underground construction in the beginning, there are a lot of a variable factor and it also effect on the entire construction process and it need rely careful process. The purpose of this study is to present the best suitable methodology fer selection of construction method by considering potential risk of construction method and variables together with external condition for Underground construction. The purpose of this study is to select the most suitable construction method by analysing potential conditions(Construction site situation and Client. Request in designing) To do this, We prepared arrangement rule to arrangement conditions for construction method. And then make Checklist the analyzing construction method. Though above process, To expect the risk of individual construction method using above risk checklist and using Analytic Hierarchy Process among Multiple-Criteria Decision Making, the professional opinions is to be adapted. By doing this, It can lead and select the most suitable considering method considering the data which get from risk density test.

  • Let $\mathscr{B}^{{\eta},{\mu}}_{p,n}\;({\alpha});\;({\eta},{\mu}{\in}{\mathbb{R}},\;n,\;p{\in}{\mathbb{N}})$ denote all functions f class in the unit disk ${\mathbb{U}}$ as $f(z)=z^p+\sum_{k=n+p}^{\infty}a_kz^k$ which satisfy: $$\|\[{\frac{f^{\prime}(z)}{pz^{p-1}}}\]^{\eta}\;\[\frac{z^p}{f(z)}\]^{\mu}-1\| <1-{\frac{\alpha}{p}};\;(z{\in}{\mathbb{U}},\;0{\leq}{\alpha}<p)$$. And $\mathscr{M}^{{\eta},{\mu}}_{p,n}\;({\alpha})$ indicates all meromorphic functions h in the punctured unit disk $\mathbb{U}^*$ as $h(z)=z^{-p}+\sum_{k=n-p}^{\infty}b_kz^k$ which satisfy: $$\|\[{\frac{h^{\prime}(z)}{-pz^{-p-1}}}\]^{\eta}\;\[\frac{1}{z^ph(z)}\]^{\mu}-1\|<1-{\frac{\alpha}{p}};\;(z{\in}{\mathbb{U}},\;0{\leq}{\alpha}<p)$$. In this paper several sufficient conditions for some classes of functions are investigated. The authors apply Jack's Lemma, to obtain this conditions. Furthermore, sufficient conditions for strongly starlike and convex p-valent functions of order ${\gamma}$ and type ${\beta}$, are also considered.

  • This review article addresses the role of safety professionals in the diffusion strategies for predictive analytics for safety performance. The article explores the models, definitions, roles, and relationships of safety professionals in knowledge application, access, management, and leadership in safety analytics. The article addresses challenges safety professionals face when integrating safety analytics in organizational settings in four operations areas: application, technology, management, and strategy. A review of existing conventional safety data sources (safety data, internal data, external data, and context data) is briefly summarized as a baseline. For each of these data sources, the article points out how emerging analytic data sources (such as Industry 4.0 and the Internet of Things) broaden and challenge the scope of work and operational roles throughout an organization. In doing so, the article defines four perspectives on the integration of predictive analytics into organizational safety practice: the programmatic perspective, the technological perspective, the sociocultural perspective, and knowledge-organization perspective. The article posits a four-level, organizational knowledge-skills-abilities matrix for analytics integration, indicating key organizational capacities needed for each area. The work shows the benefits of organizational alignment, clear stakeholder categorization, and the ability to predict future safety performance.

  • The objectives of this study were to 1) classify the cooperative farmers' organizations in Korea according to the development level and institutional aspects through the exploration of its' conceptual and institutional basis, 2) analyze the farmers' needs for organization, 3) identify the problems and situation of organizations, and 4) formulate an effective management model for each cooperative farmers' organization. The study was carried out through a review of literature and using available statistical data collected from various sources and empirical survey. Major findings of the study were: 1) the cooperative farmers' organizations could be classified into four types : crop units, farming cooperative corporation, trust farming companies and joint-stock agri-business. 2) a lot of members of the organization feel that the information is insufficient, the opportunity to suggest their own ideas is hardly given, and the members are not satisfied with the cooperation among the members, 3) the members who have higher level of schooling education showed a higher participation level in the organization, 4) most of members did not recognize the organization they participated in, 5) participation of the organization's members and concerned institutions is an important factor to promote problem solving and better communication within the organization, 6) any type of continuing education for the members is needed to facilitate the transfer of a new agricultural and organizational technology, 7) research and development(R & D) is one of the most important factors of the development of organizations, 8) most organizations are deficient in professional management skills(financial, personal, accounts, etc.), 9) the trust farming companies have difficulties in managing the firm on account of the characteristics of agriculture(especially seasonal), the dispersed trust lands, and the need for more alternative work in the winter season, and 10) in the case of agri-businesses, their organizations are more specialized in marketing and have more structured systems of management. Based on the results of the study the following recommendations were made for further improvement and development of agricultural cooperative organizations : (1) More governmental support should be given to education for improvement of the organizational structure. And more deliberate and differentiated governmental support should be provided for the organizations to be viably managed. (2) For more efficient communication between the members and the organization, more opportunities for discussion are needed. (3) The more research should be committed to this kind of work in order to get more analytic data and strategic plans of cooperative organizations.

  • Water inrush and mud outburst always restricts the tunnel constructions in mountain area, which becomes a major geological barrier against the development of underground engineering. In view of the complex disaster-causing mechanism and difficult quantitative predictions of water inrush and mud outburst, several theoretical methods are adopted to realize dynamic assessment of water inrush in the progressive process of tunnel construction. Concerning both the geological condition and construction situation, eleven risk factors are quantitatively described and an assessment system is developed to evaluate the water inrush risk. In the static assessment, the weights of eight risk factors about the geological condition are determined using Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP). Each factor is scored by experts and the synthesis scores are weighted. The risk level is ultimately determined based on the scoring outcome which is derived from the sum of products of weights and comprehensive scores. In the secondary assessment, the eight risk factors in static assessment and three factors about construction situation are quantitatively analyzed using fuzzy evaluation method. Subordinate levels and weight of factors are prepared and then used to calculate the comprehensive subordinate degree and risk level. In the dynamic assessment, the classical field of the eleven risk factors is normalized by using the extension evaluation method. From the input of the matter-element, weights of risk factors are determined and correlation analysis is carried out to determine the risk level. This system has been applied to the dynamic assessment of water inrush during construction of the Yuanliangshan tunnel of Yuhuai Railway. The assessment results are consistent with the actual excavation, which verifies the rationality and feasibility of the software. The developed system is believed capable to be back-up and applied for risk assessment of water inrush in the underground engineering construction.

  • Citrus is an economically important fruit tree with the largest amount of fruit production in the world. It provides important nutrition such as vitamin C and other health-promoting compounds including its unique flavonoids for human health. However, it is classified into the most difficult crops to develop new cultivars through conventional breeding approaches due to its long juvenility and some unique reproductive biological features such as gamete sterility, nucellar embryony, and high level of heterozygosity. Due to global warming and changes in consumer trends, establishing a systematic and efficient breeding programs is highly required for sustainable production of high quality fruits and diversification of cultivars. Recently, reference genome sequences of sweet orange and clementine mandarin have been released. Based on the reference whole-genome sequences, comparative genomics, reference-guided resequencing, and genotyping-by-sequencing for various citrus cultivars and crosses could be performed for the advance of functional genomics and development of traits-related molecular markers. In addition, a full understanding of gene function and gene co-expression networks can be provided through combined analysis of various transcriptome data. Analytic information on whole-genome and transcriptome will provide massive data on polymorphic molecular markers such as SNP, INDEL, and SSR, suggesting that it is possible to construct integrated maps and high-density genetic maps as well as physical maps. In the near future, integrated maps will be useful for map-based precise cloning of genes that are specific to citrus with major agronomic traits to facilitate rapid and efficient marker-assisted selection.
