  • This study focuses on the policy priorities for training agro-healing experts. Training agro-healing experts is an important task that should boost local community in rural areas. In order to make an efficient decision making, the study analyses priority of relevant policies using the AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process) method. According to the results, R&D comes out first. Human Resource Development(HRD), financial support, and the construction of legal system comes after R&D. In R&D, qualifications and guidelines for participants comes out the most significant issue. In the aspect of HRD, it is very important to develop and utilize regional personnel such as unemployed youth and retirees from related fields. As for financial support, funding for educational facilities (i.e. classrooms and farmland for practice) is needed. In case of legal system, it is desirable to introduce the recruiting experts system and qualification system certified by government.

  • Quadratic invariant curve is one of the simplest nonlinear invariant curves and was considered by C. T. Ng and the author in order to study the one-dimensional nonlinear dynamics displayed by a second order delay differential equation with piecewise constant argument. In this paper a functional equation derived from the problem of invariant curves is discussed. Using a different method from what C. T. Ng and the author once used, we define solutions piecewisely and give results in the remaining difficult case left in C. T. Ng and the authors work. A problem of analytic extension given in their work is also answered negatively.

  • Let (equation omitted) denote the closure of the set (equation omitted) of dominant operators in the norm topology. We show that the Weyl spectrum of an operator T $\in$ (equation omitted) satisfies the spectral mapping theorem for analytic functions, which is an extension of [5, Theorem 1]. Also we show that an operator approximately equivalent to an operator of class (equation omitted) is of class (equation omitted).

  • The double Gamma function had been defined and studied by Barnes [4], [5], [6] and others in about 1900, not appearing in the tables of the most well-known special functions, cited in the exercise by Whittaker and Waston [25, pp. 264]. Recently this function has been revived according to the study of determinants of Laplacians [8], [11], [15], [16], [19], [20], [22] and [24]. Shintani [21] also uses this function to prove the classical Kronecker limit formula. Its p-adic analytic extension appeared in a formula of Casson Nogues [7] for the p-adic L-functions at the point 0.

  • In this paper we shall consider function p(z) analytic in the open unit circle D and the solutions y(z) of the differential equation y"(Z) + p(z)y(z) = 0. (1.1) The ratio f(z) = u(z)/v(z) of any two independent solutions u(z) and v(z) of (1.1) will be function f(z), meromorphic in D with only simple poles, and such that f'(z) (equation omitted) 0. We shall say that a meromorphic function which satisfies these two condition belongs to the restricted class.(omitted)

  • The Purpose of this study is to calculate the importance of the indicators for low carbon rural village planning. We made two kinds of indicators for inland area and waterside area to consider regional disparities. To develop indicators, a draft of the indicators was estimated with collected research materials and 42 experts reviewed this draft three times with modified delphi technique to check the validity and revise the draft. As a result, the inland indicators were settled with 4 domains 8 items 20 indicators and the waterside indicators were 4 domains 8 items 22 indicators. And next, calculating the importance of each indicators is progressed by AHP, analytic hierarchy process. So 42 experts chose the best important indicator related to air conditioning and heating or agricultural spin off in two kinds of indicators. The final indicators will be used to realize low carbon rural village planning in future which the government is pushing forward with construction of six-hundred low carbon green village.

  • This work compares various models for geminate reversible diffusion influenced reactions. The commonly utilized contact reactivity model (an extension of the Collins-Kimball radiation boundary condition) is augmented here by a volume reactivity model, which extends the celebrated Feynman-Kac equation for irreversible depletion within a reaction sphere. We obtain the exact analytic solution in Laplace space for an initially bound pair, which can dissociate, diffuse or undergo "sticky" recombination. We show that the same expression for the binding probability holds also for "mixed" reaction products. Two different derivations are pursued, yielding seemingly different expressions, which nevertheless coincide numerically. These binding probabilities and their Laplace transforms are compared graphically with those from the contact reactivity model and a previously suggested coarse grained approximation. Mathematically, all these Laplace transforms conform to a single generic equation, in which different reactionless Green's functions, g(s), are incorporated. In most of parameter space the sensitivity to g(s) is not large, so that the binding probabilities for the volume and contact reactivity models are rather similar.

  • We show that the class of inner chordarc domains is properly contained in the class of exterior quasiconvex domains. We also show that the class of exterior quasiconvex domains is properly contained in the class of John disks. We give the conditions which make the converses of the above results be true. Next , we show that an exterior quasiconvex domain satisfies certain growth conditions for the exterior Riemann mapping. From the results we show that the domain satisfies the Bernstein inequality and the integrated version of it. Finally, we assume that f is a function which is continuous in the closure of a domain D and analytic in D. We show connections between the smoothness of f and the rate at which it can be approximated by polynomials on an exterior quasiconvex domain and a $Lip_\alpha$-extension domain.

  • Petri ant is employed to analyze the coneurrent system and to make it into a model. But the faculty of Petri net is limited. Therefore in this thesis a Petri net of which restricted edge and capacity are extended is proposed in order to improve the modeling faculty. This paper also proves that the algorism which I have designed, can be transformed into a general Petri net for improving the analytic power of the expanded Petri net. Through explanatory examples i have also shown the usefulness of the algorism.

  • The substitution of Electronic Commerce(EC) for the traditional transactions triggers the changes of the industry structures and promotes the cost reductions of the firms in the areas of distributions and other administrative operations associated with purchase via EC. Our study clarifies the changes of the environments attributable to EC which are faced inter-and-externally by firms and try to exhibit the trend of EC market growth through such descriptions. Regardless of the rapid spread of EC, recent studies do not show appropriately its impact on the relevant industries and our domestic economy. Therefore, our study focuses on the forecasting of the impacts of EC on the domestic productions and imports. To this end, we develop an analytic framework using the existing data in Input/Output Analysis and the estimations of the EC market growth in the future. We, finally, identify the industrial sectors whose productions and imports are estimated to be accelerated by the extension of EC and forecast the whole effects of EC on domestic productions and imports.
