Carbon nanotube(CNT)s have been considered as one of the most unique materials due to the their superior mechanical, thermal and electrical properties. Therefore, numerous studies have been performed for the utilization of CNTs. This review article focuses on the recent research trends on the utilization of CNTs for new interconnect materials in electronics packaging. Major contents mentioned are the direct interconnection technology using CNTs and the main properties of polymer/CNTs composite materials. This article is aimed at the reviewing of important results from the recent studies and providing the straightforward understanding of the results through the mutual analysis and a industrial viewpoint.

This article was to provide information enabling us to respond effectively to the well being market which has great potential of growth by studying well-being consumption behaviour according to the lifestyles of dining-out customers and to find out how their lifestyles have influence on well-being by investigating their patterns according to demographical characteristics of dining-out customers who play key role in consumption and will have great purchasing power in food service industry. First, factor analysis of variation of lifestyle, 6 factors are named conscious style, realistic style, self-regard style, health-focusing style, changeable style, and fashion-sensitive style. Second, factor analysis of well-being consumption behaviour, 5 factors over eigen 1 are selected and used in a research and they are named healthful food principle, physical health principle, mental health principle, confidence principle, and old-age planning principle. Analysis result reveals that there exists significant relationship between lifestyle and well-being consumption behaviour.

Objectives: This study was carried out to analyze and understand the trends of research papers published In the Journal of Oriental Medical Surgery？phthalmology & Otolaryngology Society(JOMSOOS). Methods: We studied the 308 research papers that had been published in JOMSOOS from 1988 Vol. 1. No. 1. to 2002 Vol. 15. No. 2. Our study was developed through the four stages in order to analyze the papers; 1) we analyzed all the papers overall to classify them into three categories; original article. review article and case report. 2) we classified the original articles in terms of methodology. 3) we also analyzed the case reports according to the sort of disease each paper dealt with. 4) we had another statistical approach to each paper to figure out the distribution of diagnoses in detail. Results: We have got the following outcomes from our analysis of the papers in terms of the four stages. 1. Overall Analysis. 1) Classification of 308 research papers between 1988 and 2002: 137 original articles(44.48$\%$), 111 review articles(36.04$\%$), 56 case reports(18.18$\%$). 2) Used language: Korean(99.03$\%$). English(0.97$\%$). 3) The Number of Authors: 2 persons(42.86$\%$). 3 persons(29.87$\%$), 1 person(14.61$\%$). 2. Original Article Analysis 1) Classification of 137 original articles in terms of methodology: 90 experimental studies(65.69$\%$)46 descriptive studies(33.58$\%$), 1 analytic study(0.73$\%$). 2) Classification of the original articles according to the use of statistical methods: No statistical methods(36.42$\%$), Descriptive methods only(1.99$\%$), Not defined(23.18$\%$), t-test(24.50$\%$), ANOVA(3.97$\%$), Multiple comparison(2.65$\%$), Non-parametric test(2.65$\%$), Other methods(1.32$\%$). 3) Classification of 46 descriptive articles in terms of diseases: otorhinolaryngology(43.48$\%$), dermatology(23.91$\%$), ophthalmology(13.04$\%$), facial palsy(13.04$\%$). 4) Classification of descriptive articles in terms of the number of patients: the highest was 'more than 26 but less than 50 persons'(19 articles - 41.30$\%$). 5) Classification of descriptive articles in terms of the period for patients observation: the highest was the time 'more than 9 but less than 12 months(34.78$\%$)' Out of the 34.78$\%$, the number of articles with the patients observed for more than 12 months was 13(28.26$\%$). 3. Case Report Analysis 1) Classification of 56 case reports in terms of the sort of disease: dermatology(44.64$\%$), ophthalmology(19.64$\%$), otorhinolaryngology(14.29$\%$), facial palsy(8.93$\%$). 2) Classification in terms of the number of patients: 1 person(50$\%$), 3 persons(16.07$\%$), 2 persons(14.29$\%$). 4. Diagnosis Distribution of Each Disease. 1) Studies regarding ophthalmology : the percentage of 'strabismus' cases was the highest(33.33$\%$). 2) Studies regarding otorhinolaryngology : nasal inflammation(34.48$\%$), tinnitus(20.69$\%$). 3) Studies regarding dermatology: the percentage of 'allergic skin disease' was the highest(33.33$\%$). Conclusions: We analyzed the trends of research papers that have been published in JOMSOOS in detail. We came to understand the trends of the research through this study. However, we acknowledge that we only adopted the quantitative method out of various possible analysis methods. For further studies, we strongly urge to adopt the qualitative methods as well.

A new approach to cross impact analysis using probabilistic system dynamics(PSD) is presented in this article. The previous models using PSD consist of system dynamics models as a basis which are interacting with cross impact analysis (CIA) sectors. In this model, the policy impact analysis part is separated from the CIA sectors and is constituted an independent subsectors of the model. The policy subsector is designed to separate the policy impact and provide feedback both to the system dynamics base model and cross impact analysis sectors. The new technique is applied to the forecasting, assessment and policy formulation of air pollution in Seoul metropolitan area in 2,000. The results show that the new tool consider policy effects more effectively than the previous PSD models.

The Purpose of this study is to identify the trends of studies on workers' musculoskeletal disorder and to suggest the direction of future research. 83 research article on workers' musculoskeletal disorder were reviewed. The results are as follows : 1. Studies on workers' musculoskeletal disorder have increased rapidly since 1996, but most of them were done by non-experimental design. 2. The most frequently selected subjects of studies are telephone operators and manufacturing workers. 3. The most frequently used instrument of studies is NIOSH's questionnaire & RULA (ergonomic work posture analysis). 4. The most frequently analysed variables relating to workers' musculoskeletal disorder are working years, hours of work a day, working process, and physical exercises. Therefore, it is needed to develop the management program of workers' musculoskeletal disorder and examine its effects.

The article is devoted to the actual problem of the use of digital technologies in modern cinema in developed countries. The purpose of the study is to identify the essence of the term "cyberdramaturgy" and the problems of its use in modern film production. The research methodology is based on a systematic approach and includes the methods of the general scientific group (analysis, synthesis, deduction, induction), as well as a number of special methods: the method of content analysis of scientific literature on the research topic; sociological survey method; as well as the method of statistical analysis. The results of the survey were analyzed using the Neural Designer program (a tool for advanced statistical analytics) and translated into a graphical diagram format for clarity of perception. Answers in 75 questionnaires were evaluated by the average score for six analysis criteria, which made it possible to bring all the calculations to a 10-point scale. As a result of the study, the author of the article concluded the following: directors believe that the use of cyber analogues of actors and backgrounds leads to the blurring of genres, the hybridization of cinema and animation; directors are also concerned about the problem of replacing the director himself with a special program. The writers are completely concerned with the problem of machine scripting with almost infinite variability beyond the human imagination. Directors-producers believe that the cyberdramaturgy development will lead to completely new standards of cinematic quality, sharply different from the traditional assessment of acting and scene setting, to the appreciation of 3D animation as the highest category in the art. Such innovations actually devalue all international cinematography awards, as cyberdrama reduces the value of cyberactors to zero. It is impossible to bail out an "Oscar" or a "Golden Globe" award for a digital double or a separate cyber model that is used in the film instead of the actors.

When the circuit-breaker switches off, an electric arc is established between the contacts. It is very important to understand the arc characteristics for the design of a circuit breaker. This article describes the theoretical analysis of the arc characteristics by means of energy integral method when convection dominated low current arcs are produced in the dual-airflow nozzle of a model interrupter. In order to investigate the arc radius, the average electric field strength and the arc voltage, the arc column is divided into two regions, and then the energy conservation equation is applied to the arc in each region together with the axial cold flow mass flux function, steady-state mass balance equation and Ohm's law. The results show good agreements with those of other researchers.

In this study, Based on the analysis of the correlation between internal control quality and earnings management, this article discusses the correlation between internal control quality and real activity earnings management and accrued earnings management. For this study, by introducing the concept, classification, measurement method and model of internal control and earnings management, the research hypothesis of this article was proposed. In this analysis, Use the relevant measurement model to calculate the actual activity earnings management level and accrued earnings management level of the enterprise, as the explained variable, establish a model for regression and were analyzed. Also, this study could find the final results draws a conclusion through empirical research: there is a significant negative correlation between the internal control quality of listed companies, real activity earnings management, and accrued earnings management. On the basis of this conclusion, the analysis of possible causes provides a basis for the development of internal control theory and the supervision and control of earnings management behavior in the future.

This research was conducted to identify adolescent problems in internet articles. This research defines adolescent problems as diverse issues related to adolescents and examine how it was dealt in the media to find out how different categories and the aspect of adolescent problems are changing by time. The result of the research was that in 1990's, education policy and family were mainly dealt with when it came to adolescent problems. As the era is changing, adolescent problems were far diversified compared to the past, and each problems are dealt with similar importance. This research is significant in that it does not only examine the social trend adolescent problems but also expand the range of adolescent counselling and utilizes quantitative analysis in considering diversity to provide new information.

Many Applications of scientific research have coupled with functional data signal clustering techniques to discover novel characteristics that can be used for the diagnoses of several issues. In this article we present an interpretable multi-scale cluster hierarchy framework for clustering functional data using its multi-aspect frequency information. The suggested method focuses on how to effectively select transformed features/variables in unsupervised manner so that finally reduce the data dimension and achieve the multi-purposed clustering. Specially, we apply our suggested method to mutual fund returns and make superior-performing funds group based on different aspects such as global patterns, seasonal variations, levels of noise, and their combinations. To promise our method producing a quality cluster hierarchy, we give some empirical results under the simulation study and a set of real life data. This research will contribute to financial market analysis and flexibly fit to other research fields with clustering purposes.
