Multi Acrylate기를 갖는 Polydimethylsiloxane 변성 Urea 코팅 액의 제조와 그 특성 (Preparation and Properties of Polydimethylsiloxane Modified Urea with Multi Acrylate Group Coating Materials)

  • Hydride terminated polydimethylsiloxane과 allyl amine을 hydrosilylation 반응으로 aminopropylpoly-dimethylsiloxane을 합성하고, 이를 hexamethylenediisocyanate(HDI)의 고리화 반응으로 제조된 cyclic HDI trimer와 반응시켜 urea결합으로 결합된 polydimethylsiloxane 변성 urea을 제조하였다. Polydimethylsiloxane 변성 urea의 말단에 있는 isocyante기와 2-hydroxyethylmethacrylate를 반응시켜 말단에 multi acrylate기가 도입된 polydimethylsiloxane 변성 urea/acrylate(PUA)를 제조하였다. 제조한 화합물의 구조를 FTIR, $^1H$ NMR로 확인하였으며, PUA에 아크릴계 단량체, 광 개시제, 용매 등을 여러 가지 조성비로 혼합하여 코팅 액을 제조하였으며 이를 PET 필름에 도포하고 UV을 조사하여 고경도의 유연성을 갖는 코팅 막을 제조하였다. 제조한 코팅 막의 연필 경도는 3H, 접촉각은 $82^{\circ}$, bendability는 $7{\phi}$까지 scratch가 발생하지 않았다.

  • Block copolymers of the general formula $[(-CO-R'-CO-HN-Ar-NH-CO-R'-CO)_xNH(CH_2)_3-(Me_2SiO)_y(CH_2)_3NH_2]_n$, [n=18.00 to 1175.0] where $R'=CH_2CH(CH_2GeCl_3)$;$CH_2CHGeCl_3CH_2$; and $Ar=-C_6H_4$;$-(o.CH_3C_6H_4)_2$;$-o.CH_3OC_6H_4)_2$;$-(o.CH_3C_6H_4)$ were prepared by a polycondensation reaction of polyamide containing a pendant trichlorogermyl group and terminal acid chloride $Cl(-CO-R'-CO-NH-Ar-NH-CO-R'-CO-)_xCl$ with aminopropyl-terminated polydimethylsiloxane $H_2N(CH_2)_3(Me_2SiO)_y-(CH_2)_3NH_2]$, (PDMS). These polymers were characterized by elemental analysis, $T_g$, FT-IR, $^1H$-NMR, solid state $^{13}C$-NMR, and molecular weight determination. The thermal stability of these copolymers was examined using thermal analysis techniques, such as TGA and DSC. Their molecular weights as determined by laser light scattering technique ranged $5.13{\times}10^5$ to $331{\times}10^5\;g/mol$. These polymers display their $T_g$ in the range of 337 to $393^{\circ}C$ with an average decomposition temperature at $582^{\circ}C$.

  • Rosin maleic anhydride adduct (RMA)-bisester was prepared by the esterification of chlorinated RMA with hydroquinone. Phenylpyridinylcyclot.isiloxane ($D_3^{Ph,Py}$) was synthesized from phenylpyridinyldichlorosilane in the presence of zinc oxide catalyst, and amino group terminated polyphenylpyridinylsiloxane prepolymer was prepared by equilibrium polymerization of $D_3^{Ph,Py}$ with 1,3-bis(3-aminopropyl)-1,1,3,3-tetramethyldisiloxane. Rosinimide (PSMR) was prepared from the imidization of RMA-bisester with polyphenylpyridinylsiloxane prepolymer at 12$0^{\circ}C$ for 7 h using ${\gamma}$-butyrolactone/pyridine. It showed that PSMR had better thermal stalbility than rosinimide modified with polydimethylsiloxane.
