주택성능등급 인정 사례의 부문별 평가 결과 분석 (Analysis on Results evaluated by "Housing Performance Grading System" in Korea)

  • The government is enacted "Housing Performance Grading Indication System" from qualitative housing supply policy and performance of housing under the background of looking for new plan to secure good housing stock and housing performance. This system consists of 5 main performance section, 14 performance categories and 20 detailed performance items. 5 main performance parts are sound insulation related grading(Light-weight impact sound insulation, heavy-weight floor impact sound insulation, noise emission in bathroom, airborne sound insulation for wall between units), Long-life housing related grading(flexibility, remodeling & maintenance, durability), environment related grading(landscape, indoor air quality and ventilation, energy performance), Living environment related grading(common resident facilities such as playground and consideration for the socially underprivileged such as the aged), Fire fire prevention grading(fire fire prevention). The purpose of this research is to analyze characteristics and assessment results of 20 detailed performance items on "Housing Performance Grading Indication System" which was enforced 240 cases from Jan 9th, 2006 to Sep 30th, 2010. The analysis of approval condition of detailed performance items will be important comments for understanding the current domestic level and development of technology.

방음판의 음향투과손실 측정규격에 관한 연구 (A study on the standard for determining airborne sound insulation performance of sound barrier panels)

  • 방음벽은 도심구간의 도로 및 철도에서 환경소음 저감을 위한 가장 효율적 대안의 하나이다. 도로교통소음 등에 대한 방음벽의 삽입손실은 방음판의 음향투과손실, 흡음손실 및 방음벽의 회절감쇠에 의한 음에너지 저감량의 합으로 이루어진다. 방음판의 음향투과손실은 방음벽의 삽입손실을 결정하는 중요한 요인 중 하나로 방음벽의 성능을 결정하는 기본적인 지표이다. 그럼에도 불구하고 아직까지 우리나라는 방음판의 음향투과손실 측정방법에 관한 별도의 규격이 없다. 방음판의 일반적 재질에 대해 규정하고 있는 KS F 4770 시리즈의 한두 항목으로 가볍게 다루고 있을 뿐이다. 이 논문은 방음판의 음향투과손실 측정 및 평가 규격의 필요성에 대해 고찰하고, 실내 건축부재와 달리 외부공간에 설치되는 방음벽의 특성을 감안한 자유음장(무향실) 수음실에서의 측정방법을 모색하였다. 아울러 도로변이나 철로변 등 다양한 설치장소에 따른 방음효과를 간단히 표시할 수 있도록 기준 스펙트럼을 활용한 단일수치 평가법을 제안하였다.

주거 공간에서 고령자 청력손실을 고려한 소음 및 잔향에 따른 음성 전송 성능의 주관적 평가 (Effect of noise and reverberation on subjective measure of speech transmission performance for elderly person with hearing loss in residential space)

  • 본 논문은 주거공간에서 고령자 청력손실을 고려한 소음 및 잔향에 따른 음성 전송 성능을 청취실험을 통해 평가하였다. 주거환경 소음으로 바닥충격음, 교통소음, 공기전달음과 배수소음을 대상으로 하였으며, 공동주택의 잔향환경을 모사하기 위해 실내음향 컴퓨터시뮬레이션을 실시하여 충격응답를 추출하였다. 청취실험 음원은 고령자 청력손실(65세 남성)을 반영하기 위해 소음 및 단어 음원의 고주파대역의 음압레벨을 저감시킨 음원(고령자 음원)과 정상청력을 반영한 원음(청년 음원)을 대상으로 하였다. 청취실험은 각각 3개의 소음레벨($L_{Aeq}$ 30, 40, 50 dB)과 잔향시간(0.5, 1.0, 1.5 s)을 갖는 음환경 조건에서 제시된 단어($L_{Aeq}$ 55 dB)의 음성요해도(speech intelligibility)와 듣기 어려운 정도(listening difficulty)를 평가하는 것으로 하였다. 청취실험 결과, 음성레벨이 55 dB($L_{Aeq}$)일 때 잔향시간 1.0 s 이하 조건에서 충격소음(점핑음) 50 dB($L_{i,Fmax,AW}$)와 정상소음(도로, 음악, 배수 소음) 40 dB($L_{Aeq}$) 이하의 소음레벨에서는 고령자 및 청년 음원 모두 90 % 이상의 음성요해도와 30 % 이하의 듣기 어려운 정도를 확보할 수 있을 것으로 판단된다. 고령자 청력손실을 반영한 고령자 음원의 경우 청년 음원 보다 음성요해도는 0 % ~ 5 % 낮았고 듣기 어려운 정도는 2 % ~ 10 % 높은 것으로 나타났다.

  • The paper describes how a Maximum Length Sequence(MLS) and correlation technique in the form of Hadamard transformation may be applied for the measurement of airborne sound reduction. It is shown that in most cases, the values obtained by the MLS technique will be equal to the expected values obtained by the classical method. However, due to the correlation process involved, the MLS method will be much less sensitive to disturbances from extraneous noise. The described method has been implemented in an RTA acoustic analyser.

  • Offices and other multipurpose buildings commonly have suspended ceilings installed over room dividing wall. But Korean Standards don't include any code on test methods and test facility of the suspended ceiling system. Therefore, test methods and test facility from ISO and ASTM have been used for evaluating sound performance in domestic so fu. In this study, Korean Standards draft on test methods and test facility of suspended ceiling system and materials is proposed on the basis of ISO and ASTM.

대학 독서실에서 발생하는 소음의 특성과 사용자 의식 분석 - C 대학교의 독서실을 대상으로 - (Characteristics of Interior Noise at University Reading Room and User's Consciousness on the Noise)

  • Reading room in the university is one of necessary facilities that university student must use. It is, therefore, very important to make reading room comfortable acoustically not only to minimize the annoyance to the users but also to provide efficiency in studying. Present study aims to investigate the current situation of reading room in terms of acoustics and moreover to find out the relationship between the indoor noise and users' satisfaction through questionnaire survey. As a result, the indoor noise level is quite higher than the 1st grade, 35 dB(A), that the Ministry of land, transport and maritime affairs suggests as certificate regulation for environment friendly building and there were lots of noise sources that can provoke users in studying or concentrating. Questionnaire survey illustrates that the sound when opening and closing door, and airborne sound from outdoor transmitted through window are most annoying, which affected users' dissatisfaction.

공중 초음파 센서를 응용한 거리 형상인식에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Distance and Object Recognition Applying the Airborne Ultrasonic Sensor)

  • Recently, object recognition ultrasonic sensor is being used with automatization of industrial machine. Points which characterize the object can be deleted by measuring the propagation time of ultrasonic impulse and azimuth which gives its maximum amplitude, and from these points shape, position and orientation of the object are deduced. A new measuring method is adopted, where the distance to the object is calculated by sound reflection time which is measured from O-cross point of sound wave, and azimuth is measured by angle indicating maximum amplitude. The measuring accuracy of 1.0mm for distance and $0.5-2^{\circ}$ for azimuth have been accomplished. By rotational scanning of sensor the characteristic point of an object can be known and it gives the information of its shape, position and orientation. Experimental results showed that the object of some complicated shape can be recognized, which suggest its applicability to robot.

  • This paper presents the nearfield acoustic holography (NAH) imaging system for airborne sound constructed in our own laboratory. The effects of different kinds of noise and the filter function's form in wave number space for reconstructions are analysed emphatically. Using the system we have measured the vibrating mode and the radiated field of a simulative "Chime Stone" made by metal, and gotten interesting results. These results indicate that NAH can be used to research the mechanism of sound production and evalution of musical quality for Chime Stone as an effective means.

교통소음으로 인한 실내소음레벨과 주관반응 분석 - 항공기, 도로교통 및 철도소음을 중심으로 (Comparison between Indoor Noise Level and Subjective Response for Transportation Noise - Focusing on the Aircraft, Road traffic and Railway Noise)

  • A series of research to seek for the relationship between subjective responses and noise level for transportation noise have been proceeded, and their results showed similar for some cases and different for some other cases as well, which is considered due to the various conditions such as the way of survey, different scale applied, and country etc. This study aimed to analyze the relationship between sound level and subjective response for the different kinds of transportation noise. The noises recorded in real situation were played to thirty subjects with fourty nine adjectives. The percentage of people annoyed(% PA) and the percentage of people highly annoyed(% HA) were calculated from the subjective results and compared how many percent of people are annoyed and highly annoyed for the same sound level. As a result of calculating the average, the aircraft noise was highest and the white noise lowest. The relationship between window TL and average point was well correlated except the aircraft noise which was scattered because of high sound level at specific frequency and low TL at corresponding frequency. This means that appropriate rating method for airborne sound transmission should be sought for to evaluate outdoor noise which has different frequency characteristics. The Boltzmann equation for % PA and % HA was applied to predict the sound level corresponding to the percentage. It is concluded that the aircraft noise and road traffic noise have almost same response and the railway noise was same with white noise, used for the reference noise, annoyed lower than other noises about by 3 dB.

지형 기울기에 의한 항공 수심 라이다 수심 측정 오차 보정 (Correction in the Measurement Error of Water Depth Caused by the Effect of Seafloor Slope on Peak Timing of Airborne LiDAR Waveforms)

  • Light detection and ranging (LiDAR) is one of the most efficient technologies to obtain the topographic and bathymetric map of coastal zones, superior to other technologies, such as sound navigation and ranging (SONAR) and synthetic aperture radar (SAR). However, the measurement results using LiDAR are vulnerable to environmental factors. To achieve a correspondence between the acquired LiDAR data and reality, error sources must be considered, such as the water surface slope, water turbidity, and seafloor slope. Based on the knowledge of those factors' effects, error corrections can be applied. We concentrated on the effect of the seafloor slope on LiDAR waveforms while restricting other error sources. A simulation regarding in-water beam scattering was conducted, followed by an investigation of the correlation between the seafloor slope and peak timing of return waveforms. As a result, an equation was derived to correct the depth error caused by the seafloor slope.
