시스템 에어컨 설치 공간의 실내공기질 특성에 관한 연구 (A Study on Characteristics of Indoor- Air-Quality in Interior Space Equipped with System Air-Conditioner)

  • This paper investigates the indoor-air-quality (IAQ) characteristics of the interior space equipped with system air-conditioner. The behaviors of individual variables such as temperature, humidity and concentration of carbon dioxide ($CO_2$) that influence on IAQ of the interior space were characterized under various cooling conditions by numerical and experimental studies. The numerical analysis predicting the temperature behavior of the interior space was conducted, and its results showed a good agreement with the experimental ones. The $CO_2$ concentration and humidity were measured and their time dependent behaviors were monitored and analyzed. From the results, it was found that there existed the differences of the time-dependent behaviors of IAQ variables according to the locations. In addition, it is demonstrated that the large discharge angle of $45^{\circ}$ made the temperature profile more irregular and the high discharge flow of 5.34 m/s produced similar temperature profiles at three different sensing locations. Finally, the humidity of interior space was less sensitive to the changes of the air cooling conditions than the case of temperature and the $CO_2$ concentration increase mainly depended on the number of individuals inside the space.

다구찌 방법에 의한 PAC 실내기 유로의 최적설계 (Optimum Design of an Indoor Package Air-Conditioner's Flow Path by Taguchi Method)

  • In this study, the optimum design process of an indoor package air-conditioner (PAC) was implemented by Taguchi method. The goal of this study is to obtain the best set condition of each control factor composing of an indoor PAC. The number of revolution of a double inlet sirocco fan installed in an indoor PAC was measured by the orthogonal array of $L_{18}(2^3{\times}3^4)$ and analysed by using the-smaller- the-better characteristic among the static characteristic analyses. As a result, the optimum condition of an indoor PAC was found as a set of when the cost of production, assembling and working conditions were considered. Moreover, the number of revolution of a double-inlet sirocco fan used for an optimum condition was reduced about 8.5% more than that of a standard condition for the target flowrate of $18.5m^3/min$.

화재사례를 통한 에어컨의 화재위험성 연구 (Study on Fire Risk of Air Conditioner through Fire Cases)

  • 삶의 질이 높아짐에 따라 에어컨의 사용이 증가하고 있다. 따라서 에어컨 사용에 따른 화재 또한 빈번하게 발생하고 있어, 이에 따른 예방대책이 요구된다. 지난 2016년 전국 화재발생은 43,413건 이며, 이중 전기로 인한 화재가 8,655건으로 약 20%를 차지하였다. 전기화재 중 에어컨은 134건으로 약 1.5%를 차지하였고, 불완전접촉, 합선, 트래킹과 같은 다양한 원인으로 발생하는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 에어컨 설치과정에서 실외기에 연결된 전원코드를 임으로 연결하는 접속부위에서 발화한 사례에 대하여 연구하고 그 원인에 따른 예방대책을 제시하여 전기화재로부터 인명과 재산피해를 다소나마 줄이고자 한다.

디젤 자동차의 에어컨 사용시 흡기계통 개선에 따른 출력 및 매연 특성에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Power and Smoke Characteristics for the Intake System Improvement using Air Conditioning System in a Diesel Vehicle)

  • This study investigated the symptoms of the a reduction in output while driving on the road, or increasing of fumer out exhaust gas on inclined road while working air-conditioner in summer. Notice how the experiment in 2010, the Ministry of Environment(Chapter No. 2010-46), and how the vehicle emissions inspection was carried out. 2500cc Diesel cars used in the study were used and compare to output of engine, exhaust gas, inhalation temperature measurement Inhalation of cold air has not been supplied to all agencies when comparing the results when cold air intake temperature of the supply air-conditioning switch range control from 1 to 4, the temperature drops $98^{\circ}C$ to $78^{\circ}C$. At the momentum of switch level 4, output from 63ps to 66ps after the connection has increased 9.6 percent, the highest concentration of exhaust emissions were reduced by 42.8%. This research can contribute in part to the reduction of exhaust directly supply into the cooling air intake line, doing the output of diesel cars in the summer. In addition, construction equipment and machinery that are currently being used excluding the engine's intercooler cooling of the supply line via a separate output in the summer and help reduce exhaust emissions is expected.

  • This paper is concerned with economic analysis and comparison between hybrid and central air conditioning system by TRNSYS simulation and Life Cycle Cost(LCC) analysis. Hybrid air conditioning system that is using VAV for interior zone and system air-conditioner for perimeter zone is installed in building A. Central air conditioning system is composed of VAV and convector. The simulation was carried out in mode temperature level control using TRNSYS 16. From the result of simulation and LCC analysis, hybrid air conditioning system was better than central air conditioning system in initial cost and energy consumption.

  • It is important to develop the smart ventilation system in order to minimize a building energy consumption using ventilation. In this study, We evaluated the efficiency of the smart ventilation system being developed at the nursery. To evaluate the energy savings and carbon dioxide removal efficiency, two kinds of experimental conditions were compared. First, air conditioner and Smart HVAC system were operated. Second, air conditioner was operating and external air was put into the inside by rate of air circulation. It was more effective when working with air conditioning and ventilation system at the same time. If the Smart HVAC system is applied in a multi-use facility, indoor air quality will be comfortable and the social cost will be reduced.

  • 본 논문은 집중권 브러시리스 직류 전동기로 제조된 에어컨 압축기의 효율을 개선할 수 있는 새로운 운전 방법을 제안한다. 일반적으로 에어컨 압축기는 신뢰도 높은 센서리스 운전을 하여야 하기 때문에 복잡한 연산이 필요한 3상 3여자 운전을 적용하기 어렵다. 본 논문에서는 기존의 120도 통전 방법과 동일한 센서리스 알고리즘과 하드웨어를 사용하되 3상 2여자 방식의 제어성능상의 단점을 개선하고 운전 성능이 향상된 새로운 패턴의 통전 방법을 제안한다. 그리고 이를 실부하 에어컨에 적용하여 제안된 운전 방법의 유효성을 검증한다.

멀티에어컨의 성능해석 프로그램 개발 (Development of Simulation Program for Multi-Air conditioner)

  • In this study, theoretical simulation method for the steady state characteristics of a refrigeration cycle which consists of one condenser and multi-evaporator (Multi-air conditioner) is presented. The simulation was performed for a typical multi-air conditioning system consisted one outdoor unit with air-cooled condenser, compressor, linear electric expansion valve and bypass circuit and connected three-evaporators (three indoor units). The simulation results are good agreement with those of experiments within 5 $\sim$ 10% at the given system operation conditions which are condensing pressure, evaporating pressure, sub-cooled degree of condenser, superheated degree, discharge temperature of compressor and pulse of linear electric expansion valve.

  • In the present study, the heating and cooling characteristics of system air-conditioner using a PWM compressor or a BLDC inverter compressor are investigated by the psychometric calorimeter using air enthalpy method. Cooling and heating capacities, power inputs and COPs are measured at the low, moderate, high loads under the cooling and heating standard conditions. At cooling conditions, the capacity of the PWM system is larger than that of the inverter case. Due to large power input, however, low COPs are measured under total load ranges. At heating conditions, the capacity of the PWM method is a little larger than that of the inverter case, except high load range. Since power input is low, large COPs are measured at moderate and high load ranges, which are different from cooling data. This shows that the PW system compared with the inverter case has good energy consumption efficiency at moderate and high load ranges except low load range. And when the system A/C is operated under the cooling and heating standard conditions, COPs are nearly uniform at total load ranges.

  • Man has always striven to create a thermally comfortable environment. This is reflected in building traditions around the world - from ancient history to present day. Today, creating a thermally comfortable environment is still one of the most important parameters to be considered when designing buildings. It is defined in the ISO 7730 standard as being "That condition of mind which expresses satisfaction with the thermal environment". A definition most people can agree on, but also a definition is not easily converted into physical parameters. Thermal comfort is a matter of many physical parameters, and not just one, as for example the air temperature that is set by air-conditioner. The most important matter Today's common offices and homes are only depending on air-conditioning as a cooling system during the summer. This kind of system tends to be focused on the person who controls it and those who are around the air-conditioner while thermal-comfort is neglected. Futhermore, the people's body conditions are not considered during each time that beginning, middle, last of the air-conditioning which causing displeasure of the residents more and more. This kind of operating system is set for a long time may causes unbalanced air condition and man's psychologic displeasure goes to increase.
