미소가속도계 센서의 제조공정에서 잔류응력 해석 (Analysis of Residual Stresses at Manufacturing Precesses for Microaccelerometer Sensors)

  • The major problems associated with the manufacturing processes of the microaccelerometer based on the tunneling current concept is the residual stress. This paper deals with finite element analysis of residual stress causing pop up phenomenon which are induced in micromachining processes for a microaccelerometers sensor using silicon on insulator(SOI) wafer. After heating the tunnel gap up to $100^{\circ}C$and get it through cooling process and the additional beam up to $80^{\circ}C$get it through the cooling process. We learn the residual stress of each shape and compare the results with each other, after heating the tunnel gap up to $400^{\circ}Cduring$ the Pt deposition process. The equivalent stresses produced during the heating process of focused ion beam(FIB) cut was also to be about $0.02~0.25Pa/^{\circ}C$and cooling process the gradient of residual stresses of about $8.4\{times}10^2Pa/{\mu}m$ still at cantilever beam and connected part of paddle. We want to seek after the real cause of this pop up phenomenon and diminish this by change manufacturing processes of microaccelerometer sensors.

  • A sintering process for copper based films using a rapid thermal process with infrared lamps is proposed to improve the electrical properties. Compared with films produced by conventional thermal sintering, the microstructure of the copper based films contained fewer internal and interfacial pores and larger grains after the rapid thermal process. This high-density microstructure is due to the high heating rate, which causes the abrupt decomposition of the organic shell at higher temperatures than is the case for the low heating rate; the high heating rate also induces densification of the copper based films. In order to confirm the effect of the rapid thermal process on copper nanoink, copper based films were prepared under varying of conditions such as the sintering temperature, time, and heating rate. As a result, the resistivity of the copper based films showed no significant changes at high temperature ($300^{\circ}C$) according to the sintering conditions. On the other hand, at low temperatures, the resistivity of the copper based films depended on the heating rate of the rapid thermal process.

내부 확산법에 의한 Nb$_3Sn$ 초전도 선재에서 부분 가열이 초전도 특성에 미치는 영향 (The effect of local heating on superconductivities in internal tin processed Nb$_3Sn$ wires)

  • There is the possibility that internal tin processed Nb$_3Sn$ wires are locally heated during the drawing process and the jacketing process. It is important to know the variations in J$_c$ of internal tin processed Nb$_3Sn$ wires caused by local heating. Internal tin processed Nb$_3Sn$ rods were cold worked to 2.28 mm, using the appropriate reduction ratio, and then cut into several pieces. At this stage, wires were locally 50 mm heat zone heated up to 360$^{\circ}C$. The locally heated Nb$_3Sn$ wires were drawn to a final diameter size of 0.81 mm. Others were cold worked successively to 0.81 mm and locally heated with the same conditions. 2 types of locally heat treated wires were wound on Ti-6Al-4V barrels and heat treated for the Nb$_3Sn$ reaction. Local heating of internal tin processed Nb$_3Sn$ wires after the J$_c$ of these wires. However, local heating at an intermediate stage of the drawing process caused a decrease in J$_c$. When the local heating temperatures were higher than melting point of Sn, non-Cu J$_c$'s decreased significantly. A Sn-Cu alloyed boundary appeared after local heating over the melting point of Sn, and caused work hardening and a decrease in the workability.

열응력 해석에 의한 블랭크 단조품 가열공정 평가 (Evaluation of Blank Heating Processes by Thermal Stress Analysis)

  • 선박용 디젤엔진 부품인 블랭크 단조품 가열 시 생산성 및 품질을 향상시키기 위하여 새로운 가열공정을 제안하였다. 본 연구에서는 새로운 블랭크 가열공정을 평가하고 가열공정 설계기준을 정립하기 위하여 수치해석 전용 프로그램인 ANSYS를 사용하여 재료의 비선형을 고려한 온도분포, 열응력 해석을 수행하였다. 가열조건은 승온단계와 유지단계로 구성되어 총 32시간이며 가열 시 시간경과에 따른 블랭크 내 외부의 온도분포와 열응력 변화를 평가하였다. 그 결과 가열 시 승온단계에서 블랭크 내 외부 온도차는 시간이 경과함에 따라 점차 증가하여 최종 승온단계에서 최대 온도차가 발생하나 유지단계에서 온도차는 점진적으로 감소하는 반면에 가열이 시작되어 10시간 경과 후 블랭크 내부에는 최대 등가응력 $12.5kg/mm^2$가 발생한다는 것을 알 수 있다. 따라서 단조품 가열공정을 설계함에 있어서 가열 후 10시간 경과 시, 즉 노내 온도 $650^{\circ}C$에서 블랭크 내 외부 온도차는 $150^{\circ}C$이내가 되도록 관리해야 한다.

  • Modern automobiles are built with a steadily increasing variety of materials and semifinished products. The traditional composition of steel sheet and cast iron is being replaced with other materials such as aluminum and magnesium. But low formability of these materials has prevented the application of the automotive components. The formability can be enhanced by conducting the warm hydroforming using induction heating device which can raise the temperature of the specimen very quickly. The specimen applied to the test is A6061, A7075 extruded tubes which belong to the age-hardenable aluminum alloys. But in the case of A6061 age hardening occurs at room temperature or at elevated temperatures before and after the forming process. In this study the effects of the heating condition such as heating time, preset temperature, holding time during die closing and forming time on the hydroformability are analyzed to evaluate the phenomena such as dynamic strain hardening and ageing hardening at high temperatures after the hydroforming process.

아선약염색 면직물의 열발색 공정에 의한 발색효과 (Effect of Color Developing by Heat Treatment on Cotton Fabrics Dyed with Catechu Extract)

  • In order to clarify the availability of heat treatment for catechu dyeing, effect of color developing by heating process on cotton fabrics dyed with catechu extract was investigated. Dyed fabrics were heated various time(min) at $150^{\circ}C$. The cases of non-mordanting and mordanting were compared, and examined the effect of sodium acetate as an agent to promote the color developing to fabrics. Experiments with after-mordanting method showed that various colors can be obtained using catechu. K/S values of dyed fabrics with Al, Cu, Fe mordant were higher than the case of no mordant. The fabric by Cu mordanting showed 3 times to the case of no mordant. Fabrics dyed with catechu by mordanting lowered $L^*$ value while there was little change in $a^*$, $b^*$ value as the heating process progressed. Therefore, K/S values were increased due to heating process. The effects of adding sodium acetate in dyeing bath on dyed fabrics were shown higher K/S values, and the $L^*$ values were lower than those without sodium acetate according to heating time increase. The result show sodium acetate had a promoting effect on the color developing to the fabrics by heating process, it was very effective.

스탬퍼 가열/냉각을 이용한 고세장비 나노 구조물 성형 (Injection Molding of High Aspect Ratio Nano Features Using Stamper Heating/Cooling Process)

  • Polypropylene substrate with hair-like nano features(aspect $ratio{\sim}10$) on the surface is fabricated by injection molding process. Pure aluminum plate is anodized to have nano pore array on the surface and used as a stamper for molding nano features, The size and the thickness of the stamper is $30mm{\times}30mm$ and 1mm. The fabricated pore is about 120nm in diameter and 1.5 um deep. For molding of a substrate with nano-hair type of surface features, the stamper is heated up over $150^{\circ}C$ before the filling stage and cooled down below $70^{\circ}C$ after filling to release the molded part. For heating the stamper, stamper itself is used as a heating element by applying electrical power directly to each end of the stamper. The stamper becomes cooled down without circulation of coolant such as water or oil. With this new stamper heating method, nano hairs with aspect ratio of about 10 was successfully injection molded. We also found the heating & cooling process of the stamper is good for releasing of molded nano-hairs.

  • Micro wires manufactured by the straightening process are used in the BT(Bio-Technology), IT(Information-Technology), NT(Nano-Technology). We have developed a novel wire straightener which uses the direct heating method(DHM) for straightening the micro wire and shearing device for burr-less cutting. In this study, we confirm the tendency of micro wire after the shearing process. It is impossible to remove the burr in the shearing process. However, the embodiment of minimum burr size after the shearing process is the best in-process method. In order to minimize the burr size, we have accomplished the various experiment condition such as the U-groove, the effect of the counter punch, the shear angle, clearance.

Influences of heating processes on properties and microstructure of porous CeO2 beads as a surrogate for nuclear fuels fabricated by a microfluidic sol-gel process

  • The control of microstructure is critical for the porous fuel particles used for infiltrating actinide nuclides. This study concerns the effect of heating processes on properties and microstructure of the fuel particles. The uniform gel precursor beads were synthesized by a microfluidic sol-gel process and then the porous $CeO_2$ microspheres, as a surrogate for the ceramic nuclear fuel particles, were obtained by heating treatment of the gel precursors. The fabricated $CeO_2$ microspheres have a narrow size distribution and good sphericity due to the feature of microfluidics. The effects of heating processes parameters, such as heating mode and peak temperatures on the properties of microspheres were studied in detail. An optimized heating mode and the peak temperature of $650^{\circ}C$ were selected to produce porous $CeO_2$ microspheres. The optimized heating mode can avoid the appearance of broken or crack microspheres in the heating process, and as-prepared porous microspheres were of suitable pore size distribution and pore volume for loading minor actinide (MA) solution by an infiltration method that is used for fabrication of MA-bearing nuclear fuel beads. After the infiltration process, $1000^{\circ}C$ was selected as the final temperature to improve the compressive strength of microspheres.

We want to seek after the real cause of this pop up phenomenon and diminish this by change manufacturing processes of microaccelerometer by electrostatic force.
