Objectives : Visual check and X-ray are commonly used by chiropractors to estimate ieg length inequality, This study have three categories: diagnosis for anatomic leg length inequality; difference between anatomic and functional leg length inequality; theraphies for anatomic or functional leg length inequality. Methods : We referred to a PubMed site by using word of 'leg length [JU] J Manipulative Physiol Ther', only items with abstracts. Results : We searched 26 articles in J Manipulative Physiol Ther with the key word-Ieg length. Conclusion : 1. Radiographs were most accurate and commonly used by chiropractors to measure anatomic leg length inequality, clinically wood block, tape measure, visual check are acceptable. 2. There was no article about difference between anatomic and functional leg length inequality. 3. Heel lift was commonly used with conservative theraphy for anatomic leg length Inequality. 4. Chiropractors have not yet proved that the supposed positive effects are a result of a reduction of subluxation, The detection of the manipulative lesion in the sacroiliac joint depends on valid and reliable tests, Because such tests have not been established, the presence of the manipulative lesion remains hypothetical. Great effort is needed to develop, establish and enforce valid and reliable test procedures.

Objectives : The purpose of this study is to report the effectiveness of Sihochunggan-tang gagambang and Gagamchengyoung-tang in the seven patients with seborrheic dermatitis. Methods : This case study was conducted for seven seborrheic dermatitis patients, who have visited Korean Medicine Clinic from 2013.10.01 to 2017.09.30. All seven patients were treated with Sihochunggan-tang gagambang and Gagamchengyoung-tang and acupucture. During taking medicine, we let them avoid bad food like fatty food and alcohol. We evaluated the symptom change through photographs and used Visual Analogue Scale(VAS) as the assessment method. Results : VAS such as skin severity of symptoms, sleep disorder, pruritus was decreased as a result of Sihochunggan-tang gagambang and Gagamchengyoung-tang and acupucture treatment in seven seborrheic dermatitis patients. Conclusions : After the treatment, the grade of VAS was decreased and most symptoms of seven patients were improved. As a result of examining VAS scores and photographs, Sihochunggan-tang gagambang and Gagamchengyoung-tang can be effective on the seborrheic dermatitis in seven cases in our study.
Objects : This study is desinged in order to clinical applications of the new acupucture method : embedding therapy. Conclusions : 1. Emdedding therapy apply to many disease through the effect of physical stimulation and chemical stimulation. 2. Facial muscles belong to one or more meridian muscle. 3. Emdedding therapy can be used in facial disease through meridian muscle system.
The meridians are energy pathways found in the interior organs of the body leading the bio-electrical energy the periphery of the body for its energetic supply and the meridians connect the individual acupuncture points. The acupucture points in turn serve for the interference with the bio-electric energy, thus made it measurable. It has been developed to a stage where one could stimulate the acupuncture-points in order to achieve organ effects in the body. To the contrast, Dr.Niboyet proved that the human skin contains points varing in their electrical roperties as to their surroundings. He also tried to send direct current through the skin taken from the body and derive it at other places of the skin characterized by the above mentioned meridians and acupuncture points. The body produces a potential in the organs to reach the acupuncture point via the meridians. The charge on the individual acupuncture point caused by the exactly difinable current of our mesurement device, creates a state of blance between the irritational potential, both of whcih are which are opposite to each other. The body processes the irritational current in the acupuncture point. Voll and Werner, as early as 1953, developed an instruments for applying electro-acupuncture on the skin without needle picks and the teaching from part of modern medicine after developing over recent years. Electro-acupucture is a comprechensive fterm for all procedures based on mesurements or thrapy derived from Oriental acupuncture, using modern electronics. As a result, I found the phenomena of the meridian during the disease. And It seems to be closely related between the meriduan and the disease. I think it must be researched profoundly and for the long time.
Objective : In the pain control, BU herbal acupuncture is highly effective but causes many phys ical reactions. This study was done to compare BU with BU mixed Hwangryunhaedoktang(HHT, 黃連解毒湯) herbal acupucture in decreasing physical reactions of BU. Methods : We injected BU Group(N=12) and BU mixed HHT Group(N=12) at four points of Fenmen(B12), Feishu(B13), Fufen(B41) and Pohu(B42). Then we observe the local thermal changes and the physical reactions at beginning, 1hour and 24 hours after administering herbal acupuncture through the D.I.T.I. and survey. Results : The following results were obtained; 1. The significant dermatothermal difference had been checked 1hour and 24hours in BU group, but 1hour in Bu mixed HHT. 2. In BU group, the difference of temperature had been continued highly until 24hours. But in BU mixed group, the difference of temperature had been continued highly until 1 hour but decreased nearly equal to beginning stage until 24hours. 3. The symptoms which appear following the herbal acupuncture administration were less appeared in BU mixed HHT than BU group.

The results were as follows 1. In the sample group, the rate of increase of paw edema was significantly decreased as compared with thatof control group(P<0.05) 2. In the sample group, the rectal-temperature was non-significantly decreased as compared with that of control group (P<0.05) 3. In the sample group, CRP and WBC was significantly decreased as compared with that of control group, but ESR was not.(P<0.05) 4. In the sample group, opical-temperature was significantly decreased as compared with that of control group (P<0.05) 5. In the sample group, analgestic function was not sigiflcntly effected as compared with that of control group(P<0.05) According to the above result, it can be concluded Scolopendra subspinipes multilans Herb-Acupucture showed the treatment effects on the artifical arthritis resulted from carrageenan in rat and it is suggested that more interest and study in the mechanism and clinical use were needed.
From documentary comparative study on the chief virtues of the Back-Su(兪) points and the Front-Mo(募) points, the following results are obtained : 1. Contrast the Back-Su(兪) points with the Front-Mo(募) points, the needle-steadying depth of the Front-Mo(募) points is deeper than that of the Back-Su(兪) points. and Moxibustion dosage of the Front-Mo(募) points is more than that of the Back-Su(兪) points. 2. In the case of Kimun(LR14) and Kansu(BL18), Kergwol(CV12) and Shimsu(BL15), Chungwan(CV12) and Wisu(BL21), Kyungmun(GB25) and Shinsu(BL23), the Back-Su(兪) points can be chiefly used for the treatment of acute disease, external disease, exess disease and Jang(臟)-disease. contrary the Front-Mo(募) points can be chiefly used for the treatment of chronic disease, internal disease, deficiency disease and Bu(腑)-disease. 3. In the case of Kwangwon(CV4) and Sojangsu(BL27), Serkmoon(CV5) and Samchosu(BL22), Changmun(LR13) and Bisu(BL20), Chungbu(LV1) and Pesu(BL20), Chungguk(CV3) and Banggwangsu(BL28), the Front-Mo(募) points can be used for the treatment of unbalanced visceral funtion. contrary the Back-Su(兪) points can be used for not only the treatment of unbalanced visceral funtion but also the treatment of attached organs. 4. The Back-Su(兪) points can be used for the treatment of acute disease, external disease, exess disease, Jang(臟)-disease and attached organs-disease. contrary the Front-Mo(募) points can be chiefly used for the treatment of chronic disease, internal disease, deficiency disease, and Bu(腑)-disease.
