In this Paper, We study on establish for unit of measure. Quality means abstract for customer needs. we surveyed unit of measurement of quality feature of Juran, Taguchi, 6 sigma method. We suggest unit of measurement of quality feature. Each enterprise can use defining own unit of measurement of quality feature. Effect is expected in enterprise that these proposals do quality control. There is meaning in direction that measuring mean of quality feature that propose in this treatise understands actuality to be deeply and reconcile exact point of theory.

The purpose of this study was to analysis housing life styles of apartment dwellers by alteration in Ulsan, got hold of the influencing variables of housing life styles and indicated source materials about the plan of alteration of apartment dwellers. As a methodology for this study, questionnaire survey were used. The number of 228 cases were analyzed through SPSS PC+. For the analysis of the data, such techniques were used as reliability analysis, frequence analysis, factor analysis, correlation analysis, and multiple regression analysis.The major findings of this study were as followings: 1. Housing life styles of apartment dwellers by alteration in Ulsan identified five factors. In order of decreasing importance, these factors included: i)practicality, ii)ornament, iii)the faculty of space, iv) actuality, and v) spending habits. 2. The size of a family, wife's education, income, cost of alteration, and the area of installment sale were the most significant factors that influenced housing life styles of apartment dwellers by alteration in Ulsan.

To prevent fault effect in supply of electric power distribution system and plan stable operation of electric power system, must control magnitude of fault current. Although there are various kinds of method to solvethis, approached from super conductivity Fault Current Limiter application viewpoint among them. High Temperature Superconductor-Fault Current Limiter (HTS-FCL) development is progressing according to HTS technology development, and system application is tried. For actual system application of such super conductivity FCL, so that can reflect special quality of actuality supply of electric power distribution system just as it is in this treatise supply of electric power system by two modelling do. Also, by simulation of HTS-FCL action and protection coordination with another equipment appliances, verified the effectiveness in supply of electric power system applying itself super conductivity FCL EMTDC dynamic characteristic model that is develope.

Interior space of large scale composition facilities influences in walk population of distance according to trade and space rescue and walk population of distance is armed business activity. Finally, is based on dual of distribution cost and profit of logistics and reverse logistics and achieves Pull, optimal system modeling that use Push system and gropes method of effective logistics cost.

Expectation and interest about e-CRM are rising for more efficient customer management in on-line including electronic commerce. The decision-making tree can be used usefully as the data mining technology for e-CRM. In this paper, the representative decision making techniques, CART, C4.5, CHAID analyzed the differences in personalization point of view with actuality customer data through an experiment. With these analysis data, it is proposed a new decision-making tree system that has big advantage in personalization techniques. Through new system, it can get following advantage. First, it can form superior model more qualitatively in personalization by adding individual's weight value. Second it can supply information personalized more to customer. Third, it can have high position about customer's loyalty than other site of similar types of business. Fourth, it can reduce expense that cost marketing and decision-making. Fifth, it becomes possible that know that customer through smooth communication with customer who use personalized service wants and make from goods or service's quality to more worth thing.

This paper describes online stator-resistance estimation of a linear induction motor(LIM) with cage-type secondary using direct thrust control(DTC), where the resistance value is derived from stator-winding temperature estimation using thermocouple. In this paper, corrected stator resistance has an error in actuality measurement resistance. So compensation coefficient $\kappa$ which is decided through comparison and verifying several times relation of calculated resistance and measured motor line-line resistance. The stator-winding temperature information can also be used for monitoring, protection, and fault-tolerant control of the machine. Also, this paper reports the LIM's responses of the flux measured by the proposed stator resistance compensation algorithm.

The object of this study is to analyze the influential factors of characteristics of residential locations by age, and to offer a groundwork that can be utilized to direct setting of residential development and housing policies. The main findings are drawn as follows: First, it determines the age groupings which can describe the distribution pattern of residential location, which is broken down into two social subgroups - the older group aged 50 and over, and the younger group, being our educational target. Second, actuality of our education is to influence residential location. Third, four groups that can describe residential location are abstracted. Fourth, the prime of manhood and old age prime of life have been superior within inner zone, while middle age and those who are obliged to support the older group have been superior around the outer zone.
