The purpose of this study is to present the direction of the new space plan by reflecting the opinions of the user (student) in the existing standardized elementary school space planning. The purpose of this study is to investigate the activities of elementary school students by using socio - spatial network analysis method and to propose the direction of new elementary school space planning through the results. We analyzed the results of each centrality by using the analysis of closeness analysis, betweeness analysis, girvan-newman clustering, and concor analysis. The results of this study are as follows. First, it should be planned to use the classroom and the special room as one area by utilizing the corridor. Second, it should be planned that the outdoor space and the indoor space are closely related to each other by utilizing the hall, the lobby and the classroom. Third, the school should create a small space where physical activity is possible in an indoor space of the school. In order to improve the standardized elementary school space, this study proposes a method to reflect the opinions of the users in the school planning stage.

This article is a study on the activity of rescue workers for designing simulation training scenarios assuming chemical accidents. On the basis of the complexity of the indoor scene in the case of chemical accidents and terrorism, we designed a 12-step simulation training scenario for two teams to analyze the improvement in firefighters' capabilities. On the basis of activity measurement in the simulation scenario, step 2 of training had the most drops in the maximum heart rate, as follow: N1, from 163 bpm to 153 bpm; N2, from 186 bpm to 151 bpm; N3, from 168 bpm to 162 bpm; and N4, from 166 bpm to 152 bpm. In terms of intensity level in the allowable activity time, it was found that in step 2 both N1 and N2 reduced from Level 5 to Level 3, N3 remained at Level 4, N4 reduced from Level 4 to Level 3, and the maximum allowable activity time increased.

In 1999, a residence stock amounts to 11 million units and apartment housing holds 57.6 percent of the residence stock. Without proper remodeling for apartment housing, a significant portion of them would be expected to be demolished shorter than their life-time due to socioeconomic reasons. Apartment housing is maintained depending on government regulations such as 'Housing Construction Promotion Code' and 'Apartment Housing Maintenance Ordinance'. However, there are many problems with implementation of them. In order to solve the problems, we focus on the remodeling system that includes Maintenance of Apartment Housing, Finance and Taxation, Special Repair Appropriation Budget, Resource Quality and Standard Plan, and Remodeling associated with the code. And this study, which being compared with the foreign remodeling system, presents the improvement scheme of system for apartment housing remodeling. This study aims to promote remodeling apartment housing and provide the suitable scheme for remodeling activities.

In this paper, the proceedings and core procedures that involved the role of advisor to the theme, the set up rule of students, and complete the work steps involved in configuring graduate work that the overall design curriculum and graduation standards are summarized. The one or two students are designated as one team, and by the designated professor was conducted a discussion and technical guidance. Among various topics from 2011 to 2015, some specific results configured using a small drone and smartphones are presented. The survey are compared the activity results for the participating students in one major each in 2011 and 2015 and analyzed. Based on this review for improvement next year notes, it forms a continuous improvement, and has converged talents with passion and challenging spirit, sharing a plan to form a virtuous cycle that is associated with positive employment and entrepreneurship.

This article refers to the processions and the improvement of the 7th revised curriculum development for the Fisheries and Merchant Marine High School, published at Dec. 30, 1997. The general point of the 7th revised curriculum development was to cultivate creative Korean who will lead the epoch of globalization and information and to perform the learner-centered curriculum. Moreover, it defines the nature of Business High School not as completive but as continuing education. Based on this view, the improvment of 7th revised curriculum has been searched in varous sides. The group of general researchers and cooperators consisted of 12 members who were of university professors, teachers, related business men and executives in the administration branches, and the total researchers of 7th revised curriculum development were 90 members. The basic orientation of the research for the revised curriculum development was as following : The improvement of basic ability, job-analysis ability, integrity of theory and practice, acquisition of the certificate of national qualification, interrelation and cooperative role division between school and industrial fields, extension of self-decision ability of school and local society, protection of learner-selection right and maintaining close relations with the business-educational organization under life-long education system. Thus on the whole, the research for educational goals and contents, instructions, learning theory and evaluation is being processed with a high activity, based on the above mentioned plan of 7th revised curriculum development. At the same time, the methods and the models are being investigated. At last, it is to be noted that, in such as the 7th revised curriculum development research in this case, the effort should not be spared to harmonize the basic technological knowledge of the specialists in the Fisheries and Merchant Marine field and the cultural, liberal arts of personality education.

This study is a qualitative research to find out the experiences of the students who are helping students with disabilities in S University in Busan and the perceptions of their role as assistants. 12 student participants were divided into three groups, and group focus interviews were conducted. Four improvement points (systematizing selection, monitoring expenses, and strengthening education system) were derived for the support system for students with disabilities, and based on these four concepts, 10 categories were deduced. From the results, we suggested the improvement plan of the project to support college students with disabilities.

Purpose: The small-scale environmental impact assessment conducted during the development project stage has focused on the preservation of the natural environment centered on non-urban areas, due to the nature of urbanization, health problems for citizens of high-density urban areas have a limitation in that they are relatively neglected. In the case of strategic environmental impact assessment and environmental impact assessment in urban areas, there is no basis for evaluation in urban areas because there are exceptions to be excluded from the target projects or there are no target project regulations for buildings. Therefore, in this research, we examined the problems with the target project such as the current environmental impact assessment, and tried to establish a system improvement plan that can solve them. Research design, data and methodology: After reviewing the current environmental impact assessment-related laws (including enforcement ordinances) and national land planning laws (including enforcement ordinances), exceptions such as environmental impact assessment in urban areas were identified and problems were identified. Based on this, an amendment to the Enforcement Decree was proposed to provide institutional support for the expansion of target projects such as environmental impact assessment in urban areas. Results and Conclusions: Through this research, it is expected that the projects subject to environmental impact assessment on development projects in urban areas directly related to the health of the people will be expanded, and the net function of the environmental impact assessment system will be maximized.

Large scale construction disasters such as recent Noryangjin flooding incident and Banghwadaegyo collapse accident are occurring persistently. Thereupon, the role and responsibility of the various construction participants are considered as major element to reduce disaster at the construction site. Construction industry is a process of building construction object by going through planning, designing, constructing, and maintenance controlling in which various bodies of act, from contractor to designer and builders, participate. However, the subject of current safety supervision is focused on the builder, the contract enterprise which directly employs workers, while the safety activity participation of the contractor, who exerts decision-making authority at the highest level, is excluded. Therefore, this study understands the level of awareness and reality on the safety activity of each construction participants from which the improvement plan on the contractor centered safety management system is proposed.

The awareness of education service is undergoing a transition from demand side to supply side. This study 1) develops an evaluation model of education service composed of three core factors(curriculum content, professor activities, job search activity) and additional factors(public welfare, education environment, campus life), 2) verifies a model using the structural equation model, 3) calculates the satisfaction measurement index of education service, and 4) proposes the results of IPA for evaluating the satisfaction measurement of education service. The results show significant notions that core factors(curriculum content, professor activities, job search activities) and additional factors(public welfare, education environment, campus life) determine students satisfaction, and that student satisfaction effects the recommend purpose significantly. Especially, student satisfaction influenced curriculum content, job search activity, campus life, public welfare, professor activities, education environment in order. This study provides improved strategic implications based on the calculated results of component satisfaction measurement index, and the results of IPA.

Core-wall construction method is applied in many high-rise building constructions. This is caused by the advantages of the method such as the effect of saved construction cost and shortened period. However, the analysis study of planning practice for core-wall construction shows matters take place during core-wall construction, such as increasing in construction cost and period. These matters result from the limited work space leading to low productivity, the activity interference leading to increasing in period, additional temporary work cost and time, and delayed concrete pour activity. A large part of these can be prevented taking place by very detailed and most careful core-wall construction plan. Therefore, this study suggests improvement directions of core-wall construction planning process focused on the cooperation system of a contractor between a sub-contractor and the process.
