노인장기요양보험 구강위생서비스의 활성화를 위한 재가장기요양기관 관리책임자 심층면담 (In-depth interview with the center managers for home visit dental hygiene services in the long-term care insurance)

  • Objectives: This study was carried out to identify plans to activate home visit oral care services by dental hygienists in Long-term care insurance. Methods: In-depth interviews were carried out with 21 Long-term Home Care Center Managers as target. A total of 21 (27%) Home Care Centers were selected through convenience sampling among 78 Home Care Centers that are located in Won-ju city. The Managers were presented with questions and answered in 20-30 minutes in accordance with the interview instructions. The interview results were analyzed through content analysis, and their experiences and perceptions were classified into two themes and categorized again into four components. Results: The Home Care Center Managers suggested that dental hygienists should activate home-visit oral hygiene services. It is necessary to improve the management process and awareness of the elderly. Conclusions: To activate oral hygiene services, it is necessary to improve the service guideline and enhance the efficiency of the service process. This should be acceptable both to the elderly who need the services and the dental hygienists who provide them.

모바일 빅 데이터 트래픽 환경에서 새로운 이동통신 주파수의 활성화 방안 연구 (A Study on Activation of New Mobile Communication Spectrum in the Environment of Mobile Big Data Traffic)

  • 본 논문은 모바일 광대역 서비스가 활성화되면서 나타나는 모바일 빅 데이터 트래픽의 발생이 모바일 광대역 서비스의 발전을 제약하지 않도록 이동통신 주파수 활성화를 위한 기술 및 경제적 환경 조건을 분석하고 활성화 방안을 제시한다. 새로운 이동통신 주파수의 활성화를 위해서는 투자의 비용과 수익의 균형이 이루어져야 한다. 모바일 빅 데이터 트래픽을 처리하기 위한 새로운 이동통신 주파수의 활성화는 기술과 경제적 요인 그리고 통신사업자 내부 요인과 외부 요인이 결합되어 있다. 투자비용은 내부 요인인 자본적 비용(Capital Expenditure), 운용비용(Operating Expenditure)과 외부요인인 주파수 할당 대가와 관련 있으며 수익은 내부요인인 요금제와 외부 요인인 망중립성 문제와 관련 있다. 새로운 이동통신 주파수의 활성화는 투자비용에 주파수 할당 대가를 포함하고 투자수익에 네트워크 증설이 가능한 요금제 운영과 외부 콘텐츠에 의한 트래픽 증가에 따른 수익이 포함되어 투자비용과 수익이 균형을 이루어야 한다.

모듈러 공법 활성화를 위한 개선과제 중요도 및 기대효용 분석 연구 (Analysis of Importance and Expected Utility of Improvement Tasks to Activate Modular Construction Method)

  • 모듈러 공법이 지닌 다양한 장점과 관련 시장의 지속적인 성장에도 불구하고, 국내에서는 아직 이와 관련한 구체적인 제도가 확립되어 있지 않아 활성화가 어려운 실정이다. 이에 따라 본 연구는 모듈러 관련 산업 현황과 연구 동향을 고찰하고, 사전 조사를 통해 건설업계 실무자들의 의견을 반영하여 모듈러 공법 활성화를 위한 4대 개선영역과 12개의 개선과제를 도출하였다. 이후 전문가집단을 대상으로 AHP 분석을 수행하여 개선영역 및 개선과제의 상대적 중요도를 평가하였으며, 기대효용평가를 수행하여 이를 반영한 개선과제의 최종 우선순위를 도출하였다. 또한 응답자를 기업과 학계/연구계로 나누어 의견을 비교·분석하여 모듈러 공법에 대한 시각차를 확인하였고, 분석 결과를 통해 정책 수립 및 제도 개선의 방향을 제시하였다. 본 연구에서 도출된 우선순위 개선과제들은 향후 모듈러 공법 활성화를 위한 정책적 의사결정을 위한 기초자료로 활용될 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

The Effect of Different Head Positions with Whole Body Vibration on Muscle Activation related to Postural Stability in Standing

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to investigate muscle activation related to postural stability depending on different head positions with whole body vibration (WBV) in standing. Methods: Eighteen healthy subjects voluntarily participated in this single-group, repeated-measures study in which the surface electromyography (EMG) data from upper trapezius, rectus abdominis, external oblique abdominis, erector spinae, gluteus maximus, rectus femoris, semitendinosus, medial gastrocnemius were collected over 3 different frequencies (0-10-20Hz) and 4 different head positions (neutral, flexion, extension, chin tuck) for each subject on WBV while standing. Results: The results of this study demonstrated that the EMG activity of all recorded muscles shows significant difference between three different frequencies and four head positions of WBV while standing (p<0.05). In the multiple comparison, significant differences could be observed for most of different frequency conditions except 0-10Hz of RA, 10-20Hz of ST. In contrast, no significant difference showed the comparison of the EMG activity depending on different head positions (p<0.05). Conclusion: These findings suggest that different head positions on WBV do not activate muscles related to postural stability. However, higher frequency on WBV is highly effective to activate whole body muscles included postural muscles regardless of different head positions.

병원 홈페이지 콘텐츠 분석을 통한 홍보활성화방안 연구 (A Study on Public Relation Activation Plan through Hospital Homepage Contents Analysis)

  • This study aimed to identify the effects of contents, to find out the development approaches of promotion and contribute to increase the expectation on medical institutions and wills to use and improve the customer satisfaction on homepages of such medical institutions by analysis on the contents of hospital homepage. This research performed the frequency analysis, cross analysis, t-test correlation analysis, and multiple regression analysis and came to the conclusion. In accordance with the research results, since the university hospital homepages had more contents than the homepage of general hospitals and national and public hospitals, the university hospital homepage provided sufficient information to visitors and tried to satisfy the customers and activate the hospital promotion using the homepage contents. On the contrary, the homepage of general hospitals and national and public hospitals had insufficient contents and unique and differentiated contents were not sufficiently provided. On the basis of the results of this study, further study on the approaches to improve the contents of homepage of general hospitals and national and public hospitals will be of great help to activate the hospital promotion by increasing the average number of visitors and page views. Furthermore, it is required to make every endeavor for systematic management and operation and research on promotion using the homepage contents.

Effects of Activation of Gluteus Maximus and Abdominal Muscle using EMG Biofeedback on Lumbosacral and Tibiocalcaneal Angles in Standing Position

  • Purpose: The purpose of the present study was to determine the effects of activation of gluteus maximus (Gmax) and abdominal muscle using EMG biofeedback on lumbosacral and tibiocalcaneal angles in standing position. Methods: Fourteen healthy subjects with normal feet participated in the present study. Electromyographic (EMG) biofeedback using visual cue was used to activate the external oblique (EO) and Gmax. The lumbosacral and tibiocalcalcaneal angles were measured by electronic goniometers. All the subjects were instructed to activate the Gmax and EO monitoring increasing amounts of the muscle activities in each muscle. The lumbosacral and tibiocalcaneal angles were collected in three trials during resting and activation of each muscle using EMG biofeedback in standing position. The mean value of three trials was used in the data analysis. A paired-t test was used to compare the lumbosacral and tibiocalcaneal angles between resting and activation of the Gmax and EO using EMG biofeedback. Results: The lumbosacral and tibiocalcaneal angles were significantly less in the resting compared to activation using EMG biofeedback (p<0.05). Conclusion: The activaition of Gmax and abdominal muscles using EMG biofeedback play role to control the pronation of subtalar joint during the weight-bearing.

  • 본 논문에서는 이동최소자승 근사법 등의 무요소 근사법을 이용하여 유한요소모델 절점의 연결성과 무관하게 유한요소 절점을 자유로이 활성화시킬 수 있는 절점활성화 기법을 제안하고, 제안된 방법의 타당성을 고찰하기 위해 일관성 조건, 수치해의 유계성 등에 대한 이론적 고찰을 수행한다. 제안된 절점활성화 기법을 이용하면 많은 수의 유한요소 절점 중 관심이 있는 일부 절점만을 선택, 활성화시켜 이들만을 미지수로 이용하여 문제를 해석할 수 있기 때문에 설계 및 재해석을 효율적으로 수행할 수 있다.

Cyclophosphamide의 면역독성 검출을 위한 in vitro 시험법의 개발 (A Development of Methods for detecting Immunosuppression induced by Cyclophosphamide in vitro)

  • A splenocyte culture system supplemented with liver microsomes was developed to detect immunotoxic chemicals which require metabolic activation using cyclophosphamide as a positive standard. When liver microsomes were added to splenocyte cultures isolated from female B6C3Fl mice, the proliferation of splenocytes by lipopolysaccharide (LPS) was increased and the proliferation by concanavalin A (Con A) was decreased. However, when compared with each corresponding control, cyclophophamide was successfully activated to metabolites capable of suppressing Iymphoproliferative responses. This suppression was clearly dependent upon the amounts of microsomes added and/or the concentration of cyclophosphamide exposed. In these cultures, the proliferation of splenocytes was suppressed when the cells were exposed to cyclophosphamide on the day of culture initiation. On the other hand, microsome was responsible for the increase in LPS mitogenicity and NADPH was responsible for the decrease in Con A mitogenicity. Finally, our present culture system was compared with the hepatocyte-splenocyte coculture system which we had developed earlier. We found that the hepatocyte-splenocyte coculture was better able to activate cyclophosphamide to metabolites capable of suppressing the antibody response to sheep erythrocytes. Although our present culture system was relatively poor to activate cyclophosphamide in cultures for antibody response, it will be useful as a simple screening method to detect suppression of certain in vitro immunotoxic parameters like LPS mitogenicity by chemicals which require metabolism.
