2015 개정 교육과정의 핵심은 성취평가제의 적용과 확산으로서 학생들의 학업 성취 평가에서 있어서 경쟁적인 상대평가에서 벗어나 학생들이 각각의 평가기준에 따라 어느 정도의 학업 성취를 달성하였는가를 평가하는 것이다. 이를 위해서는 교수학습 설계와 수행 및 평가 프로세스를 통합 관리할 수 있는 평가기준 및 성취수준 지원 시스템이 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 교육과정의 성취기준 자료, 수업설계 자료, 학습내용 자료, 평가설계 자료, 평가결과분석 자료 및 피드백 자료들을 연계할 수 있는 통합 데이터모델을 설계하고 이에 기반한 성취평가 지원 시스템을 설계한다. 설계한 통합 데이터 모델을 기반으로 학습자 대쉬보드 웹페이지 프로토타입을 구현하고 학생평가지원포털과의 검색 기능을 비교함으로써 제안한 모델의 퀄리티를 평가하였다.

본 연구는 울산시를 대상으로 하여 중학교 및 고등학교의 전국 단위 학력평가의 결과가 해당 지역 아파트 가격에 미치는 효과를 헤도닉 가격결정모형을 활용하여 실증 분석하였다. 중학교와 고등학교의 학업성취도평가 결과, 고등학교의 수학능력시험 점수 및 전국연합학력평가 점수, 그리고 명문대학교 합격자 수는 해당 지역의 아파트 가격 형성에 정의 관계를 가지고 통계적으로 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 그리고 여러 가지 학력평가 성적들은 아파트 매매가격 결정에 있어서 비대칭적 효과를 갖는 것으로 나타났다. 중학교 학업성취도평가 결과보다는 고등학교 학업성취도평가 결과가 아파트 매매가격 결정에 더 중요하게 영향을 미치고 있으며, 학업성취도평가 결과 중에서도 기초학력 미달 학생의 비율보다는 보통학력 이상 학생 비율이 더 중요하게 작용하고, 그리고 고등학교의 수능 인문계 점수보다는 자연계 점수 수준이 더 중요하게 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

In this study, 'Instruments of the achievement attribution in mathematical learning' was develop to investigate the reasons of mathematical learning achievement by reflecting Korean middle school and high school students' psychological characters and learning context in mathematical learning. To develop the appropriate items for the achievement attribution in mathematical learning, after reviewing attribution literature thoroughly, first version of the instrument was developed and Exploratory Factor Analysis and Confirmatory Factor Analysis were conducted. Then, to reduce the effect of the gender difference and achievement level difference, Differential Item Functioning was performed. Also, using Multiple group Confirmatory Factor Analysis, this instrument was investigated to see whether this can be used for both middle school and high school. The final items for success attribution are 3 items for luck, 3 items for effort, 2 items for ability. The failure attribution were composed of 3 items for luck, 3 items for effort, 2 items for ability, and 2 items for other. The instrument was developed by using large samples and psychometric analysis. Therefore, mathematic teachers can use this instrument efficiently to make a foundation for better learning environment so students' cognitive area and affective area can be harmonized.

본 연구는 개개인의 배움과 성장을 지향하는 개별화교육의 관점에서 특수교육 기본교육과정의 학업성취도 평가의 실태를 조사, 분석하고 그 결과에 근거하여 정책 지원 방안을 논의한 것이다. 연구대상은 기본교육과정을 적용하는 B광역시 특수학교 교사 129명이었으며, 측정은 특수교육 학업성취도 평가 도구와 관련된 문헌연구를 바탕으로 FGI 및 전문가 검토를 통해 개발한 도구를 사용하였다. 실태분석 결과, 평가의 계획, 준거, 방법, 시기에 있어서 개개인의 배움과 성장을 평가하기 위해 특수교사들은 상세하고 면밀한 질적 접근을 하고 있었고, 교육과정의 연장선상에서 다양한 방식으로 평가결과를 안내하고 활용하고 있었다. 또한 측정도구 각 영역의 하위요소에 대한 인식은 교사의 성별, 연령별, 경력별, 학력별, 학교급별, 설립유형별로 차이를 보였다. 실태분석 결과 도출된 문제점을 바탕으로 교육과정 성취기준 작성 및 평가 체제의 자율성 확대, 학업성취도 평가 영역 및 체제의 개선, 교사의 배경변인별 특성에 부합하는 평가역량강화 지원체제 수립 등을 정책적 지원 방안으로 제언하였다.

The objective of this study was to evaluate Environmental microbiology (EM) as a basic course for the environmental engineering program of Korea Maritime University which has been accredited by Accreditation Board for Engineering Education of Korea (ABEEK). Evaluation result of the lecture objectives was more than the average (3.5/5.0). The overall score for learning achievement assessment was more than average level of learning achievement (3.4/5.0). Interestingly, engineering design implementation regarding a specific topic as an extensive learning process has proven to be more effective (3.5/5.0). Some of effective class improvement strategies suggested were to encourage students to participate in the class with self-motivation and accountability: preview and review of the lecture, team presentation in English-speaking settings, and submitting project report written in English. In the future class of EM, test and evaluation of application capability of EM and environmental biotechnology (EB) theories to engineering problem solving should be emphasized.

본 연구의 목적은 국가수준 학업성취도 평가 결과에서 나타난 각 성취수준별 학업성취 특성의 도출을 통해 교수 학습 및 평가의 방향에 시사점을 제공하는 데 있다. 이를 위해 본 연구에서는 2010년부터 2012년에 걸쳐 계속 출제된 성취기준에 해당하는 문항을 심층 분석하였다. 각 성취수준별 학업성취 특성을 도출한 결과, 우수학력은 교육과정에 제시되어 있는 용어와 기호의 의미, 수학적인 여러 가지 성질을 충분히 이해하고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 하지만 보통학력의 경우에는 일차함수의 활용, 평면도형의 성질과 입체도형의 성질을 활용 하는 문항에 대해서는 어려워하는 것으로 나타났다. 그리고 기초학력의 경우에는 거의 모든 영역에서 문제해결에 어려움이 있는 것으로 나타나, 학생들의 수학적 오개념 파악과 수와 연산 영역에 대한 학습을 강화할 필요성을 제기하였다.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to evaluate the validity of an educational program developed for geriatric visiting nurses in Seoul by assessing their satisfaction level and level of learning goal achievement. Methods: This descriptive research study was conducted to develop, implement, and evaluate the educational program in accordance with the ADDIE Instructional System Model. Participants were 170 nurses hired for the 2016 Seoul Metropolitan Government visiting service for older people. Based on Kirkpatrick's Training Evaluation Model, reaction and learning evaluations were conducted during and after the educational program. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics. Results: The developed educational program consisted of basic and professional courses. The evaluations showed that participants were highly satisfied with the lectures and field placement. Over 90% of the participants achieved the learning achievement goals. Conclusion: The program developed for geriatric visiting nurses in Seoul is considered a valid educational program because of the participants' high levels of satisfaction and academic achievement.

Perceived control and use of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) has long been known as important aspects of students' achievement. The purpose of this study was to explore the relationship between adolescents' perceived achievement goals, their Individual ICT use, ICT use for government-sponsored educational programs on television or the Internet, academic achievement and the attitude toward learning. Most previous research has employed cross-sectional data analysis using relatively small samples. For this purpose, this study used the datasets of the Seoul Education Longitudinal Study (SELS 2011) from Seoul Educational Research & Information Institute. We analyzed structural equation modeling (SEM) a nationally represented sample (4,346 eighth-grade students). The results of this study showed that students' perceived achievement goals had a positive relationship with their individual ICT use, and their use of ICT programs for government-sponsored educational programs on television or the Internet. Also, students' individual ICT use had a positive relationship with their achievement, but ICT use for government-sponsored educational programs on television or the Internet did not have a significant relationship with their achievement. That is, students' individual ICT use mediated the relationship between their perceived goals and academic achievement. In addition, results indicated that students' individual ICT use and ICT use for government-sponsored educational programs on television or the Internet had a positive relationship with their attitude toward learning. That is, both students' individual ICT use and ICT use for government-sponsored educational programs on television or the Internet mediated the relationship between their perceived goals and their attitude toward learning.

The purpose of this study is to measure the impact of motivation on academic achievement and satisfaction of adult learners in an e-Learning environment, and to come up with strategies to improve the effectiveness of e-Learning for adult learners. In order to find answer, devices were developed, tested for validity and reliability, and use for testing variables for 289 adult learners. To measure the impact of achievement motivation on learning in job training, a multiple regression analysis was performed. The analysis results show that achievement motivation has an impact on academic achievement with significance level .001, but does not have an impact on a learner's satisfaction. Further analyses on the subcategories of achievement motivation show that individual-oriented motivation affects achievement with significance level of .001, while social-oriented motivation does not. From this finding, some strategies to boost individual-oriented motivation are suggested to enhance effectiveness of job training in e-Learning environment. Further strategies to boost individual-oriented motivation should be developed by studying various aspects of e-Learning such as learning environments, learning culture, learning modes and methods, and evaluation.

본 논문에서는 2007년 개정 중학교 정보과목 교육과정의 "정보 사회와 정보 기술"영역의 교육과정 내용을 분석하여 해당 영역의 성취기준을 상세화하고, 성취 기준에 근거한 평가기준을 설정하여 제시하였다. 제시한 성취기준과 평가기준은 새 교육과정을 근거로 개발하였기 때문에 2010년도에 적용되는 새 교육과정에 의한 중학교 정보 교과의 교수-학습 활동에서 교사들의 학습 목표의 설정, 학습 범위와 내용 수준 설정, 교수-학습 방법 개선, 평가 방법 개선 등에 도움이 될 것으로 기대한다.
