  • 최근 한국에서는 많은 지반 침하 사고가 발생하고 있는데, 이는 상하수의 누수 및 손상된 하수관에 기인한 것이다. 본 연구는 지반 침하에 대한 GPR 탐지 데이터의 실증적 자료를 구축하는 것을 목표로 한다. 이러한 목적으로 테스트 베드가 제작되었으며, 제작 변수는 주철관 및 EPS의 매입 깊이 및 수평 거리이다. 탐사결과, 1.5m의 깊이로 매립된 EPS는 검출하기 어려웠으며, 0.5m 거리 내에서 주철관에 밀접하게 매설 된 EPS는 매우 강한 주철관 신호로 탐지가 불가능했다. 또한 본 연구에서는 GPR 탐사 이미지 결과를 처리하기 위해 GPR 이미지 처리 프로그램 (GPRiPP)을 개발했다. 그 주요 기능은 위글파 신호를 증폭시키는 게인 기능이며, 기존 프로그램과 GPRiPP의 이미지 처리 기능은 매우 유사함을 확인하였다.

Early warning of hazard for pipelines by acoustic recognition using principal component analysis and one-class support vector machines

  • This paper proposes a method for early warning of hazard for pipelines. Many pipelines transport dangerous contents so that any damage incurred might lead to catastrophic consequences. However, most of these damages are usually a result of surrounding third-party activities, mainly the constructions. In order to prevent accidents and disasters, detection of potential hazards from third-party activities is indispensable. This paper focuses on recognizing the running of construction machines because they indicate the activity of the constructions. Acoustic information is applied for the recognition and a novel pipeline monitoring approach is proposed. Principal Component Analysis (PCA) is applied. The obtained Eigenvalues are regarded as the special signature and thus used for building feature vectors. One-class Support Vector Machine (SVM) is used for the classifier. The denoising ability of PCA can make it robust to noise interference, while the powerful classifying ability of SVM can provide good recognition results. Some related issues such as standardization are also studied and discussed. On-site experiments are conducted and results prove the effectiveness of the proposed early warning method. Thus the possible hazards can be prevented and the integrity of pipelines can be ensured.

산업단지 고압매설배관의 손상확률 평가 (An Assessment Pipe Damage Probability of High Pressure Underground Pipeline in Industrial Estate)

  • 울산, 여주 등 산업단지의 고압매설배관에서 발생할 수 있는 굴착공사 등 타 공사로 인한 중대사고의 발생빈도를 도시가스 매설 배관과 비교하여 FTA에 의해 기초사상(Basic event)을 도출하여 제시한다. 또한 굴착빈도, 순찰주기 등 배관손상 영향 인자를 관찰 및 분석하고, 이들 인자의 중요도와 민감도를 Risk 비교분석을 통해 구해봄으로써 고압가스매설배관의 안전성 향상에 기여한다.

일부지역 산업재해환자 실태 연구 -대구, 경북지역 일부 종합병원 중심으로- (A Study of Industrial Patients from Selected General Hospitals in the Kyung Pook and Taegu City Areas)

  • The purpose of this study is to research the actual conditions of industrial accident patients and to produce worker satisfaction and a rational and effective counter measure pain. Direct interviews with 179 cases (in and out patients) were carried out during a three month period from April to July 1990, at six hospitals two general hospitals Sun Lin and Sung Mo in Po Hang, and four general hospitals in Taegu Kyung Pook University Hospital, Dong San Medical Center, Young Nam Medical Center and Catholic Hospital. The results of this study are summarized as follows: 1. Among the 179 cases, 51.6 % were male and 48.4 % were female. The two largest age groups were 30~39, 31.8 % and 20~29, 27.4 %. Among the 179 cases, 51.6% were married, the largest family number was 2 to 3, 41.1% and 4 to 5, 25.6%. Educationally, graduation from high school was the largest group, 46.4% among the patients, followed by middle school and primary school. The largest group income level was from 40~69만원, 45.2%. The largest group of patients who worked over 50 hrs. a week was 52.0%. The largest group of patients who worked less than 1 year was 44.7%, of the patients in work places of less than 100 people, 60.3% were injured and in work places of 100~299 people, 20.1% were injured. In manufacturing, the lagest group injured was 55.3%, the next group was transport, stroage, communication. The largest group of production workers injured was 40.2%. 2. The cause of injury in the largest group was facility problems, 33.5%. The next group was unsafe habits, 30.2% a lack of safety knowledge, 17.9% and insufficient supervision, 12.3%. The 30~39 year age group was head the highest number of injuries, 40.4% work places with more than 10 yeras of work, 44.4% work palces with more than 1000 people, 56.3% and mining accidents, 80.0%. Among these groups the highest cause of injury was due to facility problems. 3. The accident pattern showed machinery injuries 28.5% as the largest group, followed by falls & falling objects 17.3%, fire & electric 15.1%, struke by an object 14.5%, followed by overaction and vehicular accidents. The accident pattern showed 46.4 % among workers over the 50 year age group, workers in the 5~10 year group, 50.0 % places employing more than 1000 workers, 35.3 % : construction 73.7%, and construction workers 57.1%, among these fall & falling objects caused the greatest number of injuries. 4. The largest group of injuries was fractures 54.8%, trauma 14.5%, amputation 11.7%, open wound, and burns. The largest number of fractures occurred in people in the 30~39 year age group, 63.2 % over 10 years of work, 55.6% in work places of 300~400 people, 63.6% construction 63.2% and general workers 57.2 %. 5. The largest group of injuries was upper extremity 45.3%, lower extremity 24.0%, trunk 18.5 % and head or neck 12.2%. Of these groups, upper extremity injuries were the highest in those less 20 years old 75.0%, less than 1 years of work 59.5%, in work places of 500~999 people 60.0%, manufacturing 56.6 % and production workers 55.6%. 6. Periods of injury showed 34 people injured in September, to be the largest followed by October, 32 August, 22 people July, 19 people and the lowest December, 2 people. During the week, Friday had the largest group injured, 35 people followed by Saturday, 26 people and the lowest was Wednesday, 17 people, During the day 1400 hours had the largest group injured, 38 people followed by 800 hours, 31 people. 7. On a basis of 5 as the highest mark, the average, according to worker satisfaction showed facility safety 3.55, work environment 3.47, income 3.44, job 3.21 and treatment 2.98. 8. The correlation between general characteristics and injury showed that age was directly correlated to the duration of work(r=.2591) p<0.01, age was directly correlated to industry (r=2311) p<0.01, and the duration was directly correlated to occupation(r =.4372) p<0.001.

컴퓨터비전을 활용한 건설현장 중장비의 단독작업 자동 인식 모델 개발 (Solitary Work Detection of Heavy Equipment Using Computer Vision)

  • 건설현장에서는 수많은 중장비와 작업자가 다양한 작업을 동시다발적으로 수행하기 때문에 복잡하고 위험한 상황이 자주 발생한다. 복잡한 현장에서 중장비가 단독으로 작업할 경우 운전자의 시야제한, 판단오류 등으로 인해 안전사고가 발생할 수 있으며, 이에 따라 중장비는 신호수와의 상호작용을 통해 주변 상황에 대한 정보를 수집하면서 작업을 수행해야 한다. 중장비를 자동으로 모니터링하고 위험상황을 탐지하기 위해 많은 컴퓨터비전 기술들이 개발되었지만, 기존의 방법들은 중장비 단독작업 인식에 필요한 중장비와 신호수 간 상호작용을 고려하지 않았다는 한계가 있다. 이러한 한계를 보완하기 위해 본 연구는 중장비-신호수 간의 상호작용을 고려한 컴퓨터비전 기반 중장비의 단독작업 자동 인식 모델을 제안함을 목표로 한다. 개발된 모델을 검증하기 위해 실제 건설현장으로부터 영상 데이터를 수집하여 실험을 수행하였다. 그 결과, 학습된 모델은 중장비와 사람을 83.4 %의 정확도로 인식하였고, 일반 작업자와 신호수를 84.2 %의 정확도로 분류하였으며, 중장비-신호수 간 상호작용 또한 95.1 %의 높은 정확도로 분석하였다. 본 연구결과는 건설현장에서 위험한 상황을 초래할 수 있는 중장비의 단독작업을 사전에 탐지하여 안전사고를 예방할 수 있다.

가설기자재 임대업체를 위한 개별 가설기자재 자재/품질/납품관리 기준(Guide) 개발 (Development of Individual Temporary Equipment Material/Quality/Delivery Management Standards(Guide) for Temporary Equipment Rental Company)

  • 국내 가설기자재의 유통구조상 80% 이상의 가설기자재가 반복되고 재사용되기에 가설기자재에 대한 품질관리는 필수적이다. 이러한 중요성으로 인해 국토교통부는 강재 파이프 서포트 등의 가설기자재를 대상으로 가설기자재 품질관리 기준을 제시하였지만, 샘플링 품질시험으로 품질을 관리하고 있어 전반적인 가설기자재의 품질을 확인할 수 없는 실정이다. 또한, 가설지자재 임대업체를 위한 품질관리 기준이 존재하지만 육안검사에 의한 정성적 검사 기준 위주로 제시되고 있어 실무적 활용성은 매우 낮은 것으로 조사 및 분석되었다. 따라서 본 연구의 목적은 건설현장 반입 이전에 가설기자재의 품질을 선제적으로 확보할 수 있도록 가설기자재 임대업체를 위한 개별 가설지자재 자재/품질/납품관리 기준(Guide)를 개발하는 것이다. 본 연구를 통해 개발된 기준이 국내 가설기자재 임대업체에 적용될 경우, 국내 중·소규모 가설기자재 임대업체의 가설기자재 품질 수준이 제고됨에 따라 품질이 확보된 양질의 가설기자재가 건설현장에 반입되어 가설구조물 관련 안전사고 저감될 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

이동형 IoT 센서 장비 운용을 위한 자전거도로 위험 감지요소 선정 연구 (A Study on Selection of Bicycle Road Hazard Detection Elements For Mobile IoT Sensor Device Operation)

  • 본 연구는 자전거도로에서의 사고 예방 및 위험요소 관리를 위해 이동형 IoT 센서 장비 운용을 위한 자전거도로 위험 감지요소 선정 및 서비스 적용방안을 제시하였다. 전문가 심층조사를 통해 12개의 자전거도로 위험 감지요소를 도출하였고, 도로·교통 전문가 30명을 대상으로 Fuzzy AHP 기반의 중요도 분석을 수행하였다. 그 결과, 시인성이 낮으나 사고 위험성이 높은 포장상태 손상(전체 1순위), 환경적 장애요소(2순위)가 최상위권에 선정되었다. 중상위권으로는 단절노선 발생(4순위), 인공적 장애요소(5순위), 유효 폭(6순위), 배수 불량(7순위) 등 시설관리 요소들이 선정되었다. 노면표시 손실(11순위), 여유공간 폭(12순위)과 같이 직접적인 사고유발 요인이 아닌 요소들은 최하위권에 선정되었다. 이를 토대로 자전거도로 위험 감지 서비스 적용방안 및 실시간성에 따른 서비스 운영전략을 함께 제시하였다. 향후 자전거도로 유형별 분석, 서비스 실증 및 시범운영 등 후속연구가 활발히 진행되어, 국민들이 안전하게 이용할 수 있는 자전거도로 운영 및 관리가 이루어지길 기대한다.

신규 고열 위험 업종 선정을 위한 우선순위 및 온열 위험 평가 (Prioritizing for Selection of New High-heat Risk Industries and Thermal Risk Assessment)

  • Objectives: The climate crisis has arrived and heat-related illnesses are increasing. It is necessary to discover new high-heat risk industries and understand the environment . It is also necessary to prioritize risks of industries that have not been included in the management target to date. The study was intended to monitor and evaluate the thermal risk of high-priority workplaces. Methods: A prioritization method was developed based on five factors: occurrence of and death due to heat-related illnesses, work environment monitoring, indoor work rate, small heat source, and limited heat dissipation. it, was applied to industrial accidents caused by heat-related illnesses. Wet bulb temperature index and apparent temperature were measured in July and August at 24 workplaces in seven industries and assessed for thermal risk. Results: The wet bulb temperature index was in the range of 23.8~31.9℃, and exposure limits were exceeded in the growing of crops, food services activities and accommodation, and building construction. The apparent temperature was in the range of 26.8~36.7℃, and exceeded the temperature standard for issuing heatwave warnings in growing of crops, food services activities and accommodation, warehousing, welding, and building construction. Both temperature index in growing of crops and building construction were higher than the outside air temperature. Conclusions: In the workplace, risks in industries that have not be controlled and recognized through existing systems was identified. it is necessary to provide break times according to the work-rest time ratio required during dangerous time period.

도로 융설체 개발을 위한 탄소나노튜브-시멘트 복합체 특성에 관한 실험적 연구 (A Feasibility Study on Developing Snow Melting Systems using CNT-Cement Composite)

  • PURPOSES : This study aims to review the possibility of developing a road snow-melting system that can prevent slip accidents by maintaining a constant temperature of the winter roads and enhance performance of structures, including improvement of compressive strength by mixing carbon nanotube (hereafter referred to as CNT) with cement paste, the basic material. METHODS : To achieve the above purpose, an experiment was conducted by mixing power-type CNT and wrap-type CNT up to cement paste formulation by weight of 0.0wt%~4.1wt% in accordance with "KS L ISO 679(of cement strength test method)", and compressive strength was measured at 28 days of curing. In addition, the volume resistivity of the specimen was measured to test thermal and electrical characteristics, and the rate of temperature changes in specimen surface by power consumption was measured by passing electricity through the cross-sections of the specimen. Meanwhile, the criteria for checking the performance as a road snow-melting system was determined as volume resistivity of $100{\Omega}{\cdot}cm$ or less. RESULTS : A comparative analysis between specimen with 0wt% CNT content in plain status and specimen containing various types of CNTs was carried out. From its results, it was found that compressive strength increased approximately 19%, showing the highest rate when 0.2wt% of wrap-type CNT was contained, but volume resistivity of $100{\Omega}{\cdot}cm$ or less appeared only in specimens containing more than 0.2wt% CNT. In addition, it was observed that the surface temperature increased by $4.62^{\circ}C$ per minute on average in specimens containing 3.2wt% CNT. CONCLUSIONS : In this study, CNT was examined as an underlying material for a road snow-melting system, and the possibility of developing the road now-melting system was reviewed by conducting various experiments using CNT-Cement composites. From the experimental results, the specimens were found to have a superior performance when compared to the existing road snow-melting systems that place the heat transfer medium such as copper on the road. However, satisfactory strength performance were not obtained from the specimen containing CNT(2.0% or more) that functions as a heating element, which leads to the need for reviewing methods to increase the strength by using plasticizer or admixture.
