최근 웹 기반 프로젝트 학습(Web-Based Project Learning)에 대한 관심이 고조되고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 초등 학생을 위한 웹 기반 프로젝트 학습 과정을 '프로젝트 주제 제안', '프로젝트 계획', '프로젝트 수행', '웹 출판', '프로젝트 평가'의 5단계로 제시하고, 이에 따른 웹 기반 프로젝트 학습 시스템을 '사용자 인터페이스', '학습자 모듈', '관리자 모듈' 및 그에 관련된 데이터베이스를 구성하여 설계.구현하였다. 이 시스템을 대구광역시내 초등학교 학생들에게 실험 적용한 결과, 웹 기반 프로젝트 학습 시스템을 적용한 학습이 전통적인 수업 방식에 비해 학습자의 정보통신기술활용 능력과 학업 성취도에서 더 긍정적인 효과를 가져왔다.

Some conclusions can be derived from the study: 1. Person's name should be script by the one's mother tongue because of its uniqueness. 2. Japanese person's name should be script and pronounce their mother tongue for exchange and sharing of an academic information. 3. We can anticipate that Japanese language materials will be increase in near future. 4. The National Central Library which publish Korean National Bibliography must have to responsibility to lead other library. 5. The script of [Korean National bibliography] must contribute to standardization and national and Universal Bibliographic Control. 6. The area of education, newspaper, publishing are scripting Japanese person's name with script conversion schemes for Koreanization, devised by Ministry of Education. 7. The script of [Korean National Bibliography]'s name index can be used as authority file at selection of heading in library cataloging. 8. Most of libraries script Japanese person's name with Chinese character in Korean language pronunciation. 9. Korean Cataloging Rules (KCR) and Korean Machine Readable Cataloguing (KORMARC) description rules should be defined about the mother tongue script of Japanese person's name. 10. It is desirable to increase of credit of Readings in Japanese material course in college curriculum. 11. Because Japanese person's name is complex and variable that it is desirable to add Chinese character with mother tongue script.

오늘날 인터넷과 전자출판 기술은 매우 발달되었고 고품질의 해외 학술정보를 이용하는 것은 매우 많은 이익을 가질 수가 있다. 국내 연구자들은 이런 고품질의 전자저널 원문에 대한 요구가 증대되고 있다. 또한 국가 상호간에 전자저널들을 안전하게 보존 및 서비스하기 위해서는 서로 간에 디지털 아카이빙의 활동이 필요하다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 전자저널 국가컨소시엄 참가기관 이용자들에게는 One-Stop 전자원문 무료 서비스와 중소기업, 개인이용자들에게도 저렴한 전자원문 유료 서비스 제공하며 국가적인 전자정보자원의 장기보존체계를 마련을 하기위한 전자원문 로컬호스팅 시스템을 구현하였다.

최근 사진 공유 기반의 소셜 네트웍 서비스의 발달로 수백만 명의 사람들이 인터넷 공간에서 온라인 커뮤니티 활동에 참여하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 소셜 네트웍 서비스 환경에서 얼굴 사진에 주석 정보를 부여하고 이를 검색할 수 있는 효과적인 방법론을 제안한다. 지속적으로 이용자와 이미지가 증가하는 방대한 데이터베이스를 취급해야하기 때문에 인식률 뿐만 아니라 계산 복잡도가 매우 낮아야 한다. 본 논문에 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위해 온라인 학습과 사회적 관계를 이용한 다중 분류기를 제안한다. 실험결과를 통해 제안된 방법은 보편적으로 사용되는 서포트 백터 머신과 비교해 향상된 인식률과 낮은 계산 복잡도를 보여줌으로써 사용자의 주석 횟수를 줄이고, 사용자에게 빠른 응답을 할 수 있음을 보여준다.

The study aimed to realize one of the basic requirements for designing and building the integrated automated system for scientific research at Northern Border University, which includes the establishment of an automated interconnected system to manage all academic and financial operations of scientific research. From receiving the budget of the funded research courses, then the regular financial regulation of all the research team's rewards, the cost of publishing, translation and equipment, then receiving the research plans and linking them financially, preparing the total and detailed financial value for all stages, then financial disbursement operations, financial closure of research when published, and preparing financial reports The research team used the analytical approach to build the main and subsidiary requirements for designing the financial system, and the study concluded that all the elements required for the stages of financial management for scientific research at Northern Border University can be met based on sufficient by sequencing these processes and how they are sequenced as e It is designed in the research study.

Word templates exist for select journals, and their primary objective is to facilitate submissions to those journals, thereby optimizing editors' and publishers' time and resources by ensuring that the desired style (e.g., of sections, references, etc.) is followed. However, if multiple unrelated authors use the exact same template, a risk exists that some text might be erroneously cloned if template-based papers are not carefully screened by authors, journal editors or proof copyeditors. Elsevier Procedia® was used as an example. Select cloned text, presumably derived from MS Word templates used for submissions to Elsevier Procedia® journals, was assessed using Science Direct. Typically, in academic publishing, identical text is screened using text similarity software during the submission process, and if detected, may be flagged as plagiarism. After searching for "heading should be left justified, bold, with the first letter capitalized", 44 Elsevier Procedia® papers were found to be positive for vestigial template text. The integrity of the information in these papers has been compromised, so these errors should be corrected with an erratum, or in the case of extensive errors and vast tracts (e.g., pages long) of template text, papers should be retracted and republished.

Purpose: The purpose of this study is to derive clues about the development direction of research ethics and areas of interest which has recently become a social issue in Korea by confirming overseas research trends. Research design, data and methodology: We collected 2,760 articles in scienceON, which including 'research ethics' in their paper. For analysis, frequency analysis, word clouding, keyword association analysis, and LDA topic modeling were used. Results: It was confirmed that many of the papers were published in medical, bio, pharmaceutical, and nursing journals and its interest has been continuously increasing. From word frequency analysis, many words of medical fields such as health, clinical, and patient was confirmed. From topic modeling, 7 topics were extracted such as ethical policy development and human clinical ethics. Conclusions: We founded that overseas research trends on research ethics are related to basic aspects than Korea. This means that a fundamental approach to ethics and the application of strict standards can become the basis for cultivating an overall ethical awareness. Therefore, academic discussions on the application of strict standards for publishing ethics and conducting researches in various fields where community awareness and social consensus are necessary for overall ethical awareness.

The purpose of the domestic physician scientist support program is to promote the development of various biotechnology. Therefore, it can be said that examining whether the purpose of support is being faithfully implemented has an important meaning for the future domestic biotechnology development ecosystem. Therefore, this study limited the subject of analysis to 79 MD-PhD experts who participated or participated in doctor scientist programs at major universities in Korea. Among them, a total of 25 researchers, one researcher from each classroom in parasitology, microbiology, pharmacology, biochemistry, physiology, and anatomy, which had the highest paper citations in the last five years (2016-2021), were selected to examine the relationship between joint research. It was selected as the subject of review. As a result, 25 selected pseudo-scientists(MD-PhD) identified domestic and foreign researchers who participated as co-researchers when publishing in overseas academic journals for the last 5 years(2016-2021), and identified the affiliation and name of the top 5 among them, as well as the pseudo-scientist(MD-PhD), it was possible to identify the relationship of a total of 123 co-researchers(excluding 2 missing values) of the top 5 co-researchers with a high degree of cooperation with respect to the researcher(25 in total), and the collaboration of pseudo-scientists. Relationships, major researchers, and research institutes were examined. Nodexl Basic 2018 ver. (Microsof) was used for the analysis, and the relationship between researchers could be visualized by applying network analysis techniques.

남파(南坡) 장학(張?)(1614~1669)은 17세기 영남 유학계에서 드러나는 문인 집단의 분립과 대립, 그리고 갈등 속에서 여헌(旅軒)에 대한 추숭사업과 문인 내부의 결속에 앞장섰던 대표적인 여헌 문인 중 한 사람이다. 그는 여헌과 밀접한 관계에 있었던 가학적 배경과 일찍부터 여헌 문하에 나아가 학문을 익힌 것을 바탕으로 여헌 사후에 이르러 문집 발간과 주요 서원에의 종향 등에 앞장섰다. 특히 그는 여헌의 학통을 '불유사승론(不由師承論)'로 규정하여 여헌을 공자(孔子) 등 성인들과 직접 연결 지으려는 태도를 견지하였고, 이러한 학통 인식은 여헌 사후 펼쳐지는 문인들의 여헌 추승사업에 디딤돌로 작용하였다. 따라서 본고(本考)에서는 남파의 생애 전반이 학파의 분립과 갈등이라는 17세기 영남 유학의 동향에 걸쳐있음에 유의하여, 남파의 생애와 학문 활동을 고찰하고자 하였다. 특히 남파가 여헌 문인 중에서 가장 여헌 추승사업에 적극적이었던 인물 중 한 사람이었고, 여헌의 학통을 '불유사승론(不由師承論)'으로 규정짓고 이를 기반으로 전국적인 논란이 되었던 임고서원(臨皐書院) 병향(竝享)을 추진하였다는 점을 통해 그의 여헌 학맥 내의 위상을 확인하였다. 여헌 사후 남파가 중심이 되어 여헌 학문의 지역적 확산을 꾀하고 여헌의 위상을 공고히 하려던 점에 비추어, 비록 현재 남겨진 그의 문집을 통해 그의 학문 요체를 확연히 밝힐 수 없지만, 적어도 그가 전 생애 동안 펼쳤던 여헌 추승사업은 그가 여헌 문인 내에서 가장 돋보이는 문인이었다는 점을 확인하기에 충분하다. 따라서 그의 생애 전반에 걸친 학문 활동을 통해 그는 '양송십오현(樑頌十五賢)'이나 '여문십철(旅門十哲)' 등 초기의 여헌 대표 문인과 견주어 후기 문인을 대표하는 중심인물이라고 평가할 수 있다.

최근 학술 생태계의 새로운 이슈 중 하나인 부실 학술지를 두고 판별 기준의 모호성에 대한 논쟁이 불거지고 있다. 이러한 논란은 연구자들에게 부실 학술지의 부실성이 무엇인지에 대해 혼란을 주고 있다. 이에 본 연구는 국내 연구자들이 부실 학술지를 어떻게 인식하고, 또 어떻게 판별하고 있는지를 파악하고자 했다. 이를 위해 한국의 대표적인 연구자 커뮤니티인 생물학연구정보센터(BRIC), 하이브레인넷, 김박사넷, 건전학술활동지원시스템(SAFE)을 대상으로, 2023년 11월까지 작성된 관련 게시글과 댓글 총 2,484건을 수집하였다. 수집된 텍스트 데이터에 대한 주제 분석을 위해 먼저 데이터를 3개의 큰 범주인 학술지, 출판사, 연구자로 구분하였고, 해당 범주에 따라 11가지의 세부 주제 태그로 분류하였다. 이후 세부 주제 태그의 조합에 근거하여 다음과 같은 부실학술지 관련 6개의 주요 논쟁점을 도출하였다. 첫째, 부실 학술지에 대한 연구자들의 혼란과 연구 실적에 대한 논란이다. 둘째, 부실 학술지에 대해 부정적인 인식을 가진 연구자들의 견해이다. 셋째, 부실 학술지에 대해 긍정적인 인식을 가진 연구자들의 견해이다. 넷째, 학술지 수준에 대한 평가 기준과 국내 학술지 수준에 대한 문제 제기이다. 다섯째, OA 확산에 따른 출판 관행의 변화와 이에 따른 문제 제기이다. 여섯째, 학술 생태계의 전반적인 문제에 대한 논의이다. 본 연구는 국내의 연구자들의 부실 학술지에 대한 인식을 정성적 측면에서 고려한 연구로서, 국내의 부실 학술지 논란에 대한 근본적인 이해를 형성하는 데 도움이 될 것으로 기대한다.
