A vehicle's differential gear is a device designed to allow the vehicle's outer wheels to turn faster than the inner wheels when turning on a curve. The differential gear case is the main component of the differential gear system, which is composed of ring gear, pinion gear and side gear, and is fastened by pinion shaft pins. The differential gear case rotates when the vehicle is running, so balancing calibration is very important. In this study, a balancing machine that can diagnose and correct the differential gear case and mass imbalance of various rotating bodies was designed. The differential gear case was rotated at high speed to accurately diagnose the location and value of the unbalanced mass, and it was designed to be balanced and corrected by removing the unbalanced mass by drilling. After calibration, it was confirmed that the unbalanced value of all the measured samples was reduced to less than 180g.mm, and the unbalance reduction ratio was improved to 60~70%.

This is a case study to analyze the role of technology licensing or transfer office (TLO) as factors of success for the spin-off from government research lab. The case company is a research lab startup, which is a joint venture through technology investment by a government research lab or university in the designated R&D parks and cash investment by the partner company. The case company listed on the stock market in 2015 reaching a market capitalization of US$ 1.2 billion. We confirm the success factors of startups pointed out in many studies: original technology, good understanding of core technology and production technology, technological competitiveness in the market. However, there is an important factor not well discussed in the previous studies, the role of TLO. TLO guided the company ownership, management, technology, and solved problems that pause business itself. The case became the sample of research lab startup and technology investment in Korea.

Family businesses play a significant role in the overall economy of all countries, and the importance and weight of family businesses are increasing in various fields. Many factors are essential for a family business to grow into a long-lived business, that is, a sustainable business, but the most important one is succession. TRUST Lab at Hanyang University studied the importance of factors influencing the succession of the family business from the standpoint of the successor. As a result, it was confirmed that mutual trust is the most crucial factor, and conflict can destroy that trust. Therefore, in this study, we research conflict as a central topic for successful succession, which is the most fundamental reason for family businesses. This study was conducted as a qualitative research case study. By setting criteria suitable for the purpose of the study, we conducted interviews with ten successors who either worked or planned to work in a family-related company. Through this study, conflict management of key players is the most important to achieve a continuous succession of family businesses.

대량생산을 통한 표준화, 새로운 기술의 구조와 공법, 유동적으로 일체화된 내부공간이라는 특성들로 설명되는 케이스 스터디 하우스의 산업화된 모더니즘적 시각에서 벗어나 이를 지역화된 모더니즘의 시각으로 분석하여 이들 주택들의 공통적인 특성들을 정리하면 첫째, 지역의 환경적 요인과 도시의 수평성에 대응한 다양한 굴절형의 배치형태. 둘째, 파티오라는 독특한 문화를 함축한 내외부공간의 강한 연계성, 셋째 지역산업과 연계된 다양한 재료의 사용을 들 수 있으며 이들은 유럽 모더니즘과는 구별되는 지역성을 다양한 건축의 구성요소들로서 구체적으로 유형화하고 있다.

The main purpose of this study are to investigate the current situation of family-centered case management practices by case managers working in the healthy family support centers and multi-cultural family support centers, in order to propose a practical direction for improving the efficiency of family-centered case management services. Research participants included 24 case manager working in the healthy family support centers and multi-cultural family support centers in Seoul, who have performed case management services for families for one to 7 years. The Date was collected through focus group interview(FGI) and demographic characteristics research. The results of this study are as follows: first, in the area of cognition about family-centered case management conceptualization, confused and ambiguous. Seconds, in the area of practicing as a case manager, there were limitations and biases in community resources contact and multiple intervention and limited sharing information between organizations. Third, family-centered case manager's have periodically been requested to provide diverse training and education for performance of challenging case managers roles. The Standardized manual and burnout precautions should also be prepared.

GIS의 활용을 극대화하고 효율적인 집행을 위해서는 실제 운영과정에서 나타나는 운영자 및 활용자의 개인 행태적 측면, 조직 문화, 제도적 문제에 대한 깊은 이해가 필요하다고 할 수 있다. GIS의 성공적 확산을 위해서는 GIS가 채택될 경우 나타나는 문제점, 도입과정의 주요 장애요인, 도입과정상의 절차, 관리자들의 영향력, 사용자의 활용도, 새로운 조직구조 등에 대한 많은 연구가 필요하다. 그러나 국가지리정보체계 기본계획이 수립된 이후 13년이라는 시간이 흘렀지만 GIS의 활용에 대한 기술적 지침서 이외에 실제 운영자들이 문제해결을 위해 참고하여야할 연구가 부족하다는 점은 연구방법의 난이함에서 그 원인을 찾을 수 있다. 이러한 관점에서 본 연구는 국가지리정보시스템의 효율적 활용을 위해서는 연구방법론적 측면에서 사례연구의 장점을 활용할 필요성이 높다는 점을 강조하는데 있다. 즉, 과학적 방법론의 주류적 흐름인 통계적 분석적인 방법으로부터 이단시 되거나 경시되어온 사례연구는 행정업무에 국가지리정보시스템을 도입하고 활용하는데 있어 유용성이 발휘 될 수 있다는 관점이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 사례연구의 개념적인 측면이 아니라 방법론적인 측면에서 국가지리정보시스템의 활용할 수 있는 조건 및 유용성을 제시하는데 있다.

Amongst society's transitional presuppositions towards the future, an aging population is the most significant matter. Korea has entered the aging society in 2000 and will face the aged society by 2018, which is the fastest time that takes from the aging society to the aged society in the world. Korea requires immediate attention to devise a countermove. U.S entered aging society in 1942 since then have developed various types of elderly housing. Recently, university-affiliated CCRC became an attractive alternative. Therefore, it is necessary to study a successful case of elderly housing. This study aims to explore the key features of a university-affiliated CCRC as an alternative socially integrated aging friendly community. Oak Hammock at the University of Florida was selected for this research as a successful case. The method of this is field visit case study. The study finds that University-affiliated CCRC has a lot of benefits for both university and CCRC. Oak Hammock members can access university's facilities and university provides a life-long learning experience and other programs. Oak Hammock provides internship, volunteer and parttime job opportunities and offer advice to students as a mentor. This study is expected to provide a implication in developing elderly housing of Korea.

Purpose : Due to the uncertainty of the global trade environment and the trade downturn, the shipping industry continues to face challenges. This study aims to investigate in-depth analysis of crisis overcoming strategies through case study of a company that is leader in the shipping and logistics industry. Research Desigh and Methodology : In order to conduct an in-depth analysis, a single case analysis was selected as a qualitative study. For this purpose, various secondary sources were used, and indirect interview data were also used. In this study, Maersk was selected because it has grown from a traditional shipping logistics company to a digital platform company. Results: Maersk has transformed itself into a comprehensive, digital logistics platform with several key strategies to respond to the long-term slump in the shipping industry. First, it leveraged Maersk's diversification and portfolio optimization strategy. Second, Maersk is transforming its logistics and transport processes through digitalization and technological innovation. Conclusion: Maersk, which is responding to the long-term recession facing the shipping industry, looked at how it has leveraged its strengths and explored new opportunities through a number of strategies and changes. This study provides insight into a digital logistics platform that will benefit the other companies as well.

Recently. interests in IT Service Management (ITSM) are increasing internationally as well as domestically. In order to realize the benefits from ITSM, it is necessary to institutionalize it as a culture of the organization through effective change management. One of the most promising approach of effective change management is a Six Sigma technique. In this study, we analyze a success case in which 6 Sigma was applied to Service Desk function which is one of the most important functions of ITSM. Through the analyses, this study aims to propose a feasible and specific approach to institutionalize ITSM. To accomplish the objective. the study analyzed specific methods of application of 6 Sigma to ITSM. performance of the project and future directions based on interview and project document/deliverable review. This study could not provide detailed performance measures due to lack of previous research on this topic and difficulty of obtaining quantitative data. However. this study has contributed to proposing a direction to institutionalize ITSM in organizations by analyzing a feasibility of 6 Sigma in implementing ITSM.

본 논문은 뇌병변장애인의 일상생활을 위한 맞춤형 보조기구 설계 제작 적용 사례연구로 대구광역시보조기구센터 장애인 보조기구 사례관리 시범사업의 2010년 일상생활영역의 맞춤 서비스 사례 중 2명을 대상으로 2010년 10월 18일부터 11월 17일까지 1개월간 진행되었다. 대상자 A는 47세 뇌병변장애인으로 양하지의 근력과 기능이 많이 저하되어 바닥에서만 생활하며 스스로 변기에 올라 앉아 배변활동을 할 수 없었다. 이에 대상자 A에게 이동식 좌변기와 맞춤 경사로를 설계 제작하여 상지의 잔존근력으로 경사로를 올라가서 이동식 좌변기에 스스로 앉아 배변활동을 할 수 있도록 적용하였다. 대상자 B는 8세 뇌병변장애인으로 손 기능이 저하되어 스스로 식사를 할 수 없었다. 기존에 나와 있는 여러 가지 식사보조도구들을 1차 적용하였으나 대상자에게 적합하지 않아 대상자 의 관절가동범위(ROM)와 손 크기를 고려하여 맞춤으로 식사보조도구를 설계 제작하였고, 작업치료와 연계하여 지속적인 훈련을 통해 향후 스스로 식사를 할 수 있도록 적용하였다. 대상자 A와 대상자 B는 기존에 나와 있는 제품의 적용이나 개조가 접근할 수 없는 사례였음으로 대상자에게 맞춤형으로 설계 제작되어 적용되었다. 본 사례연구를 통해 맞춤형 보조도구의 설계 제작 서비스의 대한 중요성과 필요성을 인식할 수 있다.
