  • In this paper recommends the development of automated silo dry & storage system. Most of existing round shaped iron silo arc used for only storage after dry and have many problems in storing. So We have developed an automated dry system which used the previously equipped silo and enables it to be used for storage after dry. The system features high frequency-resistance water sensor in Hopper scale that is in general use within the country its silo that is manufactured by the nerve DSP(TMS320C32) system water compensator and visualization that is finally realized with a personal computer.

  • This paper discusses tracking position control of linear actuator that has a time delay. The time delay happens when the process reads the sensor data and sends the control input to the plant located at a remote site in distributed control system. In this thesis, the time delay between the linear actuator and the discrete PID controller has constant value due to buffer device so the time delay can be modeled by Pade approximation but the large position error of the linear actuator is generated by the time delay. Therefore, the Smith predictor is used for tracking position control of the linear actuator with the time delay in order to minimize the effect of the time delay.   • When building a network-based real-time control system, a network-induced delay time should be surly considered for real time schedulability to be guaranteed. The network delay time on end-to-end communication has been analyzed theoretically and modeled mathematically from many previous works. There also exist any other delay element not considered before. In this paper, the remote feedback control system using the CAN protocol is proposed to control three axes´ manipulator arm and the application layer of CAN is modeled to analyze the delay elements defined by three types of time delay: Software delay time, Controller delay time, and Access delay time, in details. The analyzed results are used as an important component to determine PID gains of the proposed system. The effect of the delay time on the control performance is evaluated by com paring the response characteristics of the control system through simulation.

부하 변동 공압계의 모델 기준 적응제어 (Model Reference Adaptive Control of the Pneumatic System with Load Variation)

  • In this paper, a model reference adaptive control (MRAC) scheme is applied for the precise and robust motion control of a pneumatic system with load variation. The reference model for MRAC is designed systematically using linear quadratic Gaussian control with loop transfer recovery (LQG/LTR). The sigmoid function of inverse velocity is used to compensate for the nonlinear friction force between the sliding parts. The experimental results show that MRAC effectively overcame the limit of the PID controller when there was unknown disturbance, including abrupt load variation and model uncertainty in the pneumatic control system.

  • Nowadays many articles describe the controlling models for four rotor flying vehicle. Basic approaches to the problem of these articles are mathematical expressions describing dynamics of the models of the vehicle and PID control for manipulating the object in 3 dimensional space. Design of control systems is usually started by careful consideration of its mathematical model description. We present a detailed mathematical model for a quad rotor. This paper first considers simulation of quadcopter control based on full state feedback technique with linearization in MATLAB environment and shows the results of the simulations. Finally will be shown experimental results of the state feedback control implemented in real model.

  • 본 논문은 수력터빈시스템에서 동력학 시스템 모델의 매개변수를 얻기 위해 유전알고리즘과 모델 조정기법을 적용하고, 수력터빈시스템으로부터 취득한 실제 운전데이터를 사용하여 계수간을 얻었다. 완성된 모델과 실제시스템의 출력 데이터와 비교하여 유효성을 검증한다. 완성된 모델에 유전알고리즘을 이용하여 제어기의 최적 PID 이득값을 찾을 수 있도륵 하였으며, 디지털 조속기의 적용시에 발생할 수 있는 시행착오를 줄이도록 하는데 목적이 있다고 하겠다.

  • The position information of the rotor are required while the SRG(Switched Reluctance Generator) is drived. The position information is generally provided by shaft encoder or resolver. But it is weak in the dusty, high temperator and EMI environment. Therefore, the sensor is able to required to eliminated from the SRG. In this paper, a estimation algorithm for the rotor position of the SRG is introducted and a constant DC-link voltage is controled by PID controller. The estimation algorithm is implemened by the adaptive sliding observer and that it is able to estimate the rotor position well is proved by the simulation.

  • In this paper, the I-PD control algorithm using the coefficient diagram method(CDM) controller design of the Linear DC Motor(LDM) is presented. Recently LDM has been used to obtain the fine results of the dynamic characteristic for straightly moving condition. The I-PD control algorithm has a robust response to force disturbance. The effectiveness of I-PD is shown by simulations and comparison with PID.

  • This paper describes an air conditioner control method using a fuzzy control theory. The fuzzy control method was implemented with Philips 80C552 one chip microcomputer and tested in an actual vehicle. Experiments showed that proposed control method is superior to the conventional PID control method especially in the environments with abrupt disturbance and parameter variation of the control system. Fuzzy-Based control method was proved to maintain a stable and improved temperature control in an abrupt environmental changes.

  • For the displacement control of piezoelectric actuator, this paper proposed a method of designing the control algorithm, and presents the dynamic modeling equations which represent the hysteretic behavior between input voltage and output displacement. For this process, the piezoelectric actuator is treated as second-order linear dynamic system then a classical PID controller is designed and used to regulate the output displacement control of the actuator.
