도시지역 주거관련 건축물의 사용실태에 관한 연구 (A Study on the actual condition of Housing Buildings in the Urban area)

  • The objectives of this study are to illustrate an alternative housing type responding to the social requirements and customers' needs, to suggest the improvement plan for the related laws and regulations through survey of the actual condition for housing buildings such multi have been raised in classification due to that the existing law systems including the current use classification of residential buildings have been defined unclearly. Especially, various social problems have yielded in line with emergence of the housing type which is not legally classified as residential however used for the living purpose practically. Current zoning planning and related law system have rigidity. So, It is required to introduce a flexible classification system which protects the residential environment based on the housing purpose, function and habitability and provides correspondence between residence and ownership/management method. The legal classification system should be revised in a way that the housing use classification corresponds with the zoning system through breakdown of the use classification system

공간구문론을 활용한 서울시 역세권 청년주택 대상지 용도상향 기준 계량화 방안 (The Quantification of the Up-zoning Criteria for Seoul's Youth-Housing Sites via the Space Syntax Method)

  • 역세권 2030청년주택은 청년주거문제가 조명되면서 서울시가 추진해 온 관련정책 가운데 가장 효과적으로 청년층을 위한 임대주택을 공급해 오고 있다. 그럼에도 불구하고 아직까지는 그 공급량이 서울시가 당초 계획했던 목표량에 크게 미치지 못하여 충분한 정책효과를 달성하기 어려운 것이 현실이다. 본고에서는 이러한 역세권 2030청년주택의 공급부진 문제 해소를 위한 하나의 유효한 방안으로서 용도지역 상향(업조닝) 가능여부 판정을 위한 용도지역 간 인접성 판단기준이 명료하게 제시될 필요가 있다고 보았다. 이러한 맥락에서 본 연구는 용도지역 간 인접성 판단의 준거가 되는 역세권 청년주택 운영지침 상의 인접성 판별 모식도와 함께, 인접성 판단이 이미 이루어진 청년주택사업결정 공고, 고시 사례들을 중심으로 공간구문론을 활용한 공간구조 분석을 수행해보았다. 공간구조도 검토결과, 축공간도는 구성이 불가능한 것으로 판명되어 볼록공간도를 활용하였고, 볼록공간도를 활용한 결과 모든 분석 사례에 있어 깊이(Depth)가 2 이하 일 때 두 공간은 서로 인접하게 되어 용도지역 상향을 위한 용도지역 간 인접성 조건을 충족함을 알 수 있었다.

  • During the operation of military aircraft, maintenance is divided into organizational, intermediate and depot maintenance. In the depot maintenance, after removal of major parts and removable doors, damage assessment is performed. Locating damage, charactering the damage and determining its extent, zoning the damage on the part being repaired and re-evaluation of the damaged area after damage removal. Repair joints are classified by bonded joints and bolted joints, depending on joining material. In this paper, repair method in aging aircraft is investigated and the possibility of application of copmposite patch is surveyed.

Assessing Residential Clustering for Park Area Development

  • Greenbelt Zones or park areas such as cave areas have strong zoning restrictions that prevent developments. However, whenever it is needed to free the restrictions for development, planning departments are faced with the problems of which part in the area should select. Especially when households are scattered in small groups, there must be a clear guidelines in order to determine the areas having high potential for development while minimizing resistance from the residents. The methodologies should include means to incorporate many different aspects of decision elements. This study presents strategies to choose groups of residents by employing the concentration index of them and means to incorporate preferences among different decision factors using the AHP method.

시각적 질 평가에 의한 산림경관 관리구역 구획방법 (A Zoning Method for Forest Landscape Management by Visual Quality Assessment)

  • 우리나라는 국토의 63.7%가 산림으로 국민의 생활지역과 이동 경로 상에서 산림경관으로의 조망기회를 늘 접하는 특성을 가지고 있다. 본 연구는 산림경관관리가 필요한 구역을 세부적으로 구획함으로써 구역별 경관관리 방향을 제시할 목적으로 진행되었다. 산림경관 관리를 필요로 하는 정도를 관리요구도 분석을 통해 파악하고 인위적 경관관리로 생성되는 경관변화의 시각적 영향을 흡수하는 능력을 분석하여 경관관리를 위한 관리구역 구획 과정과 방법을 제시하였다. 산림경관을 우선 관리할 지역을 선별하기 위해 주요 조망점, 통행빈도, 주요 산림경관자원, 도보 및 차량 이동수요가 있는 지역들을 기준으로 하여 산림경관관리 요구도를 분석하였다. 인위적 경관관리가 가능한 지역을 구획하기 위해 대상지의 물리적 경관변화에 대한 수용력인 시각적 흡수능을 분석하였다. 그 결과로 경관관리 요구도 상, 중, 하, 그리고 시각적 흡수능 상, 중, 하 구역을 산림경관 관리지역의 공간상에 표현하였다. 경관관리요구도가 상이고 시각적 흡수능이 상이라면 적극적이고 인위적 경관관리를 할 수 있으며, 일정 수준의 물리적 경관변화를 수용할 수 있는 구역임을 의미한다. 이러한 구획방법을 적용함으로써 산림경관자원과 그 주변의 경관디자인 및 관리를 위한 적절한 수단을 제공할 수 있다는 결과를 얻을 수 있었다.

  • The investigation of the apartment housing as a dwelling type has become the most important and popular research subject to understand the housing culture in Korea. In their methods of typological analysis, it is found that most studies represent each unit plan as a simplified architectural drawing. This type of typology, however, has difficulties in processing a large scale of data set because each representation of a plan contain too many informations. To deal with this problem, this study suggests a new graph-theoretical method by which apartment plans can be represented in a more simple and effective way. This new method is also tested against the sample plans from Gangnam-gu area in Seoul to reveal the design logic hidden in plan configuration. Through a series of analyses, it is verified that there exist a design strategy that guides the particular pattern of zoning and allocation of each room in the plan.

  • This study aims at developing the interior design method of Public Toilet in office building. There needs new concepts in Public Toilet where we felt dirty smelling and dismal in the past. And the behavior in the Public Toilet become various such as combing the hair making-up changing the clothes rinsing out mouth and so on. Nowadays The Public Toilet of office building shows indirectly the hierarchy and the management philosophy of its enterprise, This study treats with the design items such as unit space zoning plan lighting plan and air-conditioning plan and construction method of Public-Toilet in office building. As a result of this study the interior design methods of Public Toilet must reflect use of fitting material lighting plan user's needs and functional divide.(Powder Zone and Physiology Zone) These result will become basic data of future interior design in Public Toilet.

  • This study aims to suggest some problems, which occur when environmental lighting zone is set by use-zone only, by comparing and analyzing the artificial illumination luminance. In addition, this study aims to review the control standards of light pollution and to suggest a practical environmental lighting zone-setting method. I checked out the standards of average surface luminance and luminance contrast as for light pollution management. In addition, I did some research on evaluation of light pollution on surroundings based on investigation of use-environment as for lighting environment setting method.

Zoning Permanent Basic Farmland Based on Artificial Immune System coupling with spatial constraints

  • The red line of Permanent Basic Farmland is the most important part in the "three-line" demarcation of China's national territorial development plan. The scientific and reasonable delineation of the red line is a major strategic measure being taken by China to improve its ability to safeguard the practical interests of farmers and guarantee national food security. The delineation of Permanent Basic Farmland zoning (DPBFZ) is essentially a multi-objective optimization problem. However, the traditional method of demarcation does not take into account the synergistic development goals of conservation of cultivated land utilization, ecological conservation, or urban expansion. Therefore, this research introduces the idea of artificial immune optimization and proposes a multi-objective model of DPBFZ red line delineation based on a clone selection algorithm. This research proposes an objective functional system consisting of these three sub-objectives: optimal quality of cropland, spatially concentrated distribution, and stability of cropland. It also takes into consideration constraints such as the red line of ecological protection, topography, and space for major development projects. The mathematical formal expressions for the objectives and constraints are given in the paper, and a multi-objective optimal decision model with multiple constraints for the DPBFZ problem is constructed based on the clone selection algorithm. An antibody coding scheme was designed according to the spatial pattern of DPBFZ zoning. In addition, the antibody-antigen affinity function, the clone mechanism, and mutation strategy were constructed and improved to solve the DPBFZ problem with a spatial optimization feature. Finally, Tongxu County in Henan province was selected as the study area, and a controlled experiment was set up according to different target preferences. The results show that the model proposed in this paper is operational in the work of delineating DPBFZ. It not only avoids the adverse effects of subjective factors in the delineation process but also provides multiple scenarios DPBFZ layouts for decision makers by adjusting the weighting of the objective function.

서울시 편복도 아파트 생성문법의 위상학적 유추에 대한 연구 (Topological Investigation of the Generative Grammar for the Balcony Access Type Apartment Houses in Seoul)

  • This study aims to construct the design competence by means of a topological approach. To this end, the linguistic concept of 'competence and performance' in Chomskian sense is borrowed and applied to the study. The usability of this method is then tested against the sample apartment plans from Gangnam-gu area in Seoul, and it is found that this enabled a middle-ground approach to a more productive grammar that overcomes the limits in Glassie's and Stiny's grammar systems. Through a series of analyses on the sample plans, it could be clarified that there appear classificatory levels in the competence that controls the planning of the building, zoning of the unit, and layout of LDK combination. At the end, it is evaluated that the generative grammar, constructed in this research, is the possible world in designers' minds, and this retrospective remodelling of the architectural competence could illuminate the 'design decision flow' that generates the sample plans.
