This study estimates the nature of the relationship of entrepreneurship and business confidence on youth unemployment in the Philippines over the 2001-2017 period. The paper employed a range of cointegrating regression models, namely, autoregressive distributed lag (ARDL) bounds testing approach, Johansen-Juselius (JJ) and Engle-Granger (EG) cointegration models, dynamic OLS, fully modified OLS, and canonical cointegrating regression (CCR) estimation techniques. The Granger causality based on error correction model (ECM) was also performed to determine the causal link of entrepreneurship and business confidence on youth unemployment. The ARDL bounds testing approach, Johansen-Juselius (JJ) and Engle-Granger (EG) cointegration models confirmed the existence of long-run equilibrium relationship of entrepreneurship and business confidence on youth unemployment. The long-run coefficients from JJ and dynamic OLS show significant long-run and positive relationship of entrepreneurship and business confidence on youth unemployment. While results of the long-run coefficients from fully modified OLS and canonical cointegrating regression (CCR) found that only entrepreneurship has significant and positive relationship with youth unemployment in the long-run. The Granger causality based on error correction model (ECM) estimates show evidence of long-run causal relationship of entrepreneurship and business confidence on youth unemployment. In the short-run, increases in entrepreneurship and business confidence causes youth unemployment to decrease.
The purpose of this study was to develop curriculum framework for entrepreneurship development for adolescents. In order to achieve this goal, we studied and developed entrepreneurship semantics, entrepreneurship education, entrepreneurship education, entrepreneurship education contents. This study was developed through Delphi survey. The results of this study were as follows. First, the meaning of entrepreneurship is Innovative mind-set to create true value by experience into life in order to pursue 'self full-filling life' as the organizer of life. Second, the nature of entrepreneurship education for youth is that entrepreneurship education aims to find and solve new problems through self-management to young people who will lead the future, and to create dynamic challenges and creative changes to create innovative values. Leadership skills, challenging spirit, and ability to solve practical problems'. Third, we developed a general goal for youth and elementary, middle and high school goal for entrepreneurship education. Fourth, as a domain of entrepreneurship education, we have developed 'core discovery', 'entrepreneurial skills', 'becoming an entrepreneur' and developed key themes. Based on the results of this study, we developed a systematic entrepreneurship education linkage and educational condition creation for young people outside schools; entrepreneurship program application and educational condition development according to the operation of the free-learning semester system; the strengthening of business start-up support for youth in late adolescence, the establishment of measures to utilize related institutions in local communities and others.

This research is brought to suggest the policy paradigm shift alternative and to show breakthrough by diagnosing the cons of government's current youth entrepreneurship promotion emphasizing a showup performance. More specific points, first, this paper investigate the policy limitations of government's current youth entrepreneurship promotion. Second, this paper develop upgrade model of youth entrepreneurship promotion through benchmarking the foreign successful cases. Third, this paper suggest, the alternative of taking off ver 1.0 of government's current youth entrepreneurship promotion policy paradigm, new paradigm of government policy emphasizing 'Good Quality Youth Startup.' In this research, youth entrepreneurship promotion policy should be emphasized that the implementation of the "open" system. Open systems can collaborate in the young founder of the market building, matching based entrepreneurship run in conjunction with enough experience and the founder of the startup entirely after reviewing the market, or starting to reconsider, and also will open the path be employed in the leading venture firms participating in the group market. Therefore, entrepreneurship promotion policy raising the capabilities of the current situation of young people in the business after graduating from a wide selection of alternative plan that is characterized by a large system.

This study is to understand the entrepreneurship of youth and entrepreneurship education of youth, to examine the characteristics of entrepreneurship education of youth between South Korea and United States. And entrepreneurship is also the process of creating a new organization, which is understood as a process by an individual and a group of entrepreneurs who possess qualities and abilities with social opportunities, and move them into action and practice. There is a need for a comprehensive entrepreneurial mentality training and execution center for youth. To discussion social changes between South Korea and United States. The United States uses Junior Achievement ASK model. In contrast, South Korea through systematic and proactive education development, but due to the lack of standard founding education content. Therefore, it presented the need for professional institutions for comprehensive entrepreneurship education and operation. Korea is not well organized with the lack of standard start-up education contents, so it is urgent to develop and distribute education actively. Although the United States has been leading education at the national level, foundations are conducting education more actively.

Entrepreneurship of a founder and psychological characteristics are very important factors for the start-up success. To understand the importance like this, this study investigated effect relationships of the entrepreneurship and psychological characteristics on the start-up success. For this, 122 copies of the questionnaire were empirically analyzed for the youth entrepreneurs who entered the youth founder academy which is founded and managed by the Small and Medium Business Corporation. According to results of analysis, both the entrepreneurship consisting of proactivenss, risk taking and autonomy, and the internal locus of control, the psychological characteristics were found to have positive effects on the start-up success. Therefore, this study suggested theoretical and practical implications, as below, according to the results. Firstly, we must be aware of the importance of the entrepreneurship from the perspective of a successful establishment, and, prospective entrepreneurs, who are planning to the start-up, have to judge their entrepreneurship and, only then, make a decision. Secondly, we have to put our best efforts into developing more effective education on start-up, which deals with improving youth founder's entrepreneurship. Therefore, education institutions for start-up are needed in order to develop educational programs such as "Entrepreneurship Training Programs". Thirdly, we must recognize that the role of family is important because most entrepreneurship and psychological characteristics are formed in a person's childhood. Forth, the entrepreneur, themselves, must realize that they has to make an effort to improve their entrepreneurship. Lastly, youth founder's internal locus of control has to be enhanced. Thus, greater attention is required from both the entrepreneur themselves, and educational institutions for start-up.

The purpose of our study is to confirm the usefulness of our new youth entrepreneurship program. In this study, I suggest design thinking as a new Youth entrepreneurship program which is consist of 9 dimensions: opportunity discovery, opportunity utilization, creativity capacity, career preparation behavior, entrepreneurship, entrepreneurial intention, self-preservation, social problem solving, and educational program objectives. To verify this new program, I conduct a pilot test in middle school and high school; the sample target is randomly selected one class in each school. My main finding is two. First, our new program successfully improves Youth entrepreneurship. Particularly, the improvement of opportunity utilization and entrepreneurial intention are prominent. As reasons, studies about food industry entrepreneurship is an unfamiliar subject for adolescent. Considering that entrepreneurial intention rapidly changes after the experience of entrepreneurial education, researchers need to focus on this variable. Second, I confirm the effects of gender, motivation, prior experience, interest oneself and other's recommendation about the entrepreneurship program. As a result, gender and prior experience do not have an important influence. On the other hand, voluntary interest and other's recommendation are influential. The most important factor is the influence of a teacher. Therefore, researchers need to examine the more specific mechanism of each dimension in the future.
The purpose of this study is to investigate the effects of Characteristics of Entrepreneurship Education Program on Perceived Feasibility, Entrepreneurship, Career Decision Self-Efficacy and Entrepreneurial intention. A total of 559 questionnaires were collected from students participating in the BizCool Camp, were classified as SPSS 21.0 And Amos 22.0. As a result of the hypothesis test, the Characteristics of Entrepreneurship Education Program(Entrepreneurship Education Expertise, Differentiation of Entrepreneurship Education) positively affect Perceived Feasibility and Entrepreneurship, and Perceived Feasibility and Entrepreneurship increase Entrepreneurial Intention through Career Decision Self-Efficacy. This study proves that Entrepreneurship Recognition should be formed in order for The Youth Entrepreneurship Education Program to be Startups.

This study has been conducted at a time when Korean government continues to extend support for youth startups as part of its policy to create jobs and the focus moves from career and employment to youth startups with a growing interest in the field of youth startups. Against this background, this study aims to identify difficulty factors of youth startups in areas besides the Seoul Metropolitan Area, seek ways to overcome difficulty factors, and propose policy implications. To this end, this study set five criteria and 25 sub-criteria to evaluate the difficulties of youth startups by reviewing previous studies and conducting literature review, and performing brainstorming method. The empirical analysis of the evaluation criteria was performed, using the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) method, on youths aged 19 to 39 in Gunsan area. The analysis results showed that the largest difficulty factors facing local youths include business model establishment, business administration and management, and startup funding in the criteria. As for sub-criteria, the largest difficulty factors are market information acquisition, technology commercialization, project feasibility, technology development, and new market pioneering in descending order. Local youths have much difficulty about the process of turning a business item into a product and commercializing it. According to a comparative analysis by gender, men were a relatively high difficulty in commercializing business models than women. men were a relatively high difficulty in commercializing business models than women. On the other hand, women were higher than men in all factors (management management, entrepreneurship, improvement of entrepreneurship system, and improvement of entrepreneurship awareness) except for factors affecting business model. In addition, the factors of entrepreneurship were found to be relatively different among young people (college students, prospective entrepreneurs, entrepreneurs). In conclusion, it was suggested that in order to revitalize youth entrepreneurship in the region, it is necessary to actively resolve the difficulties of business model commercialization rather than entrepreneurship funds. In addition, it is necessary to strategically support customized entrepreneurship support and situational administrative services because gender and hierarchical difficulties are different than general solutions. This study presented practical priorities and derivation methods for the entrepreneurship difficulties faced by local youth, and suggested measures and improvements for vitalizing local youth entrepreneurship in the future.

This paper examined the effects of youth entrepreneurship on entrepreneurial intention. Especially, we considered scholastic performance as a moderator on the relationship between youth entrepreneurship and their entrepreneurial intention. An empirical analysis on 251 students attending their third year of Suncheon High School revealed the following results. First, the youth entrepreneurship(risk taking, innovativeness and proactiveness) significantly positive affected entrepreneurial intention. The result corresponds to what many preceding studies emphasize, implying that when risk taking, which enables perseverance through uncertain situations, increases; innovativeness, which enables breaking away from existing frameworks, increases; and proactiveness, which creates new opportunities through future-oriented behavior, increase, the entrepreneurial intention of teenagers also increases. Second, a review of the interaction effect of scholastic performance discovered evidence that scholastic performance moderates the relationship between proactiveness and entrepreneurial intention of youth toward a negative(-) direction. In other words, proactiveness positively effects on entrepreneurial intention, but higher scholastic performance imply that such positive tendencies become weakened. The results of the present study will be able to provide significant theoretical and practical implications in carrying out follow-up studies on the youth entrepreneurship, which has been, up to now, relatively neglected.

In recent years, entrepreneurship has become a significant movement in Vietnam. Vietnamese youth has paid more attention on entrepreneurship. Local brand fashion is currently booming in Vietnam. Many young Vietnamese choose to start up in local brand fashion. Vietnamese government has show strong commitment to support entrepreneurial movement among young people. Purpose: The research focused on assessing the determinants of entrepreneurial intentions in local brands fashion in Vietnam. Research design, data and methodology: The sample size consist of 293 young Vietnamese who are passionate on starting up their business in fashion. The research method employ Exploratory Factor Analysis (EFA) and SPSS software is used to analysze the collected data. Data collection involved a mixed-methods approach, combining surveys and case studies. Results: The research findings confirm the determinants of entrepreneurial intentions in local brand fashions are Attitude towards behavior, Subjective norms, Cognitive behavioral control, Entrepreneurship education, and Capital. Conclusion: The study not only delved into the influencing elements for starting a business but also examined the current landscape of the youth-oriented local fashion brand market. Managerial implications are provided to promote entrepreneurial intention among young Vietnamese in fashion industry. Limitations and further research are also discussed to provide recommended research directions for future studies.
