This study analyzes the structural relationships among communication pattern of leader, followers' trust in leader, organizational commitment and innovative behavior. In order to analyze hypotheses, the survey was collected by distributing questionnaire to 250 workers in small and medium-sized companies. As a result, total 213 workers participated in the survey and their rates were included for the test process. The collected data analyzed structural equation modeling, a statistical program. The results of this study are as follows; First, supportive and reflective communication pattern of leader have meaningful positive influences on followers'trust in leader. Directive communication pattern of leader, by contrast, is negatively related to followers'trust in leader. Second, followers'trust in leader has a positive impact on organizational commitment. Third, organizational commitment has a positive effect on followers'innovative behavior. Based on these results, it can be said that followers'trust in leader is more important for boosting organizational commitment and innovative behavior because it has a positive effect on organizational commitment with supportive or reflective communication behavior of leader. Therefore, this study proposes practical benefits to leaders regarding how to display communication process and trust quality more effectively. Future studies are required to investigate the research agendas on the issues between communication patterns and innovative behavior.

This paper describes the experimental results of the pre-breakdown phenomena in $SF_6/CO_2$ mixtures under non-uniform electric fields caused by positive and negative lightning negative voltages. $SF_6/CO_2$ mixtures have an advantage of an environmental aspect and cost reduction, and safety aspects. In order to analyze the pre-breakdown processes in $SF_6/CO_2$ mixtures stressed by impulse voltages, pre-breakdown current and luminous signals were measured by a shunt and a photo-multiplier tube, respectively. Dielectric strengthes of $SF_6/CO_2$ mixtures were investigated. Additionally, characteristics of discharge channels were observed by high speed cameras and the physical properties were discussed. The pre-breakdown propagates with a stepwise process. The in to breakdown from the corona onset point in positive polarity was shorter than that in negative polarity. The time intervals of positive leaders are shorter than those of negative leaders, and the path of positive leader channel is zigzag.

Expression in yeast may prove more amenable to generating large amounts of viral antigens for a vaccine candidate. We, therefore, cloned the gene encoding the Hepatitis C virus (HCV) structural proteins (C-El-E2, c740) fused in-frame with, and immediately 3' to, the chicken-lysozyme signal peptide (C-SIG) gene and under the control of the yeast glyceraldehyde-3-phosphate dehydrogenase gene promoter. In yeast, the HCV structural proteins were expressed in two different forms: a processed and a nonprocessed aggregated form. Biophysical characterization by sucrose linear gradient centrifugation revealed that both forms were present in the same fractions with a buoyant density of 1.127-1.176 g/$cm^3$. These findings suggest that the efficient synthesis of HCV structural proteins in yeast may be an important tool to study virus assembly and may lead to the development of an HCV vaccine.

Objectives: The aim of this study was to develop the efficient program protecting shift to cerebrovascular disease as complication for patients with diabetes and hypertension. Methods: Chronic disease self management program(CDSMP), implement manual, action plan, Q&A card and motivation methods were suggested based on Bandura's social learning theory through reviewing various literatures and cases. Results: This program can increase self-efficacy, individual health behavior change and quality of life and it makes to continuous care of chronic disease. Conclusion: In order to operate chronic disease self-management program, standardized education courses training of specialist leaders and expert patients leaders would be required. And the development enlargement of self-management program for various other chronic disease such as arthritis, back pain, atopy, asthma would be required in the future.

In today's fashion Street is a birthplace of new generation fashion and Street Fashion have frequently influenced on high fashion. From this view point this study is a meaningful approach to forecast future fashion trend by examining the street style of youth who are regarded as Street Fashion leaders. The purpose of this study is to examine the Youth Fashion style in early 1990s and to pro-vide a reference to fashion designer and mer-chandiser in trend forecasting and product plan-ning. This study is focused on 1990s Youth Fashion style through the historical Street Fashion : 1950s Teddy boys & Mods 1960s Hippies & Skinhead and 1970s Punk. There were mainly two popular Street Fashion phenomena in early 1990s. There were mainly two popular Street Fashion phenomena in early 1990s. One is grunge fashion created by new gener-ation in opposition to existing generation society and impacting on hish fashion leaders. The other is Remix style that is mixed : sub culture fashion originated by young group in 1950-1970s with 1990s sensitivity. Both fashion styles origionated and led by youth of street have influenced on famous high fashion designeres as well as the general public. Street Fashion will continue to play an import-ant role in future fashion and more study and interest on Street Fashion should be taken by fashion forecaster and related.

Purpose - This study aims to measure the influence of the positive psychological capital (PPC) of business workers by using innovative work behavior (IWB) and the influence of Leader-member exchange (LMX) and Member-member exchange (MMX) in this relation and investigating the directional efforts of small and medium company leaders and members. Research Design, Data, and Methodology - This study selects PPC as an integrated superior concept to establish research models and hypotheses of the influence of PPC on IWB, and the influence of LMX and MMX in these relations. Of the questionnaires distributed, 373 valid questionnaires were collected in total. Results - It was confirmed that the PPC of workers has a statistically significant influence on LMX, MMX, and IWB. Moreover, LMX and MMX have similar influence on worker life satisfaction with life satisfaction and innovative work behavior having different dimensions. Conclusion - To enhance IWB, worker PPC is very important as it has significant influence on the relations with leaders. However, it is also notable that positive relations with colleagues did not influence IWB.

Purpose: Distributed leadership (DL) is a comprehensive and analytical way to understand how leadership manifests itself among people and in the context of a complex organization. With technological advances and seemingly ever-changing pressures on the environment, it is important for education leaders to represent their practice. This study aims to discuss the significance of DL and its role in education. Research design, data and methodology: The present researcher used Qualitative Content Analysis (QCA) because it is credible, transferable, dependable, and confirmable proving its trustworthiness. To begin with, QCA entails a sufficient representation of the social realities being studied, credibility. Results: The investigation of this study indicates that the documents are in the proper functioning of schools to highlight the potential impact of collaborative practices, many of which require sharing school fees. DL can be meant as "influence relationships," discussions in groups, government, and non-leaders, about how teachers influence each other, and teamwork was easy. Conclusions: This study suggests that management can significantly impact organizational changes in management practices to distribute or skip something planned. DL is not a panacea, plan, or formula. Rather, it is a way to get under the skin of local leadership and restore the potential for change in the organization.

The purpose of this study is to introduce the Common Core State Standards (CCSS) for mathematics which is released on June 2, 2010 in the U.S.A. The common core state standards are aligned with college and work expectations, and include rigorous content and application of knowledge through high-order skills. The most distinguishable differences between the CCSS standards and the NCTM standards are that the CCSS standards considers the mathematical modeling as one of the mathematical content domains such as algebra, geometry, ets, and the standards are designed by working together with school leaders of all states.

This study examined the effects of interactivity level on Web user's attitude towards Home Shopping sites. In examining the relationships of the factors in the research, the independent variables are reliability and levels of interactivity. The dependent variables are effectiveness, and customer loyalty. Implications for web site designer and management leaders are implicated in the conclusive section.

It is possible to find a niche in a global market through maximizing our strength based upon a great and long history in manufacturing textiles.
