In the study, the feasibility of landscape ecological measures as indices system for interpretation and evaluation of regional ecosystem was investigated through the application to Yongin City. Each patch metrics well showed the class structure and supplemented the class metrics, and class metrics also showed well the landscape structure and supplemented the landscape metrics. And the change analysis through subtraction of two set of landscape ecological measurement in two point of time showed the dynamic trends very well. One of the dynamic trends in Yongin City was the rapid fragmentation. While there was no landcover data on Yongin City, using Landsat data and remote sensing techniques were proved to be efficient and effective to produce the digital landcover data.

This landscape design proposal was presented to a design competition for the Culture.Welfare.Administration Complex of Yongin-City which was held by Yongin-City in December, 2001. The site is located at 68-19 Yukbuck-dong, Yongin-City, Kyunggi-do and has an area of 236,449$m^2$. The judging criteria for landscape design set by the Yongin-City could be articulated as follows: an environment friendly design respecting the surrounding environment, a locale as a community center of Yongin-City, a resting place for the welfare of employees and visitors, and finally a place with diverse landscape elements reflecting the individual identity of each facility. This proposal chose the main design concept of this project as‘Nature meets City'. A grove of pine trees fragments the multi building complex, so that‘nature'was brought into the‘city'. A double ground system was introduced to respect the existing topography and to enhance the efficency of the land. This design proposal consists of four segments. Each segment has its own design theme. Outdoor space of this multi-purpose complex was designed with themes of nature, culture, welfare and administration. Space composition with grid and natural looking curvilinear lines was a design motive for this complex. The nature oriented planting design was introduced to respect the existing groves of Mt. Suksung. Specific species were chosen to follow its own spatial character in each space. An environmental sculpture called‘Dream Soaring'was placed in the middle of‘Citizen Plaza'. Its light and feather-looking shape symbolizes the vision of Youngin-City. At night people can watch the diverse color changes on its mirror-like surface.

본 연구는 대규모의 주택건설로 신도시가 지속적으로 형성되고 있는 수도권 지역에서 도시성장에 따른 주택시장의 분화에 영향을 주는 요인과 공간적 분화 패턴, 주택하위시장의 분화와 교외화의 관련성 등을 실증적으로 규명하고자 하였다. 용인시는 지리적 장점뿐만 아니라 주택시장의 제도적 사회적 환경 변화가 강력히 뒷받침해준 결과 2000년대 수도권 지역에서 가장 역동적으로 성장한 지역으로 주택시장의 변화에 관하여 미시적 스케일에서 주택하위시장의 공간적 분화 패턴을 밝히기에 적합한 장소이다. 용인시 주택시장은 4개의 하위시장으로 대별되었는데, 이에는 강남 분당과의 접근성, 경부 및 영동고속국도 등의 지리적 요인, 주택규모와 가격, 점유형태 등 주택재고의 특성, 그리고 세대구성 학력 및 소득수준 등의 사회경제적 요인이 중요하게 작용하였다.

본 논문에서는 용인지역 IT산업 육성을 목표로 용인지역 IT산업 육성 성공요인 및 성공전략에 관련된 선행연구 결과를 기반으로 용인지역 IT 산업단지 조성을 위해서는 어떠한 전략을 우선적으로 일관성 있게 추진해야 하는지를 IT기업, 행정공무원, 교수 및 연구원의 측면에서 AHP 기법을 적용하여 분석하였다. 그리고 IT산업단지 조성전략 분석에서 제시된 결과를 바탕으로 용인지역 IT산업단지 조성방안을 수립하였다. 본 연구에서 전문가 방문조사 및 설문조사 등을 통해 제시한 용인지역 IT산업단지 조성방안은 용인시 IT산업 육성을 위한 정책수립에 크게 기여할 수 있을 것으로 판단된다.

본 연구에서는 임상도와 HyTAG 모형을 적용하여 기후변화에 따른 경기도 용인시 임상의 잠재 생육적지 분포 변화와 산림 재적 및 탄소저장량 변화를 예측하였다. 이를 위해 제5차 임상도와 전국산림자원조사를 이용한 생장모델을 적용하여 현재의 용인시 산림재적을 예측하였다. HyTAG 모형을 적용하여 10년 단위로 미래 100년 후까지 잠재생육 적지 분포를 예측하고, 생장모델인 대수차 변형을 이용하여 산림 재적을 산출하였다. 용인시 산림을 제5차 임상도를 이용하여 분석한 결과, 현재 침엽수림 37.8%, 활엽수림 62.2%로 분포하고 있었다. HyTAG 모형을 적용한 30년 후 임상의 분포는 침엽수림 0.13%, 활엽수림 99.97%로 변화하였으며, 60년 후에 용인시 전체의 임상이 활엽수림으로 분포하는 것으로 나타났다. 또한, 현재 산림탄소량은 1,773,862 tC(56.79 tC/ha)로 측정되었으며 HyTAG 모형을 적용한 50년 후에 탄소저장량은 4,432,351 tC(141.90 tC/ha), 100년 후에는 6,884,063 tC(220.40 tC/ha)로 예측되었다. HyTAG 모형에 따른 수종별 변화를 분석해 본 결과, 잣나무, 낙엽송, 리기다소나무, 소나무는 각각 10년, 30년, 30년, 50년 이후에는 기후에 적합하지 않는 것으로 예측되었으며, 모두 참나무류가 적합한 것으로 예측되었다.

On December 2001, Yongin Light Rapid Transit was started with the Notification of Basic Plan for Private Infrastructure Investment Project and promoted as BTO configuration to effectually cope with the rapid increase of traffic demand in Yongin City and establish pleasant and green urban traffic system to connect with New Boondang Line to diversity traffic demand around roads. On May 27th, 2005, it was applied authorization of detailed plan and the .First Light Rapid Transit in Korea shall be started construction on Nov, 2005, and completion on May. 2009. This Thesis will introduce the Detailed Design for Yongin Light Rapid Transit.

Objectives : The aim of the study is to investigate the awareness towards water fluoridation program in the residents of Yongin. Methods : Subjects were 1,016 adults over 19 years old living in Yongin for more than one year. A self-administered survey was done by structured questionnaires. Some of the questionnaires were filled out through direct phone call. Results : Positive awareness of water fluoridation program accounted for 36.5 percent and 61.0 percent of the residents agreed to the program. Only nine percent 9.0 percent opposed to water fluoridation. Conclusions : Yongin City Government is trying to make the residents understand the water fluoridation. Positive public opinion towards the water fluoridation can lead to the implementation of the water fluoridation. So it is necessary to provide information of water fluoridation program to the residents.

In this paper, we propose a new frame structure and frame synchronization algorithm for OFDM burst mode transmission. On the contrary to conventional OFDM symbol based methods, the proposed preamble for symbol frame synchronization is designed independently in time domain in arbitrary length and is placed at the beginning of the frame. The proposed frame synchronization algorithm by using the preamble is working independent of frequency offset and robust to serious channel environment.
