『상한론(傷寒論)』 변병진단체계(辨病診斷體系)에 근거하여 죽엽석고탕(竹葉石膏湯) 투여 후 호전된 공황장애 1례 (A Case Report of Panic disorder treated by Jukyeopseokgo Tang based on Shanghanlun Provisions)

  • Objective : The purpose of this paper is to report the improvement of patient with panic disorder treated by herb medication based on Shanghanlun disease pattern identification diagnostic system. Methods :, The patient with panic disorder was diagnosed according to 'Disease Pattern Identification Diagnostic System based on Shanghanlun Provisions'. The changing symptom of panic disorder was estimated by BAI(Beck Anxiety Inventory). Results : The patient was diagnosed with yin-yang-yi-cha-hou-lao-fu bing, number 397 provision, and took Jukyeopseokgo-tang herb medication about 113 days. The BAI score changed 37 to 12. Conclusions : The therapeutic intervention and herb medication showed a therapeutical effect on the patient. The anxiety and helplessness of the patient was improved. This patient's panic disorder was associated with poor sleep patterns and sensitivity to minor things and controled by Jukyeopseokgo-tang. The relationships between poor sleep patterns and 陰陽易差後勞復病, shortness of breath when sensitive to minor things and 少氣 need further study.

Mutations of TYR and MITF Genes are Associated with Plumage Colour Phenotypes in Geese

  • The polymorphism of microphthalmia-associated transcription factor (MITF) and tyrosinase (TYR) genes have been proposed to play a vital role in coat colour genesis in mammals, but their role remains ambiguous in geese at best. Here, we cloned and sequenced 1,397 bp coding region of MITF gene and a 588 bp fragment of TYR exon 1 for polymorphism analysis among 157 domestic geese showing three types of plumage colour. We detected a total of three SNPs (c.280T>C, c.345G>A, and c.369G>A) in TYR and six haplotypes (H1-H6). Among them, haplotypes H1, H2, H3, and H5 were significantly associated with white plumage trait of Zhedong White Geese. However, only diplotype H1H1 and H3H5 were significantly associated with white plumage trait of Zhedong White Geese (p<0.01). We only detected one SNP (c.1109C>T) for MITF gene and found that genotype CT and TT were significantly associated with white plumage trait of Zhedong White Geese. Briefly, our study suggested an association between polymorphisms of TYR and MITF genes and the plumage colour trait in domestic geese.

No Association Between Tea Consumption and Risk of Renal Cell Carcinoma: A Meta-analysis of Epidemiological Studies

  • Objective: To evaluate the association between tea consumption and the risk of renal cell carcinoma. Methods: We searched PubMed, Web of Science and Scopus between 1970 and November 2012. Two evaluators independently reviewed and selected articles based on predetermined selection criteria. Results: Twelve epidemiological studies (ten case-control studies and two cohort studies) were included in the final analysis. In a meta-analysis of all included studies, when compared with the lowest level of tea consumption, the overall relative risk (RR) of renal cell carcinoma for the highest level of tea consumption was 1.03 (95% confidence interval [CI] 0.89-1.21). In subgroup meta-analyses by study design, there was no significant association between tea consumption and renal cell carcinoma risk in ten case-control studies using adjusted data (RR=1.08, 95% CI 0.84-1.40). Furthermore, there was no significant association in two cohort studies using adjusted data (RR=0.95, 95% CI 0.81-1.12). Conclusion: Our findings do not support the conclusion that tea consumption is related to decreased risk of renal cell carcinoma. Further prospective cohort studies are required.

  • I referred to documents to study the origin and the progressing process of textiles. Cotton seeds were first imported from China by Mun, Ik Jem at the end of the era of Koryeo, and cotton had several different names such as mok-myen, cho-myen, gil-pae, baek-chep-za, tap-po, ban-ki-wha, dong-yep-po and so on. Since the era of the Three Kingdoms, people had heard of cloth of superior quality but it was not certain whether it was imported from China or made in our country. It seems that cotton was not made during that period, white silk, hemp cloth, and ramie fabric were produced. At that time, linen was called cotton by mistake. After importing cotton seeds from China, all the people began to plant them and made their clothes from them. At the beginning of the Yi Dynasty, the weaving technique was dependent on China. However, the government persuaded farmers to plant them. At that time cotton was used as a means of purchasing instead of money. Silkworms raising started during the era of the Three Kingdoms and it was widely spread at the beginning of the Yi Dynasty. In order to encourage sericulture' spinning and weaving instruments were installed in the royal palace and the queen with sher court maids demonstrated how to spin and weave. The activity was named "chin-jam-ye." Linen was the representative of all textiles and it was also very popular. The technique of weaving had already been highly developed at the era of Silla. During the era of the Three Kingdoms people used "bang-chu-cha" as a weaving instrument. They discovered several new hand machines in the period of the Yi Dynasty: they were instrument of removing seeds, spinning wheel, hemp cloth loom and so on, and we find the remains of them these days.

  • 최근 전기자동차와 신재생에너지 발전 시스템의 전기 저장장치로 고용량 2차 전지의 개발 및 상용화가 활발히 이루어지고 있으며, 기술 연구 또한 꾸준히 진행되고 있다. 배터리에 대한 활용도가 높아지면서 배터리의 성능평가에 대한 관심도 높아지고 있다. 본 논문에서는 LabVIEW를 이용하여 배터리 자동 충 방전 제어 테스트 장치를 구축하여, 원격제어 및 실시간 모니터링을 통해 데이터 분석 및 저장이 가능하며, 다양한 배터리의 성능평가를 설정 값 변경으로 손쉽게 평가 할 수 있도록 장치를 개발 하였다.

An Optimal Thresholding Method for the Voxel Coloring in the 3D Shape Reconstruction

  • In this paper, we propose an optimal thresholding method for the voxel coloring in the reconstruction of a 3D shape. Our purposed method is a new approach to resolve the trade-off error of the threshold value on determining the photo-consistency in the conventional method. Optimal thresholding value is decided to compare the surface voxel of photo-consistency with inside voxel on the optic ray of the center camera. As iterating the process of the voxels, the threshold value is approached to the optimal value for the individual surface voxel. And also, graph cut method is reduced to the surface noise on eliminating neighboring voxel. To verify the proposed algorithm, we simulated in the virtual and real environment. It is advantaged to speed up and accuracy of a 3D face reconstruction by applying the methods of optimal threshold and graph cut as compare with conventional algorithms.

  • 본 논문에서는 국내 표준 128비트 블록 암호화 알고리즘인 SEED와 UART를 통합하여 최저가의 FPGA로 구현하는 방법을 제안한다. 논문[11베서 구현한 면적 요구량이 최소로 구현된 SEED암호화 모듈의 유용성을 실제 내장형 시스템에 적응하여 그 실효성을 보여주는 것이 본 논문의 목적이다. 우리가 구현한 회로는 SEED 를 통해 암호화를 한 후 UART를 이용하여 외부와의 통신할 수도 있고, SEED를 건너뛰고 UART 단독만 이웅하여 외부와 통신을 할 수도 있다. 또한, SEED 자체를 coprocessor로 이용하여 암호화/복호화 가능만 사용할 수도 있도록 설계하였다. 구현 결과, 10만 게이트를 갖는 Xilinx사의 Spartan-ll 계열의 xc2s100시리 즈 칩을 사용하였을 때, SEED와 UART와 주변 논리 회로를 합하여 84% 이하의 면적을 차지 하였고, 최대 41.3Mhz클럭에서 동작하였으며, SEED의 암호화 처리 Througput은 54.SSMbps로서 UART를 이용하여 통신하는데 전혀 문제가 없었다.

  • The mechanical properties of ferrous powder metallurgy (P/M) materials are directly related to their microstructure. Ferrous P/M materials with sufficient hardenability will develop microstructures containing significant percentages of martensite in the as-sintered condition. Recently, sinter-hardening has developed into a highly cost effective production method through hardened P/M parts without the need for additional heat-treatments. This paper reviews the advances of sinter-hardening as well as some key processing parameters such as sintering temperature, cooling rate, tempering required to produce high quality sinter-hardened components. Specific topics including effect of alloying elements, alloying methods, and the Characterization and observation of microstructure are discussed.

동행편(獨行篇)에 나타난 비박탐나자(鄙薄貪懦者)에 대한 고찰(考察) (The study on Bi-Bak-Tam-Ra'Ja in Dokhaengpyun)

  • 동무(東武)의 저서(著書)에는 동의수세보원(東醫壽世保元)과 격치고(格致藁)가 있다. 격치고(格致藁)중 독행편(獨行篇)은 지인(知人)에 대한 동무(東武)의 철학(哲學)이 담겨있다. 동무(東武)의 사상의학(四象醫學)을 이해하기 위해서는 독행편(獨行篇)의 비박탐나자(鄙薄貪懦者)에 대한 연구가 필요하다. 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 1. 독행편(獨行篇)은 인간의 본성인 인의예지(仁義禮智)를 인자(仁者), 의자(義者), 예자(禮者), 지자(智者)로 규정하고, 이의 속성을 충(忠), 신(信), 입(立), 용(勇)이라 하고 이 개념을 충신염해자(忠信廉解者)로 하여 비박탐나자(鄙薄貪懦者)와 서로 상대적인 관계임을 알 수 있다. 2. 맹자(孟子)의 사부지심(四夫之心)과 비박탐나자(鄙薄貪懦者)의 관계는 비부(鄙夫), 박부(薄夫), 탐부(貪夫), 나부(懦夫)를 인의예지자(仁義禮智者)의 속성과 연계해서 생각하고 유추를 해 볼 수있고 비박탐나자(鄙薄貪懦者)가 인자(仁者), 의자(義者), 예자(禮者), 지자(智者)의 속성을 가지고 있는 유하혜(柳下惠), 백이(伯夷)의 풍도(風度)를 들으면 충신염해자(忠信廉解者)의 행동에 가까워질 수 있다. 3. 비박탐나자지심(鄙薄貪懦者之心)을 대학(大學)의 사부지심(四夫之心)을 인용하여 설명하는데 독행편(獨行篇)의 비박탐나자지심(鄙薄貪懦者之心)과 유략(儒略)의 사부지심(四夫之心)을 생각하보면 어딴 일정한 규율이 없는데 이는 심욕(心慾)을 추정하여 정하기는 어렵고 도식화하여 맞추어서 생각하기에는 무리가 있다. 4. 비박탐나자(鄙薄貪懦者)와 인의예지자(仁義禮智者)의 관계는 독행편(獨行篇), 사단론(四端論), 유략(儒略)의 인의예지(仁義禮智)와 의 비박탐나자(鄙薄貪懦者)와의 관계가 서로 틀리는데 인의예지(仁義禮智) 사단(四端)을 인간(人間)의 본성(本性)으로 생각하면 여러 가지 속성(屬性)이 있을 수 있고 시기와 환경에 따라 사단(四端)을 적용시키는 것이 틀릴 수도 있으므로 이를 고정적으로 보는 시각보다는 적용하는 방법에 따라 변할 수 있다는 것으로 받아들여야 한다.
