Efforts tp overcome the current challenge of global warming and abnormal temperature are being taken around the world. According to a report, average temperature of Korea has increased by about $0.8^{\circ}C$ for a century. In particular, temperature has rapidly increased since year 2000. Climate changes have brought remarkable changes in our lives. For example, agricultural field will see changes in crops and production. Energy used to maintain and manage architectures will be changed as well. In order to actively cope with rapidly changing global climate which drives changes from the basic behavior of our lives to subtle changes, international cooperation and researches are performed around the word. For instance, as a part of these global efforts, research on typical meterological data for computer simulation program to evaluate architecture energy performance is in progress in Korea. In order to conduct research on typical meterological data in format of data per time, reference regarding monthly maximum/minimum temperature time is required. Unfortunately, however, reference regarding maximum/minimum temperature time hasn't been defined in Korea. Therefore, this study aims to provide fundamental data essential for various researches by calculating maximum/minimum temperature time of major cities across Korea. According to the study, maximum temperature occurs at 3 p.m and minimum temperature occurs at 5 a.m or 6 a.m. respectively, in overall areas.

In the spring silkworm rearing period of year 1998, some nutritional aspects were studied in the Agricultural Research Station of the Komotini town in Greece, to investigate the feeding behaviour of some Bulgarian silkworm hybrids, suitable for spring rearing, during the fourth and fifth instal under the local climatic conditions. The silkworms were fed by locally cultivated Japanese Kinriu mulberry (Morus alba L.) variety leaves. Eight Bulgarian hybrids had been used, namely Vratza-53xVratza-52, Ukraine-20xVratza-53, Super 1xHessa 2, Merefa 2xVratza 35, as well as their reciprocal crosses. The studies showed out a remarkably higher feed intake and feed utilization by the hybrids Hessa 2xSuper-1, Merefa 2xVratza 35 and Vratza-52xVratza-53. The same hybrids showed an efficient food utilization by means of daily growths cocoon shell ratio and raw silk output. In terms of food to silk conversion efficiency Hessa 2xSuper-1 hybrid gave the best results. Larval stage duration for fourth and fifth instar was not affected by feed intake and utilization. All hybrids showed a good adaptation to the local environment and their feeding performance was equal to the international existing standards. All calculated parameters were found to be around the mean values of other up to date presented results and thus considered as acceptable for the needs of the local production.

The December 13, 1996 Yeongweol earthquake of magnitude 4.5 was felt almost everywhere in southern part of the Korean Peninsula and Cheju Island, even though not feld in Tsushima Island at other places in Japan near to Korea. Production lines of semiconductor disk in electronic engineering companies of Gumi manufacturing complex were seriously affected by the shake of this earthquake. Total 17 earthquakes of magnitude 4 or above occurred within the area of 50km radius from Yeongweol in the period from the year 1400 to 1996. This group of earthquakes includes 12 events of magnitude 5.0 or above and 3 events of magnitude 6.0 or above. Among these events, 13 earthquakes are historical events of years 1400-1904. Most of them occurred in 15-16 centuries. The February 21, 1596 Jungseon-Pyeongchang event of magnitude 6.5 is the largest one up to now in the area. There are four instrumental earthquakes (years 1905-1996) of magnitude 4.0 or above in this area. An earthquake of magnitude 4.4 occurred on 5th of November, 1919 at almost the same place as the December 13, 1996 earthquake of magnitude 4.5. Thus this event is preceded with the previous one by 77 years.
Off the 1,572 km long coastline of Namibia lies known as the Benguela upwelling system, a very rich source of marine life supporting traditional and modern forms of fishery. Commercial fishing and fish processing is one of the fastest-growing sectors of the Namibian economy in terms of employment, export earnings, and contribution to GDP. The fishing industry has grown to the extent that it is currently Namibia's second biggest export earner of foreign currency after mining (90% of national output is marketed for export). In 2005, Namibia harvested about 552,164 tonnes of fish. The final value of processed products (export value) that year was around US$ 376.0 million. Besides the marine captured fisheries, Namibia also has a small but vibrant aquaculture sector. Inland captured fisheries exist in the north-east and north-west of Namibia where as commercial freshwater aquaculture of tilapia and catfish is also undertaken. The inland fisheries are mainly subsistence based and typically labour intensive, with low catch per unit effort. However the subsistence fisheries from these regions play a significant role in the lives of rural community. The domestic market for marine fish products is extremely limited due to the small size of the population (2 million). The fishing industry is a source of considerable employment for many Namibians. Huge potential to increase production exists in Namibia, unpolluted high quality marine waters, high natural primary productivity of the seawater, availability of inexpensive fish by-products from established fish processing sector for inclusion in wet aqua-feeds and well-established processing, packaging and marketing systems due to the marine capture fisheries that can be adopted for aquaculture purpose.
In silicon crystalline PV (Photo Voltaic) industry, PV module or panel electric power is directly related to the companies' profit. Thus, many PV companies have invested and focused on R&D activities to get the higher module power. The main BOM (Bills of Material) on the module consists of PV solar cell, ribbon, EVA (Ethylene-Vinyl Acetate copolymer), glass and back sheet. Based on consistent research efforts on enhancing module power using BOM, there have been increase of around 5 watt per module every year as results. However, there are lack of studies related to enhancing accuracy of measurement. In this study, the enhancing on the metrology is investigated and the improvement shows actually contribution to company's profit. Especially, the measurement issues related to heat and to quasi state of bandgap diagram by EL(Electro Luminescence) are described in this study.
Changes in the fishing grounds for four drag-bagnet fisheries (large trawl, large pair trawl, large Danish seine and middle Danish seine) were investigated by year and sea-blocks in Korean waters. We used catch and effort data by sea-block (latitude × longitude: 30' × 30') of the National Institute of Fisheries Science (NIFS) and yearly fishing production statistics of the Korean statistic information service from 2008 to 2014. The main benthic habitat of fishing ground was sand and sandy mud material. The average swept areas for the four fisheries were 181.7 km2, 606.4 km2, 2,720.9 km2 and 252.8 km2, respectively. The main fishing ground was around Jeju Island and the eastern South Sea. The main fishing ground moved to the northern part of the South Sea during the study period due to a closure of fishing grounds and changes in the target species.

This study assesses the growth and distribution of research journals indexed in Scopus from 2000 through 2019, using SCImago data for journal and country ranking. A total of 15,484 journals were indexed in Scopus up till 1999, and from 2000 to 2019, 11,037 journals were indexed in Scopus at an average of 581.85 journals per year at an average annual corresponding growth of 2.74%. Of the total journals indexed in Scopus, 41.61% were indexed during the last two decades. Europe is the leading continent publishing nearly 60% of the total world journals, while Africa publishes around 1% of journals, the lowest among all the continents. The United Kingdom, United States (US), China, Brazil, Australia, and Egypt are the leading countries publishing the maximum number of journals from their respective continents. Of the total journals indexed across the world, nearly one-fourth (6,425, 24.23%) are published in the US. Still more, of the 109 journal publishing countries across the world, nearly 90% of journals are published in twenty leading journal publishing countries. Among the 27 major Scopus recognized subject disciplines, the majority (1,606, 6.06%) of journals are published in the field of medicine. The growth of research journals and the growth of research results has moved at a uniform pace, and any asymmetry between the two is bound to result either in the introduction of predatory and dubious journals or in the production of sub-standard research results.
The commercialization has been of great importance to the clean energy research sector for investing the wind farm development, but it would be difficult to reach a social consensus on the need to expand the economic feasibility of renewable energy due to the lack of reliable and continuous information on levelized cost of Energy (LCOE). Regarding this fact, this paper presents the evaluation of LCOE, focusing on Ulsan offshore region targeting to build the first floating offshore wind farm. Energy production is estimated by the meteorology data combined with the Leanwind Project power curve of an exemplar wind turbine. This work aims to analyze the costs of the Capex depending on site-specific variables. The cost of final LCOE was estimated by using Monte-Carlo method, and it became an average range 297,090 KRW/MWh, a minimum of 251,080 KRW/MWh, and a maximum of 341,910 KRW/MWh. In the year 2021, the SMP (system marginal price) and 4.5 REC (renewable energy certificate) can be paid if 1 MWh of electricity is generated by renewable energy. Considering current SMP and REC price, the floating platform industry, which can earn around 502,000 KRW/MWh, can be finally estimated highly competitive in the Korean market.
The growth performance in the first year of life of 892 Black Bengal kids was studied in four different locations in Bangladesh, e. g. (1) Bhabakhali, (2) Trisal, (3) Aishara and (4) Akhrail. Birth weight of kids of region 1, 2 and 3 were almost similar (1.01 kg) with significantly lower birth weight in region 4 (0.88 kg). Effect of birth type and sex were significant with higher weights for single (1.03 kg) v. twin (0.98 kg) v. triplet (0.92 kg) and male kids (1.03 kg) v. female (0.93 kg). Monthly weights of kids followed the same pattern as birth weight. Monthly weights of kids in region 1, 2 and 3 were similar with significantly lower weight for region. 4 Birth type and sex affected monthly weights in different regions where single and male kids had significantly higher weights for all the regions. The analysis of variance reveals that regional significant differences for average daily gains were noticed for the periods from birth to 3 and 9 to 12 months of age. The highest gains were noticed for region 2 ($51.9{\pm}2.4kg$) and the lowest for region 1 ($38.2{\pm}2.3kg$) with similar values for region 4. From the results it is revealed that growth performance of Black Bengal kids varied in different regions, which might be caused by inappropriate management and inadequate feed availability around the year and stressful environmental conditions.
