Security Service is the study for social safety and maintenance of order. Compared with the industrial circle, it has only been 18 years, though, many-sided scholars have been interested in this field and tried. The present Security Service, however, has several problems, so it is difficult to gain recognition as the value of learning. To achieve this, several kinds of prior tasks should get solved. First, Preparation for agreement between Industry and University about the academic concept and establishment of range. Second, Set up the School Register System for the academic establishment of identity. Third, Preparation of the plan for the organization of education system. Fourth, Study Direction different from the industrial world. (Unconcern) Therefore, the alternatives centered on some prior tasks will be suggested to enhance the identity and value of Security Service as the study.

Fly ashes have been deposited around Youngwol power plant until electrostatic precipitator was installed in 1981. Fresh fly ash samples from electrostatic precipitator and weathered fly ash from ash disposal site were collected from Youngwol power plant, along with 65 soil samples of nearby area to look into the influence of PFA deposit on the soils in surrounding area. In chemistry, EPA does not contain high level of toxic elements and there is no notable concentration of toxic elements in soil near power plant. Total concentrations of Co, Cr, Cu, V, and Zn are 13 ppm, 89 ppm, 73 ppm, 157 ppm and 57 ppm in PFA. Concentrations of theses elements in ash-rich soils are 15 ppm, 78 ppm, 60 ppm, 133 ppm and 68 ppm, and those in ash-poor soils are 19 ppm, 70 ppm, 38 ppm, 91 ppm and 97 ppm. But these metal elements are highly concentrated in magnetic fractions of EPA (Co, 129 ppm; Cr, 217 ppm; Cu, 210 ppm; V, 197 ppm; Zn 90 ppm). Considering the process of long-term weathering of PFA, potentially toxic substances from the ash could be leached into soils and groundwater.

Alternaria alternata JS-1623 is an endophytic fungus isolated from a stem tissue of Korean fir, Abies koreana. Ethyl acetate extracts of culture filtrates exhibited anti-inflammatory activity in LPS induced microglia BV-2 cell without cytotoxicity. Here we report a 33.67 Mb sized genome assembly of JS-1623 comprised of 13 scaffolds with N50 of 4.96 Mb, and 92.41% of BUSCO completeness. GC contents were 50.97%. Of the 11,197 genes annotated, gene families related to the biosynthesis of secondary metabolites or transcription factors were identified.

Purpose: This study examined the relationship between the level of activity daily living and powerlessness of spinal cord injury patients'. Method: The subjects for the study consisted of 68 persons agreed above twenty below seventy had had spinal cord injury. The data were collected from November 1, 2003 to January 30, 2004. The instruments used for this study were ADL check List and Powerlessness Scale. The data were analysed by using SPSS computerlized program and included number, percentage, t-test and ANOVA, Pearson Correlation Coefficient. Results: The mean of activity daily living was paraplegia $49.53{\pm}10.91$ and tetraplegia $25.65{\pm}13.24$. The mean of powerlessness was paraplegia $35.22{\pm}9.50$ and tetraplegia $37.55{\pm}9.01$. In the relationship between activity daily living and powerlessness were significant difference. Conclusion: in order to increase the level of activity daily living of rehabilization nurse should be helpful to provide them. Also, it could be identified that informational support was important, that is, the lesser the informational support, spinal cord injury patient don't feel the powerlessness.

Famesyl protein transferase involved in the first step of post-translational modification of $p21^{ras}$ proteins transfers the famesyl moiety from famesyl pyrophosphate to a cysteine residue in $p21^{ras}$ proteins. The enzyme was first purified 30,000-fold from bovine testis by use of 30~50% ammonium sulfate fractionation, DEAE-Sephacel ion exchange chromatography, Sephacryl S-300 gel filtration chromatography, Sephacryl S-200 gel filtration chromatography, and hexapeptide (Lys-Lys-Cys-Val-Ile-Met) affinity chromatography. The molecular weight of the purified enzyme was estimated to be ~100 kDa by gel filtration and SDS-polyacrylamide gels showed two closely spaced bands of ~50 kDa protein. These indicate that the enzyme consists of two nonidentical subunits, a and 13, which have slightly different molecular weights. The enzyme was inhibited by hexapeptide (Lys-Lys-Cys-Val-Ile-Met), which acted as an alternative substrate that competed for famesylation. Kinetic analysis by measuring initial velocities showed that famesyl protein transferase is a very slow enzyme. EDTA-treated famesyl protein transferase showed little activity with $Mg^{2+}$ or $Zn^{2+}$ alone, but required both $Mg^{2+}$ and $Zn^{2+}$ for the catalytic activity.

At the Poryoung coast, the spawning season of the mullet, Chelon lauvergnii lasts from May to June. A combination of rotifer, Rotifer nauplii and synthetic feed supported significantly (P < 0.05) better survival and growth of 1-day old mullet larvae during 70-day rearing experiment than the other feeds consisting of rotifer or rotifer + Artemia nauplii. Significantly higher growth and survival were also observed, when the larvae were fed on rotifer, that were harvested from culture enriched with masimaTR, or Artemia nauplii from culture enriched with cuttlefish liver oil, At the feeding density of 97-98 individuals /200 l, the mullet larvae displayed maximum growth and survival in aquarium each with 100 larvae /200 l.

This study aims at the development of a cost management system in building interior projects. Renovation and remodeling is activated and expanded much more being compared with new building construction at present. After Interior project proceeding must get out of simple estimate and assumption, then its be needed a formal work process and computerized cost management. Proceeding a building interior project management was proceed in the office and the field. Cost break down, especially, depend on the field manger and used fiend managing money because its not checked by cost manager in office manger. For this study, cost factors are defined in terms of cost break-down interior works which consist of materials and labors. A data model for cost factors was developed, and a relational database is used to realize cost data management based upon this data model. Data input and output are achieved by internet from both of wired PC and mobile phone. This system can timely display a number of needed reports for cost management that identifies cash flow and predicts budget for cost break-down works in interior projects.

In spite of abundant anatomical evidences for the fiber connection between vestibular nuclei and inferior olivary (IO) complex, the transmission of vestibular information through the vestibulo- olivo-cerebellar climbing fiber pathway has not been physiologically established. The aims of the present study were to investigate whether there are IO neurons specifically responding to horizontal rotation and also in which subregions of IO complex these vestibularly-activated neurons are located. The extracellular recording was made in 68 IO neurons and responses of 46 vestibularly-activated cells were analyzed. Most of the vestibularly-activated IO neurons responded to signals of vertical rotation (roll), while a small number (13/46) of recorded cells were activated by horizontal canal signal (yaw). Regardless of yaw-sensitive or roll-sensitive, vestibular IO neurons were excited, when the animal was rotated to the side contralateral to the recording side. The gain and excitation phase were very similar to otolithic or vertical-canal responses. Histologic identification of recording sites showed that most of vestibular IO neurons were located in ${\beta}$ subnucleus. Electrical stimulation of a HSC evoked an inhibitory effect on the excitability of the ipsilateral IO neurons. These results suggest that IO neurons mainly in the ${\beta}$ subnucleus receive vestibular signals from semicircular canals and otolithic organs, encode them, and transmit vestibular information to the cerebellum.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of self efficacy, and health related hardiness on a health promoting lifestyle of middle-aged people Method: The study was designed as a descriptive survey study. Data was collected using a structured questionnaire which included general characteristics, measure of self efficacy, health related hardiness, and health promoting lifestyle. Data collection was done between May and August, 2007 with 197 middle-aged participants. Result: The average score of the participants for self efficacy was 34.78, for health related hardiness 57.01 and for a health promoting lifestyle 127.53. There were positive correlations between self efficacy and a health promoting lifestyle, health related hardiness and a health promoting lifestyle, and self efficacy and health related hardiness. The correlations were statistically significant. Health related hardiness was a significant predictors of a health promoting lifestyle. Conclusion: A strategy for improving self efficacy and health related hardiness should be developed and a nursing intervention program should also be provided based on the developed strategy of middle-aged people.

Education is an intentional change of human behaviors. This change is implemented through the learning process of humans. The principles in the learning process and its psychological mechanism are based on learning theories. The objective insight about how they are related with school libraries as a basic organization supporting school education, what they can contribute and what their research methodologies are is a base for educational and academic research of school libraries. This study at first is to investigate learning and teaching theories for school libraries based on behavioral learning theories, cognitive learning theories and constructive learning theories which are general trends for learning theories. Then it is to introduce new theory 'library-based education approach (LBEA)'as an educational base of school libraries.
