제주도에서 채집된 부채게류에서 3종, 편평부채게(Forestia depressa), 털가시부채게(Pilodius nigrocrinitus), 접시부채게(Palapedia integra)가 한국 미기록종으로 판명되어 재기재하고 보고한다. 지금까지 기록된 한국산 부채게 과는 모두 8과 15종이 된다.

The first zoea of Microcassiope orientalis is described and illustrated from laboratory hatched materials. Comparisons with previous studies of the first zoeal stages in the Xanthidae from Korean waters, revealed that some former studies were incorrected. The first zoea of M. orientalis described by Ko was identical to the first zoea of Macromedaeus distinguendus described by Terada. In addition, zoeal stages of Nanocassiope granullipes described by Ko & Clark was revealed the zoeal stages of M. cassiopes. So, the first zoea of M. orientalis is redescribed and illustrated in detailed with color photo herein, and compare its morphological characteristics with previous described zoea of N. granulipes by Ko & Clark.

Three xanthid crabs, Liomera margaritata, Neoxanthops lineatus and Pilodius miersi, are described and illustrated for the first time in Korea. Liomera margaritata and N. lineatus are the first species of their genera to be found in Korea. The three species represent extensions of their previously known ranges and bring the number of known species of the xanthid crabs to 25 from Korean waters.

Liomerinae아과에 속하는 Liomera bella 제1조에아 유생을 처음으로 기재 및 도시하였다. 이 유생의 형태적 특징들을 부채게과의 다른 종들의 유생들과 비교하였다. 일반적인 형태면에서 본 유생은 부채게과 유생들과 잘 일치하였다. 또한 제2촉각 외지에 2개의 강모를 가지고, 제2악지 내지 말단 강모수가 6개이며, 미절에 1개의 센 측가시와 1개의 작은 측가시를 가짐으로서 Xantho incisus와 Pseudomedaeus agassizii 유생들과 더 큰 유사성을 보여주었다

털부채게의 제 1 조에아 유생에서 메갈로파 유생기까지, 실험실내 25$^{\circ}C$에서 와전 유생발생시키고 4기의 조에아 유생과 1기의 메갈로파 유생에 대해 상세히 기재하고 도시하였다. 털부채게의 조에아 유생은 제 1 촉각과 미절의 특징에 의해 Actaeinae아과의 다른 조에아 유생들과 구별할 수 있었다.

The larval development of Parupilumnus trispinosus Sakai, 1965 completed in the laboratory consisted of four zoeal stages and one megalopal stage. Completion of the lanral development required at least 18 days at 20-25"C. The morphology of the lanrae of each stage is described in detail, and comparisons are made with larvae of other 11 species of the subfamily Pilumninae. Although, the zoeae of the subfamily Pilumninae show almost consistent characteristics of the mouthpart appendages, in the characteristics of the carapace spines and the abdominal lateral knobs they can be divided into five groups: (1) the genera Heteropanope and Heteropilumnus, (2) the genera Actumnus and Pilumnus, (3) Pilumnopeus makiona and P sewutifrons, (4) Porupilumnus trispinosus, and (5) Pilumnopeus eucratoides and. p indic${\alpha}$.

Novactaea pulchella was reared in the laboratory, from hatching to the megalopal stage at $25^{\circ}C$. The larval stage of it consists of two zoeal and one megalopal stages. The first zoea of the present study differs from that described by Terada (1990) in the setal presence of the carapace, the maxilla and the maxilliped, and the lateral process on the abdominal somite. It is reported for the first time that brachyuran zoeas belonging to a species share two types of lateral processes on the abdominal somites. They are either on the abdominal somites 2 and 3 or on abdominal somites 2 to 5. A provisional key is provided to aid the identification of the actaeine zoeas in Korea and the adjacent waters.
