대순사상의 인간관에 대한 연구는 크게 내부자와 외부자 그리고 종교학의 입장에서 진행되어 왔다. 본 논문은 엘리아데가 주창한 신인간주의의 관점에서 대순사상의 인간관을 분석한다. 대순사상의 인간관은 엘리아데의 종교적 인간의 주요 특징을 잘 구현하고 있다. 대순사상은 미로와 같은 인생의 중층성과 복잡성을 다루며, 그 중심에 증산의 인간관을 위치시킨다. 증산은 선천의 인간이 직면한 실존문제를 진단하고, 후천의 세계관 변혁을 위한 해원상생과 보은상생의 종교적 처방을 내린다. 동학혁명에 대한 새로운 종교적 대안으로서, 증산은 평화의 길을 제시하였다. 천지공사를 통하여, 선천의 상극관계를 후천의 조화관계로 변화시킨다는 목표를 담고 있다. 대순사상의 우주론은 삼계 가운데 신인관계를 재정립하고, 구천상제의 인신화현을 통하여 권선징악의 윤리관과 인존사상을 제시한다. 결론적으로 엘리아데의 신인간주의의 관점에서 대순사상의 인간관은 더 이상 해명이 필요 없는 종교적 인간관이다.

International sports events are no longer simple sports events. They are kinds of political and diplomatic events which are focused on international interests and they have to be held successfully to achieve their goal. Recently their economic effects have become one of the most important purposes. Almost all countries are doing there best to host international sports events for the purpose of advertising their own countries. But if there are terrorists who are to attack international sports events, the purpose of international sports events to improve friendship between nations and the peace of all mankinds will be seriously damaged. Also host country will be seriously damaged politically, diplomatically and economically. This article examines rapidly increasing international terrorism after 9.11 and analyzes the recent world terrorism situations and furthermore proposes legal and systemic countermeasures of our country to concentrate nation's abilities to prevent these kinds of sports terrorism.

UNESCO is an international specialized agency based on the United Nations (UN) located in the Paris. The United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization abbreviated as UNESCO. The mission and goal of UNESCO are to maintain the peace and security throughout the globe by encouraging international collaborations through educational, scientific, and cultural heritage in order to increase respect for principals of justice, international rules of law, and international human rights. Recently, the UNESCO published a new set of 17 goals for the nation's sustainable society. The Organization ensures to actively participate in UN activities to improve harmony and planning within the United Nations system. The 2030 agenda is primarily about shifting the world on to a sustainable and most in-depth. Currently, UNESCO launched broad goals and objectives for the international community including the Millennium Development Goals (MDGs). Among these sustainable goals, climate change, water security is more significant. In this paper, we briefly reviewed the seventeen goals by UNESCO.

DMZ is came from the antagonism of ideology of the cold war and will of peace embodiment of Gangwon province, the only divided province in the world, at the time of opening physical distribution transportation time on ground between south and north Korea. Analyze the central plan of Gangwon province that includes Mt. Geumgang sightseeing, the Gyeongwon line and the Donghae line. As regaining the overland route with Eurasian continent that lost because of the division of Korea into north and south, We have lived as people in a island country actually for the last 60 years. we should extend the racial imagination that lean toward the ocean to the continent again. As we present the use of efficient overland distribution transportation that is endowed with the fitness of the Gangwon province's plan to make a new developing opportunity physically and mentally. we would seek the revitalization of Gangwon economy and inter Korean trade.

Electrical discharge machinable $Si_3N_4$ was fabricated with the addtion of 20-60 vol% TiN by gas pressure sintering. Their sinterability, microstructure, mechanical and electrical properties were characterized as a function of the TiN content. The addition of TiN up to 20 vol% increased the flexural strength and fracture toughness as compared with those of the monolithic Si3N4. For the TiN content higher than 40 vol%, the electrical resistivity was lower than $1062\Omega$.cm. The $Si_3N_4$ with the addition of 40 vol% of TiN appears to have the optimum considerable sinterability, mechanical and electrical properties, and machinability. A microstructural analysis showed that the enhanced toughening was due to the crack deflection.

Electrical discharge machinable $SiC-TiB_2$ composites were fabricated by hot-pressing. Their mechanical and electrical properties were determined as a function of $TiB_2$ content. The addition of $TiB_2$ to SiC matrix increased the strength and toughness and decreased electrical resistivity. The flexural strength and fracture toughness of SiC-40 vol% $TiB_2$ composited were approximately 50% higher than those of monolithic SiC ceramics. Microstructural analysis showed that the toughening was mainly due to the crack deflection, with some possible contribution from crack branching or microcracking.

Competition of Business firms has become serious domestically and internationally. No one can deny that cooperation and peace between labour and management are essentially necessary in this seriously competitive business world and will form continuous national economic development. This paper is interested in consumer's cognizance of business firm, business CEO, and labor. The attributes of consumer dealt with are gender, education level, etc. We showed consumer's cognizance as forms of hypotheses, tested them, and found many statistically significant facts, and suggested their implication. It can be said that our research results can be utilized as good information and for judgement and decision for constructing cooperative and peaceful labour and management relation.

Export controls on strategic items has been an international standard of trade. We should understand the global trend of this and perform clean policies in the international community. This article examines the Improvement of Competitiveness and International Export Control System of Strategic Items for focusing to Internal Compliance Program(ICP). Therefore, this study would like to suggest for build to ICP. Each member of company have to convert their perception for controling strategic items. Also, they have to build controling system in ERP system and extend Incentive for CPs. the support to the trustworthy controling system. Korea is actively trying to control strategic items export for world peace and national security. So the related enterprise needs to manage voluntary export system.

The policy trends of use and the development of nuclear power in the United States, France, United Kingdom. Germany, Russia, China, Japan and Korea are briefly investigated. Nuclear power technology has been developed as the national policy in the nuclear-advanced countries. 50 years has passed since the declaration of "Atoms for Peace" by USA President Eisenhour in December 1953. Recently, it appears to revitalize the nuclear power program in world major countries in order to recover the shortage of electric power and to curb the excess emission of carbon dioxide as well as to secure competitiveness in electricity markets. Advanced countries are making new initiatives for the development of the fourth generation nuclear power system. Furthermore, wide-ranged use and development of nuclear power technologies are expected in district heating in commercial sectors, power in the space exploration, and propulsion power of large tankers and spaceships. High temperature gas cooled nuclear power reactor will be applied for mass production of hydrogen energy in the future.

With the fast developing pace, the Galileo system is entering the navigation stage with high profile. At the same time, U.S. is accelerating his GPS modernization schedule, and Russian also begins to resuscitate their GLONASS. Moreover, Chinese Beidou system has also joined the satellite navigation family with low profile already. And of course Japanese QZSS even moves forward. Along with the bitter competition in technology, finance, market and even military affairs, all these systems will firmly benefit each other and massively extend the role of civil satellite navigation industry in the future. The Global Navigation Satellite Systems (GNSS) would be almost certain to include above major satellite navigation systems. Thus how to utilize the navigation satellite resource for world peace and promote the progress of mankind should be the key issue of this century.
