기술사업화 지원사업의 운영성과에 영향을 미치는 요인에 관한 실증연구 (An Empirical Study on Factors Impacting Operational Performance of Technology Commercialization Support Programs)

  • 본 연구는 2018년 정부의 추경사업으로 시행된 이공계 중심 청년 일자리 창출과제인 '청년TLO 육성사업'의 효과성을 검증하는 데 목적이 있다. 선행연구를 통하여 사업 만족도와 취·창업 성과에 영향을 미치는 5가지 요인의 인과 모형을 도출하였다. 실증연구를 위하여 사업을 실행하고 있는 전국 66개 대학의 산학협력단을 통해 청년TLO를 대상으로 설문지를 배포하여 2,363개를 수집하였다. SPSS 23.0 통계패키지를 이용하여 모형의 실증분석을 실시하였다. 분석결과, 사업 만족도에 영향을 미치는 요인으로 선정한 1) 모집·선발, 2) 교육 지원, 3) 근로조건, 4) 사업 관리, 5) 활동 지원의 5개 변수 모두 유의한 변수로 나타났고 사업 만족도는 취·창업 성과에 미치는 변수임을 확인했다. 본 연구는 청년 TLO의 성과분석을 위한 광범위한 최초의 실증연구이며 연구자의 독립변수 모두가 사업 만족도에 영향을 미치는 인자임을 확인했다. 실무적인 시사점으로 사업 운영요소의 향상은 사업 만족도를 향상시키고, 이는 정부의 목표인 청년의 취·창업 성과 제고를 위해 필요한 요소임을 추정할 수 있다. 하지만 본 연구의 한계점으로는 취·창업 성과 지표로 객관적 지표가 아닌 주관적 취·창업 인지도 조사이기에 모형의 해석에 유의할 필요가 있다고 판단된다.

사경찰(Private Police)의 피로도가 이직의도와 직무만족에 미치는 영향 (A Study on the Effects of Fatigue on Turnover Intention and Job Satisfaction in Private Police)

  • 종래에는 경찰(Police 또는 Policing)의 개념을 국가 또는 정부의 경찰조직을 의미하여 치안 질서유지를 위한 법집행기관으로서의 공경찰(Public Police)만을 경찰로 이해하였다. 그러나 급변하는 현대사회의 특성상 파생된 범죄의 양상은 양적 질적으로 다변화되고 심화됨에 따라 공경찰의 활동만으로는 범죄대응에 한계를 갖는 반면 국민은 개인의 생명 신체 재산 등에 대한 사회적 안전에 대한 욕구는 늘어 치안서비스의 요구는 증가하게 되었다. 이에 따라 민간부문에서 담당하는 사경찰(Private Police)이 요청되게 이르면서 선진국에서는 경찰의 개념을 사회 안전과 평화유지라는 보다 넓은 개념으로 이해하여 사경찰의 활동을 경찰개념에 포섭하고 있다. 결국 이 양자는 상호이해와 협조를 통하여 치안서비스에 공동목표를 두기 때문이다. 따라서 사경찰의 활동도 치안서비스 활동이므로 사경찰의 직무만족의 정도는 곧 치안분야에서 중요한 문제로 연결된다. 사경찰 스스로 직무만족을 느끼고 조직에 몰입할 때 보다 향상된 양질의 치안서비스를 제공할 수 있기 때문이다. 따라서 본 연구도 사경찰의 직무만족과 관련하였다. 사경찰은 그 수행에 따라 주체가 다르지만 본 연구에서는 우리나라의 사경찰의 대부분을 차지하는 민간경비원에 한정하였다. 이 연구는 24시간 교대근무를 하는 민간경비원이 자각한 피로도가 이직의도 및 직무만족에 어떠한 영향을 미치는가를 규명하는데 그 목적이 있다. 따라서 국내 외의 선행연구에서 신뢰성과 타당성이 검증된 설문문항들을 본 연구에 맞게 수정 보완하여 수도권 및 대전 충청지역의 20개 경비업체에 근무하는 경비원 215명을 대상으로 조사를 하였다. 자료의 분석은 SPSS 14.0K 통계패키지를 이용하여 변수들 간의 관계를 검증하기 위하여 다중회귀분석을 사용하였다. 분석결과를 살펴보면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 민간경비원들이 자각하는 피로도는 이직의도에 유의한 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 즉, 민간경비원의 피로도를 감소시킴으로서 개인이 몸담고 있던 조직에서 떠나려는 결정도 감소될 수 있다는 것이다. 둘째, 민간경비원이 자각하는피로도는 직무만족에 유의한 영향을주지 않는것으로 나타났다.

사회복지분야의 간호활동실태 및 간호수요에 관한 연구 (A Study of Activities and Demand on Welfare Nursing in Korea)

  • Social security is concerned with ensuring all citizens maintain basic needs, community health nursing maintains and promotes health for all community members. Lately, This new area of community health nursing, concern social welfare has increased. The objectives of this study are, first, to analysis the activities of nurses at community social welfare institutes, second, to estimate nursing demand for social welfare areas. The study methods used were as literature review, an analysis of statistical data and case study etc. The analytical framework also included a demand analysis of nursing manpower in community social welfare areas. The major results are as follows; 1. Employees which work at social welfare institutes number 55,464, nursing manpower (including nurse aids) number 1,458 and this is 3% of the total employees. Within nursing manpower, nurses number 780, nurse aids number 670. 2. The rates of nurses among total employees were high in institutes for mental disorders and institutes for the age. 3. The salary level of nurses was lower than average and the rates of retirement showed a roughly middle level in welfare institutes. 4. The satisfaction level of nursing services was high, and it is the trend that nurses substitute for nurse aids which retire at social welfare institutes. 5. Nurse demand that follows legal criteria is 2,221, but only 35% are working. It is therefore insufficient from the minimum of 733 to a maximum 1433. 6. The sufficiency rates by institution were high at institutes for vagrants, aged and the handicapped. In conclusion, the conditions are of nurses which are working in with the social welfare institutes are poor. Also the number of nurses compared rates of demand were in surplus. But, the basic direction of welfare policy is universal-preventive and provision of the family and of community centered service, and nursing service demand in the social welfare institute will increase continuously, we predict. Therefore, we will need a positive plan such as the development of an inservice education program and the construction of an information collection system etc.

노인요양시설 간호사와 요양보호사의 직무관련 소진 영향요인 (Factors Influencing Work-related Burnout of Nurses and Caregivers in Nursing Homes)

  • 본 연구는 노인요양시설에 근무하는 간호사와 요양보호사의 직무관련 소진에 영향을 미치는 요인을 확인하기 위한 서술조사연구이다. 연구의 대상은 서울과 경기지역 소재 5개소 노인요양시설의 간호사 77명과 요양보호사 111명으로 구조화된 설문지를 이용하여 자료를 수집하였다. 수집된 자료는 IBM SPSS Statistics 19.0의 독립표본 t-test, Pearson's correlation coefficients, and multiple stepwise regression으로 분석하였다. 간호사의 직무관련 소진은 직무만족(r=.333, p=.003), 스트레스(r=.484, p<.001)와 양의 상관관계가 있었으며, 요양보호사의 직무관련 소진은 스트레스(r=.458, p<.001)와 양의 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 간호사의 직무관련 소진에 영향을 미치는 요인은 대인관계 스트레스였으며 이는 간호사의 직무관련 소진의 27.0%를 설명하고 있었다. 요양보호사의 경우는 직무관련 스트레스로 나타났으며 이는 요양보호사의 직무관련 소진의 21.2%를 설명하고 있었다. 이와 같은 연구결과를 바탕으로 근무환경의 개선과 체계적인 스트레스 관리 프로그램의 개발이 이루어져야 할 것이다.

외국인 근로자의 일과 삶의 균형에 영향을 미치는 요인에 관한 융합 연구 (A Convergence Study on Factors Influencing Work-Life Balance in Foreign Workers)

  • 본 연구는 외국인 근로자의 일과 삶의 균형에 영향을 미치는 요인을 파악하고 일과 삶의 균형을 증진하기 위한 전략을 제공하기 위해 수행되었다. 제4차 근로환경조사를 이용하여 총 179명의 외국인 근로자를 대상으로 일과 삶의 균형에 영향을 미치는 요인 및 경로를 규명하였고, 자료는 SPSS 22와 AMOS 22.프로그램을 이용하여 분석하였다. 연구 결과, 가설경로모형은 적합한 것으로 판정되었으며, 건강상태, 근로시간, 직무만족은 일과 삶의 균형에 직접적인 영향을, 사회적 지지, 건강상태, 근로시간은 직무만족을 매개로 하여 간접 영향을 미쳤다. 이 모형은 외국인 근로자의 일과 삶의 균형을 24.9% 설명하였다. 본 연구는 외국인 근로자의 일과 삶의 균형에 대한 예측인자를 제시하였으며, 이러한 요인들은 외국인 근로자의 일과 삶의 균형을 증진시키기 위한 중재 프로그램의 개발 시 고려되어져야 할 것이다.

일부 가톨릭교회와 연계된 병원중심 가정간호사업의 평가 (An Evaluation of the Home Care Nursing Services Conducted jointly by Catholic Churches and Hospital)

  • Purpose: This study was performed to evaluate the outcomes of the home care nursing program conducted jointly by thirty two catholic churches and C hospital in Seoul. Method: The subjects included 173 patients who registered for the program during a 4 month-period from November 1, 2004 to February 28, 2005 and received home care services for more than 4 times and 32 professional nurses participating in the program. Using the concept of medical outcome study (MOS), the structure, process, outcome elements were analyzed. Result: 1) A Catholic homecare nursing center and nurses of the C hospital played a central role in providing nursing care, and each church operated its own vehicle from its own office. Home care nurse's job satisfaction was 2.8 out of total score of 4. The major illness was cerebrovascular disease including stroke followed by skeletomuscular disease including degenerative arthritis cancer, and diabetes. Among reasons for accessing the home care nursing program, hypertension management was most prevalent. More than half of the registration was done through catholic churches. Most people who referred the patient to the program was through the church. Most patients received home care nursing 1-2 times a week for 30 to 60 minutes in average and the most frequent type of service provided was basic nursing. 3) The most frequent reason for terminating home care services was death. The change in PPS(Palliative Performance Scale) level from the time of registration and after 4 visits was the same in 45%, decreased in 30%, and improved in 25%. Patient satisfaction was very high, showing 3.4 out of total score of 4. Conclusion: These results proved that the home care nursing program was highly appreciated by subjects and nurses were providing professional care. Thus the two parties involved in the program were actively supporting the program to fulfill their mission. However, several areas needed to be improved such as relating with local community, relating with family doctor, and issue of improving the working conditions for home care nurses.

Exploring Supervisor-Related Job Resources as Mediators between Supervisor Conflict and Job Attitudes in Hospital Employees

  • Background: Conservation of resources theory assumes loss of resources as a cause of job strain. In hospital work, conflicts with supervisors are tested to predict lower resources, that is, supervisory social support, participation possibilities, and appreciation. All three resources are expected to predict, in turn, experienced stress (job strain) and lower job satisfaction, lower affective commitment, and a higher resigned attitude towards the job (job attitudes). Methods: The sample included 1,073 employees from 14 Swiss hospitals (n = 604 nurses, n = 81 physicians, n = 135 medical therapists, and n = 253 technical and administrative staff). Of the total sample, 83.1% were female and 38.9% worked full-time. The median tenure was between 7 years and 10 years. Constructs were assessed by online questionnaires. Structural equation modeling was used to test mediation. Results: Structural equation modeling confirmed the negative association of conflict with supervisors and job resources. Tests of indirect paths to resources as a link between conflicts with supervisors and job attitudes were significant. For nurses, social support, participation and appreciation showed a significant indirect path, while among medical technicians the indirect paths included social support and appreciation, and among physicians only appreciation showed a significant indirect path. In medical therapists no indirect path was significant. Job resources did not mediate the link between conflict with supervisors and stress in any occupational group. Conclusion: Conflicts with supervisors are likely to reduce job resources and in turn to lower job attitudes. Work design in hospitals should, therefore, address interpersonal working conditions and conflict management in leadership development.

Internal Service Recovery's Influence on Frontline Service Employees' Satisfaction and Loyalty

  • Relatively little studies have investigated employee recovery from internal service failure, especially from the employees' perspective. When handling customer complaints, employees must not only deal with legitimate customer demands after a service failure, such as providing an apology, rectifying the problem, and offering compensation, but they must also manage illegitimate dysfunctional customers, who may yell, threaten, and even physically harm the employee. These negative experiences can have strong effects, and employees can exhibit higher levels of stress such as burnout and emotional labor, which have been linked to dissatisfaction, tension and anxiety, reduced performance and effectiveness, and a greater propensity to leave the firm, ultimately leading to negative financial consequences for the firm. These conditions result in internal service failure and create the need to recover employees-in other words, internal service recovery. However, little research has examined this issue so far. The purpose of the current study, therefore, is to investigate the relationship between internal service recovery and employee outcomes. A pre-test, post-test between-subjects experimental design was developed. Participants were 166 part-time students who were working full-time. The average age of the participants was 36.74 years, and 57.50% of them were female. The average length of employment was 13 years. Participants were randomly assigned to one of four groups of approximately equal size. Three of the groups were subjected to an experimental situation involving an internal service failure, while one group was not exposed to failure, thereby acting as a control group. This study contributes to the service marketing literature in several ways. First, the study extends service failure and/or recovery research by examining recovery in an employee context. Second, this study attempts to measure internal service recovery and to empirically demonstrate its relationship to employee outcomes. Third, this investigation emphasizes the managerial importance of internal service recovery. For example, understanding the nature of the relationships between internal service recovery and its consequences can improve the effectiveness and efficiency of managers' resource allocation decisions.

  • Objectives : The purpose of this study is to review and summarize about occupational medicine and to applicate the occupational medicine to oriental medicine. Methods : We investigated several books, articles and related internet sites to know occupational medicine's present conditions in Korea and other countries, and researched the plan on oriental medical participation in the industrial health. Results and Conclusion : The conclusions are as follows, 1. Recent years, industrialization has changed working environment and health condition in workplace, so industrial health service has became important part. 2. Occupational medicine has the purpose of protection. prevention, fitness, health management, medical treatment. rehabilitation, and primary medical service. The range of occupational medicine is enlarged mental, social good health and social, economical production capacity recently. 3. After research each country's occupational medicine, we can know the purpose is same, but the system and work contents are different one another. 4. Oriental medical participation in the industrial health has various benefits, satisfaction of workers, efficiency of cost, and increasing rate of medical treatment through the western and oriental medical cooperation.

의료기관 홍보담당자의 메시지 프레이밍과 소구유형 선호도가 의료광고에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Advertising Message Framing and Appeal Preferences by Advertising Planners at Medical Institutes on Medical Advertising)

  • Objectives : This study was conducted to examine what types of attributes advertising and promotion staff members working at different medical institutes consider when performing their advertising duties. It also seeks to identify satisfaction levels with the advertising conditions and tasks required of them to perform the actual advertising. Methods : This study subjects were members registered in the address book of the Korean Hospital Public Relations Association with 127 actual test respondents targeted. Results : Regarding the selection of the types of advertising message appeals, those with less than five years of work experience were found to prefer emotional messages, whereas those with more than six years of work experience were found to prefer rational messages. male advertising planners preferred rational messages, whereas female advertising planners preferred emotional messages. Conclusions : The medical advertising facilities at hospitals and equipment to produce the main materials to improve the effectiveness of advertising should be considered.
