운수업근로자의 연령에 따른 직무특성 및 건강이 사고경험에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Job Characteristics and Health on Accident Experience according to Age of Transportation Workers)

  • 본 연구에서는 연령에 따른 운수업근로자의 직무특성과 건강이 사고경험에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지를 확인하고, 이를 통해 사고예방과 고령운수업근로자에 대한 다양한 관점을 제시하고자 하였다. 산업안전보건연구원에서 실시한 '제 4차 근로환경조사'의 자료를 활용하였으며, 최종적으로 1,997명의 운수업근로자 자료를 상관분석과 교차분석, 로지스틱 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 연구 결과, 운수업근로자의 연령과 사고경험에는 상관관계가 나타나지 않았다. 운수업근로자의 특성과 사고경험과의 관계에서 고령근로자의 경우, '직무수행 중 실수 시 타인이 다침', '근골격계 문제', '심혈관계 문제', '손이나 팔의 반복동작' 순으로 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 이 변수들에 대한 모델 설명력은 56.9%였다(p<.01). 비고령근로자의 경우에는, '우울 및 불안장애', '직무와 안전과의 관계', '직무수행 중 실수 시 타인이 다침', '노동조합 여부' 순으로 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 모델 설명력은 21.8%였다(p<.01). 따라서 추후 운수업근로자들의 사고예방을 위해서는 연령 이외에도 건강과 직무특성 등 다양한 변수를 고려한 접근이 필요할 것이다.

조선족 아르바이트 유학생의 차별경험 - Colaizzi의 현상학적 연구방법 접근 - (Experience of Korean-Chinese Part-time Job Students in Korea - Approach to the Phenomenological Research Method of Colaizzi-)

  • 본 연구는 조선족 아르바이트 유학생의 차별경험과 의미를 알아보고자 한다. 이를 위해 조선족 아르바이트 유학생 9명을 대상으로 2022년 5월부터 6월까지 심층면담 후 자료를 Colaizzi의 현상학적 연구방법으로 분석하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 생활비 마련과 효율적인 적응을 위한 새로운 도전, 둘째, 가시덤불 가득한 이 길, 셋째, 차별을 넘는 적응에 노력, 넷째, 아르바이트를 통한 성장과 관계맺음에 기회로 드러났다. 이 경험은 조선족 아르바이트 유학생에게 경제적인 문제를 해결뿐만 아니라 자신이 더 성장하는 과정이 되었다. 그러나 그들은 유학생과 조선족인 이중신분으로 다중차별을 받고 있다. 그들의 조선족 신분은 아르바이트 과정에서 더 지향적인 차별경험을 준다. 하지만 이 과정에서 그들은 어려움을 극복하고 있다. 조선족 유학생은 차별경험을 받아드리고 유학생활에 적응하며 성장하고 있다. 이상의 연구결과로 우리는 향후 다문화사회의 발전으로 조선족 아르바이트 유학생의 근로인권보장의 교육과 도움이 필요하다.

인력수급 대책을 위한 치과기공사의 보건지소 진출에 관한 연구 - 2012년 틀니보험화 정책을 중심으로 - (The study on the entry of dental technicians in the public health center for a manpower supply and demand plane (Centering around a denture insurance policy in 2012))

  • Purpose: This study evaluated the manpower planning of dental technicians. Methods: Methods : Survey was conducted regarding subject's general characteristics, characteristics of dental technician's occupational view and working conditions, and reason to enter into branches of the public health enter. The survey sample consisted of 323 dental technicians (221 male/ 102 female). Survey was conducted for one month from August 1 to September 1 in 2010. Following results were obtained. Results: 1. Regarding general characteristics of the subjects, there was a slight male predilection with 68.4%. Subjects in their 40s occupied the highest proportion of 32.2%. Majority of subjects worked in the big cities (71.5%). Favored working places were dental laboratory (57.6%) and dental hospital or dental clinic (19.5%). Although no position is available in the public sector such as public health center or health care civil servant, 9.3% preferred working in the public health center. Public sector is more favored than 2-year technical colleges or dental supply and equipment companies. In respect to education, 57% of the subjects graduated college. 67.8% were married. Subjects who specialize in the porcelain or all-ceramic were 57.9%. With regard to current position, head of the dental laboratory was most common. 2. Following occupation characteristics were found. Economic reason took the highest proportion when deciding their occupation (39.9%) followed by gaining social experience (36.5%). Majority of the subjects (76.5%) wanted to work as dental technicians until their retirement. 71.5% pursuit to become a manager of the dental laboratory. 76.1% agreed on opening a dental technician position in the public health center. Regarding an authority to lead developing the dental technician position in the public sector, majority of the subject chose ministry of health and welfare (35.6%) and Korean dental technologist association (34.7%). Employment (average, 30%) and turnover rate (average, 36.5%) of dental technology college graduates ranged from 40% to 60%. Most important factors for the employment were practical experience (41.2%) and competency (34.4%). With regard to job satisfaction, so-so as 46.7% and satisfactory was 42.7% 3. In respect to the reason for opening a position in the public health center, 'It is needed to continue denture rogram for elderly patients' obtained the highest score (4.14 point). 'Institutional devices are required to open a position for dental technicians as a public healthcare provider' received high score (4.11 point). 4. Concerning the working conditions, 'professional knowledge is required' received the highest score (4.23) followed by 'too short maternity and parental leave' (4.21). 5. Relationship between general characteristics of the subjects and favor of working in the public health center was investigated. Significant differences were found according to the current and favored working area, favored occupation, education level, marital status, and specialty. Working in the public health center was favored by following subjects: working in mid- or small-sized cities (4.16 point, p<0.05); PhD degree-holder (4.59 point, p<0.01). 6. Among general characteristics of the subjects, significant difference of working conditions was found in the following factors: gender; working areas; favored working areas; favored working positions, and education level. Majority of subjects favored working in big cities and currently work in big cities although satisfaction was comparatively low (3.75 score). 7. Future plan to work in public health center was evaluated according to occupational characteristics. Subject's intention to work in the public healthcare center was significantly affected by opening of dental technician position, leading authority, average turnover rate, and factors affecting employment. Working in the public health care center was favored by the following subjects: Dental technicians who actively supported opening of the dental technician position (4.34 point, p<0.001); subjects who thought the Korean dental technologist association is responsible for the opening of positions in the public sector (4.26 point, p<0.001); and subjects who thought that attitude and character are important for the employment (p<0.001). 8. Concerning difference of working conditions according to the occupational characteristics, significant difference was demonstrated by factors such as a reason to choose to be a dental technician, work plan, pursuing position, responsible authority, average employment rate, and job satisfaction. High standard of working conditions was required in subjects who selected to be a dental technician for the leisure time after work (s.05 point, p<0.01), who planted to work until their marriage (4.25 point, p<0.001), and who pursuit to be a manager (3.98, p<0.05). 9. In respect to influence of general characteristics on the advancement to public health centers, the coefficient of determination (R2) was 0.068 and age affected the working condition with significant difference according to the pvalue. 10. Regarding influence of general characteristics on the advancement to public health centers, the coefficient of determination (R2) was 0.335 and work plan, opening of dental technician position in the public sector, and responsible authority had significant influence over the subject's intention to work in the public health center according to the p-value. 11. With regard to the influence of general characteristics on the advancement to public health centers, the coefficient of determination (R2) was 0.091 and reason to choose to be a dental technician, work plan, and responsible authority significantly affected subject's working conditions. Conclusion: Korean society is becoming a super-aged society according to several statistics. As aged population is rapidly increasing, national health insurance plans to cover denture for senior citizen over 75 years old from 2012. Therefore, dental technicians are urgently needed in the public health centers all over the nation. Many subjects in this study planed to work until their retirement and recognized dental technician's expertise. Ministry of health and welfare and Korean dental technologist association should co-operate each other to prepare foundation and institutional devices for dental technicians to advance into the public health center. This will improve oral health of the population. This study showed urgency of medical facilities and services which meets increasing number of aged population and welfare of the population.

광주지역 근무기관별 치과위생사의 근무환경에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Working Environment of Dental Hygienists Residing in the Gwangju Area)

  • 광주지역 치과위생사의 근무환경에 관한 전반적인 내용을 조사하고 문제점을 파악하여 전문인력의 효율적인 관리와 향후 치과위생사의 보다 나은 근무환경의 개선방안을 제시할 목적으로 회수된 설문지를 이용하여 분석한 결과다. 1. 연구대상자의 총 근무경력은 '36개월 이하'가 39.9%로 가장 많았으며, 근무기관에 따라 종합병원은 '61개월 이상'이 50.0%, 치과병원과 치과의원은 '36개월 이하'가 각각 51.3%, 39.9%로 가장 많았다. 2. 근무기관별 근무일수는 종합병원과 치과병원은 '5일'이 각각 95.0%, 82.1%, 치과의원은 '6일 이상'이 97.7%이었으며, 근무시간의 경우 '9시간 이상'이 종합병원은 85.0%, 치과병원은 92.1%, 치과의원은 63.2%로 가장 많았다(p < 0.001). 3. 근무기관별로 장기근무자에 대한 우대조사에서 종합병원은 '수당지급'이 50.0%, 치과병원은 '휴가, 여행 및 승진기회제공'이 56.4%, 치과의원은 '없다'가 56.8%로 가장 많았다(p < 0.001) 4. 총 근무 년 수에 따른 월평균 실 수령액을 살펴보면 36개월 이하에서는 '110만원 이하'가 60.6%, 37-60개월인 경우는 '131-160만원'이 41.5%, 61개월 이상인 경우 '131-160만원'이 42.2%로 가장 많았다.(p < 0.001). 광주광역시 치과위생사의 근무환경에 대한 연구를 종합한 결과 질 높은 의료서비스 창출을 위하여 치과위생사에 대한 적정한 보상과 동기를 부여함으로서 근로의욕을 고취시키고 장기 근무자에 대한 처우대책 및 복리후생증진을 도모하여 병원 경영을 관리 및 운영한다면 인력난의 문제뿐만 아니라 치과의료 서비스의 질적 향상을 통한 국민의 구강건강증진의 목적을 달성할 수 있을 것으로 사료된다.

  • 컨테이너 터미널에서 컨테이너를 하역하고 이송하는 작업 소요시간은 항만 생산성과 직결되는 요소 중 하나로 작업 소요시간의 최소화는 항만 생산성의 극대화를 야기할 수 있다. 컨테이너의 작업 소요시간 중 선석과 야드 간 컨테이너의 이송을 담당하는 야드 트랙터(Yard Tractor; Y/T)의 작업시간이 큰 부분을 차지한다고 할 수 있다. 그러나 현재 야드 트랙터의 작업시간은 터미널 운영 실무자 경험에 기반한 추정은 가능하나, 이를 정량적으로 추정하기는 어려운 실정이다. 최근, 4차 산업혁명 핵심기술 중 하나인 IoT(Internet Of Things)를 기반으로 항만 내 물류자원을 실시간으로 모니터링 및 추적하여 작업시간을 산정하는 기술이 연구되고 있지만 이를 실제 항만 현장에서 상용화하기에는 어려운 단계이다. 따라서, 본 연구에서는 컨테이너 터미널 운영 효율화를 위해 야드 트랙터 작업시간 예측 모형을 개발한다. 예측 모형의 개발을 위해 실제 항만 운영 데이터를 분석하여 야드 트랙터의 작업에 영향을 끼치는 요인을 분석하고, 이에 따른 야드 트랙터의 작업시간을 예측한다.

Optimal Internet Worm Treatment Strategy Based on the Two-Factor Model

  • The security threat posed by worms has steadily increased in recent years. This paper discusses the application of the optimal and sub-optimal Internet worm control via Pontryagin's maximum principle. To this end, a control variable representing the optimal treatment strategy for infectious hosts is introduced into the two-factor worm model. The numerical optimal control laws are implemented by the multiple shooting method and the sub-optimal solution is computed using genetic algorithms. Simulation results demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed optimal and sub-optimal strategies. It also provides a theoretical interpretation of the practical experience that the maximum implementation of treatment in the early stage is critically important in controlling outbreaks of Internet worms. Furthermore, our results show that the proposed sub-optimal control can lead to performance close to the optimal control, but with much simpler strategies for long periods of time in practical use.

요양병원 간호사의 도덕적 고뇌 경험: 현상학적 접근 (Lived experiences toward moral distress among long-term care hospital nurses: A phenomenological approach)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to explore the subjective experience of moral distress among nurses working in long-term care hospitals. Methods: A phenomenological approach was used for the study. Data were collected from May to July, 2019 using open-ended questions during in-depth interviews. Participants were nurses working in long-term care hospitals and had reported experiences of moral distress. Nine nurses participated in this study. Results: Three themes emerged from the analysis using Colaizzi's method: (1) confusion and distress about the meaning of care, (2) a feeling of helplessness caused by connivance, (3) enduring in the organization. Conclusion: Sufficient labor supply, environmental improvements, programs for improving interpersonal skills, education and counseling on end-of-life care, and recognition improvement about long-term care hospitals are suggested to reduce the moral distress of long-term care hospital nurses.

  • This paper deals with automated computer-aided process planning by which designers can determine operation sequences even if they have little experience in the design of press working products. The computer-aided process planning in hot forging, deep drawing and blanking requires many kinds of technical and empirical skills based on investigation and collection of the knowledge of their processes. An approach to the CAPP system is based on the knowledge-based rules and the process knowledge base consisting of process planning rules is built. The methodology adopted to develop the system is elaborated in this paper. This system has been written in AutoLISP on the AutoCAD with a personal computer and provides powerful capabilities for process planning of hot forging, cold forging, deep drawing and blanking products.

일-가정 양립을 위한 가족친화경영정책 연구 (A Study on Policies towards Reconciling Work and Family Life)

  • The purpose of this study is to examine support policies regarding work and family reconciliation, to suggest plans to improve workplace policies, and to suggest directions for further studies. This study looks at OECD's work-life reconciliation policies as well as family friendly workplace policies in Korea to find a way to enhance business' receptiveness and implementation of the policies. By examining women's labor conditions, this study finds that family friendly workplace policies are necessarily imminent in our society of low fertility and ageing. Along with the evaluation of benefit level and the effectiveness of current policies, this study uses data from interviews with working mothers who have had the experience of family friendly benefits. The results of the analyses suggest that the government should focus on improving the workplace environment in companies that do not show bias against the use of family friendly policies. In order to farm more successful policies, future studies are needed to analyze the changes of fertility, working conditions, support programs, and benefits.

심리적 효과를 고려한 체험적 안전교육 방안

  • The object of this study is to understand the psychological factor of the worker on safety and recommend experimental factor of safety education program. The following are the methods of this study. We analyzed the statistical data from survey to workers(N=139) about the psychological factor on safely. The survey consisted of 34 questions about 4 factors like private external characteristic, psychological characteristic, characteristics on behavior, and experience and reason of disaster. As the result of the analysis of the multi regression model on the base of correlation of each of the major factors, psychological health, effort on practicing, and satisfaction on their life were the variables with high influence on the safety mind of workers. So, it is good safety strategy for effective working to maintain healthy life with optimistic minds, and try to practice actively as usual. After considering the result, for the development of safety education program for working, we have to consider psychological factors of our workers that influence their safety and try to improve the experimental education opportunity, and it will be effective.
