초.중등학교에서 활용중인 종합정보관리 시스템 중에서 시설.장비관리 행정시스템은 교육청 단위로의 DB 통합과 전국단위 교육행정정보시스템의 구축, 현장 적합도와 사용자 편이성 미흡 등의 이유로 사용이 중단되어 있다. 이와 같은 문제점을 해결하기 위해서는 시스템의 재구축 또는 개정작업이 수반된다. 이러한 개정의 한 방안으로 워크플로우 시스템 도임을 검토하였다. 워크플로우 시스템을 시설.장비관리 행정시스템에 도입하여 운영함으로써 학교종합정보관리 시스템이 업무변화에 대하여 탄력적으로 개선될 수 있음을 보였다.

모바일 기기에서의 워크플로우 실행에서 기존의 클라우드 컴퓨팅 환경을 사용하는 것은 컴퓨팅 자원 제한 측면에서는 유용할 수 있지만 모바일 기기의 이동성, 배터리 제한의 제약 때문에 새로운 방법이 필요하다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 모바일 클라우드 환경에서 모바일 클라우드 워크플로우 브로커(Mobile Cloud Workflow Broker)를 이용하여 모바일 기기의 이동성과 배터리 제한의 제약을 고려하며 워크플로우를 관리하는 방법에 관하여 다룬다.

In e-Marketplace, many companies are participating frequently either as supplier or as customer. Thus, electronic processing of transactions and flexible integration with participating companies' processes are required. These situation requires process integration using workflow and the exchange of transaction document using XML(eXtensible Markup Language). This paper presents methodologies to model business processes in e-Marketplace where many companies are participating and to exchange electronic messages using ebXML that have become a standard in electronic commerce. These methodologies can integrate and manage processes in electronic commerce environment, and can process ebXML standard documents efficiently, making electronic commerce more harmoniously in global market. The system constructed in this research supports business processes between companies by exchanging XML messages conforming Wf-XML and ebXML standards using SOAP protocol.

Proposed in this paper is a standard-compliant business process modeling tool which is based on the UML(Unified Modeling Language) activity diagram and produces an XPDL(XML Process Definition Language) file as an output. The XPDL is a standard process definition exchange format by WfMC(Workflow Management Coalition). To develop an UML/XPDL-based modeling tool, the mapping of modeling elements between activity diagram and XPDL format is conducted after the detailed analysis of each modeling specification. As a result of this mapping, it is revealed that modeling elements of each activity diagram and XPDL must be expanded. So new modeling elements are identified and added to each specification. Based on this mapping, the prototype system is developed, and the usefulness of the developed system is shown through the case study.

본 논문은 워크플로우 기술의 표준화 및 기술 동향을 소개하는 세 번의 연재* 중 그 세 번째인 마지막 내용으로 지난 호에서 소개한 비즈니스 프로세스 관리(Business Process Management: BPM) 기술과 이의 기반기술인 워크플로우 관리기술과 연관된 국내외 표준화 기구와 그들의 활동 내용에 관하여 기술한다. 특히, 비즈니스 프로세스 관리 기술의 국제표준화 기구인 BPMI(Business Process Management Initiative)와 워크플로우 관리 기술의 국제표준화 기구인 WfMC(Workflow Management Coalition)는 최근에 웹서비스나 B2B 기술 등의 비즈니스 프로세스 관련 단일화된 표준안을 개발하고자 여러 번에 걸친 합동회의를 개최해오고 있어 이 합동회의에서 진행되고 있는 표준안 개발 활동 내용을 소개한다. 특히, 워크플로우 모델링 표준 언어인 XPDL(XML Process Definition Language)과 비즈니스 프로세스 모델링 언어인 BPMN(Business Process Modeling Notation) 그리고 대표적인 워크플로우 모델로서 연구분야에서 많이 이용되고 있는 ICN(Information Control Net)을 확장한 Kyonggi-ICN의 상호 매핑관계를 요약정리한다. 끝으로, 현재 국내의 워크플로우 기술관련 표준화기구인 한국정보통신기술협회 산하 표준화위원회인 워크플로우기술연구반의 표준화 활동과 이번에 새로이 정보통신부 표준화전략포럼중의 하나로 창립된 워크플로우 및 비즈니스 응용기술포럼(약칭 WABA 포럼: Workflow and Business Applications Technology Forum)을 소개한다.

On account of the text based mail system has it's limit to support multimedia applications, GUI based mail system platform was developed to control document flow and automatize information process. The existing mail systems's to transmit data must need additional functions to automate document flow control. The platform of document flow control is deeply related to EDMAS(Electronic document Management System), workflow, Electronic Banking, DMS(Document Management System) automation, so it needs an ability to control proper data and document correctly. To resolve this problems, we are need of browser and engine to design work flow and to control documents flow. In this paper, we develope a mail browser to design document flow by follow user's requirements. This system can generate executive script code for document flow, and we add the function of workflow and process management to automatize the document flow in this system, and then we implement this Data flow engine.

Prefabrication is a construction technique that is increasingly being applied to different building components due to its many benefits, including higher quality and lower waste. Despite these advantages, there are challenges in execution of these components on projects, due to transportation logistics, skilled labor requirements, and project management techniques. This paper investigates the current landscape of prefabricated pipe spools and potential solutions for minimizing these challenges. The scope of this research includes a proposed workflow, to standardize implementation of these components. Semi-structured interviews were conducted with industry professionals to assess current industry practices and the validity of the proposed workflow. Findings of this paper indicate that greater integration between design, fabrication and transportation is required to minimize inefficiencies when implementing prefabricated pipe spools on projects.

본 연구는 형사사건기록의 분류방안을 마련해 보는데 연구의 목적을 두었다. 형사사건기록의 유형 및 특성을 파악하여 형사사건기록이 사안파일의 한 유형임을 밝히고, 이후 현재 검찰청에서 형사사건기록의 분류 현황 및 문제점을 짚어 보았다. 새로운 형사사건기록의 분류원칙으로 사건단위별 분류를 기본으로 하되, 업무절차에 따른 단계별 분류체계 방법을 제안하였다. 이는 향후 형사사건기록이 전자기록 관리체계로 전환되었을 경우의 분류체계로서, 단계별 분류체계에 대한 개념은 MoReq 2의 Workflow 개념을 도입한 것이다.

As the competition among commercial shipyards gets more intense and the number of ships to be designed is increasing significantly, the state is that engineering work volume has increased proportionately. Under these conditions, various attempts have been tried to improve performance in design activities and it has come to a vital issue as to how the design process should be managed and conducted in more efficient manner. To achieve this goal, an engineering process management system has been developed, named 'DSME Engineering Wizard System'. It aims to accelerate process performance by managing execution, promoting collaboration and maximizing engineering data reusability based on workflow concept. For the application of this system, Marketing Design which is one of the major processes for commercial ship design was analyzed and established into a unique workflow template consisting of activities, getting design experiences organized into a best practice in which engineering tasks are performed in the way proven most efficient.

In these days it is rapidly increasing that multi-user, multi-layered commercial software developments for companies or public institutions. Security services are necessary for most of systems and the access control service is the essential of security services. Current access control methods that are used as access control policies are classified as Discretionary Access Control Mandatory Access Control and Role Based Access Control. However there are some inefficiencies when those methods are applied to current multi-user, multi-layered systems. Therefore it is required that a new access control method that takes complex system resources into account from the side of policy. In this paper extending previous Role Based of 'Behavior' and a basic model of the method. And we simply implement the method on the mobile agent based workflow management system that is a representative example of multi-user. multi-layered softwares and shows implementation results to tap possibilities of real-world application.
