지역아동센터 종사자의 아동청소년정신건강 문제 대처경험에 관한 질적 연구 (A qualitative study on the experiences of community child center workers to deal with the mental health of children and adolescents)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 지역아동센터 종사자의 아동청소년정신건강 문제에 관한 대처경험을 이해하고자 하는 것이다. 이러한 목적을 달성하기 위해 지역 아동센터에 근무하는 종사자 10명을 2집단으로 나눠, 총 4회에 걸쳐 초점집단면접(focus group interview)을 통하여 자료를 수집하고 분석하였다. 분석결과, 지역아동센터 이용 아동청소년의 정신건강에 관한 종사자들의 경험은 4개의 주제, 12개의 하위주제로 구성되었다. 4개의 주제는 '아이들의 정신건강과 마주한 현실', '정신건강 문제를 인식한 종사자의 대처와 제한점', '마음으로 전해지는 노하우, 눈에 보이는 변화', '남겨진 과제, 아낌없이 줄 수 없는 종사자' 등이었다. 이러한 연구결과에 근거하여 지역아동센터를 이용하는 아동청소년의 정신건강 증진을 돕기 위한 방안을 제언하고자 하였다.

  • 본 연구는 지역아동센터 생활복지사의 잡 크래프팅이 이용 아동의 만족도에 미치는 영향을 파악하고자 실시하였다. 본 연구는 31개 지역아동센터에서 근무하는 생활복지사 31명과 이용 아동 216명의 응답을 활용하여 아동 요인(level 1)과 생활복지사 요인(level 2)을 산정한 다층분석모형을 활용하였다. 주요 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 이용만족도 전체 변량의 34.3%가 지역아동센터 별 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 아동 요인(level 1)에서는 하루 이용시간이, 생활복지사 요인(level 2)에서는 성별, 나이, 잡 크래프팅이 아동의 만족도에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과를 바탕으로 지역아동센터 이용 아동의 만족도 향상 방안에 대해 논의하였다.

직무요구-자원모형을 적용한 지역아동센터 종사자의 업무환경, 직무열의, 직무소진 간 관련성 (A Correlation among Work Environment, Job Engagement, and Burnout of Workers at a Community Children's Center Based on the JD-R Model)

  • 본 연구는 지역아동센터 종사자들의 직무열의 증진 및 소진 예방을 위한 정책적, 실천적 대안 마련에 필요한 기초자료를 제공하기 위해 직무요구-자원(JD-R) 모형을 기초로 업무환경(직무요구와 직무자원)과 직무열의, 직무소진 간의 관련성을 검증하는데 목적이 있다. 조사대상은 대전지역 지역아동센터 종사자 447명으로, 자기 기입식 설문조사방식으로 진행하였다. 분석에는 SPSS 23.0과 AMOS 23.0을 사용하였다. 연구결과를 요약하면, 첫째, 연구모형의 적합도는 CFI=.900, RMSEA=.077로 나타났다. 둘째, 주요변수 간 관련성을 살펴본 결과, ①직무자원이 많다고 인식할수록 직무열의가 높아진 반면, 직무소진에는 직접적인 영향을 미치지 않았다. ②직무요구가 많다고 인식할수록 직무소진이 높아졌으나 직무열의에는 직접적인 영향을 미치지 않았다. ③직무열의가 높을수록 직무소진은 낮아지는 것으로 확인되었다. 이러한 결과는 JD-R 모형을 근거로 지역아동센터 종사자의 업무환경이 직무열의와 직무소진에 미치는 영향력을 증명했다는 것에 학문적 의의가 있다. 또한 지역아동센터 종사자들의 직무열의 향상과 직무소진 감소를 위해 지역아동센터의 업무환경 변화를 도모해야 할 필요성에 대해 시사하고 있다.

지역아동센터 종사자의 사례관리 수행과 영향요인 (Case Management Performance of Community Child Center Workers' and Influential Factors)

  • Case management is becoming increasingly more important in the field of social welfare. The purpose of this study was to examine the practice of case management at community child centers and to identify factors influencing their performance. In addition, this study also analysed the performance level of case management at each stage and the factors influencing the level at each stage. For the purpose of this study, data obtained from about 181 community child center workers in Busan, Ulsan and Gyeongsangnamdo were analyzed. According to the results of the analysis, in Model 1 which represents the category of socio-demographic and personal factors, three factors namely gender, experience in case management, and interpersonal skills were found to be significantly influential and they have an explanatory power of 21.5%. Under the category of organizational factors in Model 2, four factors were found to be influential: experience in case management, interpersonal skills, availability of case management guidelines, and holding case conferences. These factors account for 33% explanatory power, 11.5% higher than that of Model 1. In Model 3 which represents the third category of community network literacy, three factors namely interpersonal skills, availability of case management guidelines, and ability to utilize networks were found to influence case management at community child centers, and they have an explanatory power of 43.4%, 10.4% higher than that of Model 2. For the practice of social welfare, these findings have the implication that community child center workers need to improve their interpersonal skills by cultivating communication skills, collaborative problem-solving skills, conflict-management skills, and other relevant skills. Furthermore, it is necessary to provide specific guidelines for case management, to have regular case conferences, to establish a community network, and to reinforce cooperation and mutual support among institutions within the network.

키르키즈스탄 이주민 마을 지역사회기반 영유아 건강증진 예비사업 평가 (Evaluation of a Community-based Child (Infants and Toddlers) Health Promotion Pilot Project in a Migrant Village in Kyrgyzstan)

  • Purpose: Children in migrant villages in Kyrgyzstan have a high incidence of anemia and need effective health promotion programs. The purpose of this study was to evaluate a pilot study of a health promotion project for infants and toddlers based on community participation. Methods: This was a retrospective study conducted to evaluate the effectiveness of the project. The project was carried out by nurses at a public health center, community health workers, and local residents in a migrant village. After the operational system of the project was established, health assessments, child-care education, provision of vouchers for iron supplements, and activities to improve residents' awareness were conducted during 6 months among 100 children, of whom 85 were finally analyzed. Results: In international health projects, close cooperation of the project team with community residents and health workers is important. Access to the community-based program was feasible in the socially and economically poor migrant village, and improvements were shown in children's anemia and awareness of health care. Conclusion: By focusing on the effective aspects of this preliminary project, plans to utilize community health workers and promotion strategies can be added to the main project to improve health promotion among children in this area.

지역아동센터 종사자의 직무환경 및 직무스트레스가 정신건강에 미치는 영향 (The Impact of Work Environment and Work-related Stress on the Mental Health of Workers at a Community Childcare Center)

  • This study examined the affect of work environment and work-related stress on the mental health of employees. It further sought to provide insights into how employees' work environment and mental health might be improved. Results showed that the relationship between parents of work environment is related to the obsession, depression, working burden is related to the obsession, depression, concern. The lower parts of the relationship with parents and working burden effects every factors. Furthermore, levels of financial compensation and working stability also seemed to have adverse affects on mental health. Secondly, excessive working hours and duty trouble have lots of mutual relationship with the mental health. The lower parts of working stress: excess working hours, duty trouble, and imprecise responsibilities affects the mental health. Especially, the excessive working hours affected all nine parts of mental health level which were examined.

사회복지사의 보건소 노인보건복지사업 참여를 위한 사회복지사 역할개발연구 (A Study on Role Development for Social Workers Providing Health Center-based Health and Welfare Services for the Elderly in Community)

  • This study was conducted to, develop the social workers role participating health and welfare services production of health centers The sharp increase rate on the elderly population in Korea lead the social issues as that health and social services are not developed enough to cope with the increase on the elderly's hearth care needs. The priority in the elderly's care service development should be put on public sectors. so that could prevent financial catastrophy of the elderly's care. The pulbic sector was concerned with health center services : as health center in Korea provide :mainly medical-oriented services. this study focused on to combine the existing health center's services into social services. The study method was based on needs survey with 322 patients aged over than 55 in rural area. "The needs survey include general health and disease care needs and daily life caring needs. The latter was applied with ADL and IADL with modificiation for the use of Korea environment. The findings were as follows : Social workers should be able to care diseases of muscular and skeletal. circulatory, digestive and general chronic disease in social service needs. aspect. Mostly the chronic pateints quit their care services because of shortage of finanical support$(18.3\%)$ and transportation problem$(19.5\%)$, but still prefer to be cured and cared from general hospitals. and at least clinic and health centers in community. The univisible dramatic effect. of health. care services also should be concerned and cared by xocial workers. The ADL and! IADL shown the most needs on transportation needs and problems caused by weaken legs. Mostly daily activities were supported by family members $(53.3\%\;spousers\;and\;35.0\%\;children)$, and the most demands were shown on helps for transportation visiting hospitals$(37\%)$ and getting similar care services for health care needs $(31.2\%)$ and daily hygeieal needs$(11.2\%)$ Social workers' role should include health care participation with social and health promotion approach as well as socio-economic supports: during health care receiving. Social workers also should provide social services for the elderly's daily needs solving for these are not in available family supporters.
