미장공사의 품기준 변화 요인에 관한 연구 (A Study on Factors Affecting Changes in Estimating Standards in Plaster Work)

  • The plater work in the standard of estimate presents a variety of construction types. However, there is a part that does not fit the change of specification standards and on-site construction status, and it was revised in 2019's standard of estimate. In this study, we analyzed in detail the factors affecting the changes in estimating standards in the plater work. There were changes in the specification standards previously presented as primary coat, secondary coat, and formal coat as well as changes in on-site construction status such as thickness according to the number of plastering. Therefore, it is analyzed that the estimating standards can be classified by the number of finishes according to the site conditions by reflecting the analysis of the specification standards and site application status, and suggesting the finishing standards according to the number of plastering.

  • Risk Assessment, a basis of health and safety management system, is an calamity prevention activity which regularly measure the level of a risk to passively improve potential hazard. A problem, the assessment not being improved to be applied to the construction work site where requires diversity and complexity, causes the assessment to be inefficient to bring quality results. A study on the investigates and compares the surveyed degree of recognitions of workers who works in companies executing the risk assessment By the investigation and comparison, it is expected to bring the better solution for early and efficient application for those companies which are not taking the risk assessment.

  • Recently, research on digital twins to generate digital information and manage construction in real-time using advanced technology is being conducted actively. However, in the construction industry, it is difficult to optimize and apply digital technology in real-time due to the nature of the construction industry in which information is constantly fluctuating. In addition, inaccurate information on the topography of construction projects is a major challenge for earthmoving processes. In order to ultimately improve the cost-effectiveness of construction projects, both construction quality and productivity should be addressed through efficient construction information management in large-scale earthworks projects. Therefore, in this study, a 3D digital map-based AR site management work support system for higher efficiency and accuracy of site management was proposed by using unmanned aerial vehicles (UAV) in wide earthworks construction sites to generate point cloud data, building a 3D digital map through acquisition and analysis of on-site sensor-based information, and performing the visualization with AR at the site By utilizing the 3D digital map-based AR site management work support system proposed in this study, information is able to be provided quickly to field managers to enable an intuitive understanding of field conditions and immediate work processing, thereby reducing field management sluggishness and limitations of traditional information exchange systems. It is expected to contribute to the improvement of productivity by overcoming factors that decrease productivity in the construction industry and the improvement of work efficiency at construction sites.

  • In this study, Site Investigation Program of cut slope is developed using related techniques and experience got from practical application of Inventory Survey Program of cut slope in work for last 4 years. The Site Investigation Program is designed to can be loaded to the Mobile PC for convenience of carrying in filed, convenience of data input and revision, application of diverse programs, convenience of confirming data and facility of establishment of real-time database system using wireless communication like Inventory Survey Program. Also, for connection with Inventory Survey Program, it has a same work process and can establish real-time database system of almost data obtained in filed using stability analysis tool loaded in this program. Application of this developed program is expected to be an opportunity that can contribute to development of slope investigation and database system area using IT techniques.

  • Recently, defect management have been considered as one of the major issues for more large-sized and complicated in domestic construction industry. However, the defect management have not been performed systematically because of special manpower, excessive amount of documents, 2D based inspection work, unclear traditional checklists, complicated work process and difficulty in communicating construction information. Therefore, the construction field manager could not performed the quality inspection and defect management work on time as well as the reliability of recorded quality and defect factors was decreased. The primary objective of this study is develop a Construction Defect Management Application CDMA) using a mobile (smartphone). The application can be sharing a huge information and communication technology based on RFID (Radio-Frequency Identification), BIM (Building Information Modeling) which enables field mangers to efficiently gather the information of defection in construction on-site.

문화예술교육 전문인력 역량강화를 위한 연수방안 연구: 아르떼 아카데미 연수 현업활용 분석을 중심으로 (A Study on the Training Plan for Strengthening the Ability of Human Resources in Culture and Arts Education: Focus on work-site application of arte academy training program)

  • 이 연구에서는 문화예술교육 분야 전문 인력들이 아르떼 아카데미 연수내용 또는 연수방법을 현장에서 얼마나 활용하고 있는지를 분석하고, 전문 인력 역량강화를 위한 연수의 시사점 및 개선점을 도출하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 아르떼 아카데미 연수 참여자들을 대상으로 온라인 설문조사를 실시하여 현업활용도를 조사하였다. 분석 결과, 전반적 현업활용은 높은 수준으로 나타났다. 그러나 현업활용은 간접적 활용과 직접적 활용으로 구분되는데, 간접적 활용이 직접적 활용보다 높은 결과를 보여주었다. 이는 연수 참여자들이 개인적인 역량강화와 같은 측면에서 효과를 보이지만, 연수에서 학습된 내용들을 직접적으로 현장에서 활용하는데 있어서 다소 미흡했음을 보여주는 것이다. 간접적 활용도 연수의 성과이고 역량강화를 위해서 필요한 부분이지만, 문화예술교육이 문화예술을 향유하는 수요자 중심의 정책이라는 것을 고려하면 현장에서 보다 직접적으로 활용되는 부분이 강화될 필요가 있고, 강화된 전문 인력들의 역량이 현장에 보다 원활히 적용될 수 있는 방안이 필요하다. 한국문화예술교육진흥원에서는 이러한 점을 검토하고 간접적 활용보다는 직접적 활용이 높은 연수를 기획하고 운영할 필요가 있다.

  • Recently, A demand on productivity improvement has required innovation of construction industry more than fast with a economy condition. A RFID is technology that can be effectively applied at the administration of physical distribution, labor, construction progress, etc at construction industry. Therefore, At this paper, A survey of staffs that work at construction site is practised to study application possibility of RFID technology at construction industry. It shows use possibility through a survey that investigated Recognition and application, etc at construction site. RFID technology is connected with other technologies by being based on this study construction industry will be advanced.

  • Asphalt waterproofing method has a long history over 80years since introduce to domestic market. This method has a good point as high water proofing not permeable to water by material performance of bitumen, In spite of high waterproofing, the application has become decreased. This asphalt method has some problem such as work safety, low workability by complicated work process, environmental problem in job site, it should be solve by complementary measures. 'Therefore, in this paper, suggest the principle of high pressure spray by heat cycle type equipment by analysis of exist problem and materials investigation. And. study and examine the spray type degeneration rubberized asphalt membrane materials to adopt job site. Moreover, suggest the evidence by inspection about waterproofing performance by Korean Industrial Standard through the performance test of the spray type degeneration rubberized asphalt membrane materials.

동절기 단열갱폼으로 인한 경제성 효과 및 투입 원가 분석 연구 (A Study on the Economical Efficiency and Cost Analysis of Winter Construction by Application of Insulated Gang-form)

  • 본 논문은 단열갱폼의 공동주택현장 적용을 통해 단열갱폼 동절기 보양우수성을 확인하고, 현장 적용에 따른 경제적 타당성을 분석하고 있다. 실험결과에 따르면 실제 보양투입 비용은 사전계획대비 약 5천 2백만 원을 절감하였으며, 기존 일반갱폼대비 약 1억 6천만 원을 절감하였다.(참고 - 변경전 갱폼 자재비는 2억 6천만 원에서 변경 후 3억 1천만 원으로 약 5천만 원 증가함) 결과적으로 단열갱폼으로 변경하여 약 1.1억 원 가량의 공사비를 절감할 수 있었다. 현장마다 층수, 동수, 면적이 달라짐에 따라 보양공사비가 변경될 수 있으니 단열갱폼 적용 예정인 현장에서는 사전에 충분한 검토가 이루어져야 할 것으로 판단된다.
