  • 대부분의 소프트웨어 개발은 프로젝트 참여자들의 하드 스킬 능력 중심으로 판단되고 관리되고 운영된다. 그러나 현재의 소프트웨어 개발의 실패율은 매우 높다. 심리학의 발전으로 인간에 대한 탐험이 계속되면서 성격유형의 선호도가 업무의 선호도와도 연관이 있다는 연구가 활발히 이루어졌다. 심리유형론의 검사도구인 MBTI의 선호도는 ICT기술자들의 소프트웨어 개발주기에 맞춰진 업무의 선호도와 상관이 있음을 알게 되었다. 심리유형론과 소프트웨어 개발을 위한 소프트 스킬의 연관정보를 활용하면 소프트웨어 개발의 선호 공정을 이해할 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 ICT기술자들의 교육과 협업능력 향상 방안을 찾을 수 있도록 소프트웨어 개발 공정을 소프트스킬을 이용하여 성격유형별 분류가 가능하도록 프로그램을 개발하였다.

한국 직장여성의 일상 상황별 추구하는 자기이미지와 선호 패션스타일 (The Preferred Fashion Style and Self-image that Korean Career Women's Seek According to Daily Situations)

  • The objectives of this study are to identify the self-image and preferred fashion styles that Korean career women seek in different daily situations, and to propose a positioning map in accords with the findings. The study conducted a survey and in-depth interviews. The study used twenty items of self-image adjectives extracted from existing studies, and eighteen fashion style stimuli collected by examining women's wear brands. The study surveyed 329 career women. Their daily situation was classified into five situations; external meeting and presentation, ordinary work, wedding and family gathering, blind date or date, and meeting with friends and acquaintances. The analysis results of this study showed that self-image and fashion style preferences are relevant to daily situation. The image most sought in external meetings and presentation was the 'Elegant' image, and the image most sought in meetings with friends and acquaintances was the 'active' image. Women on dates or blind dates sought the 'feminine' image the most, however they preferred to avoid this image during external meetings and presentations. Among fashion styles, the 'elegant/classic' style was most preferred, and the 'sexy/avant-garde' style had the lowest preference among all the styles. 'Mannish' was preferred in ordinary work and meeting with friends and acquaintances, however, it was shown as having the lowest preference level in blind dates or dates. The 'romantic/natural' style was highly preferred in meeting with friends and acquaintances, however it had a low level of preference for external meetings and presentations. This study has significance in providing practical information to utilize in fashion industry by identifying the relationship between self-image and preferred fashion style sought by career women according to daily situation, and using the results to propose a positioning map.

기능성 농촌작업복 개발을 위한 예비연구 (A Pilot Study for the Development of Functional Rural Workwear)

  • A questionnaire survey of farmers engaged in actual farming was conducted to investigate the farmers' actual wearing conditions and preferences for agricultural workwear to develop workwear that is suitable for improved agricultural work efficiency. We extracted basic data necessary for the development of agricultural workwear. Analysis of the photographs taken showed differences in the shoes and gloves worn depending on the type of work. The percentages of men and women were equal among the agricultural workers. The age of the agricultural workers was analyzed and the results showed a higher percentage of those over 50 years old, indicating that the age of the agricultural workers was higher than in other industries. It was found that the waist, knees, and elbows of the workers were pulled during work, and analysis showed that the symptoms resulting from clothing pulling were more severe when the wearing dimensions were larger. It was recognized that the important aspects of workwear are those related to work, such as functionality, activity, and work efficiency. In addition to workwear, the most commonly worn auxiliary equipment was gloves, and other items included hats, armbands, work shoes, boots, seat chairs, and masks. When developing rural workwear, it is necessary to consider the fit, type of work, and materials of the workwear. Future research should focus on materials that can improve the functionality of workwear and pattern development that reflects physical and movement characteristics.

입사 전·후 경험요인이 개인 및 조직 우선가치에 미치는 영향 -한국공항공사 사례연구- (Effects of Pre- and Post-Employment Experience Factors on Individual and Organizational Priority -A Case of Korea Airports Corporation-)

  • 본 연구는 대표적 시장형 공기업인 한국공항공사 구성원들의 입사 전 후 경험요인이 개인 및 조직 우선가치에 미치는 영향을 확인하는 것이 목적이다. 이를 통해, 조직 구성원의 개인가치와 조직가치 간의 접점을 찾아 개인의 잠재력 향상과 조직의 성과 증대를 도모하고자 한다. 본 연구는 한국공항공사 구성원 240명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하여 분석하였다. 입사 전 경험(공기업 응시횟수, 공기업 선택이유, 이직경험)과 입사 후 경험(입사시기, 직급, 직렬) 중 개인가치 (권한, 성취, 복지, 휴가, 개인생활) 및 조직 가치(책임, 의무, 성과, 보상, 참여)에 영향을 끼치는 요인이 무엇인지를 살펴보았다. 연구 결과, 조직가치는 평균적으로 개인가치보다 높게 나타났다. 모든 집단 구분에서 우선가치(=조직가치/개인가치)가 1 이상이 나와 조직가치가 우선됨을 보였다. 우선가치에 영향을 끼치는 요인으로는 학력, 근속년수, 직급, 공기업 선택이유가 확인되었다. 전문대 졸업인 구성원들의 우선가치가 유의하게 높게 나타났다. 입사 전 경험요인으로는, 공기업 선택의 이유가 사기업보다 나은 삶의 환경일 경우 우선가치가 유의하게 낮음이 확인되었다. 입사 후 경험요인으로는 근속년수가 길수록, 직급이 높아질수록 우선가치가 유의하게 높은 것을 확인할 수 있었다. 구성원들이 시간이 지나고 승진을 하면서 개인가치보다 조직가치를 우선하도록 변화한다고 해석할 수 있으며, 개인 성취욕구를 통한 자기만족이 높아지면서 조직에 대한 책임감, 충성심 등이 강해지기 때문인 것으로 보인다. 본 연구의 분석 결과를 성과 평가, 승진 및 인센티브 등의 보상, 복지제도 등 회사의 정책 및 제도에 반영함으로써 구성원의 개인 만족도 증진 및 조직 효과성 향상에 기여하는 데 본 연구의 의의가 있다.

북한산국립공원 계곡 내 인공구조물에 대한 경관선호 분석 - 바닥막이, 기슭막이, 낙차공을 중심으로 - (Analysis of Scenery Preference of the Artificial Structure in Valley within Bughansan National Park - With a Special Reference on Stream Grade-Stabilization Structure, Revetment and Drop fall Structure -)

  • Questionnaire survey from 101 visitors and 77 specialists was carried out to establish the management plan on landscapes of the artificial structure constructed in valley within Bughansan National Park. When comparison was made between ground sill work structure and valley landscape, visitor group responded to the highest scores in valley landscape after planting of vine species in the bottom of the constructure, while specialist group responded to valley landscape after the removal of the constructure. When it made a comparison between revetment work constructure and valley landscape, visitor group responded to highest scores in valley landscape after planting of vine species in the top of the constructure, while specialist group responded to valley landscape after replacing concrete revetment by stone revetment constructure. When it made a comparison between fall work constructure and valley landscape, both groups responded to the highest scores in valley landscape after the removal of the constructure. According to the valley landscape analysis, artificial constructures built in water channel should be matched to adjacent landscape with the removal of concrete constructure. The slope of water channel should be considered to build fall work constructure.

향토음식에 대한 전북지역 대학생들의 인지도 및 기호도에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Recognition and Preference for Traditional Foods of University Student in Jeonla-Buk Area)

  • This study has an aim to understand correctly and to interest in local food through making a survey of the university students related to food and cook living in Jeonju-si about the preferable local food and standard of selection, and through investigating and studying the university students' preference and identification of local food dividing the province into six ‘si’ and eight ‘gun’, and to utilize them as a basic materials of local food investigating the university students' consciousness on popularization. Researching the widely known food of the 23 kinds of 8 classes, the students entering in the 1st and the 2nd, 3rd and the 4th grade liked Jeonjubibimbap of rice meal, kongnamulgukbap of rice meal and soup, chueotang of soup, aguijjim of steamed dish of eojuk of gruel in order. From these results, there should be many chances to taste various foods at home as well as outside it to make the university students in Jeonbuk province have the educational chances, knowledges and chances about local foods, and habits to eat the food made in Jeonbuk province. And all of us should work hard to put in an advertise local foods positively, to develop the foods harmonizing the young person's appetites, and to succeed our food culture with processed foods.

  • This study is performed to understand a trend of preference about classroom for special purposes related with elementary school relocation. It is anayzed based on the questionnaire of teachers at work in the two schools having similar educational environment. The results showed that it is desirable to locate rooms for science or practice in low story and music room in the lowermost or uppermost story. Rooms for art, linguistic education and computer had not limited any place. It is shown that the scale of each preparation room is significantly different with each grade and more large scale is needed in higher grade. These results reflect that the present arrangement of classrooms for special purposes is not adequate and require more reasonable arrangement with the grade in the architectural plans for relocation-needed elementary schools.

한의사 직종에 대한 한의대생의 인식 연구 - 성별에 따른 차이를 중심으로 (A Study on Korean Medicine College Students' Perception of Korean Medicine Doctors: Focus on Gender Differences)

  • Objectives: This study aimed to investigate gender differences in the Korean Medical Community. Methods: Participants in the research study included 90 students regularly attending the fourth grade in Korean Medicine College, of which 48 were male and 42 were female. Results: 1. Patient's preferences for female KMD (Korean Medicine Doctor) had the lowest response rate in Korean Medical Society. Preferences for male KMD were due to factors including comfort level, rationality, good training, and patient's preference. 2. Patient's preferences for female KMD had the highest response rate in Gynecology, and Pediatrics. On the other hand, patient's preferences for female KMD had the lowest response rate in the other 7 specialty subjects. 3. The reasons for gender discrimination against male KMD were lack of subtlety, lack of empathy, authoritative attitude, and lack of patient management skills. The reasons for gender discrimination, against female KMD were childcare burden, social prejudices, lack of physical strength, and housekeeping burdens. Conclusions: The study results indicated that there was a lower preference for female KMD than male KMD among the Korean Medical Society and in patients' consciousness. Male-centered culture of Korean Medical Society had no role in this finding, but masculine image for KMD jobs and work-family double burden for female KMD were important contributing factors.

에이전트 기술을 이용한 사용자 기호 분석 검색 시스템 설계 및 구현 (Design and Implementation of the User Preference Analysis Search System using the Agent Technology)

  • 본 논문에서는 에이전트 기술을 이용하여, 사용자 기호 분석을 통해 사용자 기호에 가까운 결과를 제공하는 검색시스템을 제안하고 구현한다. 일반 검색 시스템의 불필요하고 중복된 검색내용을 지양하면서 보다 양질의 정보를 사용자에게 제공하기 위하여 본 시스템은 검색시 사용자의 정보를 입력받고, 입력된 정보에서 검색키와 카테고리를 생성한다. 그리고 에이전트 기반의 검색엔진을 통해 상용 검색엔진의 검색결과와 사용자 기호 정보를 비교하여 사용자 기호에 근접하는 결과만을 제공한다. 동시에 검색결과는 카테고리별로 데이터베이스화하여 또 다른 검색의 결과에 추가로 제공되도록 한다. 시스템 구현결과 사용자에게 제공되는 검색결과는 일반 검색 시스템의 중복 검색이 제거됐으며, 사용자 기호에 가까운 내용들로 검색이 이루어졌다.

인삼의 가공현황과 전망 (Present and Future on the Processing of Ginseng)

  • In this review quality improvement, new products and processing of ginseng are discussed. Ginseng products are generally classified into two types; the dried product without significant change in original shape of fresh ginseng and various processed ginseng products in liquid or solid types prepared by addition of either ginseng extract of ground powder. The dried ginsengs are generally made 4 years old fresh ginseng roots for production of white ginseng and 6 years old ones for red ginseng. The processed ginseng products, such as ginseng drinks, extracts, teas, powders, capsules or tablets are prepared by addition of extract or powder of the ginseng roots which contain relatively high amount of saponin. At present, more than 200 items of 40 types of products are commercially available in over 70 countries in the world, Since consummers preference on the quality of ginseng products as an health food differs with their cultural background of each country, new products development and quality improvement should be investigated with concerning the particular preference of the consummers of various country. It has been generally found that the Orientals has higher product acceptance on strong ginseng flavor while the Westerners generally prefers the products having mild ginseng odor and taste. Recently consummers are asking for supplemented type of ginseng products with various medical herbs and vital materials instead of ginseng alone. Therefore future work on product development should be emphasized to meet the consummers demand and preference.
