The purpose of the research is to develop a systematic model to interpret makeup signs through a case analysis of makeup shown in Alexander McQueen's ready-to-wear collections from 2001 to 2010 and to prove an importance of makeup as a communication medium to deliver social and cultural values. This research employed Panofsky's Iconology theory to analyze data. This theory consists of three steps to interpret the meaning of a work: (1) pre-iconographical description, (2) iconographical analysis, and (3) iconological interpretation. Alexander McQueen's makeup was analyzed with the three steps in order. As a result of the pre-iconographical description step, makeup styles (icons) in his collections are identified which are Egyptian style, Gothic style, Androgynous style, Victorian style, Fantasia style, and Futuristic variant style. The iconographical analysis step identified that the elements used in his makeup are inspired by his identity and life. In the final step of iconological interpretation, the researcher concluded that Alexander McQueen's makeup expresses social, cultural, and aesthetical value of the time period when the collection was created. His makeup shows postmodernism that accepts a diversity of views (the pluralism) and humanism, romantic narcissism that is his personality trait, and avant-garde that pursues a new, creative aesthetics.

Death of a Salesman is centered on Willy Loman trying to achieve the American dream and taking his family along for the ride. This paper explores the meaning of his suicide in the work through the Adorno's theory on the individual's reification and commodity by an exchange value in the capitalism and argues that Bourdieu's capital classification shows the cause of his tragic decision. Reification refers to "the structural process whereby the commodity form permeates life in capitalist society." and Adorno called the reification of consciousness an epiphenomenon. The social-psychological level in Adorno's diagnosis serves to demonstrate the effectiveness and pervasiveness of late capitalist exploitation. According to Bourdieu, cultural capital can exist three forms: in the embodied state, in the objectifed state and in the instituionalized state. He states embodied capital is argued to be the most significant influence; however unlike other forms of capital (social, economic, etc.) obtaining embodied capital is largely out of the individuals' control as it is developed from birth. In conclusion, I suggest Death of a Salesman can be interpreted as a text criticizing the internalization of the subject, which is the result of the self-destructive mechanism of the subject in the logic of modern subject formation.

In today's society, Monolithic expresses itself as a single featured work with a consistent exterior in the urban environment. In particular, such characteristics of the monolithic work have become increasingly influential in the modern society with the emergence of the minimalism. Monolithic architecture in modern has common feature which is maintaining simple construction format (Mass) with complicated and abundance space (Volume) inside. This simple architecture exterior leads new stimulus which is different from previous format and evokes unique sensibility and thoughts with monumental expressing. Uniformed exterior revealed thru purity of material builds up strong presence by itself. In contract with simple exterior, diverse space is expressed by consistent concept and process. Through this, it shows creating metaphorical space and space-oriented feature. We can interpret modern monolithic architecture as a sensation and alternative against Gestalt architecture in consequence of chasing clarity, visual stimulus and uncertain tendency only. It provides architectural experience by spatial imaginary and unexpected space development to users through exclusivetendency against outside and stressing un-private, we can evaluate its value as a space-oriented construction which helped us to think about space meaning in modern society.

미야자키 하야오는 고유의 미학적 표현 형식을 통해 관객과 소통할 수 있는 범문화적인 신화적 공간을 구현함으로써 문화와 언어의 장벽을 뛰어넘는 즐거움을 제공한다. 그의 애니메이션 스토리텔링에는 일본 고유의 전통문화를 기반으로 하는 유무형의 다양한 기호적 요소들이 적극적으로 활용되고 있다. 그리고 그러한 기호들을 통해 함축적 의미작용의 체계를 구성함으로써 관객에게 자의적 해석과 고찰의 미학적 즐거움을 제공하고 있다. 그와 같은 과정 속에서 대립과 공존이라는 보편적 경험 기반의 미학적 형식을 통해 작품 속 함축적 의미의 신화적 메시지를 분명하게 전달시키는 의미체계의 가치를 창출하고 있다. 그것은 바로 하야오가 추구하는 애니메이션 스토리텔링의 소통적 가치라고 할 수 있다.

본 연구는 재직자의 대학 대학원 경험이 직업전환에 주는 의미가 무엇인지를 알아보았다. 이를 위해 대학 대학원 경험이 있는 재직자 7명을 대상으로 2018년 6월부터 12월까지 심층면담을 통해 자료를 수집하고 분석하였다. 연구결과, 재직자의 대학 대학원 경험이 직업전환에 주는 의미는 크게 3개의 범주와 8개의 하위요소가 도출되었다. 첫째, 새로운 시각과 인식이 바뀌는 가치관의 변화이다. 둘째, 자신감 향상과 동기부여, 그리고 흥미와 적성을 되찾는 심리적 변화이다. 셋째, 배움의 즐거움과 인적네트워크 형성, 그리고 가족의 지지를 얻는 실생활의 변화이다. 이상의 연구결과를 보면, 재직자들의 대학 대학원 경험은 자신감을 얻어 새로운 도전을 하게하고, 적성에 맞는 일을 되찾아 삶을 주체적으로 살아갈 수 있는 정체성의 발현이라 해석할 수 있다.

This study began with the expectation that work spirituality according to self - sacrificing leadership of a company recognized by hotel employees could positively affect superior liking and innovation behavior. The results of this study can be summarized as follows; the exercise of authority and the self - sacrifice in reward distribution are very important in the social exchange relationship. And the experience of joy and meaning, which is a behavior that meets the values, showed that it fulfilled the sense of accomplishment that the employees realized as a value, and it increased the satisfaction of pursuing the value of the boss and participating in and contributing to the world. Moreover, the hotel employees were likely to favor the bosses when they gave up or refrained from their authority or delegated to their subordinates, or when their bosses delayed or gave up rewards that had to be distributed to them. Also, self-sacrifice on the supervisor's job assignment is considered as an essential part of inducing the innovative behavior of the subordinates, regarded as desirable behavior or qualities.

This study examined the pixel's expression trend and nature featured in contemporary fashion, which works as a basic unit symbolizing the digital image, paying attention to its formativeness. The work through this process aimed at suggesting an opportunity for recognition about pixel image utilized as a formative component beyond its simple meaning of unit and providing the fundamental materials for usage in creative fashion design reflecting the digital emotion in the future, In research method, literature review was followed on pixel and the empirical study about its image was also performed that was found in the modern fashion. As a result, the trend in pixel has these characteristics. Its first nature lies in its plane expression. It was printed as mosaic or graphic grid image or expressed through patchwork technique. Also, rather than a certain form or figure, its unique image was emphasized according to the applied color, size, and position. Second, a stepwise pattern in pixel was applied to external format for part of clothing, eye glass and necktie, indicating some interest and wit. Third, in application to plane and external shape, the graphically modernized effect was realized, not to mention the illusive image with cubic expression. As shown, the characteristics in contemporary fashion via pixel expression were given in fantastic image, optical humor, and reflection of digital value.

청초(淸初)의 시인(詩人), 시론가(詩論家)로서 청(淸) 사대(四大) 시학(詩學) 중 하나인 신운설(神韻說)의 창도자(唱導者)로 알려진 왕사정(王士禎)은 50년 넘게 청초(淸初) 시단(詩壇)의 영수(領袖)로 활약한 인물이다. 그는 통시적(統時的)으로는 종영(鍾嶸)의 "시품(詩品)", 엄우(嚴羽)의 "시화(詩話)", 서정경(徐禎卿) 의 "담예록(談藝錄)" 등 위진(魏晉)부터 명(明)에 이르는 주요 시학(詩學)들의 성과를 통합하고 공시적(共時的)으로는 청원(淸遠)/호건(豪健), 종당(宗唐)/종송(宗宋), 완약(婉約)/호방(豪放), 북송사(北宋詞)/남송사(南宋詞)와 같은 당대(當代) 문단(文壇)의 쟁점들을 통합함으로써 자신의 통합적 시학(詩學)을 완성하였다. 이 과정에서 그의 변함없는 목표는 역시 특정한 가치에 함몰되지 않고 절대적이며 객관적인 기준 위에서 문학 본연의 가치를 구현하는 것이었다. 그 기준과 가치의 제공은 역시 신운설(神韻說)이 그 원천이 되었고 구체적으로는 '불저일자(不著一字), 진득풍류(盡得風流)', 미외지미(味外之味), 흥회(興會), 자연(自然), 아정(雅正) 등이 각각 역할을 담당했다. 또한 그의 신운설(神韻說)은 몇 가지 시품(詩品)만을 편파적으로 추켜세우는 대신, 각 시품(詩品)이 적절하고 완벽한 경지에 이르면 보편적으로 얻는 본연(本然)의 정신적 특성으로 '신운(神韻)'을 귀결지음으로써 객관적, 보편적 차원에서 그 통합성을 강화하였다. 아울러 신운설(神韻說)은 그의 시론(詩論)과 사론(詞論)을 통합하는 작용도 했다. 왕사정(王士禎)이 미학 이론으로서의 신운설(神韻說)을 성립, 발전시키는 과정에서 그의 시론(詩論)과 사론(詞論)이 상호독립적으로 윤곽을 갖추는 동시에 상호영향을 주고받았으며, 나아가 거꾸로 양자(兩者)가 신운설(神韻說)을 심화시킨 것이다. 이상과 같이 성립된 왕사정(王士禎)의 통합적 시학(詩學)은 시(詩)와 사(詞)에 대한 실제 비평에서도 특정 작가나 조대(朝代), 유파(流派)에 대한 편견에 빠지지 않고 각각의 장점을 보고 취사선택하는 객관적 감식안을 발휘하였다. 이로써 왕사정(王士禎)의 통합적 시학(詩學)은 거의 반 세기 동안 청초(淸初) 문단(文壇)을 주도하고 청(淸) 사대시학(四大詩學)의 선성(先聲)이 될 수 있었다.

최근 공연예술은 창의적 융복합의 실험적 사고와 다양성을 추구하는 집단지성의 새로운 정착을 추구한다. 이러한 의미로 예술가의 수평적 창작구조 개념과 대중의 개체소통을 이해하고, 융복합의 사례에 적합한 작품 $\ll$시선$\gg$을 분석하였다. 분석결과. 첫째, 공연예술 융복합은 장르별 예술가의 경험적 사고와 통시성으로 접근하고, 작품결과의 해석과 가치는 수평적 관계구조로 공유된다. 둘째, 작품 $\ll$시선$\gg$의 시적이미지의 역동적인 소통과 의미로 표현되었다. 셋째, 융복합의 실험적 창조와 집단지성의 개체소통능력은 새로운 융복합의 가치로 표현되었다. 결국 융복합적 사고의 소통은 집단지성의 실험적 창조를 가능케 하고, 관계 구조는 공연예술의 융복합적 해석과 표현의 유의미한 전이로 확장됨을 결론지었다.

수업은 교사와 학생의 교육적 만남을 매개(媒介)하는 학교 교육의 핵심적인 현상으로, 교과교육 연구의 중요한 대상이다. 교실 수업은 학교 교육에 기대하는 많은 것을 함축하고 있는 장면이기 때문에, 이러한 교실 수업현상이나 교사의 수업 행위를 깊이 있게 이해하고 해석할 수 있는 이론이자 방법으로서 수업 비평은 긴요하다. 이에 본 연구는 고전문학교육 연구의 지평을 수업 현상에 대한 실제적이고 경험적인 연구로 확장해 나가기 위한 시도로 고전소설 수업에 대한 수업 비평을 실시하였다. 본 연구에서 수업 비평의 텍스트로 삼은 고전소설 수업은 교과서의 작품에 대한 분석적 독해를 주로 하는 전형적인 고전소설 수업이었다. 그럼에도 교사는 고전소설에 대한 학생들의 막연한 거부감을 공감으로 전환시키면서, 작품을 감상하고 내면화할 수 있도록 이끌어 나가는 모습을 보였다. 자칫훈고주석에 치우칠 수밖에 없는 고전소설 수업에서 학생들의 공감과 반응이 들려올 수 있었던 데에는 작품에 대한 교사의 안목과 경험, 문학교육적 지식과 방법 등이 작품을 읽어 나가는 수업 전반에 투영되었기 때문이다. 특히 비교적 많은 시간을 할애하며 교사가 직접 작품의 서사를 구연(口演)해 나간 것은 고전소설 수업으로서의 그 가치와 의미를 여실히 드러낸 것으로 볼 수 있다. 이러한 수업 비평의 관점에 터해, 다기(多岐)한 장면으로 펼쳐지는 고전소설 수업의 실제 사례를 수집하고, 그 의미를 읽어내려는 시도가 거듭되어야 한다. 수업 비평과 같은, 수업 현상을 기반으로 하는 연구를 통해 고전문학교육에 대한 새로운 성찰과 발견이 가능해질 것이다.
