Objective : This study was undertaken to refine the concept of the character Chi(瘛) in Huangdineijing(黃帝內經), find out the difference between Chi(瘛) and Zhi(瘈) and help use them correctly. Methods : This study researched the types and frequency of Chi(瘛) used in Juzhenfangsongbanyinben(聚珍倣宋版印本) edition of Huangdineijing(黃帝內經) and the mixed usage of Chi(瘛) and Zhi(瘈) by comparing some versions of the work. I discerned the meanings of Chi(瘛) and Zhi(瘈) by using opinions of annotators and dictionaries etc. Results & Conclusion : The character Chi(瘛) was used a total of 26 times in Hwangjenaegyeong(黃帝內經). Chi(瘛) appeared by itself just 5 times, whereas it was used as a compound such as in Chizong(瘛瘲), Shunchi(瞤瘛), Xianchi(癎瘛) the rest of the time. Even though Chi(瘛) and Zhi(瘈) were mixed in their use, it appears that the character Chi(瘛) had to be used for the symptomatic myoclonus(筋間代性痙攣症狀) of a chronic convulsion(慢驚風), and the character Zhi(瘈) had to be used for rabies(狂犬病).

Most pickpockets occurs at a place where a lot of people. However, the current occurs more commonly in a secluded place and unfrequented place. In this paper, we classified to the scene for submitting to image forensics evidence target for pickpockets of theft. Using the ${\chi}^2$ histogram to detect the scene change detection. We wish to submit evidence by classifying as a pickpocket scene video.

Theft is secretly steal things of others. And theft tell the person who secretly stealing, bandits, stealing one's things. In modern society, theft is one of the crimes that occur frequently in the elevator. In this paper, theft crime is extracted using a ${\chi}^2$ histogram of scene change detection method. Extracted images are submitted as evidence for the action on the merits the court.

Purpose: This study was done to determine the effect of Tai-Chi Self-help program to progress of reduction of symptom, difficulty on activity by application Tai-Chi Self-help program for Fibromyalgia patients. Method: The study was used the method of one group pretest-posttest design. The subjects were 65 outpatients who were diagnosed as Fibromyalgia by ACR(1990) standard at K University Hospital, medical center. Tai-Chi self-help program was done for 8 weeks(three a week for 2 hours)through group meeting of 65 patients. Collected data were analyzed by SPSS for window12.0 program package. Results: The result of this study suggests that could increase in reduction of symptom and lower disturbance in ADL and life Satisfaction compared with the before Tai-Chi Self-help program education. Conclusion: Accoradingly Tai-Chi Self-help program could be used as a proper nursing strategy for Fibromyalgia patients.
