Carbofuran(CF) is one of the most widely used carbamate pesticides in the world applied for insect and nematode control. Due to its widespread use in agriculture and households, contamination of food, water, and air has become serious, and consequently adverse health effects are inevitable in humans, animals, wildlife and fish, it has reported that CF alone or in combination with other carbamate insecticides influences the level of reproductive and metabolic hormones such as thyroxine and corticosterone, and results in impairment of endocrine, immune behavioral functions. Systematic pharmacological astudies on pipeline have revealed that this compound elicited diverse pharmacological activities; CNS depressant activity characterized by antagonism against electo shock seizure and by muscle relaxant activity in mice; antipyretic activity in tyyhoid vaccinated rabbits; analgesic activity as evaluated by tail-clip pressure and writhing syndrome in mice; antiinflammatory activity in carrageenin-induced edema in rats.

본 논문에서는 VR의 발전과 함께 주목받고 있는 컴퓨터 비전 관련 기술들에 대하여 살펴보고, 가장 먼저 선행되어야 하는 이미지 필터링 알고리즘에 대하여 살펴 본다. 다양한 case에서의 여러 Image Filter를 구현, 성능을 비교 분석해 보고, 정확도를 향상 시킬 수 있는 방안에 대하여 연구한다.

본 논문에서는 한 위치에서 여러방향으로 찍은 사진들을, Image Stitching 기술을 통해 Panorama 영상을 만드는 과정에 대해 연구한다. VR이 주목 받게 됨에 따라 스마트폰이나 360도 카메라를 사용하여 이미지 스티칭 기법을 사용하여 연속적인 사진을 보여주게 되는되 이를 구현 하기 위한 배경 연구들을 분석하고 구현해 봄으로 속도 향상을 아이디어들에 대하여 연구한다.

본 논문에서는 3D 콘테츠와 이를 가공하기 위한 기술로, 한 물체에 여러 방향으로 빛이 주어진 사진들을 이용하여 해당 물체의 3D shape를 재현해 낼 수 있는 Photometric Stereo에 대해 구현 및 테스트해 보고, 1개의 카메라를 사용하여 3D 콘텐츠를 구현해 낼수 있는 방안들에 대하여 살펴 본다.

One hundred and forty-four extracts have been tested for the presence of saponins, using the method of froth formation, precipitate formation by acid hydrolysis, Liebermann-Buchard reaction on the acid hydrolysate, and hemolytic activity of the extracts. Among the samples tested, thirteen extracts showed positive saponin reaction in all the tests employed and one hundred and thirty-six showed positive in one or more tests of saponins. The results are tabulated.
