본 논문에서는 근거리통신, 인터넷 등의 통신을 이용하여 해당 출제자의 분야 별로 출제한 주관식문제를 응시하면 학습자의 답안과 채점정보를 출제자에게 의뢰하여 채점결과와 해설을 학습자에게 알려주는 주간식문제채점 시스템에 관한 것으로, 학습자가 입력한 주관식 문제의 답을 채점하기 위해서 출제자에게 전자우편이나 전화로 연락하면 출제자가 이 주관식문제채점 시스템에 접속하여 출제자컴퓨터에 표시된 문제, 학습자의 답, 정답, 유사한 답, 배점, 해설 등을 보고 채점한 점수를 출제자화면에 입력하고, 상기 채점한 점수를 합한 점수와 틀린 문제의 해설을 해당 학습자에게 보여주는 주관식문제 채점보조 시스템에 관한 것이다.

기존에 사용되고 있는 XML 파싱 모델에는 Object 모델과 Push 모델이 있다. Object 모델은 문서내의 컨텐츠를 트리 구조로 변화하기 때문에 메모리의 사용이 않아지고 Push 모델의 경우 문서 내의 컨텐츠를 이벤트 처리하는 각각의 메서드를 이용함으로써 이벤트 처리의 지연 및 지연을 위한 메모리를 추가로 사용하는 등의 단점이 있다. 이를 해결하기 위해 Pull 모델이 등장했으나 DTD를 지원하지 않음으로서 XML 문서의 유효성을 검증할 방법이 없으며 파서의 기능이 미약하다. 본 논문에서는 Visitor 패턴을 이용하여 기존의 Pull 파서들이 가지지 못하던 XML 문서의 유효성 검증문제를 해결하고, 파서에 부가적인 기능을 하는 모듈을 추가하여 Interpreter시스템으로 확장 가능한 파서를 생성해 주는 XML Pull Parser Generator를 제안한다.

The ecotoxicological effects of 4-tert-octylphenol were observed on Harpacticoid copepoda Tigriopus japonicus s.l. gathered and cultured from tidal pool of Korean coast. There were no significant differences in survival rate (except 10 $\mu$g/L; 70.00%) and sex ratio (except 30 $\mu$g/L) on T. japonicus s.l. exposed to 4-tert-octylphenol. However, 4-tert-octylphenol induced developmental delay (copepodite emergence day and adult male mergence day) and retardation of first brooding day of adult female. Moreover the body size and biomass decreased at 4-tert-octylphenol exposure. As a result, detailed life-cycle research of T. japonicus s.l. may yield potential bioindicators for environmental monitoring and assessment.

Simple mass balance method was developed to estimate the contribution of two major fugitive dust sources in the Port of Incheon to a nearby residential area in this study. Using the relatively small number of TSP data as well as the data on mass fraction of Fe and organic materials in the sampled dust, our simplified method demonstrated its ability to estimate the contribution of each fugitive source to a specific location including the residential area with relatively reasonable accuracy. It is clear from this simple method can be applied to the situation where two major fugitive dust sources are responsible for the high TSP concentration around the source area and there are clear marker chemicals representing the characteristics of the fugitive dust sources.

The terrestrial nightglow emission in near infrared region were obtained using a Fourier Transform Spectrometer(FTS) at Esrange, Sweden ($67.90^{\circ}$N, $21.10^{\circ}$E) and the OH(4- 2) bands were used to derive temperature and airglow emission rate of the upper mesosphere. For this study, we analyzed data taken during winter of 2001/2002 and performed spectral analysis to retrieve wave information. From the Lomb-Scargle spectral analysis to the measured temperatures, dominant oscillations at various periods near tidal frequency are found. Most commonly observed waves are 4, 6, and 8 hour oscillations. Because of periods and persistence, the observed oscillations are most likely of tidal origin, i.e. zonally symmetric tides which are known to have their maximum amplitudes at the pole.

They have brought many inconsistencies by making much of Wang Sukhwa's six-meridian-transmutation-theory based on Yeollon, Somun in Oriental traditional medicine. On this many medical men such like Hwa Ta have raised objections to that or insisted on its repeal. Wang Geungdang and Yang Soi posed the problem of editing tables of contents, Bang Yujip and Ga Geum etc. gave explanations of fields of six-meridian, Un Cheolcho and Jang Gyeongak etc. presented cause and direction of transmutation. And Gilik Dongdong insisted on its repeal. Sanghannon was the theory that was arranged various experiences of acute epidemic diseases. But they didn't recognize the differences between analogous epidemic diseases, regarded as the same things in Oriental traditional medicine, and this made many inconsistencies. This is the reason why many medical men raised objections to Wang Sukhwa's six-meridian-transmutation-theory.

For the quality control of Cassiae Semen, anthraquinone compound, aurantio-obtusin, was isolated from the MeOH extract of Cassiae Semen (Leguminosae) and identified by the spectroscopic analysis. A quantitative analysis of aurantio-obtusin using HPLC method showed that the average contents of aurantio-obtusin were $0.03{\pm}0.01%$ in 50 samples collected throughout the various regions of Korea.

This thesis is a result of theoretical and electrical experimental studies for the shape of Seepage on various Earth Dams. The decrement method of seepage through of water amount to earth Dam's was tested by means of experiment by the model constructed in the water tank. A study of the seepage through earth Dam's is necessary for a satisfactory of the same. An attempt was made in these investigations to study the problem of the seepage through homogeneous earth dams with filters located near the axis of the dam and filters extending in to upstream portion of the dam by the electrical analogy method. The experimental results were at variance with the graphical solution given by A Casagrande method. Some of the results were checked by relaxation method and by the circle criterion for drawing flow nets.

An unusual case is presented as bilateral, complete digital duplication of the hand in a 32-year-old man. Radiographic evaluation showed complete duplication of intact phalanges and metacarpal bones in both hands. Although polydactyly of the hand is reported to occur among approximately 1 in 1000 live births, most of these malformations are rudimentary skin tags. Complete postaxial polydactyly is uncommon; it occurs in approximately 0.014% of all live births. The main goal of the surgical treatment is to establish adequate function and appearance. This case reports the preoperative evaluation and management of bilateral postaxial type III duplication of the fingers.
