Passwords are a common method of identifying and authenticating a user who wishes to log on to a secure system. Password-based authentication techniques, however, do not provide strong security and recognized as being an poor form of protection. It is not all the responsibility of the user to control password and to protect its confidentiality. In this paper, confirm an appropriate response time and I propose a new and improved method of implementing two factor authentication using SMS via receiving apparatus(mobile and email).

The cutthroat competition of the market for the medical services caused changes and developments of hospital management from the traditional provider-oriented management to a consumer-oriented management toward the customer. And the popularization of on-line community through the growth and spread of internet technology is developed into an important exploration activity to provide various medical information to patient(or customer) who wishes a high-quality medical services. This is an on-line Word-of-Mouth(WOM). It is a kind of information exploration that is performed by customers before choosing the hospital with off-line word-of-mouth. In this study, we develop our research model to verify the causal relationships among on/off-line WOM, key determinants of hospital choice and the customer's will to make use of the hospitals, and total effect of these variables. We adopt a component-based PSL method for an empirical analysis of the patients experienced dermatology or obstetrics gynecology. Finally, we understand the characteristics of the various medical services and draw new and significant strategic previews.

The purpose of the study was to determine ae forms, patterns and structures of Huipils as traditional clothes in Guatemala and Mexico, and to cite possibilities of applying the findings of the study, acquired by comparing the differences of the two countries' Huipils, to textile or costume design. There are two types of Huipils. One is for everyday wear and another one is for special occasion. The latter is bigger in size, more colorful and is worn on top of the daily use Huipil. Huipils consist of 1 to 3 panels, and are usually made by weaving rectangular cloth which has 4 selvedges. There are various neckline such as - type, T type, 1 type, round type and square type. The types of the neckline depends on how many panels are used. The Mexican Huipils are worn usually over skirts, whereas the Huipils of Guatemalans are practically designed with white cotton that doesn't have any patterns so as to be easily put into skirts. Different from Mexicans' Huipils which mainly show big botanical patterns, the patterns of Guatemalans' Huipils combine animals, plants and abstract concepts display mixed aspects, and it seems to me that that expressed their emotions and dearest wishes.

All the libraries are facing major financial problems due to a variety of reasons such as non growing or even decreasing appropriations from their administration, continuing inflationary increases for journal and library materials, needs for new or improved facilities. increased costs for new technologies and networks and more demands for services. To address these financial problems, library administrators need to find ways to supplement their budgets through existing as well as new creative external funding strategies including grants, fundraising. sponsorship. resource sharing fees and others. This paper is drawing fundraising and sponsorship. But this financial aid is not an Aladin's lamp which, if rubbed three times, will give you three wishes and all the money you want. So this study is reviewed the history of fundraising, environmental situation in connecting with library law, status-quo, practical process for fundraising and existing sponsorship methods.

In order to have the highest level of a certain society's technology be evaluated as digital contents technology the value concept of such technology's social utilization must be established while active investment on the technology takes place and makes it the subject of social capitalization. This study wishes to discuss the strategies and methods of establishing and managing IP holding company which requires business activation with digital contents technology at its base, research ways of vitalizing IP holding company to expand social utility values of contents technology, suggest necessary systemic improvements and investment activation methods, management structure, and governance structure by investigating ways to stimulate the industrialization of contents technology through the establishment and management of this IP holding company, and finally come up with a realistic measure to establish and manage a IP holding company. Strategies on commercialization of digital contents technology and acceleration of technology development, as well as activation of venture business set-ups will be analyzed and suggested based on such suggestions while IP holding company's digital contents technology investment activation model will be established to produce means to realize discovering superior contents companies and activation of investment, and activating high quality contents production for the global market.

The pattern of a dance had changed and made a progress delicately according to the change of the myth, religion, and civilization. One genre which had experienced the change for the dance is a mask dance. This dance started from wishes to adore spirit or god with imitated masks of native animals and desire to identify with nature. After the middle ages, it finally became to approach to the artistic state. In that dance, there was used a role of the head of the family which was strongly adapted to the shape of the mask as performing casts After studying symbolic characteristics of the mask dancing, we could conclude these as fol1ows.: First, Masks symbolized the totemism that adores spirit or god. This kind of whole masks were consistently used. Second, Mask was worn for expressing a dancer's cast well. This function of performing cast was in the primitive ages. However at the age which was characterized as the age of the art, the expression of using a mask became various. Third, Mask was mostly related to the head of the family and appeared with the desire to be others not themselves. Since the middle ages, this tendency continued to the modern dance. Now we can see this type at the carnival. The mask was not only an effective means of dance but also an expression of totemism, performing cast, and the head of the family. Therefore it contributed to the growth of the dance a lot.

In this paper, it is proposed wavelet neural network using the fuzzy concept with the fuzzy and the multi-resolution analysis(MRA) of wavelet transform. Also, it wishes to improve any nonlinear function learning approximation using this system. Here, the fuzzy concept is used the bell type fuzzy membership function. And the composition of wavelet has a unit size. It is used the backpropagation algorithm for learning of wavelet neural network using the fuzzy concept. It is used the multi-resolution analysis of wavelet transform, the bell type fuzzy membership function and the backpropagation algorithm for learning. This structure is confirmed to be improved approximation performance than the conventional algorithms from one dimension and two dimensions function through simulation.

Development of autonomous vehicle system that use magnetic position meter research of intelligence transportation system is progressed worldwide active by fast increase of vehicles. Among them, research about autonomous of vehicles occupies field. And autonomous of vehicles is element that path recognition is basic. Existent magnetic base autonomous system analyzes three-dimensional data of magnet marker to 3 axises magnetic sensor and recognized route. But because using Magnetic Wire and Magnetic Position Meter in treatise that see, measure side lateral error and propose system that driving. And system that compare with system of autonomous vehicles and propose wishes to verify by hardware of that specification and simple algorithm through an experiment that autonomous is available.

With the increase in the number of smart phone users, smart phones themselves are seeing progress in terms of available functions. Many applications, too, are being developed to increase convenience in daily life. This study issued a list of information on films that the user wishes to see, by using an XML parser to call news articles related to the films in question to the news site RSS. The Android App server was built using Ubuntu and the latest film information was provided through the board that was built. The menu was consisted in a manner so that when the information interested was clicked on, a more detailed set of information became available.

Havelock was considered the wave resistance of a post extending vertically downwards through the water from the surface, its section by a horizontal plane being the same at all depths and having its breath small compared with its length. This enables us to elucidate certain points of interest in ship resistance. However, the ship has not infinte draft. So, the problem which is investigated in detail in this paper is the wave resistance of a mathematical quadratic model in a uniform stream. The author wishes to study the effect of viriation of draft. The form of the water-plane is varied while keeping in length and the cross sectional area constant. As a numerical example, we calculated the wave resistance for mathematical quadratic ship models. The results are compared with a post having infinite depth. The results are as follows; The models with finer ends have smaller wave resistance up to $V/\sqrt{L}=1.1{\sim}1.2$ than its mate with blunter ends, but above this speed the models with blunter ends have less wave resistance. According to the decrease of draft, the wave resistance gap between the models with blunter ends the models with finer ends decrease at high speed. In this case of T/L=0.025, the models with finer ends have less wave resistance than the models with blunter ends at high speed.
