Nowadays, after appearance of wireless network the existent internet environment is changing into the united wire/wireless network. But the present TCP regards all of the packet losses on transmission as the packet tosses due to the congestion. When it is applied on the wireless path, it deteriorates the end-to-end TCP throughput because it regards the packet loss by handoff or bit error as the packet loss by the congestion and it reduces the congestion window. In this paper, for solving these problems we propose the method that controls the performance of TCP on the wireless link by extending ECN which is used as a congestion control mechanism on the existent wire link. This is the method that distinguished the packet loss due to the congestion from due to bit error or handoff on the wireless network, so it calls the congestion control mechanism only when there occurs the congestion in the united wire/wireless network.

The information of the IT convergence has extended through the whole business ares with supplying intelligence terminal such as smart phone and the technology of sensors and wireless networks. And also, the existed industry became to high technology and extended various parts. The industry of the elevator became the center of the life offering the diversification of the user environment access and high building control. In this paper, we suggest the elevator control system integrated wire and wireless based on Information technology. We suggest the service model of user friendly connected by internet. For this, we make the relation model of the elevator system and IT environments and then design the service model for wire service and wireless service using smart phone. It can make to supply efficient information with wire and wireless environments and also make improvement in accessability for the disabled peoples.

Recently, Voice over Internet protocol(VoIP) in IP-based wired and wireless voice, as well as by providing multimedia information transfer. Wired and wireless VoIP is easy on illegal eavesdropping of phone calls and VoIP call control signals on the network. In addition, service misuse attacks, denial of service attacks can be targeted as compared to traditional landline phones, there are several security vulnerabilities. In this paper, VoIP equipment in order to obtain information on the IP Phone is scanning. And check the password of IP Phone, and log in successful from the administrator's page. Then after reaching the page VoIP IP Phone Administrator Settings screen, phone number, port number, certification number, is changed. In addition, IP Phones that are registered in the administrator page of the call records check and personal information is the study of hacking.

For effective education of children with disability, education in school and home have to be performed consistently. That is, Schools have to inform parents of educational philosophy, management policy, instruction curriculum, school information of students with disability, and guidance methods thus consistent environment for education have to be provided at home. Furthermore, keeping close relation with school, parents have to solve problems occurred at home together. This paper aims to develop in educational information system from which parents could get useful information to guide their children. Our system was developed to be used in wireless internet environment using mobile phone as well as win internet using PC. Therefore, parents of children with disability could instantly get necessary information from it without restriction of time arid space.

Integration of mobile networks and Internet has started with 2.5 generation of mobile cellular networks. Internet traffic is today dominant traffic type worldwide. The hanger for higher data rates needed for data traffic and new IP based services is essential in the development of future wireless networks. In such situation, even 3G with up to 2 Mbit/s has not provided data rates that are used by Internet users with fixed broadband dial-up or through wired local area networks. The solution to provide higher bit rates in wireless access network has been found in wireless LAN although initially it has been developed to extend wired LAN into wireless domain. In this paper, we propose and describe a solution created for interoperability between mobile cellular network and WLAN. The integration between two networks, cellular and WLAN, is performed on the authentication, authorization, and accounting, i.e., AAA side. For that purpose we developed WLAN access controller and WLAN AAA gateway, which provide gateway-type access control as well as charging and billing functionalities for the WLAN service. In the development process of these elements, we have considered current development stadium of all needed network entities and protocols. The provided solution provides cost-effective and easy-to-deploy PLMN-WLAN Internetworking scenario.

The study for ubiquitous computing infra is proceeding actively, it make possible to use service and access network anywhere, anytime because of wire/wireless communication technology and progress of hardware. Domestically, study for the network mobility support technology which is the key technology for future ubiquitous computing realization have progressed, but that is insufficient. Especially, there is no study for independent mobility support study about railway wireless network. So, this study propose network mobility management technology for mobile network infra in railway and proper network model in train.

Wireless LAN was developed by alternative of LAN and because establishment was easy, have used into special field and special expenditure. Recently, Standard and a technology developed by leaps and bounds. Present is used into purpose of the Building to Building or wide connection etc. and relay of the high speed Internet and usage of picture communication that require multimedia band width. Specially, campus wireless LAM is thought that must secure radius $100\;\~\;200\;m$ dimension at the minimum 10Mbps speed as Internet transit trunk. But, there is difference as degressive here. In this paper, wireless LAN measured for effectiveness proof as Internet transit trunk in actuality utilization environment. Proved that should compose IEEE802.11b as AP more than minimum 3 when compose network to base as measuring result. Hereafter, there is the purpose that achieve performance evaluation of wireless UM in marine environment.

In this paper, the authors propose a multi-transmission mechanism of heterogeneous network environment which is applicable to the SMART screen services over wire and wireless convergence network. This paper presents study results including a SMART screen handover algorithm among multiple collaborative devices under wire and wireless convergence and heterogeneous network environment, and a service operation and management system and a NAS system providing SMART services of AV streaming and contents files. These validate implementation feasibility of a call processing engine for seamless SMART screen collaborative services, AV streaming services and SMART screen collaborative services supporting mobility management and multiple users/multiple streams.
